Google
It'll become your favorite spot, and if you're visiting Minnesota - GO THERE! Forgotten Star is the best, hands down. The space is gorgeous! Instagram worthy, for sure. Inside & outside seating, fire pits(amazing). Their food truck is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful, always want to get you something to drink that you'll love, good NA options. Favorite beertender is Adam!! <3 They're always doing events, and they go all out. I can't say enough good stuff about this place.

Google
We go here at least once a week and are absolutely obsessed with this brewery! The beers are delicious. The food at the food cart is delicious. And HUGE portions. Prices are very reasonable as well. The environment is amazing the amount of adorable dogs you get to see while you’re in there has me ooohing and ahhing every time. 😂 It’s just such a lovely environment for sitting and chilling. There’s a great buzz, lots of people, but you also feel like a nice your table to yourself and your group because you can still hear who you’re speaking to. It’s a really nice vibe you can spend hours here. They also have games and lots of different activities throughout the year, including an amazing Oktoberfest. I love the fire pits too! This is our favorite brewery and we will continue to go and recommend this over and over!

Google
Forgotten Star Brewing Co. – Great Vibes & Great Beer 🍻🐾 Awesome spot to hang out with friends! The place is clean, spacious, and pet-friendly, which is always a plus. 🐶 They’ve got a big variety of beers, and everything we tried was solid. There’s even an area you can reserve for events, which is perfect if you’re planning something special. Had a really nice time just chilling, catching up with friends, and doing a bit of networking. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

Google
We frequent here often ! We live close by! The atmosphere is amazing and the brews are yummy. The events are always so fun! The food truck is good too! Tonight we celebrated my birthday and Nick and Maddy helped us feel cared for and taken care of! They even took our group photo! We love this place and will keep coming back and supporting them! One of our favorite breweries! Something for everyone!

Emily A.

Google
Forgotten Star is one of my favorite breweries! They have a great friendly atmosphere that is great for families. Got little ones who like trains? Go sit outside in the summer or by the windows in the winter and watch them come by as the brewery is right next to the tracks! The beers are tasty too, and if you dont know what you're looking for the staff are happy to help you choose. And there are always different events happening to check out! I just love it here. Go check it out! You won't be disappointed!

Google
Forgotten Starr Brewing is a must stop if you’re within 250 miles of the Northern Stacks area. The beer is incredible and the atmosphere is elite. Cleanliness is next level and the staff is wonderfully attentive and friendly. If you pop in for just one or ten, keep an eye out for Adam. I’m fairly certain his goal from the time he wakes up is to make as many people happy as possible. And if you’re worried about activities being available upon arrival? Don’t. This place has something for everyone and it’s every day of the week. You wish you could go but have a dog? No excuses, this place loves dogs. If this isn’t enough to make you drive 250 miles one way then I’ve failed you and that’s on me. But just remember…. Be there or be square.

Google
Heres the deal… This is one of the best places to get a beer and relax. The entire staff is top notch, especially Adam. They also seem to have an event or activity going on at all times. If that’s not enough, it’s a wonderful spot to relax and watch ads on your phone or whatever. Last time I was there the music was great, they EVEN played stickman!

Google
I love this brewery. I live an hour north of the twin cities, and forgotten star is always the meeting place for me and my friends when I am in the area. Great selection of beers, and they have also been welcoming to my pup when she is along for the ride! Adam is our favorite bartender, but all the staff is great!

Joan H.

Yelp
I love Forgtten Star the staff is awesome makes you feel right at home and the guests are great always willing to talk or pet a dog. Forgotten Star does EVERYTHING right!!! #forgottenstarbrewing @forgottenstarbrewing #buzzybooth

Yelp
Forgotten Star is one of our favorite! Relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. We love coming here because we can bring our dog and kids. really good beer from there seltzers to sours. we have never had a bad experience here.

