Fortunoff Backyard Store

UPDATE: The legs were delivered! BUT--- They're the wrong size! Maybe we'll get floor pillows and return the chairs. We ordered a table, chairs, cushions, and an umbrella. Delivery was on time and the delivery people were so lovely and helpful. The issue is that the table was delivered without legs. Everything is sitting in my garage and I still haven't heard when the legs will be delivered.

We were in need of a new outdoor patio/chairs and umbrella and visited Fortunoff Backyard Store in Nanuet. We were quickly greeted by Devin, the manager, who amazed us with his knowledge of each patio set, dimensions and offerings. Devin is extremely knowledgeable, super polite and professional, listens to what the customer is looking for and quickly pivots to other patio sets that may be of interest. We are sooo pleased with our purchase!!! I strongly recommend speaking with Devin and visiting the store that has a great selection on display.

A good store with a wide range given the cost of renting a huge showroom. The staff, in my case, Devin was extremely polite and helpful, plus a couple of friendly and respectful guys from Ecuador who delivered and set up perfectly, made the whole experience, highly recommendable.

Upon out arrival at the Nanuet, NY store Rich Tonelli greeted us and made our shopping experience more than just pleasant. He was helpful in everything we asked. We did buy an outdoor gas table fire pit. Rich called me to let me know our item was available for pick up. My wife and I drove from Pennsylvania to come to this particular, exact, store. I have to thank Rich Tonelli for his expertise and kindness.!

Rich at the Nanuet location was beyond patient with us as we went back and forth on what we wanted. We went to another fortunoff in NJ to compare inventory but came running back to Nanuet and couldn’t be happier with our selection!

After my yelp review, I was contacted by the corporate representative of Fortunoff. They were genuinely concerned with my experience and promised a resolution. We had the backup to show that fortunoffs vendor made poor repair suggestions. Corporate got the claim remedied, called the store and Veronica was very helpful when picking out a new set. Got full credit and even spent a few more $$ in the upgrade. Thank you. Go Fortunoff!

I had such a great experience at this store. customer service was through the roof. The salesman that helped me was Woody. Super informative and he helped me with a great deal. Will definitely be back!

I went into the Nanuet location a week ago. There was a set I liked. I called a few days later to see if they still had it. They only had the floor model left. I got enormous savings, the sales representative sent me pictures of every inch of the furniture to ensure there was no damage, they delivered for a reasonable fee, and the delivery guys were timely and treated my home and furniture with great care.

Be aware,they don't have a good customer service,I bought a gazebo from them last year,they said I have 1 year guaranty,and not even a year yet ,my gazebo collapsed,I was call them and sent a picture,and they said,it damages by the wind,they not cover for that ,I told them that the thing we suppose to put them outside,of course outside will have sun ,rain and wind ...we don't have a storm or hurricane...just regular wind ,it mean the gazebo not make good for outside,if you tell me ,they not cover for regular wind ..lam not buying that...so they don't do anything for me ,I spend a lot of money to get a gazebo will last a long time for me ,not just use for only 1 summer (winter I put them in the garage,) they not stand behind their product,I'm not buying anything from them anymore,and I put the review for some one want to buy stuff from them have to think about that ,
