Veronica at the Nanuet store was amazing. She helped resolve some issues were were having with a previous purchase and recommended a beautiful dining set to coordinate with what we already have. We really appreciated her patience expertise and kindness. If I could put 6 stars I would for her!!!!

My experience could not have been better. We got a great deal on a teak double extension table with 8 chairs from Veronica at the Nanuet store (the manager). Shortly after we placed the order the supply chain had a Covid moment and backed up on us but Veronica found a table, then she found 5 chairs and had just those delivered (because we had given away our old set once we had ordered trusting “the process”) - special trip - but promising to somehow find 3 more. She then located 2 and then finally 1, more and had them delivered too - another special trip. As it turned out, the table had slight, but apparent, damage on a corner. She offered to replace it free of charge but it seemed like such an expense for Fortunoff to replace the table (another special trip AND a damaged return), so I offered to accept the damage and swap the cushions I had for an upgrade. I thought: “When was the last time I had any positive feeling for the welfare of a retailer?!” She needed approval from “above her pay grade”, but sought and got it - something that made great sense for everyone but how often is a big, retail business actually (not just philosophically) about that? Another week passed and apparently the cushions too were hard to locate but then she called me out of the blue and said she would deliver the cushions personally to us on her day off - or maybe after work? - in the next 2 days (because I’d waited so long already) directly to my house - more than an hour from her house! I was incredulous at the offer and the told her that it wasn’t necessary for her to do that - but she insisted. She made a sale; she made a customer; and, she created good will for the company - turning what easily could have been a huge negative into a whopping positive - what more can an employer ask? She’s exactly what I want my employees to be and I’m sending a cc of this to each of them as soon as I hit “finish” on this review.

The sales person Woody took great care of me. Super knowledgeable of the patio furniture I was looking for. I only went in for pricing and left the store buying all the Patio furniture I needed with huge discounts. :) I greatly Reccomend this store from Nanuet!

Great sales help from Dan at the Nanuet store. Great sale going on. Win/Win. I returned today and the store manager Veronica was as nice as a person could be. It is always a pleasure. I purchased 2 cushions.

After my yelp review, I was contacted by the corporate representative of Fortunoff. They were genuinely concerned with my experience and promised a resolution. We had the backup to show that fortunoffs vendor made poor repair suggestions. Corporate got the claim remedied, called the store and Veronica was very helpful when picking out a new set. Got full credit and even spent a few more $$ in the upgrade. Thank you. Go Fortunoff!

I had such a great experience at this store. customer service was through the roof. The salesman that helped me was Woody. Super informative and he helped me with a great deal. Will definitely be back!

I went into the Nanuet location a week ago. There was a set I liked. I called a few days later to see if they still had it. They only had the floor model left. I got enormous savings, the sales representative sent me pictures of every inch of the furniture to ensure there was no damage, they delivered for a reasonable fee, and the delivery guys were timely and treated my home and furniture with great care.

Be aware,they don't have a good customer service,I bought a gazebo from them last year,they said I have 1 year guaranty,and not even a year yet ,my gazebo collapsed,I was call them and sent a picture,and they said,it damages by the wind,they not cover for that ,I told them that the thing we suppose to put them outside,of course outside will have sun ,rain and wind ...we don't have a storm or hurricane...just regular wind ,it mean the gazebo not make good for outside,if you tell me ,they not cover for regular wind ..lam not buying that...so they don't do anything for me ,I spend a lot of money to get a gazebo will last a long time for me ,not just use for only 1 summer (winter I put them in the garage,) they not stand behind their product,I'm not buying anything from them anymore,and I put the review for some one want to buy stuff from them have to think about that ,
