BEDBUGS BEWARE - i f anyone else has had bedbug issues you should post it about it. my first night in - all was well, when at 5AM i woke up to *ahem* a bedbug. it bit me along the neck and i immediately inspected the bed and found one. in new york there’s a protocol to keep it alive for the DOE to inspect the school - so i put it in a tea bag and took it down to the front desk all within 5 minutes. Angelo, the front desk concierge, placed me in a new room immediately and later offered me a free laundry pass. I WAS exceptionally chill about it all until FOUND followed up with the results from the inspection. They claim it was not a bedbug, also claimed the room was safe. therefore no measures of extermination were found necessary. unfortunately I don’t appreciate being gaslit into a lie when what i experienced was very much a bed bug. For your consideration: the videos. FOUND your response puts into questions your integrity, the integrity of your inspector, and your attention to safety protocols to protect the general public. your reimbursement of 50% OR $45 dollars means nothing without integrity.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I wish there were a zero-star or even negative rating option. This is by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The moment you walk into the room, you are hit with a strong toilet/sewage smell. The entire room was filthy—the floor, the bed, the table, even the TV stand were covered in dust and dirt. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. I only planned to stay one night, but even that was miserable. The bed was awful, and to make matters worse, there were multiple blood stains on the sheets and pillows. I called the front desk asking for clean bedding, but no one ever responded or helped. The walls are also paper-thin. At 3 AM, I was woken up by a loud argument in the next room that continued for nearly two hours. There is essentially no soundproofing at all, so getting any rest was impossible. I left as early as I could the next morning, honestly regretting that I ever booked this place. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from it. With the same price in San Francisco, you can easily find much cleaner, quieter, and better places to stay!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I was very disappointed with my recent stay here. To start, the rooms felt incredibly tired and worn out. The bed was generally uncomfortable, making it hard to get a decent night's rest. There was also no fridge in the room; instead, it was replaced by a communal fridge on the second floor, which is highly inconvenient. However, the biggest issue is their outrageous privacy policy. I found out that if you keep a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door for three days, the hotel will forcibly enter your room to clean. As someone who does not like strangers going through my room while my personal items are left unattended, this was a major dealbreaker. This policy might be more understandable if there were a safe in the room to secure valuables, but there isn't one. While I was out at work, I received a call informing me they were entering my room without my consent, and there was absolutely nothing I could do to stop it. I won't be staying here again. If you value your privacy and security, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I just stayed for 6 nights at this hotel for a conference and I have to say the current 3.8 star rating is unwarranted. Sure it is a smaller hotel in an older building but it did not disappoint in terms of cleanliness, location, or customer service. The staff were always friendly and willing to talk about the area or give advice on things to do. They also had a list of amenities available at the front desk which I will post here. Reviews have complained about the rooms being small and while it is true I did not find them so cramped that I thought it was a problem. Reviews mentioned the small closets, I found the wardrobe easily fit 6 dress shirts and a blazer. The lounge was nice, comfortable seating, the laundry was easy to use, there is a fridge there for guest food, and coffee/tea available all hours. The hotel location is amazing, close to the Moscone center and every evening I walked to a great restaurant for dining. This included New Delhi for Indian, Thonglor for Thai, Cha Cha Cha for Cuban, and Yasijang for Korean. The Cable car turnaround is a block away too if you want to ride the historic trolleys all the way to Fisherman's Warf. There are homeless as other reviews have mentioned, it is unavoidable as they are found outside the larger hotels too, I walked the area all hours and had zero issues just walking on by. The Found lobby is secured with a security door and you need a room key to get in, so the homeless wouldn't be in the hotel anyways. Overall, I can recommend, I think it was an amazing value for the price and would enthusiastically stay again!

