Loaded with charm! Beautiful old wood, fabulous windows that tilt and turn! Opens completely or open from top, staying closed at bottom for a V effect. Air conditioner was locked down and not adjustable but thankfully the room I was in (12) had a great cross breeze! Highly recommend based on the cross breeze and cool room. My friends room had a large terrace but room was much smaller. She also was warm as she had no cross breeze. I would take my room again, she would not, she was very hot. Based on that I'd recommend if your room isn't large with windows on both sides, you request AC temp change.

The apart hotel is located in a beautiful and classy building. The room was very nice and confortable. The location was great, just around 300 meters from the main square.|The breakfast place was very cute and the breakfast itself was very good.|Barbara was very helpful and sweet, a lovely person. We could not be happier about our stay…

Perfect location, rooms are okay, bit small but with nice terrace. "Recepcion" without English knowledge. Breakfast quite good.

Overall we were not happy but it does have great points too,i will break it down.|Pros: Friendly staff, good location, lovely room, tasty breakfast. |Cons: Staff (including reception) have zero English, even using Google translate didn't help, except a chef who was helpful to us on the 1st morning (she seems to be the only member of staff with English), but could never locate her after that, she had said she would help us book our airport taxi as the clocks went forward at 2 am & we wanted a 3 am pick up, tricky when 2 am becomes 3 am & the language barrier so we were delighted to have her help, when we tried to confirm the booking the night before we left, we were once again struck with a zero english reception guy, who had to ask for the aid of a passerby to help, when he rang the chef it turned out she had forgotten to book us a cab, ok these things happen, we were also asked on our 1st morning of a 4-night stay if we needed our room cleaned that morning, we said no it was fine, but it was never offered again or cleaned while we were out for the duration of our stay, cleaning staff did come daily, leave fresh supplies but never made the bed or attempted to clean the room/bathroom even though it obviously needed hoovering / mopping etc, we were given a lovely room but the cons outweighed the pros, would i return - No

This is a fantastic aparthotel, large rooms that are well appointed, everything absolutely spotless and quiet, well situated a short walk from the main square. The owners and hosts are exceptionally professional and friendly, and serve a wonderful breakfast in an attractive setting. Thank you for a lovely visit to Pozan which I and my group of friends enjoyed very much.

The staff from front desk security to cleaning and reception / breakfast staff, were the epitome of helpful and courteous, throughout.||We stayed for seven nights (Saturday to Saturday) and love every single night. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring temperature control. This was handy because it snowed throughout our stay. Therefore, we could adjust up the heating when returning from a snow laden day out.||Wonderful power shower and soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchenette, allowing you to make your own hot beverage and cook simple meals in the microwave. My partner was thrilled that toiletries were provided and replenished daily. This is an added bonus that is not standard in an apartment. ||Bottles of still and sparkling mineral water were replenished daily, at no extra charge. There is a tranquil courtyard that would be ideal in the springtime for socialising. ||Special mention to the lady who hosts and prepares breakfast with good spirit and cordiality, despite language differences. The fresh food that she prepared was tasty, well cooked and well presented. She didn't hesitate to order taxis and arrange for luggage to be stored on departure day for a late evening flight.||

Firstly I see the hotel has changed it's name from Fortune Old Town boutique hotel to what we have now, took a while to find on TripAdvisor.||Arrived in Poznan from Ireland, and had pre-booked the hotel after reading the reviews.||I'm happy to say the hotel was pretty great and a fantastic breakfast every morning.||Room was as described, big bathroom & shower, and really comfy beds.||Staff were very helpful & pleasant.||Location of hotel made most things within walking distance.||I'd certainly stay here again without hesitation. :-)
