This hotel was just what I was looking for: a reasonably priced hotel close to Beverly Hills. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable. Parking was just outside the lobby area which made me feel safe. The neighborhood is very good. Ethan at the front desk, was completely professional and helped with any need or question I had. Once again, I cannot get over how clean (and new) the room was! It made the horrible traffic on Wilshire worth it :-)

I checked into my room to find there was an air-conditioning condensing unit on the outside wall (room 306 to avoid doubt). The vibrations from it were so bad the noise in the room was terrible.||I went to reception and they come up to the room and agreed that the noise was so bad they would not stay in that room. ||I asked to be moved to another room but there were none available. I asked what could be done and they apologised and said that either I stay in that room or they would cancel for a full refund and I would have to stay elsewhere (at 22:30 in the evening).||I looked and found another hotel so they offered me a "FULL" refund but it would take a couple of days. I was fine with that and thanked them for the help.||I have now received a partial refund, I have tried to get them to refund the difference but they refuse because of the hotel cancellation policy.||I DIDNT CANCEL THE BOOKING... YOU DID because your staff agreed that room was not fit and you had no other room.||This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel. ||The rooms were basic but ok, there is a small bar accessible from the hotel which is ok. The location is ok.

Convenient location, parking is not free even of you stay at the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is nearby wing stop, 7-11.

I really liked Hotel Found! The place is very clean, the room is super spacious, and the bathroom is huge — a great surprise. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is great. The only thing I missed was the front desk explaining more about the hotel’s amenities, because there are lots of nice perks I only found out later: there’s a shared kitchen with free coffee, ice, and utensils where guests often hang out. There’s also a nice restaurant next door for happy hour, and the location is excellent. If you’re driving, parking is easy — there are plenty of spots around the hotel and even near a small market next door. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it!

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms big enough, interior decor unique, amenities minimal but sufficient. Good chill Mexican restaurant/bar (Cliffdiver) connected to lobby though not hotel owned. Coffee available on demand 24/7. Free after hours parking on curb by hotel entrance which in LA seems unusually good. Courteous, helpful staff. No business center but they kindly printed out a couple of pages for me up front. I would stay there again.

Location is great since it’s close to Santa Monica and easy to get around town. The rooms can be very muggy and the AC was not great. In addition, the carpet was very wet in both of the rooms we were in. (The first one had poor AC) so we moved to a second room that had a very damp carpet and musty smell.

Very stylish property. Bunk bed rooms were very fun! The hotel parking lot filled up, so we had to park on the street. But lots of nice apartments in the neighborhood, so it felt safe to street park.

Ethan is one of the members of the hotel staff and is very polite and professional. Overall the quality of the hotel and the atmosphere of the area where it is located is grand. I highly recommend staying here when in the Los Angeles area.

It's the perfect hotel if you're just needing a place to sleep. Very modern, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. I had an issue with the room and they addressed it right away, within minutes. Area is safe enough. Small bar inside with drinks and small bites to order.

New hotel to Marriott but definitely not up to Marriott standards. Rooms are spare, no amenities. Front desk said it was a former retirement home and it truly smells like an old person. Plus major construction in front of hotel makes it hard to access. Not ideal. Definitely over advertising as Santa Monica. Not true.

So glad I found this hotel cause I had been up all night and needed somewhere to crash for a night! Hotel was quiet and room was clean and immaculate! Front desk was courteous and professional and told me Wi-Fi code is "we found you"! There is a laundry room and dining area at this facility with microwave, oven and water dispenser! Room I got came with refrigerator, flat screen tv, flat iron and ironing board and full length mirror! Hotel is conveniently located next to restaurants and stores like 7 eleven! Only issues here are they charge $150 deposit at check in! No swimming pool! No fitness center!

For the price it made sense. Shocked at the 8.1/10 rating on Expedia though. Dislike that there's reference to Santa Monica as it really wasn't Santa Monica but more towards west LA/sawtelle area. Noisy street, could've easily put in heavier sound proofing windows during renovation. Walls were also quite thin. Front desk staff seemed really out of place, and continuously stared into computer instead of looking at the guest. Did not explain that they had put the wifi password on key card. No phone inside room. NO water in the room?!?!!!! There are disposable cups but no water inside rooms. There is one in water dispenser on the floor but it wasn't working. Quite ridiculous to have no access to drinking water. Overall it was fine, but don't expect much.