I checked in and the staff was professional and friendly. They explained the lounge floor with laundry and coffee. My room was cute, tidy and clean! The lounge floor was great! Lots of folks hanging out and studying. I saw lots of international travelers. It was centrally located. BART and busses are frequent. I was fortunate to have a back room with little noise. They do provide a white noise machine though. I was very impressed with the cleanliness! Great job! I'll be coming back for sure❤️🌁

Positives: Service: Reception very helpful and kind. Location: Good, just off Union Square. Cost: V Reasonable ————————— Negatives: The smell: The smell on each floor is genuinely revolting. The carpets need to be professionally cleaned! As soon as you come out of the lift a very strong smell of urination hits you immediately. The carpets look filthy, if they were cleaned it would do wonders for the hotel. The Noise: Extremely noisy, particularly when the nightclub is on. Bedrooms: The “Queensize Room” - is v small for two people with luggage. Lack of storage / anywhere to put your bags. Zero ventilation in the room - unable to open windows.

This was our first, and last time staying here. We booked a King room and were put in a room the size of a coat closet with a full bed. We looked at photos on the website and this room was not shared on the website for a reason and it was definitely not what we booked. They moved us to a "bigger" room but the bed was still not a King and very uncomfortable. We both slept horribly. The staff is very nice and the hotel is pretty, but that doesn't fix our experience with the room.

The hotel and room itself are fine, bed is comfortable, the lounge area is nice with 24/7 coffee machine. Bathrooms are clean and nice as well. The issue is the noise, if you’re a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you, it’s SUPER loud outside especially on Fri/Saturdays because of bars on the street. Perhaps because they gave us a room facing Mason street? I couldn’t fall asleep till about 3am after which garbage truck pulled up and made noise till 4-5am. They have a white noise machine in the room lol to help but it’s not great. If you’re a deep sleeper and don’t care about noise - great hotel. If you’re a light sleeper - eh.

I've stayed at the Carlton hotel in Nob Hill (FOUND's other location in SF) and had a positive experience on more than one occasion, so I was hopeful about my recent stay in Union Square. This hotel did not disappoint, even on the outskirts of the Tenderloin. At entry, the lobby was clean and modern with inviting decor and seating. It just got better from there. Service was instant at the front counter where staff was friendly and professional. Our room was not yet ready when we arrived early at 2:10pm, but we were able to get our key cards just before check-in time at 3:00pm. In the meantime, we opted to relax and hang out in the second-level lounge, which was a really great setting. It included comfy sofa seating with pillows, work spaces with multiple outlets, and a beautiful skylight bringing in natural light. There was also a laundry room attached, as well as a kitchen area with a full size fridge, microwave, ice machine, coffee maker, sink, and more to accommodate guests' needs. In addition, we had access to a storage room with lockers to hold our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. The room itself was a cozy size but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean carpet and bedding, full size body length mirror, closet space with hangers, outlets on both bedsides, temperature control, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, hair dryer, and a large screen TV with access to streaming networks even without having to use our own accounts. We were able to watch Peacock accordingly while there. The only downside I can think of is the pricey parking in the area, which ranges from $40-60 for one night, with both on and off-site options available. Otherwise, this is an awesome hotel at an affordable price compared to others in the vicinity.

Disclaimer: My five stars aren't in comparison to every hotel I've ever stayed at- this review is commensurate with the location and price of the room. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were amazing, accommodating, aware, and friendly. (The general manager there deserves some sort of customer service award.) They helped us with our check-in requests, provided lockers for our bags after we checked out and went to breakfast, and even found us a Diet Coke after everything had closed for the night. The rooms can be a bit cramped (we had the four-bunk room), but we spent most of our time in the common areas which were inviting and well-maintained. While it's a hotel with private rooms, it still has that hostel feel. And I find that comfy. So, unless you're a hotel snob, I would recommend a stay here (especially if you're on a budget). A lot of reviews mention that the streets outside can be sketchy- that's the city's fault not the hotel's- they're doing what they can to help guests feel safe and comfortable regardless of the location.

Found Hotel is in a little rough area. I knew this before I booked it. It is close to Powell St Cable Car turn around. Easy to get around. You always need to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you are that's the world we now live in. Staff is super friendly rooms clean and nice bathroom. Good security 24/7 they give you a door code to get in as doors are always locked. Will stay here again.