Yelp
Forgotten star and hodgepodge are a standout. I love the breweries' cream ale and recently tried their blood orange lager. It's the perfect patio sipping beer. I also tried the food truck-Hodgepodge. I had the smash burger and fries. The smash burger was simple--just a burger, fresh bun, and cheese in perfect proportion. I especially loved the fries. My only small compliant is that it took over 30 min to get the food, but it was a busy Friday night.

Yelp
I've stopped here twice for work and love the space. They have a food truck outside and plenty of drink options. This past week I tried the Zen which was OK (I couldn't taste the soba at all). Then I had the peach sour and it was good (extremely sour!) Staff is friendly if not constantly a little buzzed. Brought our dogs here and they got so much attention, extremely dog friendly and they host adoption events! Tucked away in a little industrial business area.
google avatar

Olivia W.

Yelp
Service was amazing and everyone was so nice!!! Did the free curling and had a blast!!! The hodgepodge food truck was amazing!!! Can't wait to go back!!!! Me and my friends love card games and board games so this was place was perfect!! Over the time we were there we played so many games and saw other people having a good time playing games!!

Yelp
I was absolutely obsessed with the vibe of this incredible brewery! The vast, open space offered so many places to sit and chat while soaking up some of the tastiest beers in Minne! Their west coast IPA was BOLD and hoppy. Perfect beer for someone who loves a classic IPA. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. I also loved chatting with the pull tab counter attendant - she walked me through my first ever pull tab experience!

Yelp
Often overlooked brewery tucked away in Fridley-- go check it out if you haven't already. Really big space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They often have events (e.g., music trivia Mondays) and it's just an all around good time-- though it can get loud once those events start. We were there on a night when Hodgepodge was the food truck and they had a great deal: $10 for a burger and a beer. Decently quick service too.

Dale S.

Yelp
The service at Forgotten Star is great. Adam is always friendly and always makes great recommendations on a beer for me and my friends to try. Haven't had a bad beer there yet.

Yelp
We went here with some friends the past weekend for Octoberfest. It will now be an annual event for us!!! I don't like crowds, so I normally avoid events like this if I can. This place had so much space, I never once felt crowded. It was a beautiful day, so everyone didn't have to be under the tent which helped. We went early to see and partake in some of the early day activities such as renewing marriage vows, lederhosen and dirndl, steinholding contests, weiner toss, & hammerschlagen to name a few. There were a lot of kids activities also during the day-face painting, llamas, coloring boards.... They had 3 bands, we only heard 2 of them. Both great music with good sound. The emcee did a great job announcing all the different activities going on throughout the day. The food and beer lines were never too long, inside was longer than outside throughout the day. They only had 3 beer options outside, I am sure it was for a reason, but if they could have expanded what was served outside that would help. They offered traditional German food, but it was nice they also offered some non-traditional german food options as well. Plenty of convenient parking.

Yelp
Stopped in at Hodgepodge which is a food truck that parks outside Forgotten Star Brewing Co. It wasn't as juicy as some other favorite smashed burgers, but that honestly might just be because I brought them home before eating mine. It was a good 15-20 minutes after it was ready before I dug in, so it's not a fair comparison. It was still delicious anyway! The sweet corn dill relish stood out and was really yummy. Anyone wanting a burger around Fridley, definitely check them out! The brewery looks great too, so next time, I hope to stay there to eat it right away and perhaps wash it down with a good drink. https://www.hodgepodgeeats.com/menu

Yelp
We attended their first ever Pickle Fest. Pickle themed beer special, food specials, and vendors. They had Pickle toss and Pickle eating contest as well, along with a pickling contest that was judged by staff. Despite the heavy traffic of people, the staff were on point and the service was great! Lines for the brewery were out the door but moved quickly and smoothly. The food truck did its best, but seemed a bit unprepared for the amount of people it needed to serve. The brewery was cool, busy, but laid out well for those wanting to be inside to enjoy their Pickltini. Parking was easy to figure out, but full due to the event and a wedding event in their event area. Overall it was a great event, great space, and I look forward to next year!

