If you are not Italian speaker avoid this place, go elsewhere or will be dissatisfied!! The staff at this place were extremely rude and unprofessional. From the start, they avoided eye contact and spoke in an angry tone when I ordered. I assume maybe it’s a language barrier and still smiling at them. Anyway after I paid at the till, i got my pizza and went took a seat, listening for my cappuccino to be called out as I observed its not table service. Anyway there were no signs my coffee, while the person who ordered after me received theirs first I was sure they forgot. But when I asked about my order, the staff looked confused, crumpled my receipt, and seemed to mock me while preparing my drinks. I don’t know maybe I supposed to tell his colleagues what coffee ive ordered for it to be made? I don’t expect them to speak perfect English, but they could at least be polite, show basic customer service, and ensure that orders are complete because they already took the payment. When he was giving me the coffee I even have to ask for my pastry again and the guy who took my ordered not think to inform his college what was ordered especially he can tell we are not local we just want to try the food and leave ok haha and he already took my receipt away anyway . I was so confused, while the cappuccinos were nice, the service completely ruined the experience.

We found this bakery by accident, we wish we could have found it earlier as it was amazing. There is a queue usually but it goes by fast as the service is very good and helpful. All the pastries we tried were very very tasty, that’s why we visited the place twice. The cappuccino and espresso are also very good. The area inside is small but you might be able to find a table to sit as customers rotate quickly.

A true hidden gem in the heart of Rome! This place is exactly what you need to start your day right in the city. Everything from the pastries to the focaccia and the coffee is simply outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and lively, and although there’s usually a short wait, it’s absolutely worth it. The flavours are authentic, the service is friendly, and the quality is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a delicious breakfast spot that feels genuinely local, this is the place. Highly recommended!

If I could give 6 stars I would. The bakery is fantastic. The coffee is wonderful. The food selection of both sweet and savoury is excellent and extremely delicious. I’m sure it could get busy but totally worth it if you do have to wait a while.

My favorite cornetti in Rome!! And also the cappuccini and pizze are incredible! But seriously, this bakery is top notch!! Always very busy and hard to find a spot to sit but they offer take away. Wish they didn’t profile me as an American so often (always the same guy) who condescendingly presumes “take away?” When I order in Italian. But the other gentlemen are so sweet and let me stumble through my Italian.

Lovely place amazing products. Very sweet and friendly local Italian staff. One drawback though, the bengali guy working there was aggressive and a bit rude and had no tolerance for people asking about prices just took the money and threw the stuff away at customers. I dont speak italian and honestly what difference does it make if I found a manager and spoke to them. So on my way out I orderd two pistachio croissants . I took one for me and gave one to the bengali guy at the cashier , I think he thought I was flirting with him. Either way I hope it made him happy , I understand the workload can be hectic but; all the locals there were very sweet and didnt treat anyone with microaggression. Its a great place and I left wanting to try an extra dessert but was too worried it might annoy that guy.

Followed people in suits stopping here for lunch. Feels local, employees dont speak much English. Delicious thin pizza and the tomatoes on the veggie slices were delicious! 2 euros for my slices and bottle of water! They did not mind me sitting here for an hour, eating while charging my phone. They have a toilette as well!

great cappuccinos and desserts - I got a mini cheesecake that was truly delicious!! that being said, the man who served us clearly didn’t like tourists and was not patient, becoming irritated when we ordered for some reason (we tried to be as polite as possible so we didn’t get any savoury items, fearing we might upset him further). Otherwise there is limited seating and the decor is lovely - prices were reasonable, so I’d recommend if you want something quick and sweet :)

Delicious cappuccino, pastries, cornetto, etc! Always go for my morning meal! Nice vibe, but gets very busy which sometimes makes the servers rushed and less friendly. Still love it.

Went here to get the maritozzi. It was creamy and delicious. The bread and the cream went together so well. The staff was very nice and there is seating inside and outside.

Referred by a local. We stopped here every morning and evening when visiting Rome in 2023. Great pastries and espresso. Wonderful service.

Great little place to take a coffee break and grab a snack. Had a custard treat that was fantastic. Service was efficient.

Great food and coffee. If you don't speak Italian, prepare to be barely tolerated by some staff, but if you can deal with that and push a bit to get the pastry you want, its worth it. Its an experience.

Wow. This place is something out of a movie. The vibe inside was so warm and comforting, everyone was smiling, there was a couple laughing and engaging in such an admiring conversation. Aside from the amazing ambiance, the coffee and pastries were absolutely delightful. Each sip and bite was absolutely a taste of heaven. I can't wait to come back here. Highly recommend this cafe!!

Wonderful pizza and deserts. Probably the best pizza we've had. Very fresh ingredients. Crust was awesome. We are very picky and don't easily rate any restaurant 5 stars!
