DFW Restaurant Openings to Know in November 2024 | Eater Dallas

"A Dallas hospitality group's first Fort Worth restaurant leans into British- and Indian-inspired dishes—an unexpected twist for a Cowtown steakhouse—based on the principal’s research trips to London. The spot aims for a dressed-up, celebratory vibe that makes it a strong choice for holiday outings and special-occasion dinners." - Courtney E. Smith

Working with Michelle and Rita on advertising packages has been a great experience! Would recommend to any local businesses looking to increase their brand exposure.

Fort Worth magazine continues to be a staple of the city and a place where journalism continues to live. I look forward to them keeping me informed on the inner workings of the city I love.

I subscribed to Forth Worth Magazine in April 2022 (with a two year subscription), and in those 8 months, I have received only two issues. Since they missed me again this month and did not send the December issue, I e-mailed their subscription department, who replied: "Unfortunately, we don't resend missed/damaged issues. Apologies for any inconvenience." I e-mailed them back and cancelled my subscription, as I do not wish to pay for a magazine that they only rarely send. I tried calling their Customer Service number but no one picks up. Update: I called Fort Worth Magazine Customer Service yet again, and while I was waiting, their phone message extended from a 26-minute queue, to 27 minutes, then 28, then 32 (which I suspect was intentional to get people to stop calling?). I gave up and selected the option for a call back. An hour later I did receive a call back from someone who did not identify themselves in any way and asked what I wanted. After I finally established who she represented, I explained the whole scenario of how I subscribed to Forth Worth Magazine in April 2022 (with a two-year subscription), and in those 8 months, I have received only two issues. She confirmed that they do not acknowledge any missed issues, nor do they allow any subscription cancellations or refunds. If they don't send out an issue, that's the subscriber's tough luck. The only option they offer is to extend the user subscription by one month. I told her I had already called in and they had extended my subscription three previous times. At their current rate of progress (2 issues per year), they will be "not" delivering issues and extending my subscription for 12 years (or more!).

Not sure how they got my email but I have unsubscribed four times and they continue to send emails. I am not even in Fort Worth. Super spammy and honestly not ethically correct.

Melissa is the bomb! She goes above and beyond the call of duty, a real super star. I love the magazine and I love the staff. They all are fabulous to work with, exhume the utmost of professionalism! If you’re not advertising with this publication, then you don’t deserve to be in business.

Yelp
I purchased a two year Groupon subscription. After about 6 months it quit coming. I've called them 3x. They say this happened to a bunch of their customers, but no resolution from them.