Since the manager Skylar or Steve (not completely sure of his name) still hasn't had the time to contact me in 4 days, I thought I could find the time to give his hotel a review. It wasn't my intention to post anything but there is no other way to communicate with him. I tried to check in on 12/8, approximately 20 minutes to do so. When got up to room it was still being cleaned and I stood in the smelly hallway. Went into room and toilet wouldn't flush. There is no phone in room so have to call the hotel online number rather than the desk. I was told maintenance would be right up. Called down after 30 minutes and than a lady showed up with a plunger. She said maintenance goes home by 6. I said it doesn't need a plunger it doesn't flush. She tried and agreed it would be broken. I was asked do i want another room. I said yes please. She took me to 2 rooms that had bunk beds in them. Very small as well. I was told no other rooms were available. I explained I had a reservation and I wanted to talk to manager. Again manager never spoke with me. Went back to front desk was told nothing they could do other than bunk bed rooms. I than watch as 3 more guests checked into king and queen bed rooms. I went online and showed the front desk clerk they were accepting reservations that evening that showed king rooms were available. He smiled and than got me a king room. I went up to the room and it wasn't cleaned. Waited a while for cleaning service. The room had an odor to it and the carpet was very worn. Went to turn on air that didn't work. At that point went down to complain. No manager. I gave up, they won, I was exhausted and slept in a really warm room that was very loud from street noise. I asked for manager that morning. No one available. I called for 2 days and no response. So I had no other way to tell the hotel my challenges. Please don't respond with a canned apology.

Great find in Santa Monica. It was not what I expected because the hotel was priced similar to lower costs hotels. Much to my surprise, the room was spacious and the amenities were high end. I was also happy with the location because it was central to West LA and close to freeways and the beach. The only downside was parking is a bit tight for large vehicles and the traffic could be loud. I will definitely stay here again.

We drove from the Bay Area and arrived at Found Hotel Santa Monica at 3 AM, exhausted from the long trip. When we tried to check in, the night shift employee (01/30/25) opened the door and immediately asked, "Did anyone tell you that you can't check in past 3 AM?" We were completely caught off guard because we had never received any email, phone call, or prior notice about this supposed policy. If we had, we would've made arrangements accordingly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she got an attitude and condescendingly told us, "Well, that's how most hotels do it. If the system rolls onto the next day, I can't check you in, like I can't." We stood there confused--why were we just now hearing about this, and why was she acting like we were the problem? After some back and forth, we finally checked in. We went back to our car to grab our luggage, but when we returned, the guest key card wasn't working at the entrance. We then tried the entry code they provided, but it was barely functioning. Meanwhile, the same employee stood there watching us struggle. Instead of stepping in to assist, she waited, let us fumble with the system, and then laughed at me before saying, "JUST PUSH THEM BUTTONS, GIRL." At that point, it was beyond frustrating. After a long drive, the last thing guests need is an unhelpful, rude, and dismissive employee. 1. Nowhere on their website does it say there's a 3 AM check-in cut-off--in fact, it states 24-hour check-in is available (attaching proof). If this policy truly exists, guests need to be informed in advance, not blindsided at the door. 2. Customer service was unacceptable. A simple explanation with basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Instead, we were met with attitude, passive-aggressiveness, and zero effort to assist. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Spend your money somewhere that actually values guests and BASIC hospitality. To that employee, some self awareness when dealing with customers, a simple shift in her approach and basic courtesy would've made a huge difference.

We found the FOUND Hotel Santa Monica during the Palisades Fires when we were on "prepare to evacuate" mode and didn't want to go to bed living in fear that we'd have to hop in the car in the middle of the night with no place to go. We also have a cat, and the FOUND was accepting animals for people evacuating. They also offered a discounted rate. It was a God Send to us. We stayed 2 nights and felt safe and cared for. The staff that helped us during those days, Leslie, Stephen and August were fantastic - welcoming and helpful. The stay was a blessing during a time of trial.

