First of all, I want to say that the staff and the massage therapists are absolutely wonderful! They’re attentive, very polite, and do their job 1000%. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The place itself is quite small. We had an appointment at 6 PM, arrived right on time, and were asked to wait. In the end, we didn’t start our treatment until an hour later. What’s the point of having an appointment if no therapist is available at the scheduled time?
We booked the $99 per person combo and came together with my husband. The atmosphere felt more like a busy public bathhouse or a market — people constantly walking back and forth, lots of clients waiting, very crowded. In my mind, a spa should be quiet, calm, and relaxing. In reality, it was a small room with three beds, and everything ran like a conveyor belt — quick head washes, loud talking, and zero sense of relaxation.
If you’re a bit squeamish, I’d definitely say skip this place.
They even washed our hair in different rooms for some reason, though the massage part we did together. The massage itself was great — no complaints there — but again, it was way too noisy and the environment didn’t feel peaceful at all.
Overall, I’d suggest thinking twice before coming here, especially if you’re a punctual or sensitive person who values cleanliness and a calm atmosphere.