We had a great stay. Me and my daughter we had a superior double that had a great big bunk bed in it. They have Roku TV. We had a private bathroom. The rooms are very small these are hotels that have been around San Francisco and since we will before I was born. But a lot of them have been refurbished and fixed up like this one. You're close to all kinds of restaurants. If you're a tourist you don't want to walk west because you'll end up in a bad part of downtown and the tenderloin. But were the hotel is it's fine. I'm not a tourist me and my daughter get hotel rooms when we go to concerts in San Francisco We live about 30 minutes away to the south. We would stay here again but no problem. It's one block away from Union Square.

We stayed in 2 rooms after a soccer game while we were in town and it was a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfy and the service for check in and check out was fast and easy. Parking was about $65, but it was only a block away which is pretty accurate for San Francisco. The only complaint I have is that they need to change AC systems because it wasn't cooling like it should and someone else complained about it while I was checking in as well. I would definitely stay again though!

The found hotel was flat out rude hurtful and discriminate towards me and my partner. The mean woman at the front desk basically looked at us in disgust ( mind you we havent slept for the past few days we have been at the hospital with my mother who is on her 8th kemo . And has stage 4 breast cancer. So I never left her side . Then we decided to finally leave once we knew things were better. And all i wanted was to sleep in a real bed lol instead of the hospital couches we had ...so booked the room for 345.00 and then she asked for another deposit of 300.00 which the first two couples didnt have to pay ...then her so called system shuts down and she says she cant give us the room because her screen is frozen...then 2 min later it works for the next three people.....she is also on the phone with the coward .mgr...talking about about how we look dirty etc. I am going to write to news chanel 7 to let them know how bad the found hotel is...thank god for rayban meta shades...that record!!? Also when she wouldnt let us check in i asked if i had done something wrong to offend her and if she could let me tey and get a room elsewhere and my phone was on 5% she said sorry i want you to leave or else.. It was pouring rain at thismpoint

Staffs are very friendly and courteous. Everything is clean and fresh starting from the lobby throughout the rooms.

I'm writing this review at 3 am because I simply can't fall asleep. The room rate here is exorbitant, but the bedding hasn't been changed. There's a disgusting sewer smell lingering in the room. The noise from the water pipes is extremely disturbing. Moreover, they provide almost nothing, like slippers, tooth cups, mineral water, and so on. This is by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had.

While in town for a conference, FOUND Hotel ended up being an affordable option for me that met my budget and provided a safe and clean stay. Like others have shared, they are a renovated hostel-hotel with private rooms with private baths available. Access is through a keypad at the front door, and they provide this information to you via the Sonder app. In fact, my virtual key was also through the app, so you can easily unlock your room without needing to memorize the code. Bunk-Room Situation: I ended up booking a bunk room for myself with a private bath since there were no more full/queens available. The room was small but it had everything I needed. The bunk beds are equipped with USB chargers and a reading light on each bunk, but lack privacy curtains. Bed was fine and after a long day, I would knock out pretty quickly so it's at least comfortable. My private shower was also actually pretty nice - it had a modern design with an overhead shower head that I enjoyed. However, the water would end up draining slowly down through the pipe, so you'd end up hearing water dripping sounds for a few minutes. The AC/heating unit was 'broken' while I was there and they would send notices everyday saying they were 'working on it.' Someone else will have to let us know if it's actually working nowadays. Outside, the hotel is fairly safe for city standards but it does straddle the border of the Tenderloin. As long as you are aware of your surroundings, you really shouldn't have any issues. The hotel is close to some great restaurants and Union Square, so is an absolutely viable stay for you on a short trip to the City.

This place is peaceful but that's about it. I chose this place to do laundry. When I went to take my clothes out of the dryer, only one sock was there. Management tried to tell me that according to the cameras, there was no activity in the laundry room outside of me. They were incredibly rude and tried to make it look like it was my fault. Management was banging at my door at 7:14 am about this. So great they lie and disturb your peace.

Livy is cute. Room was tiny. Bed takes up the whole room (queen size). Bed felt like a form mattress and it took three pillows just to keep my head from being flat. No fridge in room had to ask for one. Shower was the only good part. Nice and hot with good pressure. Wouldn't stay again for price. For the price I'd stay at any other hotel. My friends were at Le Meridian and had a huge room with a balcony for less.