Spend the extra $10-$15 and go somewhere else. This place is a joke. We travel all over the world and have stayed in a LOT of hotels/motels/hostels, but we have never been as disappointed or frustrated with any of them as we were here at Found Santa Monica. My biggest issue is the fact their parking garage ruined the paint on the hood of my Dodge Challenger. I PAID for parking for 2 days and left my car as I moved around the city with my husband in his truck. When I came back to retrieve my Challenger, the front was covered in hard water from a leak they had in the ceiling. Spot #4. We showed Stephen on our way out and he was very apologetic and took photos. He asked us to run it through the car wash to see if it would clean. It didn't. The photo I attached is after 8 car washes. It's not coming out. I'll have to pay to have it buffed. Stephen said to get it detailed/buffed out and emailI for reimbursement. Skylar Gustavson (manager) wrote back and said they have signs in the garage saying they're not liable and to basically screw off because it's not their policy to make things right. No gesture of goodwill or even decent customer service at all. I wasn't even going to write a review until I received Skylar's ridiculous response to my email after Stephen told us they would make it right so while I'm writing, I'll share the other issues we had so you can make a better decision by NOT choosing FOUND SANTA MONICA. - Parking Garage - In addition to the hard water leaking from the ceiling over spot #4, the entry/exit is VERY steep and scratches the front of the car going both in and out. Extremely narrow spots. - The rooms have awful shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise no amenities, not even a cup for water. - There is no key or card, you have to download a link to your phone just to be able to get into your room. One night, we were locked out of our room and it took them 45 minutes to help. Staff is bare minimum and not eager at all to help customers. They were put out in helping us. - We were told there would be tidying up of the room (fresh towels, make the bed), but that never happened. - The AC was LOUD and didn't work well at all. It was humid and stuffy. - Carpet had stains and was damp Bad business practices and complete rip-off. We will never be back.

It's in dire need of renovation. Rooms were gross, AC barely working or not working at all.

Wow let me tell you that hospitality isn't dead with the Found Hotel. Skylar and Steven both took care of me upon check in helping me with my very random requests due to forgetting something's on my travels. Went above and beyond and looking forward to staying here again.

I paid for 2 nights when I booked through Expedia knowing I will be traveling and not too sure what time I would be able to check-in. I called and left a message that I would be making a late check-in. Once I arrived they had charged me a no-show fee and rebooked my room to someone else. No rooms were available even though I had paid in-full for 2 nights. I was told their phones were down and they didn't get my message. I'm alright with being charged for the first night, which is why I booked for 2 nights, but to give my room away is bull sh*t. Hotel manager didn't offer any compensation, only a quick sorry. Do not book at this hotel. Bad business practices and complete rip-off. Adding screenshot of my call to the hotel to prove I called, as the manager was skeptical of what I told him.

Josh was great bar tender. Knows his stuff and the fact of how genuine he was we love the atmosphere. He's a great pleasure to have and I hope this is his home to stay he's definitely a staple piece to the environment!!

Gotta say, I loved this place - for the price. Keypad access to front door, from garage and for rooms meant no fumbling for card keys.... The lobby was clean and modern, with a nifty pool table/accessories, and lotsa cozy places to sit with a laptop (since the desk chair in the room is NOT conducive to meaningful stretches of work).... The staff, including an always-visible security guard, was polite and helpful. In five days of stay, I was only unable to find a spot in the attached garage once, and even then street parking was handy. (But speaking of the garage, the short ramp in/out is STEEP, and my rental rode a bit low/"bottomed out" a bit when exiting, until I taught myself a steering "trick.") The room itself was great, clean and with nice amenities (including large shower shampoo/body wash/conditioner, no squinting to see what's what!) and blackout curtains. My "super power" when traveling is laying down to nap right when housekeeping wants to stop by, so I had PRIVACY sign on whole trip; as such, I can't speak to housekeeping service. But they seemed friendly in the halls. The location is... "fine" -- a very short drive to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier, and not far from a 24 Hour Fitness location -- though I only found one legit restaurant within walking distance (the old-school and EXCELLENT Guido's). Otherwise, it's all mini-strip mall pizza slice joints and one decent cafe called Board House. Oh, and an IHOP that looked sus with all its "HELP WANTED" signs papering the windows, but was very busy and had excellent service. I would 100% stay here again, a great value.

