Been coming to the Idaho center for years. From monster truck shows to rodeos to concerts they always put on a good show. We love enjoying concerts from the lawn. Lots of room so you’re not bumping shoulders with everyone like you would at one of the downtown concert halls. Bathrooms are usually clean and lines aren’t too bad. The food trucks are good with a good selection of local eateries to get food from and they have a beer garden. Like many others be ready to spend ~$15 per beer this includes draft and cans.

Good venue for summer concerts outdoors. Quality sound system. Good restroom availability. Good choice of food options. Staff and wonderfully helpful and kind. Wish there were more drink options (think local microbrew) and better prices. $15-$25 for a beer is silly.

The Outlaw Music Festival was good. Grass seating was fine and the $65 price was fair, but it’s hard to find the direct sale site vs all the scalpers. We brought folding backpack chairs. There is no free drinking water that we could see, you must pay $5 a pint, which is ridiculous. There was plenty of parking nearby. The sound was good even far back, but too loud; we used earplugs. Plenty of food truck variety.

Worst concert venue. Too many tickets were sold. Way too crowded, the lawn area is insanely steep, don’t worry about missing leg day the day of your concert because you’ll be working out your calves the whole night standing on the lawn.

Went to the Keith Urban Concert on July 19th 2025 it was outside in the Amphitheater. I liked the fact that it was outside but for someone my age it was hard to stand up for the whole concert. We had general admission tickets so brought a blanket to sit in the grass but didnt end up sitting because everyone in front of us was standing up. I recommend that anyone handicapped or middle aged like myself that can't stand for long periods of time buy tickets for actual seats and not general admission. The concession stands were much better than what the what they had for the Post Malone Concert last month at the BSU Stadium. There were alot more concession stands and a bigger variety of things to eat and drink.

Love all the artist they get book. Yet horrible outside venue every time we have gone to a show there is no screen so the artist always looks so small and far away when you just buy a normal GA ticket. Also, when you buy the stadium tickets, they don’t face the stage so you’re closer but still can’t see the artist. Really hope that they get screens one day.

My recent visit to the Ford Idaho Center left me with some serious concerns about their policies. While the event itself was enjoyable, the venue's rules around concessions and payment were frustrating and felt like a blatant attempt to gouge patrons. First and foremost, their policy of not allowing any unsealed water bottles is ridiculous, especially when they charge exorbitant prices for drinks inside. It forces people to either go thirsty or pay an unreasonable amount for a simple bottle of water. This feels less like a security measure and more like a profit-driven decision. The second major issue is that they are a 100% cashless venue. I personally prefer to pay with cash to avoid the card processing fees that are often passed on to the customer. This policy removes that choice entirely and forces me to use a payment method I'd rather not. Furthermore, when they are soliciting for tips, I mentioned to the staff that I only tip in cash, they were more than happy to take legal tender. This complete inconsistency—cash is fine for tips, but not for purchases—is truly telling. If you are attending an event here, just be prepared for a frustrating experience with their strict policies and high prices.

We love the outdoor consents at the Idaho center. We have recently seen Red Clay Strays and Wierd Al. They were both amazing!
