"A shared culinary workspace based in Somerville, Foundation Kitchen is working toward a probable winter opening for a Charlestown location at the Graphic Lofts apartment building right by the Sullivan Square MBTA station. I'm particularly interested in the planned mix — a food hall, beer and wine bar, cafe, event space, and production space with indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of takeout-friendly options — which aims to serve both diners and local food producers. Founders Ciaran Nagle and Tara Novak are currently crowdfunding through Patronicity to raise $20,000 over the next three weeks to purchase a walk-in refrigerator and a vented hood for the new site." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