Arrived and nobody at front desk. Other existing guests and I waited outside locked front door until evening clerk finally showed up. Later when I returned to the lobby there were other guests waiting outside the door because the desk clerk was AWOL again, so I let them in. Rooms are so-so. Parking is an additional $33. Ridiculous. An easy pass for me next time staying in the area

I had a great stay at Found Hotel last month. It was just for a night but I had everything I needed. The entire room and bath was clean and cozy. It was also very spacious. I love the modern design. I had stayed at a Found Hotel in San Francisco but in the hostel type room where you only get a bunk bed. I didn't have any issues then so booked this. I also didn't have any issues. Check-in and out were a breeze. I will be back if given the chance!

This is tough to review. My king room was spacious, comfortable, and modern, and the lobby and hotel had nice designer touches, but it also had a musty smell and is on Santa Monica Blvd so traffic noise is high. I had explicitly requested a quiet room so am bewildered as to why they placed me at the front of the building overlooking SM Blvd instead of the rear which abuts a residential neighborhood, or even an interior room. Even the white noise machine in my room couldn't drown out the steady and persistent traffic which resulted in two nights of almost no sleep. The multitude of giant, firm, uncomfortable pillows also confounded me. If you're going to dress the bed in 6+ pillows, maybe provide an assortment? I didn't use any of them. Pluses include blackout blinds, a very large bathroom with plenty of counter space and nice soaps, a small and free parking lot that can maybe accommodate 14 vehicles (I didn't even attempt it since neighborhood parking was so easy), 24-hour on-site front desk staff and security, and a big lobby with pool table and seating. There's not a lot to see right outside the front door, but that's pretty much the case at any hotel in the area that's not right on the water. And even then... But everything you need though is a short drive away. Not sure I wouldn't stay here again, but I'm not especially eager to.

I have never written a bad review in my life - and I travel internationally. But I am in tears over the treatment I received at FOUND hotel in Los Angeles. I live in Vegas, and was just diagnosed with a debilitating disease, and was referred to UCLA for a trial. I made an appointment for Aug 5th (driving from Las Vegas), and prepaid the room (per instructions). On the morning of the 5th, I received a call from UCLA Neurology that my appt had been changed to another date due to physician availability. They did not call me with a revised date until Aug 6th. I then called FOUND to change the room booking from Aug 6th to the revsied date, but they said it was not possible. I pleaded that I live on SS, and cannot afford to book the room a second time, but the hotel told me it was non-refundable, as I'd booked through Booking.com - though they did confirm that they had received the full amount for the room - but refused to apply it to the revised date. Pretty sad in this day and age that people have become as compassionate as machines.

At first I thought this place was a hostel. How is it possible to have this modern of design at this competitive price point in Santa Monica?? I was pleasantly surprised that they exclusively offer private bookings (your own room and bathroom). The hotel is gorgeous. Think beautiful simple art and mid century modern furniture. Booking and check in are technologically up to par! Everything is done digitally. I already knew my room number a week in advance. Security is pretty good because you need an access code to enter the building and your room. You can even use your app to unlock the door! They didn't even need a front desk. My only gripe is the smell. You can tell from the stench that this is an old building that has been (successfully) renovated. It permeated the lobby, floors, and even the fridge. This is a hotel where I'd be shared to walk around barefoot.

The Found Hotel went above and beyond for me , especially Stephen . I had left my clothing in the lockers and when I checked out , I could not find , had many pairs of shoes that I adore and irreplaceable. Stephen / Steven the manager had a locksmith come to the hotel and was able to unlock my locker with my belongings. I am so grateful, I highly recommend this hidden gem . Amenities and hotel staff are 10 plus x infinity. Very grateful. Sincerely, Suzy Houghton

Disgusting and DANGEROUS property. Air conditioner LEAKING TOXIC FREON onto the walls. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Loud parties in every room. Unclean, and NO STAFF, this is NOT A HOTEL. It's a weird scam, and the only people you can talk to are a call center oversees. No refunds, no help. AVOID ALL SONDER PROPERTIES. Parking is a joke, theres like 3 spots, and you'll scrape your car trying to get in. Complete Trash.