Yelp
We're always excited to try a new brewery and yesterday happened to be the brewery's family fun day. I think everyone in the TC saw that it was too cause it was absolutely packed! Not only do they serve beer...there was a food truck, dog rescue/adopt event, story telling event, the trophy - Floyd of Rosedale, MN gopher football players, a random baby shower and Girl Scouts selling cookies (of course I bought a box)! If it was a tad warmer - we would've hung out outside with the kiddos. We didn't stay longer than an hour or so due to the large crowds. We'll definitely be back on a non event day to check out the brewery again. The space was huge and a gorgeous mural inside. Cheers!

Yelp
Great spot for the community: including dogs, kids & non-beer drinkers! But a party bonus if you DO enjoy the hops drink. Excellent service at the brewery and Hodgepodge.

Yelp
This was a super fun place to hangout at! The brews were good, service was friendly, and the atmosphere was great for spending an evening playing cribbage. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Yelp
9/21...Octoberfest baby. Great food, great beer, loud entertainment (that's super great). Enjoyed every minute of our time with my family.

James C.

Yelp
My friend Duane and I arrived early for the opening Octoberfest celebration. Employees were still setting up. At the entry, a person said, "Go ahead on in at tell them that Ben said to give you a free beer"! We were quite dumfounded. We chose the Octoberfest brew and found it absolutely to our mutual liking. As time went on, the place began filling up with customers. We bought the remaining rounds and found the employees absolutely in a good mood, kind and super helpful. I don't normally post anything about a visit to a brewery. But, yesterday, we were treated like Kings! And the Octobetfest tent and music were a blast.

Yelp
Forgotten Star Brewing is a regular outing for my husband and I, as well as our dogs! We love that dogs are welcomed inside and out. During cold weather, they always have the fires going outside as well as the tents up and the curling spaces. We love that there is almost always space for us and a good variety of drinks (and snack) options! Most recently, this past weekend we went to a concert there - so much fun! I was uneasy about seeing a newborn (without ear protection) and a dog (not a service dog) in the concert space, which was VERY loud. I do understand that the venue only has so much say in things like that but thinking maybe some rules around such things. They did run out of beer at the bar in the area the concert was which was off since it is a brewery within the first hour, although I think they did eventually fix that. There also were some individuals we met who had physical disabilities, with no space to sit, trying to balance/stand to be able to enjoy the music long enough. I was able to go talk to concert goers holding onto empty chairs but might be nice to consider some spaces for those who needs a seat. Forgotten Star continues to put on great events, and although not perfect, it is good place to go for date night, meeting friends out, etc. Will return and looking forward to seeing how they grow and change with time!

Yelp
This place deserves 7 stars!!!!! They already earned their 6 stars from the US military awarded to this historical building. But I am giving one extra star for displaying excellence in being one of the best brewery in the twin cities as well. This historical building used to be one of eight mfg plants that was awarded 6 stars or more for military excellence production site during WW2. Today, this building is one of only 2 remaining. Highly historical building and so happy that it is right here in the heart of the twin cities. Who would have thought!??? So cool. My husband I love coming here to absorb the historical vibe and to drink some good beer. They have a good variety of different dark, light and ipa beers. In the summer, we love coming here to play bocce ball while enjoying their awesome outdoor patio. Even my mother-in-law's dog loves it here. She usually panics in public space but she finds this place zen when we hang out in the outdoor patio. We have utilized the beautiful outdoor fireplaces as well. You will see true Minnesotans enjoying their crazy curling games outside in below freezing temperature. The curling lanes that they built really attracts all walks of life whether it's sunny warm or freezing tundra days. Kudos team! You are amazing for making this brewery the place to go in the Twin cities.

Yelp
I love this brewery! We went for an event they had last weekend, which included bingo and 2000s trivia. We didn't do so well at the trivia but we had a blast doing it! There is so much space and plenty of seating on a normal night, but the weekends are crowded since it's a hot spot to go! The beer is also great and they have free popcorn while you're hanging out. Plenty of parking spaces as well! Overall would recommend checking out!

