Four Diamonds - Review - Pioneer Square - Seattle - The Infatuation

"A new Vietnamese restaurant in Pioneer Square opened with dishes like truffle fries, mozzarella and potato corn dogs, and phở. There are also matcha Oreo slush and strawberry kumquat lemongrass drinks, with various toppings that include torched crème brûlée cream and crystal boba. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Kayla Sager-Riley

I stopped by this pho spot and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The broth came out loaded with flavor — rich, balanced, and satisfying without needing to add a single thing. The spring rolls were fresh, crisp, and clearly made with care. Their teas? Bold, aromatic, and surprisingly memorable for a casual spot. Overall, this place delivers exactly what you want from a great pho restaurant: quality ingredients, thoughtful flavors, and consistently good food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been here a few times, and this is the portion I usually get. At first, I was a bit unsure about the food, but I keep coming back because of the quality and generous servings. Most importantly, the flavors are delicious and perfectly suited to the diners’ taste. I’ll definitely return many more times.

Great service everyone is so nice everytime I visit. The drinks are soon tasty and creative. I've had one thst was carbonated or gave that type of affect when u drink it. I've had a couple different ones with edible glitter. I font know how they do it but they layer the flavors I guess u could call it that...and the challenges food... one word.. 💣... 🔥

Google
Traveled from Rhode Island to have a vacation here in Seattle. My partner, her daughter and I found 4 Diamonds and they over delivered 😁. From the big smile we were greeted with to the delicious food service. I rate this is place 10/10 for real. The vibes are great with the music and everything came out in a timely matter. Even got free ice cream b/c we said we would leave a review. Grateful 😁

Google
The dishes were decent overall. The vermicelli is good without the fish sauce since it has a lot of flavor and I prefer lightly flavor grill pork to add fish sauce. Bun bo was a bit off.

Google
Pho here is AMAZING. Can't wait to eat it again. The iced tea (Galaxy) I ordered was delicious as well. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a great addition to the neighborhood.

Guys, honestly it’s pretty good. I ordered a pork fried rice for to-go. The flavor is really tasty and perfectly seasoned for me as a Vietnamese person. Even though the restaurant hasn’t been open for long, I highly recommend everyone to try it!

Google
Came in a little after 4, right before closing, and they were still super fast and friendly. Happy hour was such a great deal, and the food was tasty with big portions for the price. Chill vibe and great service - can’t beat it!

Yelp
New Vietnamese restaurant in Pioneer Square. They took over the space that used to be a sports bar. The host can process to-go orders or they can take you to your table. They also have a self ordering kiosk. If you have extra time to browse through their menu and learn their point of sale system then go for it. I'm not a fan of kiosks but I know some customers prefer it. Their menu isn't bilingual because they're in Pioneer Square. Not a big Vietnamese population in this particular neighborhood but don't worry though, their Bánh mì is legit. Their ingredients are fresh, flavor is on point, and they use quality bread. Portion size is good too. I ended up saving the other half for dinner. Saigon Deli in the C-ID is still king but it's not as easy to get to unless you take the First Hill Streetcar or drive. They were pretty busy during the lunch rush so orders can take a bit longer. Ask the host for an estimated wait time if you're under a time constraint. It's a good place to swing by if you're in town for an event at the stadiums or if you need a good sandwich.

Yelp
What a great lunch spot! I was walking and looking for a pho spot and came across Four Diamonds. I saw the picture of the Bun Bo Hue on the window and decided that's exactly what I wanted. It was very tasty and hearty. I added hoisin sauce, sriracha and chilli oil to make it spicier but the beef was tender and flavorful. Overall, exactly what I wanted for lunch. I washed it down with a chai boba milk tea. The service was excellent and so enthusiastic, which is always the cherry on top of a good dining experience. Also, the music really made the space feel causal but also cute and warm.

Yelp
Great food. Came here with my daughter after the underground tour and we were starving. It's near the Occidental Square. Friendly staff and service was quick! My daughter especially liked the strawberry yogurt drink.

