I wish I could leave 0 stars. A blonde bartender at this establishment called two of my friends a homophobic slur on 8/11/25, which you may not be surprised by when you look at the business. But regardless, this behavior is deplorable and never acceptable under any circumstances. I would surely hope that after being made aware of this, the bar would take disciplinary action, but I guess that will show what they do and don’t stand for. All I know is that I will be making sure everyone I know, knows that this business tolerates hate towards minorities. Hope you have the day you deserve.

Staff members using homophobic slurs toward my friends isn’t my idea of a good time.A horrendous experience on a day that was meant for celebration. And instead of joy and a good buzz, they were left with fear and sadness for daring to have a good time. Would leave 0 stars if able, and will hope, but not hold my breath, for some kind of action to be taken.

best local bar around. not fancy but their prices are cheap. Sunday evening we had a group of 7 who each had like 4 alcoholic drinks and dinner which consisted of hamburgers, BLTs, wings, etc. and it costs around 20.00 each before tip. there's no where else you can get food and drink for that price in Myrtle Beach. nothing fancy just a local hangout. love it there.

Food was delicious I had the bacon cheeseburger hubby had the cheese pizza. Our bartenders Mike and JR were great both made really great drinks. Wasn't really feeling the atmosphere but still great spot to try

Love this place!!! I can’t believe I’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for the last 30 years and just found out about it. Definitely a local dive bar. I’m always looking for good ones when I visit a new city. The service was incredible, the owner was so nice. He stopping by the table multiple times just to chat and the pizza was really good. This is my new must stop when I visit Myrtle Beach

bartender was openly homophobic to my friends. so inappropriate and disappointing!!! calling ppl slurs in your place of work (or anywhere) is not okay.

What a great find, locals bar sat at the bar…5 seat had great cocktails burgers, Italian hot sub and sampler…bartenders so much pool and darts fun…will be back

Went first time for a BDay party this evening. Great food and service. Boogie was a great host. We will return soon!

I've seen the reviews and overall ratings and I do not concur. The owner and staff went out of their way to be gracious and provide excellent service. It's truly a local hangout, and the people eating/drinking there were jovial and really good spirited. The food was mediocre at best. My guess is it all comes off a Sysco truck or something similar. A lot of breading with the appetizers (I purchased a sample plate). In addition, I ordered the Buffalo wings, and I would order them again. Probably my first and only visit.

Like the reviews have said, a very friendly atmosphere. We did take out, and the guy on the phone was super friendly, too. Fries don't travel too well, but the onion rings do. Chicken tenders were delicious. We ordered a cheeseburger sub n a patty melt. Both were very cooked lol, idk how to say, not dry, but not juicy, not burnt. The fried pickles are spears and very pickley.

Ingrid and Stevie are hilarious if you are lucky enough to try Chris' Hot sauce then cheers to you...speaking of cheers this bar is the local cheers but better! My significant other said that presentation is off the charts! Aka the flats and the drums were laid out side by side with percise mathematics...The music is also what you need in your life! GO DAWGS!

Definitely a dive feel, but it's very clean inside and it's a locals hangout, despite being on 17 Business just off the beach. It is noticeably dark inside, but that doesn't bother me. They have happy hour food specials from 4 to 7 that change every day, though their drink specials are always the same, such as $2.50 domestic bottles and 4 dollar well drinks. See my pic of their rotating daily hh food specials. Super friendly service and food we ordered was made to our order and definitely had not been sitting under a food lamp. About 10 tables inside and only 5 stools at the bar, so it's pretty small. Lots of safe parking in a lot outside and on the side of the building, though they do not have free wifi. It's a sports bar with a handful of screens and a pool table in the middle of the place. It's a great locals spot with really great prices. 16 oz Yuengling drafts are 3.25 all the time, Blue Moon is 4. Food prices are crazy reasonable and they do all the bar foods you'd expect, plus pizzas, and subs too. Saw 1 guy get nachos and it was just crazy how big the portion was...looked like man vs. food. Anyhow, we're definitely headed back here. Good people, good food, good prices, and classic rock tunes at a reasonable volume. Excellent.