Yelp
Damn, I don't know how this review draft got lost in the Yelp-iverse, but I have to rectify that ASAP! Forgotten Star Brewing was one of the stops my Minnesota besties and I made on our brewventure last summer, and it was EPIC! SPACE: This place is HUGE and full of so much awesome history. Forgotten Star Brewing is located in a former WWII production facility. It's absolutely worth taking a peek at their website to get the full run down of the facility's intriguing past. As you move throughout the space, there's a ton of info regarding their history too on display too. Outside they feature a huge space with bocce ball, corn hole, curling, and more! They even offer up leagues for those beer-loving individuals seeking a little health competition. Fun! SIPS: For the main brew-vent I sipped on both Friend of Judy (white grape wheat ale) and Buzzer Beater (honey hazy IPA). I have to say IPAs have become a new love of mine and Buzzer Beater lead the way. The honey really helps make it a truly smooth drinking IPA. They routinely have 12 or so brews on tap, with a wide variety to satisfy any palette. SUSTENANCE: Forgotten Star Brewing hosts a variety of food truck serving up their curbside wares. During our visit, the uber delcious Chili Lime food truck was there, and hot damn were they delicious. That's for another review. You can get the run down of the food truck schedule on their website. SERVICE: Counter service here, folks! Let me tell you that they handle it with ease and grace. There were a fair amount of guests during our visit, and they handled it with ease. I've gotta say that Forgotten Star Brewing was an awesome way to end our brewventure. I can't wait to come back with my beer-loving besties again. Cheers, Fridley!!

Yelp
This is by far our favorite brewery in the Cities! Every single thing about it is perfect! Big parking lot available as you pull up to this unique and memorable historic building. You really can't miss the stacks! The space itself is the perfect blend of modern and historic! Tons of seating options inside and outside. Plants and exposed bricks create the perfect aesthetic. Service has always been really friendly! Beers are well-made, diverse, and constantly changing. We've loved every single one we have ever ordered! We make it out to this brewery every other month or so, and we will likely continue!
google avatar

Jenny G.

Yelp
Fun night of beers and trivia at Forgotten Star Brewing! It was my first time at forgotten star, and I was surprised by how cool their building was! The outside is awesome with a large parking lot and curling games. The inside is an old WW2 factory that they converted into a brewery with large windows and a very vintage feel. I ordered the Tangerine Dream Sour Ale, and man it was SOUR! Super tart, more so than the average sour beer that I'm used to. Still good and refreshing but I would probably go for something less tart next time. The brewery was packed for trivia night but we were able to get a table and had a good time. One thing to note is they have a ton of non alcoholic beverages available, so it's nice to see that they cater to everyone and not just beer lovers! Definitely would visit again!
google avatar

Tori S.

Yelp
Went to Forgotten Star for trivia for the first time and enjoyed it. There was a big group of us and we were able to find a table. The event was being hosted in the private event space and all the attendees filled the internet room. Even grabbing more chairs to make additional sitting areas. I didn't sample a beer, so I can't speak to that. But they did offer popcorn which was a hit with both us and the dogs we brought. My only complaint was the microphone being used. It was running out of batteries or had a bad connection, but it sounded so bad. Trivia Mafia was almost better off yelling. Nonetheless I'd go back for an event or just to catch with friends.
google avatar

Richard L.

Yelp
Outstanding beer, friendly, helpful staff. Their new food truck is kind of so-so, and rather expensive. A hamburger and a few chips costs $15. But the brewery allows you to bring in food or order delivery, and the beer is the star, anyway.
google avatar

Sydney S.