Overall a really pleasant stay. A couple notes to share: Download the app- it makes the check in process incredibly easy, and you can reference rules, your personalized access key, about the hotel, and local recommendations all in one spot. I also chatted with their customer service on the app prior to check in as I had a question, and was answered kindly & promptly. We got a room with a king sized bed and it was a decent size for 2 people. The room appeared clean, and we had everything we needed. The shower however could use a few shelves- they have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash secured to the wall which was nice, however no spot to set things like your razor except for the floor. Additionally, the AC unit is above the headboard (or at least it was in our room). At night, the AC lights illuminate pretty brightly and being that it sits above your head it was a bit bright & bothersome when trying to sleep. The hotel itself is generally clean, however they have carpet in the entirety of the building (hallways and rooms) and there is already quite a few spill stains throughout. Not super appealing to look at, but everything else made up for it. Would definitely consider staying here in the future. Great location & price.

Staff was nice and room was clean. But the walls are super thin so it was impossible to relax. We constantly heard people walking above us and there was a couple fighting next door. Our AC was also broken. Overall a disappointing experience

I don't know about the bad reviews, but I was scared after had booked this hotel on Sonder and reading the reviews. It's nothing like what the previous bad posts say and I'm someone who usually stays in 5 star hotels. This is a Self Service Hotel, which was excellent. The Bed was so comfortable, and the staff on site were so nice. Yes, it is first come first serve parking, so the earlier you park the better you off, the later you get there or come back to the hotel you'll be seeking street parking, which is a little hard to find. Id def come back. The only complaints I had was the walls are kind of thin, so you can hear next door. The water is HOT if you put on hot, forewarning. LOL Oh and yes, you can smell weed from one or some of the rooms, but thats what you get when you stay in a state where it's legal, BUT even though it says no smoking, it seems as some people don't listen. Don't let the previous posts scare you, esp if you only using it to sleep and to use it for a come and go stay. I'd book again and I'm from Santa Monica.

Is this even a hotel?? The rooms have paper thin walls, really dumpy area and they make you use a key code system on these keypads on the doors, but the key pads are worn and you can't see the numbers. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS Also lower the rent in your corner retail restaurant space! Heck give them free rent. Nothing spells rundown more than empty store fronts connected to YOUR hotel Stop being cheap

Oh Sonder, you make me wonder. I am a former Housekeeping Supervisor with 5 years of experience in hospitality, so I know the industry well. To clarify, this is for Sonder at FOUND hotel. Check In: The check in was very simple especially if you have the app downloaded and such, BUT there was no effort to explain the amenities or get to know us as guests and about our stay--or how they could elevate our experience. **We did try to check in earlier. You have to wait until the day of to see if you're approved or not, which is inconvenient. Our request was declined and they offered a 1-hour earlier check in and immediately charged us $29.99 (even though we hadn't confirmed the time they suggested). I had to contact customer support on the app to get that removed. We did consider using the lockers, but glad we didn't because there are only 5 large ones and 10 small ones. Security: You need an access code to get into the building. and your room which makes things extra secure. There is a security professional onsite as well to give you piece of mind. The Room: The room is standard and as pictured online. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. They offer ear plugs, coffee, a refrigerator, iron & board, etc. Cosmetic-wise, there were notable streaks on the wall, likely water damage from the AC. **There are no guides for individuals new to the area and no phones in the event you needed to call the front desk with questions. The Bathroom: There are typical amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc) but not in the small bottle form as most hotels have. My biggest issue with the bathroom is that there is no place to put your toiletries in the shower itself. We resorted to putting things on the floor which is inconvenient. The Location: Sonder is located on Santa Monica Blvd with convenience to two buses and walking distance to many others. We were incredibly close to the pier and Venice Beach. BEWARE: My biggest issue with Sonder is the fact that I asked housekeeping to make both of our beds. We returned to find only one made. Their excuse was that they have a policy that states they cannot make a bed if there are personal items on it. I have NEVER heard that before. As housekeeper myself, you fold or put the personal items back on the bed after you make it. If you don't want your bed made, then tell the front desk. What was ridiculous is that they took some of the pillows from my bed and returned them to my friend's bed, so they still in fact touched my bed (therefore violating their own rule), but chose not to make it. On top of that, my friend was using her personal pillow case (which would be considered a personal item), and they still made her bed with the personal pillow case in place (therefore violating their own rules again). All in all, I like the concept, but believe they could be doing so much better if they considered some of the little things that go into someone's stay.

