The Fork & Spoon in New Braunfels is a fantastic brunch spot! The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. There was a bit of a wait for a table, but it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend for a laid-back, tasty meal!

We decided to come here this morning to start the Birthday off with a nice Brunch. The reviews did not disappoint. This place was absolutely delicious and our Server Michael is amazing and went above and beyond to give us a positive and happy experience. Even with this place being full and having to wait, our server was friendly and calm and attentive. We are very impressed with the food and the service we got today. We will be returning in the future!

We got the Mediterranean omelette to share and the portions were still beyond what we're going to eat. Loved the German nod and service was good.

Classic dinner. Great food. It's never been too busy when I go, which is usually after 1pm. All the food I've tried has been good, if not great. The highlights for me have been the chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and the French toast. The chicken fried items are large and taste amazing. You will definitely have leftovers or a meal for two easily. The front of the menu says they have the best french toast in Texas. I believe them. Each slice of toast is about the size of 2 slices elsewhere and comes with honey pecan butter. They also have a good selection of German cuisine that I have yet to try. And they are affordable. Last time there it was $28 for two after tip and tax.

Cute spot. Had a bit of a wait, but after eating, I know why! DELICIOUS French toast, so sweet and reminded me of homemade foods. We also ordered the bratwurst skillet, eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy+eggs, and pancake and waffles. The chicken was incredibly tender. Drinks included coffee, hot chocolate, and a mimosa. If we lived in the area, I would 100% return regularly!

Came here for breakfast. Was seated at the bar. The only bar seating is with your back facing the front door. Waited for a while to be acknowledged by a server. After ordering I waited for around 15 minutes for it to arrive. That's okay because it was busy, however, I got zero updates from staff about the long wait. Finished food and sat with empty plates in front of me for an additional 10-15 minutes. Multiple servers came behind the bar, looked directly at me and the empty plates and said nothing. While sitting at the bar, the phone rang 3 seperate times and the same male manager answered. He seemed annoyed by the caller and even gave attitude and rude comments over the phone. When he hung up once he said, "that was a stupid queation" as if to get me to agree with him. Highly unprofessional. Food was bland and basic. Grits tasted like hot water, biscuits were dense and chewy, menu said 3 eggs. I got scrambled and maybe received 1.5 eggs max. Not worth the $20.