Yelp
Forgotten Star Brewing is such a hidden gem of the Twin Cities! Only about 10-15 minutes from Northeast or North Loop, it's not too far out of Minneapolis. The space is very large, but fills up quickly on popular nights. It seems like there's always something fun going on here - I've seen live music out in their tent in the middle of winter, curling, bingo, you name it! The atmosphere is very casual and makes it easy to gather. The beer here is also wonderful, and rotates a bit. I was in love with the Tangerine Dream sour, especially since I love Dreamsicles. Didn't love the pear flavored seltzer, but I know they rotate flavors. Only watch out is that this place was teeming with children. I don't mind a brewery when kids are nicely seated at their tables, but there were children running around everywhere - a brewery is not the place for this. Good news is this brewery lets you bring in outside food, so we celebrated a birthday with some cake and goodies - a great space for it as long as you can wrangle a table.

Yelp
Food, food truck. Pull pork sliders were good. Service was great and friendly. A lot of apparel (sticker & patch ). Ambiance was great. Loved the old historic style of the bldg. Seems to have a lot of events to attend weekly. Beers, I love IPAs and had a few which were good. DOG FRIENDLY. Pride ‍.
google avatar

Emily A.

Yelp
Went for HODGEPODGE food truck--truly PHENOMENAL. Kids meals were well priced and delicious, everything tasted fresh and homemade--I often find food trucks to be over rated and over priced but we absolutely loved this. The brewery was packed on a Friday evening so we took our meals to go, but the ambiance was adorable!
google avatar

Elizabeth X.

Yelp
Huge spot! Seems like they rent it out for private events too. When we pulled into the parking lot, it was like a big, clean factory venue, with bonfire pits out front. They had a space for games too (Cornhole and the like). Big, spacious, tall ceilings and lots of tables. They also have games available. Cool spot!

T W.

Yelp
I loved Forgotten Star Brewery! All of the beer we tried was delicious and reasonably priced. In addition to that, the Ambiance was super relaxing. The area was very spacious and we were allowed to bring our dog inside the taproom which was extra fun! The service was also great! We took home a growler because we liked it so much!

Madie D.

Yelp
Had great time with friends. I was pregnant when we went but there was still non alcoholic options for me to get something. A bunch of games to pick from to play.

Yelp
I ended up at this place last minute today for a friend's party.*I don't have any photos because I popped in and popped out just to give congratulations.. however this was a tucked away little brewery off the freeway, off of the service highway nestled in an industrial business park. It was a cute out of the way place. I'm not much of an IPA/ beer gal So this would not be somewhere I would have picked for myself to go to and try out, with that said the young ladies behind the counter were very sweet and accommodating and helped me pick out something to my liking.. And it was definitely to my liking I had a very tasty orange flavored beer called Blood Orange Blonde Ale It wasn't too sweet or bubbly I was pleasantly surprised (and the sweet young lady let me have a taste of it prior so I knew I'd like it) They don't appear to serve food but, They had tons of perfect little snacks like nuts, beef jerky and popcorn at the beer counter and outside on the patio they had a pretty cool food truck. This place is great for a party and his family friendly They have vast indoor seating and plenty of outdoor accommodations as well. I would definitely bring back my IPA connoisseur friends I think they would really love it. If you are a beer person and like to try different varietals and just want somewhere cool to hang out with the pals or with your family to play horseshoes or just soak up some sprays This is a perfect little out of the way place.
google avatar

Kimberly F.

Yelp
I can see why this brewery has 5 stars. It's very busy. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. They had a puppy adoption event going on. I overheard someone say it wasn't even as busy as usual. Service was good and quick. The beer was good. They had a food truck when we were there. It's bright and big with plenty of room. There is also plenty of seating outside. There is a very cool history to the building which was interesting. The people there were all ages and very friendly.
google avatar

Dianna N.

Yelp
Good ambience and beers! Perfect for small and larger groups. Love that they're kid and dog friendly too. Check out their website for events and food truck schedule.
google avatar

Katie F.