We ordered pizza for pickup and it was good. The crust was in between a thin crust and medium thickness. It held the toppings and sauce well.

Great service and excellent food. The owner Jason even stopped by to check on us. Would highly recommend this sports bar.

I can't say enough good things about Fosters. Food is great, staff is great, atmosphere is great, drinks are great, Jason, Chris, and John are great, the pizza is really great. The place is great. Locals hangout. Perfect for football watching. Relax, have a drink, eat some pizza and enjoy, you'll thank me.

We needed a sports bar to watch a playoff game and Foster's was perfect. Everyone was friendly and welcoming , the food was good and prices were reasonable. It looks like an all ages local hangout.

Wanted good pizza while visiting Myrtle Beach but good pizza is hard to find. This place had decent reviews so we decided to try it. Staff was super friendly and the place was busy. It's a dive bar feel, but there were other families with kids (we had a 10yr old). Beer was cold & refreshing. Pizza was delicious! Fresh dough very thin crust. Had mozzarella wedges & wings too. Everything was terrific & the prices were reasonable. May parents, husband, & child got out for $68! Totally worth it & it will be a regular stop when we visit Myrtle again!

My neighbor George insisted we go there for St. Patrick's Day in March 2020. He claimed they bring in 40lbs of Corned Beef from NYC for the days celebration. We both lived a long time in NJ, and for weeks he hyped up the event. For one low price you could eat as much as you want for the day. I should have known better. Having eaten at Katz's, 2nd Ave Deli, Carnegi Deli, and the Stage Deli all my life - I know good Corned Beef! The Corned Beef was nothing like NYC Corned Beef. It was edible though. If anyone offered all you can eat real NYC Corned beef for $7.95 - they would lose their shirt on that deal. The owner was nice and so was Fosters. I didn't ask him if George's story was true; because I already knew the answer. So I chalk this one up to my clueless neighbor George! He wouldn't know good Corned Beef if it slapped him in the face! From the overwhelming positive reviews, I bet the place is great! I will go back to find out for myself!

Came here on St. Patrick's Day and the service was very friendly and the food was great. Thanks for having us!!

We were desperate for something to eat late at night when everything else had closed down... Uber Eats listed one pizza joint I had already been disappointed with, and this place (Fosters) which had only a couple photos and reviews. I took a chance, and we ordered a couple of cheesesteaks, fries, and mozzarella sticks. I'll be honest: I had super low expectations. LUCKILY, they exceeded my expectations more than I ever imagined. While the food was nothing to write home about, the cheesesteak was better than most of the hole in the wall food and many of the big money franchises alike at the beach. The fries didn't travel well, and I'd skip those next time... but the mozzarella sticks were great. They were actually still warm, and tasted beer battered. All in all, I just wanted to give some credibility to this place for those of you in the same situation as I was. It may not be the first pick, but I don't think you'll be disappointed if you don't have incredibly high expectations. For a place that is apparently (according to other reviewers) a bar first, and restaurant second, I'm rounding this one up to four stars. Solid 3.5 at least. Haha!

Ordered using Uber Eats late on a Sunday night. Food came within a reasonable time. Order was made to completion & VERY GOOD. Much better than I expected. -sampler -dings wings -old bay fries (SO yum)

Fosters is a hidden delicious local bar. It's low cost, good service and simple! We will bring the kids early for dinner and stop by later to grab a drink !

The food was pretty unseasoned, Ironically, right next to where we were sitting (in a booth) there were tons of seasonings to be sold. I originally ordered the calamari which is an appetizer, and it tasted fine. I also ordered the fish and chips. The fish tasted very bland and unseasoned. The fries that come with the fish and chips tasted fine. As my side I got street corn, and mine actually came burnt. My family and I literately had to drown our food in hot sauce, and salt and pepper. They have great service, the food is just extremely bland.

I visited Fosters while I was in Myrtle Beach several times.. I don't know what was greater, the staff or the food! Both were fresh and wonderful and I will return. Pizza and Philly Cheese Steaks and wings were just wonderful. And I lived in NYC for 35 years and this place beats them all except Sardi's.

