Excellent stay with very comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful and kind including Puia and rody who brought in delicious food at the breakfast. The front desk soumati and vajeram was extremely sweet and welcomed with the biggest smile and a great drink to refresh us from the tiring day. Definitely will visit again! Cheers

very friendly and welcoming ||Check-in was quick and so was check out|hotel close to international airport. ||Comfy rooms, old hotel well maintained. Extra bed could be better as its foldable bed it can get uncomfortable. level 6 rooms were awesome.||Level 8 rooms had a funny smell almost fumes from traffic outside. ||we were very comfortable and restaurant down stairs was the best. Only found out last day that they also had a restaurant on level 9.||Rooms at level 6 were awesome, we had all club rooms yet they were set up slightly differently. ||Amir and Bharat the manager was very friendly and welcoming so was Jay Singh and the security guard outside.

We enjoyed our stay at Fortune Landmark ITC hotel.Location-wise excellent, Ashram Road of Amdavad.The hotel reception has a tremendous fragrance, staff are very attentive and helpful. The check-in process is fast and efficient.Breakfast is well spread with veg and non-veg food available. Restaurant staff especially Kriti and the head chef were excellent. Love their services.The room is good size, the bathroom is neat and clean and with sufficient amenities.Over a fantastic family hotel.Room rates are quite reasonable for a 5-star hotel, only rupees 6000/night.

recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The property itself is well-maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with clean rooms, excellent amenities, and a calm environment that made my stay relaxing. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. I would especially like to mention Aarti, met during the breakfast whose kind nature and warm personality made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, always greeting guests with a genuine smile and offering assistance with patience and care. Her thoughtful approach added a personal touch to the stay, making me feel valued and at home.

We arrived here yesterday for a 4 day stay. We have had a wonderful experience thus far starting with the very helpful Pallavi in bookings to the excellent front desk welcome. The room facilities are extensive and well thought out and very comfortable The hotel has been very accommodating with provision of an extra comfortable bed in our room through to giving us an early check in and late check out. The restaurant has a lot of varied and delicious food ,smiling and attentive service. Assault,Purnima and all the other wait staff have made our stay very enjoyable thus far. We had a wonderful experience at Fortune Landmark, Ahmedabad. Our student group stay was very comfortable and well managed. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and overall hospitality were excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Purnima from the dining staff — they took exceptional care of all our students and ensured smooth meal service with great attention and warmth. Their support made a big difference for our group. The front desk staff was very cooperative and professional, always ready to help with quick responses and good coordination. Room service was also excellent — prompt, polite, and efficient. Overall, a highly satisfying stay. We truly appreciate the entire team’s efforts and would definitely recommend this hotel for group and student stays.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Somvanti at the reception — she was extremely courteous, welcoming, and made the check-in and overall experience very smooth. The food was delicious with good variety, and the location was convenient as well. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the price. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again.

Saptaparna at the reception was couteous and very helpful during check in. She suggested and took us to the nice speciality restaurant on the ninth floor... the Earthern oven restaurant. We chose to eat there overlooking Sabarmati river. Excellent ambiance and a Wonderful experience. Shreya with her hospitality was wonderful. She tailored the food to our requirement. The food was sensational and rightly spiced. Kamlesh took the effort to entertain us during dining with his singing... a wonderful voice. Also took time at the end to talk about Gujarat... Thank you for the lovely experience.