I wonder if the older reviews are from before a renovation because my friends and I had a great experience here. The place is well decorated, with a big lounge area in the lobby. Doors are accessible through a pin pad. Most of the interaction during your stay will be through an app, which can be good or bad depending on your personal preference. Good location in terms of access to restaurants and places to visit, but street parking can be rough if you have a car.

The price is well below average but this hotel is above average. This hotel is for the self sufficient. The reward is a private parking lot for 22 cars and free high speed wifi. There is no lobby bar, just a freeform bar area with a pool table. Security is top notch.

I would rate this hotel a 0 if I could. When we arrived it was hot In the room and ac did not work we called front desk and they said they would send someone. Someone never came by so we called again an hr later and they then said they had gone home for the night. They brought a fan that blew out hot air and the Maintenence guy in the morning said whoever brought this it was a terrible idea. It was scorching hot all night In the room and unable to sleep. They also did not have any other rooms avail supposedly. While we were checking in another person was complaining about their shower not working. Next morning we asked for ac to be fixed again as it was hot in the room and they came when it was time to check out. There is also no ice machines avail YOU have to go downstairs to get ice yourself. Wall outlets go in and out. There are also no phones in the room to reach front desk. You have to call from your cell phone to reach them. Def would not recommend ever staying here! Especially in the summer or when it's slightly hot!. Sleeping with the window open didn't help at all either.

I found this hotel on kayak and I'm so glad I did! The outside is very inviting and the lobby is very modern. Theres 24 hour security and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are great! Mini fridge, closet, big desk, tv, air conditioning, very comfortable king size bed and great pillows. The bathroom is very stylist and everything is new. The room and bathroom were very clean. Theres a communal kitchen space with a modern coffee maker and even washer and dryers. There's also a 7-11 right across the street in case you need anything. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

No manager on the duty so if you have any problems, suggestion or request you will not be helped. Ms Yoili at the front dest trained to tell guests the same thing over and over again. Stuff doesn't want to help they just don't have anyone in charge on the duty at all times like Wednesday early afternoon etc. an hours earlier check in will cost $25 for one hour and it's more expensive than in Hilton Santa Monika where manager in there all day and happy to help you with any matter. They have two stars for a reason!

I had a two night reservation but checked out early because I couldn't deal with the smell or carpets. Definitely a 1 star hotel and not worth the money paid for it.

This place is disgusting. I arrived to find a lot of black lint and a hair on one of my pillows. The hallways smell like marijuana. The carpets are dirty and stained. The bathroom sink is dirty where the under mount meets the countertop. I would give this zero stars if I could. I will leave tomorrow and find another place to stay, even though I paid for two nights. I would NEVER recommend this place

I'd love to tell you guys about the room. But I'm still waiting to be helped. Been sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes now. This is the slowest I've ever been "helped" and I stay at hotels 3-5 times a week for work.

Me and my wife had a great experience staying here. It was peaceful and while costumer service could use some revamping I still enjoyed the stay. The room was very spacious and was very homey. I def will stay here again.