My favorite place on god's green earth. 50 cent wings night? amazing. taco tuesday? incredible. all my favorite people in one place. boogie? ingrid? shelley? above and beyond.

The Bloody Mary bar was good and people were friendly. Very reasonably priced as well.

We ended up here because there was no line outside and we needed a quick place to eat that wasn't fast food. The service was exceptional and the prices are unbeatable. The food was terrific, not one leftover between the four of us (two of which were kids).

We went to Foster's to watch the Super Bowl because it is an Eagles Bar. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more! The owner Don and his wife went out of their way to make us feel welcome , as did many of the regulars. The food was amazing , the beer was cold , prices were unbelievable, and the service was outstanding!!! Also the bar is now nonsmoking! Nope it's not fancy , but if you like good food , great value and friendly people , this is your place.

We love this place for their wings. you gotta get the Foster Sauce! A better bar than restaurant. We're so glad they quit smoking inside. We also love the fast food!

We have been here twice, both times have been great!! The owner introduced himself on our first visit and made us feel very welcome. We have been sampling the menu, my wife said the wings were great and the pizza is fantastic. Thin hand tossed crust was crispy and light. Great Bloody Mary bar on Sunday game day. Hard to believe they used to smoke in here, no smell at all!! This will be our go to local bar.

Not what you would expect! Looks like a "hole in the wall" but the food did not disappoint! During this pandemic we have decided to support local businesses and that is exactly what you will get! We had the Philly Cheesesteak and the French Dip...so good! Defiantly bar/pub food! My only recommendation is to make fries a side option; the sides offered are potato salad and chips so we had to pay an up charge for fries. That's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Despite, we will go back!

Fosters is a local BAR and restaurant. I saw a review posted that mentioned it was a smoking bar. Yes, it is, but they have an excellent ventilation system in place. The menu is about what you would expect for a bar type restaurant. Appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, salad, pizza and wings. What you DONT expect is the quality of the food. It's some of the best " bar type " food anywhere! I mean, it's GOOD! The French dip is the best I have ever had. Ask for the pasta salad as a side dish. It changes ever couple of days, but all are great. My favorite is the angel hair! Salads are excellent, and the blue cheese dressing is made in house! OMG....yummy. Nachos are great. Pizza is excellent. My son loves the chicken fingers. If you like wings, do not miss Monday night which is wing night. You buy them by the piece, they are FRESH, NOT FROZEN! Simply the best wings I have ever had. Nice big wings. Try the Foster style, which is sort of a bbq and buffalo sauce. Not too spicy, but tangy. My son likes the garlic Romano. I like them all. Tuesday night is Taco night (duh) and the tacos are 2 for 2.00. Or 1 soft taco. Chicken or beef... Service is awesome, and the drinks are cold! Bill and Boogie are the best on the beach...there is an extensive craft beer selection. House wine is pretty good. During football season, they open early on Sunday with a 5.00 make your own Bloody Mary bar. They also have a football breakfast til noon, and then a lunch special which is 5-6 bucks. Don't miss Debbie's lasagna.

Fosters is a great local bar with delicious sandwiches, good beer and friendly staff. We had hot subs,French dip and hamburgers and all were great. Good salads and salad dressing. Prices are great with 4 eating with drinks for $60. I'd go back again and again and again!

Best bar food in Myrtle Beach by far and most reasonable prices as well Love the special tacos on Tuesday. We have never had a bad meal here Mostly locals. Chicken wings can't be beat anywhere else in town

Friendly place. Smoking bar. Cold beer. Sports. Best cheese steak this side of Philly! Reasonably priced. Can't gp wrong here!

My husband found Fosters on phone and said it sounded very good and had good reviews so we went there anxious to get great food and cold beers but when we walked in the door the smoke smell was horrible so we turned around and left very upset because we were so hyped up and ready for a great meal. If you don't mind the smell I guess ok just sad we couldn't enjoy the food and drinks:(

The bar is a smoking establishment. If you don't mind the smoke try it. We did not eat there, we couldn't get past the smoke smell.
