"Sustainable seafood stalwart Forthright Oyster Bar & Kitchen will close at the end of June, the Mercury News reports. Co-owner Angelique Stump told the paper that the restaurant was struggling to recruit managers and veteran chefs, saying that the “high cost of living, the pandemic, the shift in culture has resulted in people not wanting to work in our industry.” She and partner chef Jim Stump will continue to operate their four other restaurants." - Paolo Bicchieri
