Been coming here for years, and just about every visit is good to great. They are great about customizing dishes to your wishes. Last visit was a spinach mac n cheese topped with roasted salmon. i had them double up on the spinach.

First time eating at FOJ and all I can say is why have I deprived myself for so long? It was so good! Our server, Ross was awesome! He was very friendly, professional, and just overall great at his job. I had the Prado burger with mixed fries and my wife had the Cali club with mixed fries as well. It came out promptly and both dishes were so good! I asked for my burger medium and it was cooked perfectly on the temp and juicy. The mixed fries came with a delicious sauce. Let's just say we just became regulars. Can't wait to try other dishes here.

Treat yourself to a delicious meal here at FOJ! Wished I had taken more pics. My husband despises mushrooms and he was almost licking his plate clean… the Mushroom Ravioli is homemade and super delicious! The jalapeño cornbread is heavenly. Our filet mignon was so tender we cut it with a butter knife. We eat here often and had the privilege of them catering our son’s Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding. All our guest were very pleased and talked about how wonderful they did with everything. Thank you Natasha for taking pride in your business, bc it truly shows.

I would like to recognize employee Kelly, she was superb from the point i called in to place my order to the point of me picking up my order, she was helpful, patient, kind and went above and beyond helping me. I ordered off of Kelly's recommendation the buffalo chicken nachos and i added a side salad. My meal was beyond amazing, Thank you Kelly for the recommendation and your kindness. Keep up the superb work!

we picked up an order for an office lunch and everything was really great! everyone got something different and each of the dishes were fresh and delicious. i especially was a big fan of the lemon basil smoothie. it was both sweet and tart which was nice. also make sure you try the sweet potato fries! i thought the service was great too, as everyone was very friendly and welcoming. prices weren’t bad either. i will definitely be returning here sometime soon.

As soon as you enter the restaurant the atmosphere is very energetic and you are met with smiling faces that welcome you into their establishment. You can immediately see that this restaurant is one to share with friends and family. The food has always been fresh and delicious. Several of the items on their menu have been my go to such as the Roasted Chicken Salad , Turkey Delight Sandwich , Salmon Burger as well as many soups.. I also have stopped in to grab from the to go case for our home to enjoy. I highly recommend FOJ for a nice lunch in Macon.

I had an ahi tuna salad that has me thinking about it every day since! Quesadilla at my table looked amazing and came highly recommended. I'd love to try it one day but that salad will definitely be first on my list!

The food was delicious. We had the veggie sandwich which came with fresh mozzarella cheese and the veggie burger which was bean and mushroom burger. We had the mixed fries for sides with was the sweet potatoes fries and regular fries freshly fried with the side of aioli sauce. To die for!

I literally loved everything about this place. It was cute and quaint and the service was great. I had the chicken quesadilla and kale salad, while my cousin had the butternut squash ravioli with grilled shrimp! Absolutely scrumptious We also had the crab stuffed hush puppies and the chicken pesto egg rolls. I'm definitely going back to try the other items on the menu!

Food is always good. Tres leche is yum! The kale salad is also a good option with salmon.

This place is adorbs - old friend & I stopped in for lunch & we spent most of the time catching up in between bites. Fun art on the walls, bustling lunch crowd, a dessert case right up front while guests wait to be seated, excellent service. Friend got her regular Candied Bacon BLT on Whole Grain w/ Ancho Aoli + side of mixed regular and sweet potato fries! Fries are perfection - long, skinny & cooked just right. I ordered The Prado Burger (bacon, fried onion, lettuce, tomato, Cheddar cheese & Serrano Aioli). I got it it well done but it came out pink in the middle. Our server Clarissa was sweet & had them recook it - no problem. Super delish on a challah bun (I think). We would've ordered dessert but so stuffed. See you again soon FOJ!

Lovely place to eat with good food. We had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated. It was really cold to the point of being uncomfortable.