First and foremost, it saddens me that I have to write this one star review. I'm not prone to give one star, I try to be fair and acknowledge the positives when applicable and I have done so even in this disappointing situation. However, the negatives for outweighed the good and here's why. Every time someone flushed a toilet in the Found hotel, I heard it in my room. My reservation was for three nights and not one night did I get a good night's rest. My flight from New York got in late and all I wanted was a nice hot shower and a good night's rest. The shower was great but everything after that was a nightmare. Also, the tv reception was extremely poor. I'm so glad I had my tablet with me. I called the front desk from my cell phone (no phone in the room) and politely explained my situation and was told the Hotel was unusually booked full and my best course of action would be to speak to the front desk the following morning. I spoke to the front desk representative the following morning and the conversation was very disappointing. Not only was I made to feel that it wasn't a big deal, the front desk representative went on to explain that she and other employees of the hotel have slept in every room and as a result of the hotel being an older building it's not unusual for all of the rooms to make some kind of noise. This may be true but flushing sounds all day and all night, I think not. Honestly, I don't think anyone would complain about a squeaky floor or perhaps a few loud sounds here and there. What's not acceptable is hearing non-stop the sounds of flushing and water running through pipes incessantly. What I expected to hear from the representative at the front desk would sound something like this "we are so sorry that you're not happy with your room and the current situation, we will make it right and move you to another room or provide some compensation for your sleepless nights." Why is this room even being rented out to customers if the front desk representative was aware of the noise in this room, it's not fair to ask customers to endure such noises resulting in endless -sleepless nights. If that wasn't enough, the representative went on to say that giving the fact that my room was facing the street, I should expect to hear loud sounds and shouting from passer-bys and the like ... Huh? Needless to say, I'm deeply disappointed, as this hotel is conveniently located to shops restaurants etc; Even with all of this, I will not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel for individuals seeking a private room. My recommendation is to just spend the money and find a room at a neighboring hotel where you're guaranteed to get a good night's rest.

This is a hostel, and it is recommended for those looking for a safe place to sleep and shower...and then go about their business. Some of the rooms had a sticker on the door informing guests that the room had been cleaned and sanitized. That was missing from mine. Regardless, I thought the place was cleaner than unclean. Sleeping - I shared a two-bunk room with 3 other friends. The room is really small, with only enough space for 5 steps. The beds are reasonably clean. I got the top bunk, and I'm not sure how long it had been used, but there was a lot of dust on the furniture, TONS of dust on the window that looked out to the common area on the 2nd floor, speckles of unknown flakes on my blanket, and someone's dried up mocos. If you have a strong obsession with hygiene, you should not stay in any hostel. If you're carefree about life and it is what it is, then this place is fine. This all really didn't bother me too much because I knew I'd wash it all off anyway when I got home. It was also surprisingly very quiet and I slept through the night. Bathing - Towels were clean. Shower was clean. There was hair from a previous guest on the restroom floor. A sliding door separates the shower and toilet from the bedroom. Yes, you will hear the person do their duty even with the door closed. Small sink is in the sleeping area. I did have a break out on my legs which could have been from the shower gel or towel which resolved in a few days. Bring your own if your skin is sensitive. Common area - I only used the fridge which was kinda gross. Inside, there was a puddle of murky water. You're supposed to write your name, room number, and date of checkout on your belongings, yet I saw items from weeks ago. I don't think anyone really cleans this out. It was also packed with leftovers. Parking - they don't have a garage, so look for street parking. Read the signs! I'd stay again if I just needed a place to sleep and a quick shower.

It sucks others had a bad experience because I had a great time. My stay at Found Hotel was amazing. I booked through AirBnB. It was a renovated and chic hostel. Not your typical hostel. The room I was in was very clean and comfy. It was 4 people for 1 bath which is great! I stayed at another San Francisco hostel where it was a community shower area for the entire floor. They provided shower supplies including a towel. The bed was perfect and so so comfy especially after a day of roaming around. I even gained a friend by staying here! I loved my stay and hopefully others will too!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Please DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked through HotelTonight. When I arrived, the hotel checked me in to 2 dirty rooms!! This happened twice in a row (photos available: beds already laid in/disheveled, towels on the floor, room wreaked of urine). The third time I came down to get my room switched was greeted with unprofessionalism from front desk so I decided to leave. The hotel refunded me the $24 ( Front desk staff Thomas had an attitude about that for some reason despite me patiently asking for my 3rd room). Didn't offer a receipt, I had to ask twice. They said I would have to get my refund from HotelTonight. Rooms were super small and service was terrible, save yourself the hassle. I'm hoping to get a follow up from Found Hotel but I won't hold my breath. Im very disappointed with how they conduct business, where is the hospitality in this?

