Had an excellent stay at Form Hotel Dubai! We had dinner and the food was absolutely delicious, with generous servings that were truly worth the price. Everything was served clean and well-presented. The staff were very accommodating, especially Waleed, Hassan, and March — they made our experience even more pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended

Hotel was great, all the staff from the reception to the house keeping were super friendly, polite and helpful. I give 4/5 because we didn’t like the setting of the room, that toilet and shower are separated, maybe for a couple or a solo traveler was good but if you are traveling with friends or teen children who needs privacy for changing clothes, then doesn’t work… Amenities in the room were great (daily water bottles per each guest, tea, coffee, sugar and coffee mate were provided), also the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel/soap had a god fragrance. Slippers can be provided if requested. Buffet breakfast was superb! There were 2-3 options changed from the hot dishes and the baked options. We had breakfast for 4 days and we enjoyed a lot. I loved the hash browns and the baked pastry (croissant & pecan/raisin roll). Overall hotel is clean, good located (you’ll find shops, restaurants, metro station and there was a coffee shop Katrina with delicious desserts).

Hotel is good,but something very different,they have kept wash basin inside room, no cupboard available to keep clothes , it's open wardrobe... Toilet 🚽 room and shower🚿 room are opposite side and washbasin is fixed inside bedroom. Restaurant staff is not co-operative at all. Breakfast is just Okey... Reception and housekeeping staff are excellent, very helpful and cooperative too. I picked hotel because of Marriott affiliate group... This hotel should not be a first choice for anyone . Hotel is very near to Jadaf metro station, that's one good part about hotel.

We stayed at Form Hotel for a week after my wife’s surgery & we had wonderful stay, for its comfortable room, exceptional service & excellent breakfast. We returned today, after 3 weeks, for the Sunday breakfast & once again the hospitality, food quality & overall service were immaculate. Although we couldn’t meet Mr. WALEED on his day off, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for his excellent coordination, thoughtfulness & meticulous arrangements (tailored to our needs) made in advance. His professional & caring attitude added a special touch to our family visit. Thanks to Mr. ZAID, Mr. NOEL & the Female Server (name forgotten) for their welcoming attitude & excellent service. Appreciate Mr. RAHIM (Security) for his proactive assistance & safe escort of my wife to the restaurant due to her post-surgery needs. Highly recommended, cozy room, great food, genuine care & a team that truly goes the extra mile.

A stylish and well-designed hotel with a modern, minimalist concept. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere is calm and the service is friendly and efficient. Great location and a perfect choice for a practical yet elegant stay in Dubai.

This is could be 3 stars hotel , normal rooms , breakfast is minimal, staff is good & cooperative, at room no carpet , no tea labels , no slippers, 3 dress hangers , no iron. I have to call for each one & but they respond positively, no restaurant s around hotel. Just market at walking distance. No sound isolation between rooms , i can here corridor noise at midnight walking me up , no comfort pillow , i will not come again , it is too expensive for the level 1161 UAE Dirham per night in Nov 28 😔

The stay at FORM Hotel Dubai started on a very positive note thanks to Jandil, who checked me in with genuine care and professionalism. I was making a quick stopover here after arrival from Copenhagen on Emirates so it was a very short stay. The rooms are impressive for the price point, striking a balance between comfort and value that makes the experience feel well above expectations. Security, bellmen, and other members of the team showed the same level of attentiveness, which added to the overall sense of hospitality throughout the hotel. The one weak spot came during breakfast service, where two female staff members working around 9:20 AM seemed disengaged, offering no greeting or welcoming attitude. This stood out because the rest of the team had been excellent. Despite that, the quality of the rooms, the friendliness of the majority of staff, and the value for money make this a hotel I would return to without hesitation.