Yelp
Fun place to hang with friends and enjoy a drink or two! Has such a fun vibe when you walk up and when you head inside it greets you in a way. Fun to walk past the curling taking place as well! I tried their seltzer and it was the best I've had at a brewery so far... at least in my taste it was! (; There was quite the line to grab a drink on a busy night, but they handled it well and kept up a conversation while doing so. Excited to come back to this place again and try some other drinks!
google avatar

KJ O.

Yelp
Very cool, cozy vibe with good beer, it's tucked out of the way with your typical yard games. The beer tenders know their brews like the back of their hand. During the wintertime they have an ice rink and bonfires. Now, normally, I'm not the biggest fan of cream ales, but they make a dang good one at that. Their menu does change seasonally due to their limited specialty batches and so if you see something you want to try, you need to go asap.
google avatar

Erin M.

Yelp
I loved this brewery. They have so many fun activities. I attended the yoga event and enjoyed beer afterwards! It is a place to check out!
google avatar

Travis H.

Yelp
Wow!! This place is amazing! They have great beer and lots of space. They even have curling in the winter! We came here on a Thursday and it was packed! Parking lot is small but there is close street parking. I recommend the Large Marge or the cream ale. Can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy their patio!
google avatar

Lindsey H.

Yelp
Okay I'm going to say it... this place miiiight be my fave brewery in the cities. Beers are phenomenal. Ambiance is divine. The building itself is amazing. I can't wait to bring back the fam and friends. Tons of parking - it's tucked back in an industrial park. Dog friendly and lots of games to play as well! Now this is a five star brew house! Enjoy :)

Yelp
Came here to reverse transform my blood into water... it did not work, must be my lack of faith, however, my Red Cross donation event her saved few lives. Thank you Forgotten star brewery for not forgetting to give drinks of blood for blood thirsty humans. Industrial area, very clean and well maintained roads and parking. Dogs are allowed inside.... aaawwoooooooo They have non alcoholic drinks. Taco truck outside. Bonne fire pits. Back private party room. Covid 19 social distancing respected. It is like a city escape without leaving the city!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
What a great spot for dog lovers and yard game players! Lots of space to move around indoors and out. The lounge feel indoors provides an intimate yet open feel for group gathering. The outdoor bocce ball set up is spectacular and one of a kind (from what I've seen in my travels). The east facing front yard provides great summer shade wine the Southside yard let's you tan at private tables. The beer selection is a perfect balance of everything, which I can truly appreciate. Not too many IPAs and not too many experiments. The staff has always been genuine, a sign that they enjoy the establishment they work for and the beer they serve. The one bartender with the colorful hair (maybe there's more than one?) Had been there everytime we've visited. I wish I knew her name... She's always a joy! When my kid skid his knee she was quick to help get us get first aid without a blink. Dog friendly! And doesn't smell of dog. We love knowing we have a safe place to bring our Doug in the winter time where he can be warm indoors with us. Overall, a great new find for us!
google avatar

Aishah A.

Yelp
This place is nice, and that's a pale word. The space is large and has a great outdoor area with tented and untested areas. Dogs are allowed inside and out, the beer is varied and tasty with some interesting combinations especially if you enjoy German beer, you'll love some of the options. As far as the pandemic, they limit the amount of people at tables, sanitize the tables and everyone is wearing masks. Will definitely be coming back
google avatar

Jason K.

Yelp
My wife and I went here for lunch on a Saturday and the view to Downtown Minneapolis is gorgeous. We got a table on the patio and I ordered an IPA and Sandy's Grill food truck was outside. I ordered a Cubano from them, and it was awesome! The IPA was great, along with the second one I got. Hoppy and fruity. The service was great and they were taking all the precautions due to COVID as well. I got a crowler on the way out and my wife got a cool baseball style t-shirt. Great taproom in an old WW2 production facility. The two stacks on top are super cool!
google avatar

Brad L.