One of the best hostels I've stayed in! This is the best money spent. The bunks are wood, restroom is always clean and the rooms are modern. The place smells nice when you walk in and staffs are friendly

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews when my experience was above and beyond. Check in/out was easy because you do it all online. You use a code to get into the lobby and into your room. I felt safe. It's super clean, especially the bathroom. I was very surprised with how cozy the bed was! The second floor had lounge area with seat, a microwave, fridge, and ice/water dispenser. Even though my view was a plain wall, I found the room very aesthetic and cozy, a perfect little hostel in Union Square. Don't forget that this is NOT A HOTEL, so there aren't a lot of toiletry amenities, and the lobbyist is only present in the day time. I'd definitely come here again!!!

We made a booking online for three people on Hostelworld and it said double bed. Upon arrival, we were informed they could only take two people, so we have no where to go for the next two nights of our trip and that every single room was booked so we could not stay there. The receptionist,Gaby, said this was stated on the website but it is not listed anywhere that I could find and when I asked again and showed her, she said it was implied. We drove 9 hours and they turned us down even with the reservation. I will not being using Found Hotel anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone as they are not accommodating or helpful at all to travelers and if you do stay with them and need help, good luck!

I had a great experience in Sonder Philadelphia - new construction, good service - so when SF came up I assumed the same level of accommodation (same brand) right? Wrong. Buyer beware - The SF location is 3 star, with crappy old furniture, an old hotel repainted (yes with new bathrooms). There are better for less in the neighborhood. And very cramped room - like you can't sit at the desk without rearranging your luggage and then you can't even open the bathroom door all the way kinds of cramped. Ok I can deal with that. But then, the heat did not work (and neither did the installed soap dispenser leaving us with no soap for two days) . A few hours later, we learned that the loss of heat was a building-wide issue. In any other HOSPITALITY oriented business this would be a three alarm fire and they would work hard to address it, but Sonder is not a hospitality oriented business brand. So while heat was restored to most of the hotel, for some reason our heat (and some other rooms) could be restored for all 3 days of our stay. We got extra blankets and an offer to refund our remaining stay if we chose to leave, but who can find another hotel room in SF last minute at a sane price. A HOSPITALITY oriented business would have offered to place us in another room in the building or in another hotel at no cost. Having stayed over 2000 hotel nights worldwide in my 45 years of travel I can attest to that - stuff happens. But a HOSPITALITY oriented brand would not let customers freeze in their rooms. "Gee", Sonder might say in response "We did provide you extra blankets", and yes, while huddling under the blankets was warm, the room was cold - with the antiquated windows, the room temp was under 60 degrees as it was in the low 40's outside. So working in the room, which was my plan as my wife was attending a class, was uncomfortable even in a sweatshirt, and that cost me my productivity - who can be productive when you are cold. Any romantic aspect of my "weekend away" was trashed as well, as who wants to be freezing cold the minute your skin is outside the blankets - you get my drift. Our weekend was RUNIED and my appeals for help were basically ignored. The bottom line - buyer beware; check each Sonder site out carefully, there is no brand standard. Sonder does not care, and can do very little to impact your satisfaction - if anything goes wrong you are screwed, and the concept of HOSPITALITY does not exist - it's part of their business model. You can't solve problems in SF with a text agent in Cambridge Mass, and a SPAC-owned hospitality business is an oxymoron.

Although the room was a bit small, it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly accommodating. The room was listed around $80+ which is pretty damn affordable for San Francisco. Room included WiFi, tv with cable, amenities for shower, lotion, AC, a safe, and bar if you pay around $10 extra fee I believe. There's a community kitchen on second floor with microwave, fridge, stove, etc. The decor was pleasant with a small twist of boho minimalism I would say. Wish I got a room with a view but maybe next time! Stayed 2 nights, 3 days with my boyfriend and we enjoyed our weekend trip in the city seeing nearby attractions as the hotel is in bustling downtown. It does border the tenderloin neighborhood so keep that in mind; if you don't know about that neighborhood, YouTube it :). You should be fine as long as you're respectful and mind your own business.