A very pleasant eatery. The service was wonderful and the food was really good. I ordered the Dakota minus pimento cheese with a said of the sauteed creole kale. Both the sandwich and kale were cooked and seasoned to perfection. I did not need to add any additional seasoning. The restroom was spic and span. The restaurant is quaint and lovely. They offer fresh butcher paper on each table to help keep things sanitized and the staff all wore face masks.

It was very busy but we were seated quickly. We saw our waitress one time to order our meal. I was looking forward to getting the Chicken Caesar salad that I have ordered in the past. When we received the meal it was served in a very small side salad bowl with a dry piece on chicken. It was so dry that I could not eat it. No one came to check on us after the food was delivered, not even to give us the check. We had to get up and go to the front to get our check and pay. She took our money and did not ask how everything was. I will not be returning. For a $16 salad I expect more.

New to the Macon area from Atlanta! OMG! This is it! Everything here is amazing!! Food, atmosphere! Don't hesitate to try this!!

The food was really good and the staff was wonderful. If i were to change anything it would be the noise level. You can see efforts have been made to reduce the noise level but in the front room it was tough to have a conversation. But, again, great menu, good food and nice staff.

Always something new to try at FOJ! Although I don't suggest taking small children. All the adults in my family love it though.

This place is wonderful! Great healthy food options! Wish it didn't always stay so busy but I understand why it does! Hope Macon will get more restaurants like this!

What a unexpected amazing restaurant find! Was looking for places to meet up with an old friend to split the distance for travel and it was perfect. Got the salmon glazed bourbon bowl and was amazing. The waiter was responsive and great as well, even when I spilled a drink on my self lol. Cool area with nice decor. All in all 20/10 can't recommend enough

One of my favorite places to eat of all time! Consistently delicious, and incredible staff. Love the salads, upstream dream, quesadillas, and sweet potato fries as my go to orders.

FRIENDLIEST STAFF EVER!!! Also amazing menu of course. I have only been able to come here a few times because it's across town from where I live, but I LOVE this place. I've ordered something different every single time and each meal was divine. They have so many healthy choices and GF options/alternatives! Very tummy friendly which I greatly appreciate as someone with various digestive ailments I wish I took more photos of my meals, but definitely check this place out and support local restaurants :)

Amazing food ! Every time I come here I try to order something different and every time I leave I either see someone's plate or smell something new that I like. I want to go back for their pastries. But when I say everything is good ... TRUST ME :-)

Both myself and my partner's food was way too over salted. Neither of us are sensitive to salt, but the salt was so strong neither of us could eat our food. Our waitress was friendly, but the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Our food, and even our check took a long time. Overall, we were just upset because we paid $42 for two meals we didn't even eat. P.S. No one wore a mask

I decided to give FOJ another shot because the food was decent. I had another blehhh, not great experience. We had to wait 10 min to be seated even though half the restaurant was empty. The waitress got my order wrong. I ordered the huevos rancheros bowl. She brought out the huevos rancheros sandwich. That's fine miscommunications happen. She fixed the order quickly, and I probably wouldn't have even thought to mention it except that it took long to seat us. When we finally got our food, it was so bland! What a sad grits bowl! It wasn't spiced at all. Tasted like it had no salt or pepper. The veggies must have been out of a can. Our meal was $40 for brunch for two. That's with no alcohol, no desserts, etc. I don't mind the price, but I expected more from the food.

The food was delicious. I had the chicken Caesar salad. I lived in the area for years and discovered this little gem and I have never been there and not enjoyed my food. The quiche is also always a good choice. I was back in town for a few days and glad I got to pop in.

I love FOJ and have been here several times. I usually have an excellent experience and the same as far as the food goes. I have had the green goddess salad with chicken, literally so fresh and amazing. Their quiche of the day which is also very good. The inside was light and the crust was flaky. Recently I went and I had the biscuits and gravy. It was good, but it wasn't my favorite. The corn chowder that I ordered as a side literally tasted like creamed corn poured straight from the cab onto my plate. Luckily the server did change it out for me and let me have the Cajun kale instead, which is amazing. The kale is seasoned very well and has a good crunch to it. The service we receive is always great, however there is usually a long wait initially. I wish they would use waitlist or something to add yourself to the list when you are on the way. Other than that I am a return customer for life and can't wait to come back and try their new menu items as they are always switching it up.

