We stayed at Form Hotel for a week after my wife’s surgery & we had wonderful stay, for its comfortable room, exceptional service & excellent breakfast. We returned today, after 3 weeks, for the Sunday breakfast & once again the hospitality, food quality & overall service were immaculate. Although we couldn’t meet Mr. WALEED on his day off, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for his excellent coordination, thoughtfulness & meticulous arrangements (tailored to our needs) made in advance. His professional & caring attitude added a special touch to our family visit. Thanks to Mr. ZAID, Mr. NOEL & the Female Server (name forgotten) for their welcoming attitude & excellent service. Appreciate Mr. RAHIM (Security) for his proactive assistance & safe escort of my wife to the restaurant due to her post-surgery needs. Highly recommended, cozy room, great food, genuine care & a team that truly goes the extra mile.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Form Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception team was welcoming and friendly, which set the tone for a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel’s location is also ideal—just a 2-minute walk to the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, a great stay that I would highly recommend!

We booked an accessible room for my wife after surgery. The room was spacious, wheelchair-friendly & very comfortable.||Mr. Waleed truly excelled; professional, helpful & caring. Mr. Zaid, Mr. Hatem & Mr. Mohammed were equally courteous & very cooperative ||Mr. Aeron, Mr. Noel & Ms. Moel offered excellent dining service with a high-quality breakfast.||Housekeeping was spot on & dutiful.||A heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality.

This is could be 3 stars hotel , normal rooms , breakfast is minimal, staff is good & cooperative, at room no carpet , no tea labels , no slippers, 3 dress hangers , no iron. I have to call for each one & but they respond positively, no restaurant s around hotel. Just market at walking distance. No sound isolation between rooms , i can here corridor noise at midnight walking me up , no comfort pillow , i will not come again , it is too expensive for the level 1161 UAE Dirham per night in Nov 28 😔

The stay at FORM Hotel Dubai started on a very positive note thanks to Jandil, who checked me in with genuine care and professionalism. I was making a quick stopover here after arrival from Copenhagen on Emirates so it was a very short stay. The rooms are impressive for the price point, striking a balance between comfort and value that makes the experience feel well above expectations. Security, bellmen, and other members of the team showed the same level of attentiveness, which added to the overall sense of hospitality throughout the hotel. The one weak spot came during breakfast service, where two female staff members working around 9:20 AM seemed disengaged, offering no greeting or welcoming attitude. This stood out because the rest of the team had been excellent. Despite that, the quality of the rooms, the friendliness of the majority of staff, and the value for money make this a hotel I would return to without hesitation.

Form Hotel is by far my favorite stay in Dubai. Been staying at Form over the past couple of years.||Location is great 2 min walking distance to Jadaf metro station. By car, the hotel is 10 min to Dubai Mall, DIFC, and 15 min to DXB Airport.||The staff is incredibly friendly. Hatem the Manager is an amazing guy, super helpful and attentive to details. Also the rest of the team: Ziad, Mohamed, March, Janiel and Emmanuel.||The breakfast is simple but has everything you need including eggs made-to-order, fresh croissants and Orange juice.||The gym is great for a quick workout (there’s a rooftop pool as well).||Overall, Form (part of Bonvoy), is a hidden gem and offers great value for money in Dubai.||Thank you for the warm welcome always!

We stayed at Form Hotel at the start of September for my partner’s birthday. We wanted a simple base to sleep, but sadly left quite disappointed.||The location is near a metro, but the hotel feels isolated and is surrounded by construction. From the front you can definitely hear the noise, and the rooms are not soundproof – we were woken several times by neighbours.||The rooms themselves were the highlight. Clean, modern and well maintained (though the shower needs a deeper scrub and the fridge wasn’t cold enough). Housekeeping did a great job.||Breakfast was the same every day, and the half-board menu was very limited (burgers, sandwiches or pasta). We only ate there once and both felt unwell the next day. I wish the menu had been advertised in advance, as I wouldn’t have paid for half-board.||The pool area was another big letdown. It’s advertised as 25m, but it’s nowhere near that. The water was cloudy, the sides dirty, and no loungers as pictured. Photos online also show Burj Khalifa views, but these are long gone due to surrounding developments. The “rooftop bar/restaurant” doesn’t exist either. There are also no poolside drinks available, and while a pool attendant is present all day, he mostly sat indoors on his phone and only handed out towels – which felt pointless. On our last night we couldn’t even sit outside because the area was being cleaned.||On our final day, after checking out, we had an 8-hour wait for our taxi and went to the pool. Unfortunately, no parasols were available “due to wind.” The breeze was minimal, but staff explained that being on the rooftop means they can’t put them out. In September’s heat, sitting by the pool without shade was impossible – heavier or fixed parasols are definitely needed. There was also nowhere comfortable to relax while waiting for our taxi, unless you wanted to sit in the main reception area. No entertainment, TVs, or even a quiet lounge area were available to pass the time.||Finally, at checkout we weren’t asked how our stay was, which was disappointing given the issues we faced. The hotel also advertises two restaurants, but we only ever saw the main dining area and a terrace, which should be made clearer.||Overall, the rooms and housekeeping were good, but the misleading photos, noise, limited food options, lack of shade or service at the pool, and poor facilities really let this hotel down. Updating the advertising to reflect reality would make expectations much more realistic.

We had a very pleasant stay. Nice clean rooms, quiet, and friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with different varieties of food, room cleaning was top notched when you come back it is already done with care and wonderful reception staff very friendly and always smiling. Thank you very much and will surely be back.