Ok hear me out.... When I first arrived, I was like "what is this place" because I was comparing it to a hotel. This is NOT a hotel!!! It's a Hostel. It was located right off the square and pretty central to everything. The rooms are small. The king bed had walking room around the bed and then there was a small bathroom with a shower, the sink is in the room. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Second floor has a microwave, laundry, water & coffee. My husband made a great point about this location. He said, "The hostile isn't enticing you to lay around in the room all day. It's forcing you to be out and about and explore." He's exactly right! We had a clean & warm place to sleep and then the majority of our day was about exploring all SF has to offer. I gave it 4 stars, only because there was a strange smell in the halls (building). The room surprisingly didn't have the odor

This is the hotel for young adultrs, they play the rights music and serve the best mix drink so far. Just get the fruity drinks or else you're gonna get the old drinks and those shits are strong

The property was very clean good atmosphere. The only thing that really bothered me was the check in process and Iris. She was not very helpful at all! She placed me in a all male room. Apparently there is an extra fee for an all female shared room. I was not aware of that and just assumed that the property will place me in a room with females. When I offered to pay the difference she just flat out refused to accept it telling me I would have to contact Airbnb. So the first night was absolutely horrible. The next morning I was able to get my room switched without any questions asked by a very nice and pleasant young man who was very helpful and understanding. I can't remember his name.

FOUND Hotel is a SCAM! These are grifters, they charge you additional bogus fees IN ADDITION to the added fees already charged when booking online. If you love getting ripped off by dishonest scum bags, this is your paradise!!!

The front desk lady Gaby said she wasn't able to cancel our reservation without the manager. She didn't want to help. The pictures on hoteltonight.com is misleading as well. The room is extremely small. I'm disappointed. We came to visit San Francisco and we didn't want to be in a location where there were homeless people and people shooting up heroin. I don't think I'll be able to receive a refund as I won't be staying there tonight.

Avoid this place! Rude and entirely disgusting. Poop on the doorstep was still there hours later. Staff very rude. There are much nicer places to stay close by.

This hotel was very nice! The staff was awesome and the hotel it's self was very beautiful and a great experience.

My boyfriend and I booked this 'boutique hotel' through airbnb. What they should have advertised it as is a hostel that has some private rooms. We only found this out later through the other Yelp reviews. I have nothing against hostels, it just wasn't the vibe we were going for for our trip, and it was not advertised anywhere on the airbnb listing. When we reached out to the Sonder team over the airbnb app 2 days later to ask for a refund, they told us they 'stood by their cancellation policy' of taking 50% of our money. We got on the phone with airbnb, and they told us they would only give us a refund if the host consented, and they didn't. We couldn't even get the hotel on the phone - if your reservation isn't within 3 days, they hang up on you. So that's more than 100 dollars we're out, because they aren't advertising honestly on their airbnb site. Absolutely terrible experience.

Cute, modern (with a classic touch), small, pretty clean. The room was quite small but it did provide all the amenities you'd expect, with the exception of a small refrigerator, room service, or seating area. Again, the space was rather small but perfect for what we needed. The old classic architecture with a modern touch was nice. The highlight of the room, funny enough, were the high end toiletries.

This is definitely a nice hostel. The rooms are tiny but that was okay because all we did was shower and sleep here anyway. There is a community kitchen area which was filthy. The pipes in this place are NOT light sleeper friendly. It kept me up a lot. We didn't have a problem with customer service. Parking costs $35 a night which we didn't find out until we got here. For the extra $35 we should have stayed somewhere nicer.

This is a decent hotel. But you get screwed with the price. I booked with HotelTonight. Good deal. But when you register they steal an extra $ 24 for service fee. A fake fee for nothing. It's for cleaning your room and for your towels. Ever heard of such bs. What a shame to scam guests for $24 for stuff that is normal in a hotel. I will never cone again. Jb