Always on point! The food is amongst the best you'll get in middle GA and the service is top notch. You will pay accordingly, but you will also be back. Kid friendly as well!

Seated at 12PM, took 30 minutes to get soft drinks, 45 minutes for the appetizer, an hour to get the entree. The entree, a hamburger, arrived at the table cold as if it had been sitting out for hours. Do not waste your time or money on this place. It was noticeable that perhaps regulars known to the staff received their meals expedited.

In my hometown meeting my friend. Perfect little lunch spot. The atmosphere was great, service was extremely attentive and food was fresh and delicious. Loved it! Highly recommend! Only wish we had time for Mimosas!

It's an alright place. Usually very clean and tidy. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because their blender to make smoothies has been "down" for over 2 months. That in my opinion is ridiculous. I work for a doctor and his favorite thing is the lemon basil smoothie, nothing. And good luck getting an actual person on the phone when you call. It's always an answering machine.

Always great food! Nice staff. I wish I could go every day. Often quite busy so leave time and be nice. It's a slightly healthier option than most. So many things to try.

AMAzing one of the best lunches I've ever had. Roasted chicken salad, the chicken was so juicy and the dressing unbelievably tasty. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and loved the Kale salad. We both had delicious smoothies and shared a dessert. We got the blondie a d bought stuff to go. The worst part was we don't live in Macon so we won't be able to come here every day but so worth it. Healthy food and you can smell the clean so the take Covid protocols seriously with all staff properly wearing masks. Absolutely recommend and will return.

Service: 4.5 stars: it started off with a bang of excellence, then fizzled down to where the hell is our waiter?! He did recover nicely and was very friendly. I really enjoyed that extensively explained the menu and items he (Christian) enjoyed. Food: 3 stars: it's like gourmet pub food. It was cool. We ordered the fried ravioli, it could've been piping hot instead of "warm", the salmon on the bread was good, I asked for a side of cream cheese, the kids chicken fingers are enough for 2 children to split, and the shrimp were good although we questioned where the hell was the shrimp. Taking 2 stars off for that. You can call something shrimp nachos and the shrimp are damn near obsolete! Price point: 3 stars: I don't think the price point really matches the amount of food $8-$9 for 4 cheese filled fried ravioli?! The only thing I really felt was worth the value was the kids chicken fingers. The shrimp nachos were $10 but barely had any shrimp so it was basically $10 for tortilla chips, cheese, and 4 slices of avocado. $40 bucks for a couple of apps and 1 kids meal isn't a value, had it been $30 then they would've gotten 5 stars. I've been to places serving the same type of food and it wasn't this pricey and you got more food. Cleanliness: 5 stars: the restrooms were VERY clean, clean your house CLEAN! well those who live tidy and keep ish clean will appreciate the restrooms here. The restaurant has Picasso-esq paintings on the wall and very chic considering we are in "macon". It's pretty upscale considering some of the other eateries I've seen around there. Overall: would I come back? Maybe... I could take it or leave it. If I lived in macon I would probably try it again but it was nothing memorable on the menu to the point I would say "oh if I'm ever in macon I must come back and try blah-blah-blah" I really wanted to give them a 5 star review but it just didn't knock my socks off like that. I can see why they have high star ratings because like I said it's "macon" where else there are you going to get food like this?!! In atlanta this place would be 2 stars because the comp is so stiff with similar food, competitive prices, and the giving of more food. I can say they are worth a try tho, good job guys!

My mom and I were in town for a baby shower and looking for somewhere to eat that would accommodate me being a vegetarian and her wanting a salad for lunch. I found this place and we both were glad - we loved it! Very friendly service, fast to get our food, and delicious food. We got a seat indoors though they do have outdoor seats as well. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich, which had squash, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and pesto mayo on a soft and delicious ciabatta bread. I got the sweet potato fries with it. It also came with some other sauce that had a kick to it. Not sure if it was for the fries or sandwich but I used it for both. My mom loved her salad with salmon on it as well. Our server was so sweet. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend it for anyone (meat lovers included as there are many options on the menu!).

