No employees on the second floor, only 2 cashiers working on the bottom floor. The clearance section is an absolute nightmare. Clothes scattered all over the floor and racks. None of the clothes are sectioned by size either. Just an huge mess. Even seen a woman changing her clothes ON the clearance room floor, wouldn’t be surprised if she stole since no employees were on the second floor. Why is there no employees around, and nobody picking up the mess? Disgusting

First and probably last time I shop at this location. On 10/28/2017 this is the disaster I walked into! Clothes literally EVERYWHERE, absolutely no one on the sales floor for customer assistance, nasty! The fitting rooms were equally disgusting!Cashiers attitudes are just a deplorable as the physical conditions of the store.

The store was so damn cute. Definitely recommend. 100% would go back. Staff was nice but also seemed a little annoyed but it was understandable. Walked out wit the green top and my friend got the black corset one. Both on sale for $9 each. So damn cute

I went there yesterday after checking the website that says open until 10 PM. But when I arrived, the place was completely empty, no clothes, no workers, it was out of business. Instead of marking it as permanently closed, the website still lists it as open. What a waste of time!

I had a terrible experience here. I went to go return a SHEIN order and the cashier (Genesis) at the cross county F21 in cross county was very rude. She messed up my return order then proceeded to say it’s my fault because I didn’t take the rest of the items out the bag. I put the bag and took out the shoes first so she can scan so there wouldn’t be a mess of clothes on the counter. She finalized the return with only the shoes and said to me “ well it’s your fault you should’ve took everything out and rolled her eyes ”. When I asked her to correct it she was bothered and said she can’t do nothing about it and proceeded to ring other customers. There was no apologies or anything to try and fix the mistake. She was very nasty disrespectful when talking to me and did not help to correct the mistake she did. Honestly they just hire anyone here and it’s unprofessional. It makes sense why they are going out of business. The customer service gets worse each time. There needs to be training on providing the basic skills of customer service especially working in retail. Don’t work here if you done like your job.

The hours listed on the website are incorrect. It states that the store opens at 9:00 a.m., but when I arrived at the Cross County Center, it was actually 10:00 a.m. Someone from corporate or whoever manages the website and social media needs to address this issue as soon as possible.

They don't tell you when is final sale, and with the mess they have there it is impossible to try on, so I went to do a return and guess what, I have to keep something that dosen't fit, not even a exchange they offered.