Yelp
I heard about this brewery earlier this week and had to stop by. Lucky for us, it was during Octoberfest. They had a live band and a ton of food trucks and shopping tents. We had a couple of their sour beers, a red ale and cream ale. All of them were very tasty and worth re-ordering. There is so much parking on the weekend as it's in an industrial area. This place was packed and still found a spot, even though we walked a little ways. There are plenty of tables in the bar area and they offer their own food/snacks. They also have plenty of games to choose from. I love that there were so many dogs to enjoy the great day as well. This was a blast and everyone was having an awesome time. The band had a horn section and did a lot of covers. They also had the audience do fun games to win beersteins. If you are a fan of craft beers and want to try something new, you need to come here!!!

Yelp
We had a perfect Sunday at Forgotten Star! The dog friendly vibe worked well since we were dog sitting a rescued hound for a few days.Bingo,Meat Raffle, and a fantastic mix of customers.Well behaved dogs and children was a great experience too. Great beer and seltzer selection along with plenty of snacks. The food truck added more options. We will definitely come back again.

Yelp
What a great space! Apparently it's an old munitions plant from WWII, gives it a unique/historical feeling for sure. It's come a long ways since that time, the inside is spectacular. Huge open area with room for a lot of people. Pick from indoor couches and lounge type seating to picnic tables and bar tops. Outdoor there is even more seating! Patio chairs, covered tent area and space for yard games. Definitely options when looking for that perfect spot. Plus dogs are allowed inside and out, nice plus for all those dog owners. Beer is solid...I've had flights, pints and brought some stuff home. I don't even know what their specialty is but I enjoyed everything I tried. They serve pretzels and other snack items other words you have to use whatever food truck is available. Schedule on their website seems updated and a decent variety. It's a little whonky driving out here, feels like you're going the wrong way into a business area. Look for the big smoke stack and you'll know you're in the right spot.

Yelp
This place is great! It's not necessarily a "sports bar" but it is a great place to hang out with friends or by yourself. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the beer they make there. They have snack foods like popcorn, pretzels and HUGE cookies! They've got curling during the winter and bocce ball during the warmer months. There's also a wonderful outdoor fire pit you can sit around to warm up if needed. There's always something going on there so check out their website forgottonstarbrewing.com. The place has history to it as well. It used to be FMC which was a critical defense plant for the navy. Don't miss this place!

Yelp
I had 3 beers: their cream ale, a Belgian, and Scottish amber ale. The only one I liked was the Scottish ale. The cream ale was funky and not creamy, the Belgian lacked much flavor and had a low 6.8% ABV for a Belgian. The food truck there was Deep Roots, and I ate a very ordinary steamed brat that had a couple of grill marks topped with grilled onions that were barely cooked and yellow mustard - no kraut was available for $8. Not a good experience!

Yelp
Delicious drinks, good people, good times, what's more to say?! Really enjoyed visiting this brewery and hanging for hours with friends on a nice , cool summer day. Their two giant bocce courts are fantastic and we played while being serenaded by a piano player and opera singer. This was an unusual experience. I mostly stuck to the IPA (the big stick) because it was a solid drink but I tried the blood orange fruited ale (it was the right amount of citrus imo), and the friend of Judy wheat ale. The staff were very chill and again the space is a lot of fun (both inside and outside). Nothing bad to say really!

Yelp
Tried three of their brews and loved all of them! I like places that don't solely focus of super hoppy beers. Decided to check this place out after a recommendation from a friend. Upon driving up it is tucked back behind some newer warehouses, and you'd never know it was there. Huge space similar to Surly. I ordered their two sours and the Boiler Room Honey Porter. I think I drank them like water on a hot day, and that's not to say they were light on flavor! They also happened to have a food truck outside and it was the BBQ place with live near in north / northeast Minneapolis! We'd been meaning to try it so we ordered up some food! Large outdoor space, large indoor space. They are taking covid seriously. Every table has a clean / dirty sign. Masks and hand sanitizer available. They wipe down your card and the device you tip on after every use. We chose to sit outside where dogs are allowed, families with children were present, and they have covered and uncovered seating. Overall pleasant day and experience! Easy parking in the lot.