Yelp
After getting ice cream at Pastry Project and a pizza slice at DeLeo Bros Pizza nearby, we stopped at Four Diamonds for our main entree. We saw a new place in Pioneer Square and wanted to give it a try. I had the small special pho with three meats - steak, brisket & meatballs. Hubby had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl. We enjoyed our food and everything was made fresh, but thought our meals were a little on the spendy side. They have been open for 4 months. Service was welcoming and prompt.

Yelp
Loved all the food today. So flavorful and decent portions. Spam and egg bang mi was surprisingly delicious. Lemongrass skewers also a must!

Yelp
Solid choice for pho. I got chicken, which comes in chicken broth. If I had it to do again, I would get the beef broth, but it was good. Service was good and quick.

Yelp
First time eating here, the staffs was so nice. I ordered broken rice and lychee coconut. They both so good.

Yelp
Service was quick and friendly. The place is clean, has soft vibey music, and feels nice and spacious. There's a good variety on the menu -- something for everyone. Chicken Wings: Super crispy and flavorful, good portion size, and comes with pickled veggies. Perfect to share. 5/5 Bun Bo Hue: Light beef broth with a mild kick. Good portion and great choice if you like spicy noodle soups. 4/5 Special Pork Vermicelli: The fish sauce is well-balanced, the pork is tender and tasty, and the egg roll is fresh and crunchy. Solid portion size too. 4.5/5

Yelp
really great hidden gem in pioneer square. i would highly recommend hitting this spot up for good food at a decent price! it's spacious, one side is for to go/drinks, and the other is for dine in with a few tables, probably better for smaller groups. we got the egg rolls, chicken wings, and the dry pho. all of it was delicious. we particularly enjoyed the fish sauce chicken wings, so good we had to order a second round. it's perfectly savory and sweet, its got really good crunch, and the chicken comes out piping hot and so juicy. the egg rolls are good, pretty standard. and the dry pho was also good, came with a good amount of brisket/meatballs and a side of hot pho broth. service was kind, and food came out fairly quickly! definitely a good spot to check out if ur in the area or before a game at the stadiums!

Yelp
We came here around 3 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with a relaxed vibe. Our server was very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for signature dishes and to-go drinks. I was impressed by the variety of dishes available. I ordered the Thai Tea Tornado and the Pork Belly & Egg Rice -- both were absolutely delicious and satisfying. They confirmed they are still in the process of getting the liquor license, so no alcohol yet. Nearby street parking was free on Sundays!

Yelp
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle, definitely better than many overhype places. The foods were amazing, I'm extremely picky about Vietnamese food, especially pho. This place totally exceeded expectations. The drinks are also exceptional. Service is also top tier, very friendly and helpful staff. The reason is clean, spacious and modern. Definitely making this my regular place.

Yelp
3.4/5 Actually was headed to Saigon drip for a bahnmi when I saw four diamonds across the street. I had seen them on Instagram so was excited to try them instead. Ambiance - a very large space. When you walk in it's a large room with another room with seating to your left, and ordering area to your right. Service - was greeted right away and the woman was very friendly and walked me through their specialty items. Food - I ordered their 2 specialties. The house wings and their pork belly banhmi. The flavor was on point. You can tell they stewed their pork belly, it had a thit kho flavor to it. The only issue was mine was comprised of primarily fat, so when I was eating it, it was very mushy. But when I got to the other end, that's where most of the meat was and it was good. Think I just got a bad one. The fish sauce wings also weren't bad, and the texture was on point. Stayed crispy even sitting in the box on the long drive home. Only issue was it was $20 for 7 wings! When I ordered them I thought they came with 12 (doesn't list quantity) so won't be ordering them again. Still want to come back to try other banhmis.

Amazing food Vietnamese and Thai, fresh and delicious! And super friendly. Good bubble tea too.

Yelp
Four Diamonds has delicious Vietnamese food that is made traditionally with many fresh ingredients! My boyfriend and I got the pho, rice and vermicelli bowl which were made extremely well in a classic style. Everything was well seasoned and the portions were reasonable! Their drinks were also a fun and refreshing pairing with our savory meals. My favorite were probably the lighter and fruitier drinks which were so refreshing! All in all the hostess was friendly and efficient and I had a great time at this wonderful Vietnamese restaurant!