Absolutely amazing!! The Caesar salad is the best, with candied bacon. The Chicken Pesto eggrolls are great appetizer. I really enjoy their petit fours. All of the employees are very nice. I like their Green Tea as well. Pimento Cheese And Macaroni Salad is good as well. The Saturday brunch is great. I can't find enough adjectives to describe this place, you should defiantly give it a try. As you can see, FOJ is amazing and the food is great.

This place is fantastic! Almost looks like a bakery when you walk in but there's an entire restaurant behind the initial lobby area. Very neat and clean. I started with a strawberry banana smoothie which was about the best I've ever had! Then enjoyed the special of the day, Alfredo blackened chicken linguini. The entree was fantastic! Great extensive menu. So.many.options! Already looking forward to our next visit!

I have had a lot of food from here. Was not disappointed with any of it. The Chix Salad is amazing, been trying to recreate it at home. To sum it up In one word "yum"

There are not enough words or kind things that I could say about this wonderful place! We had my sister's bridal shower here and it could not have been more perfect! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and saw to it that any need we had was taken care of! Next...the food is amazing! We had an array of items and every single thing was amazing! So if you love chicken salad, pimento cheese, stuffed figs and a variety of other delicious items this is the place! Finally...the cake! They made a delicious cherry almond buttercream cake that literally was the most amazing cake we had all had! So basically if you want to have a special day for someone or just go to eat you will not be disappointed!

Food was delicious! Service was excellent. Ordered Kale Salad w Salmon and blueberries. Husband got Rocking Chair burger w tomato Jam pimento cheese and tomato and zucchini bisque. All delicious and different from other restaurants! Decor was very nice and everything looked very clean and organized. Desserts looked delicious but we didn't try any!

We were visiting from out of town and a friend recommended this place. It has an interesting menu and the food was okay but the service was awful. Took twenty minutes to get a bowl of soup and the waitress was incredibly rude. She acted as if taking our order was an unreasonable request and never came back either to ask about food or even bring the check. We've eaten at restaurants all over the country and in Europe and could remember a similar experience. Won't be going back and will be sure to tell our friends about this.

We had food delivered to our Airbnb today from Fountains of Juice, which our hostess recommended. We ordered enough for lunch and dinner and were delighted we did. Excellent quality, flavor and composition. My wife said the unique chicken Caesar was by far the best she's ever had. Kalamata olives and candied bacon were brilliant adds. Her French dip dinner pleased almost as much. The turkey, apple and Brie wrap was phenomenal, as was the kale salad. But my favorite was The Dakota. Best, most creative sandwich I've had in years. We wish FOJ was in our hometown! PS: the home chips traveled well and were good hours later with the fantastic dipping aoili.

This place was great, very cozy atmosphere, really welcoming staff! The food was really good, a great place if you are a vegetarian, but they also have meat dishes. The juices are amazing, really refreshing! The only reason it's 4 starts and not 5, is that it's a bit overpriced.

My sister and I heard this place was very good. So we had lunch here today and it was pretty good. I love that everything is light and healthy. The Kale salad had candy nuts in it that balanced out the salad. The smoked salmon was at the right temperature and so easy to bite through. Great place to go to when you need that refreshing meal.

Probably my favorite restaurant in Macon. The service is very friendly - but a warning that it can be pretty slow at times. However, the food is amazing. My favorites are the house salad with salmon, mixed fries with the ancho dipping sauce, filet, turkey chili, veggie quiche, and their chicken salad and pimiento cheese. I never leave without a big container of pasta salad and a blondie to go. Their menu is inventive enough so that there's something for everyone (big appetite, small appetite, vegetarian, keto, etc) and their portions are generous. It's usually pretty crowded for lunch, so I'd recommend getting there by 11:30 if you don't want to wait! Dinner on weekends is always packed too.