My friend and I had a very poor experience at this hotel. With great first impressions, we had high hopes. However somebody in the middle of the night was able to open the door to our room. The only thing stopping the door from fully opening was the flap lock at the top of the door. In the morning, I woke up to test the door, and I was able to walk into our hotel room without putting our key card up to the sensor, even with the deadbolt locked from the inside. I took videos of the door unlocking without the keycard for future reference. At checkout, the person at the front desk said we would be contacted for reimbursement, which did not happen. I emailed customer service explaining what happened and attached the videos to the email. I was told I was reimbursed $100 soon after our stay and the assistant added $40 reimbursement for the email explanation. I checked my banking history and neither of those were anywhere to be found. I paid over $200 for an unlocked door and an extremely unsafe stay with no real reimbursement. I would hate for this to happen to any future guests. It has been almost three weeks and there is still no resolution.

Be weary of this place. They will lie and cheat you to get you to pay for a night you never stayed...that is if you book ahead and choose to leave because of the dismal staff and dark hotel surroundings, not to mention lack of parking or equipment to deliver your luggage. Upon leaving, the manager James will be so agreeable and say you won't be charged so that you won't feel worried about not asking for an invoice. The next day you will get an email and invoice showing they charged your CC. Then you call and the hotel receptionist plays dumb. I'm sure you get the picture. Then James never calls back and when you finally reach him he plays dumb and tells you he won't do anything to help. Don't trust these people with your credit card.

I honestly dislike writing reviews especially bad ones but I feel I needed to write this one. I booked a King Room at this location for a longer trip of about 3 weeks. Check in was done through the app which was easy and straightforward. Location was pretty good too. But we came to find out that a lot of the details provided during the booking process was not accurate. The parking was claimed to be reserved and included while we found out that parking was first come first serve. The lot is small and it was pretty much full most of the time. They had also a leak in part of the parking lot. I would admit the staff was very nice and I feel bad. The hotel was not at all well kept up. The hallways and common areas were under maintained. I saw some wood flooring coming off. A big weed smell in the hallway. Common area was literally someone trying to make it look very nice but basically did not maintain it after the first opening day. The room was very basic and small. We had one small window and literally it was over looking an inside courtyard with barely any lights coming in. Clientele seemed on the younger side which I can understand since their prices tend to be on the cheaper side compared to regular hotels but I could have definitely booked a better Airbnb of some sort instead if I had known. I offered my complaints over their customer service chat through the app to find out they were not at all willing to accommodate with anything. Their response was we cleaned the weed smell and we can move you to another room. I offered to pay more to transfer somewhere else nicer or even pay a cancelation fee as I did not intend to stay 3 weeks here. After they finally had management review my case two days later, they said we can't do anything and this is what it is. They basically said if you are unhappy go ahead and add a bad review because we will not do anything to accommodate your request or help you at this time. It was shocking to see they were unwilling to do anything at all when I did not expect anything for the inconvenience other than an opportunity to pay more and transfer somewhere better suited or just pay for the nights I had to stay before I can reserve something else plus a cancelation penalty. They said no to all straight up. Just disappointing. Will not be back nor recommend it to any friends and family.

My stay was good, but in the pictures it showed that there was supposed to been a balcony. Unfortunately, my room didn't which was a slight disappointment, because I was looking forward for the balcony view. There aren't any vending machines, so you will have to go next door to 7 eleven for snacks, their open 24/7. They don't offer breakfast. The walls are VERYYY THIN you could hear everything from the rooms on both sides, and our next door neighbors came to our room 3x complaining that we were too loud when we weren't loud at all. The hotel crew came in everyday to provide clean fresh towels. Hotel staff was friendly throughout most of time, but when I ordered door dash I went down to get it and asked them about it. They all looked at me weird and one guy said "Oh! Here it is." in a slightly rube tone. Overall, I'll give this hotel a 5/10. It wasn't the best, but it'll definitely do. If you have other options I would probably try them. I won't be staying here again on my next visited.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I travel around a lot and stay at a lot of different hotels. This one definitely wins for one of the worst places I've ever stayed in. From their check in process to the rooms! It took a half hour to check in... oh yeah, installing an app that requires a pic of your license and Face ID!! Then I got the loudest room facing the busy street with police cars and loud fire trucks every five minutes! Then it took another half hour to get my room changed. This place is so bad, it's comical!