Yelp
Came here for an early dinner and had no problem getting a table. Got the special rice plate, thai crispy chicken rice plate, lemongrass tofu rice plate, fries, tastea drink, oreo cake milk tea, and the tropical sunset drink. Everything was super good! Typically with viet places I feel like their pickled veggies or fish sauce aren't up to par with what I'm used to getting at home. But it was great here! The broken rice plates were all good, I'm partial to the classic special. But would also recommend the thai crispy chicken, even after packing the rest it was still crispy. The tofu had great flavor as well. The soup it comes with is yummy, but more of a gentle flavor. Fries had a good flavor as well, when asked they said they use truffle oil. The tropical sunset was refreshing, not sweet, but more tart/sour. I really liked it along with their tastea drink. Those two were light and refreshing. The oreo cake milk tea was more on the sweeter side, but my partner loved it. Overall great new restaurant with friendly service! Definitely going to come back and try more of their items. I loved the space as well, close to everything making it easy to pop in.

This was our second visit to Four Diamonds in Seattle and it was just as wonderful as the first. The beef pad Thai was absolutely delicious, the service was fantastic, and the ambience was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Yelp
So excited for this new spot in town! They opened this week. The server is nice and offered 20%off for their grand opening. They have ample seating and a great selection of tea and food--pho, bahmi, and rice plates. I ordered their Thai tornado blended milk tea drink and the special viet rice plates that consist of a pork chop, egg, over rice. Will be back to try other things on their menu!

Yelp
My Vietnamese bun was very flavorful. We went to lunch on a break with a friend serving as a juror in the nearby courthouse. Table service was excellent and everything was prepared fresh after ordering. Restaurant formerly located East side, but relocated to the Pioneer Square area. Wish the neighborhood was nicer but the food and service are excellent. They also have bubble tea and carryout coffee and tea.

Joy A.

Yelp
Excellent service, solid food (I had the Vermicelli with Chicken, my husband and the Spicy Beef Noodle soup), clean and friendly interior, bizarre exterior. Def recommend.

Yelp
Got a take out lunch and the food was very tasty and fresh. Looking forward to going back soon to try other items. Nice people provided service and overall a great experience. Solid addition to P square. Give them a try

Yelp
We're so happy to have 4 Diamonds in our neighborhood! Pho' was delicious, very good broth and tender beef in my custom beef pho'. My mango green tea went well with the meal. We're bringing our friends and family back tomorrow and I'll try some different items, great menu.

Yelp
Side stepped to Four Diamonds after passing by Saigon Drip and let me tell you, best decision I made all day. The employees were so kind and helpful in my ordering, the cashier even customized my drink for me- a Vietnamese coffee with a brûlée foam topper. Yum! The Banh mi was so fresh and delicious! Very generous portions of both protein and veggies, I actually struggled to finish I was so full. Highly recommend coming here for truly authentic Vietnamese food.

Yelp
Went here for a dinner because of the convenient location near the stadium. I have to say this is the best Vietnamese food I've had in Seattle! All the appetizers we got were prepared in-house and it shows in the flavors, must try the Potstickers, Egg rolls and the Corn Dog. For entree's we got the Pork Belly and the Thai Crispy Chicken they both were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend This place for anyone who loves good authentic Vietnamese food.

Kristina L.

Yelp
Amazing customer service, staffs is incredibly helpful and nice, the ambiance was super clean and very cozy, food was AMAZING even the boba was delicious. Come and check it out!

Yelp
Four Diamonds (164 S. Washington St., Seattle) may be the best Vietnamese food in town! Was definitely closer to what we enjoyed on our 2023 Vietnam tour. Paul had a banh mi and I had the chicken dish. My portion was so large, I had to take half home for later. The soup was especially tasty and the carrot salad was crunchy, the way I like it. Even the coconut drink was enormous and delish. Had to take half of that home too. And the music was low enough, you could actually have a conversation. How novel!!! Will definitely return for more, including takeout. Great food, service and prices. Hostess Emmy was a treat too. Don't miss it. If it's not a 10, it's close!!! Diane in Seattle

Yelp
holy moly, I got the crème brûlée milk tea and it was 100% the best bubble I've ever graced and it's not even close. Plus the nicest women was working at the cash register who gave great advice on what we should do for the rest of our day downtown.
