Great people to work with. Front desk is very helpful in getting you taken care of! Dr Tran Dang is great and her staff are great too! Most dental work isn’t “fun”, these folks make it OK!

I went to Forever Teeth today to get my teeth filled and am very happy with the service! Everyone in the office is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Dr. Dang was very gentle and took the time to explain everything to me before and after the procedure, which made me feel at ease. Highly recommend their office!

Went to Tran to get an X-ray and cleaning. Ended up with a new temporary bridge! Which was good as my old bridge pulled loose last evening. Apart from the bill every thing went smoothly. Now if we can just get Stephanie to smile 😊

The Forever Teeth staff is wonderful and Dr. Dang does away work. They try very hard to accommodate my needs and do it very well. I have no thoughts of ever changing to another dental office.

My favorite place to go to get my teeth cleaned. I love my dentist and told her while I was there that I would follow her anywhere.

I was very nervous about having a root canal but it was quick and painless. Everyone is so nice and really put me at ease. They were very professional.

Looking for a dentist closer to home and wife had a good experience so thought I'd try them. Dr was nice, seemed competent, but recommended replacing four of my crowns even though I had no complaints. She convinced me they were temporaries and should have been changed years ago. I agreed, set the appointment, and had the work done. I've been miserable ever since. I called the office to tell them I was having problems and they kept telling me "they're new, give it a couple weeks". Called back every two weeks with same response. Finally got in to see her and she told me "this can happen" and tried to sell me a $300 mouth guard to wear for the rest of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!

We chose this place because it accepted our insurance, what a mistake. I should have known when I tried to make the first appointment since I had to call 8-9 times before any of my messages were answered. Made the Appt and the Dentist came in before my teeth were cleaned. Makes me wonder how she can inspect my teeth with plaque of six months on them. She seemed competent but the next step was unbelievable. I went back to have my teeth cleaned and for the first time in over 45 years the hygienist said my teeth were clean and needed nothing. I could see the plaque behind my front, lower teeth. My Wife came out next and said the girl told her the same thing. Funny part is our insurance was charged for a cleaning. Dumped them and are going to Denton now. Be wary of this place.

Always grateful for Dr Dang and the entire team at Forever Teeth. Very professional and personable. Accommodating to needs in every visit.

Can not keep a schedule, three times had my schedule canceled or moved! I called today to check but they said the we do not have one today, then they call back a few hour latter and wanted to know why my wife did not come in! Can not win, pulling records and going to a new office!

Forever Teeth is wonderful! Very patient, friendly, accommodating. They go out of their way to help and to explain procedures well.

staff is very rude, when any questions are asked they get an attitude. very unprofessional they do not take you to a room before doing x-rays, do not give out bags with a tooth brush and tooth paste, and make you do their treatment plan no options other than what they want you to do. very pricey as well.

Been going to Forever Teeth for about 5 years. At the start it wasn't too bad. I have major issues with my teeth due to Acid Reflux so I am in the office very often. First of all, the staff changes constantly. As soon as you get used to a new dental hygienist, they get a new one. Then they would call and try to reschedule many many times. Finally got better with a new staff, and then they left too!! The lack of communication in the last few months has been horrible. I had paid and ordered a 6 piece bridge with them. I came in to get it put on and they tell me it isn't here yet. No phone call ahead of time. Had left work early to come get it done, and then had to wait another 3 days to come back. Another issue was they scheduled our teeth cleaning 6 months in advance, but then of course got ANOTHER new dental hygienist and called me the DAY BEFORE to let me know she was going on vacation and oops, failed to notice it until now! So of course another reschedule! We finally got better insurance this year and are switching to someone else. I did love Shirley at this office though.

Absolutley the worst dental office I have dealt with. Overcharge for services compared to other local dentists. The office staff is very rude, to me and to my wife on previous visits.The are very aggressive in trying to make you do all treatments on their treatment plan, and if you question them or choose to get the treatments individually they become very rude. I visited their office yesterday for pain due to a broken tooth..they charged 92.00 dollars for the visit, then when I didn't agree with the treatment plan , I asked for a copy of my record and xrays I paid for so I can go elsewhere, they refused to give me a copy. Currently exploring legal options to obtain my records. Their treatment prices are close to double of other local dentists after research and treatment at another office. Don't waste your time or money there.

Like Jiffy Lube but not as polite. I confirmed my appointment by email and received no reply. Strike one. The "assistant" who "greeted" me told me to fill out some forms. I had already done so by mail and told her so. I was then "led" to a stand-up X-Ray machine where I stood, forced to bite a tape-covered (sanitary?) device which was quite uncomfortable while I was given a full mouth X-Ray. Kind of like being a horse. I was then led into my examination room where the "assistant" proceeded to take so many more uncomfortable X-Rays that I lost count. I think about 20.The same "assistant" then proceeded to examine each of my teeth. I asked her if I would get my teeth cleaned, since that is why I made the appointment in the first place, and she said it depended on whether or not I needed "deep cleaning" which would take 1 1/2 hrs and would require another appt. This was never disclosed to me when I made the appt. She then left the room. I realized this was my chance to escape and went to the front desk. I offered to pay for the X-Rays but they said I didn't have to. I then informed them that I wanted my X-rays and was charged $35 to have them emailed to me. Whoever runs this office, I assume the Dr., doesn't really understand that patients desire to be treated with some measure of dignity and respect and, of course, professionalism. Patients should also be told exactly what the office plans to do to the patient BEFORE making the initial appointment. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. I gave them a try and they blew it. Creepy place and creepy staff. The way they relate to you is like they're doing you a big favor.
