Matt Horsman, the owner and trainer, is truly exceptional — he’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and personally invested in everyone’s progress... the small-group training sessions make for a fun, social environment, and Matt is a master at making sure each person receives personalized coaching based on their goals/needs, while always striking the perfect balance between mobility and strength training... It really feels like 1:1 personal training, without being cost-prohibitive, and I believe Matt’s training philosophy is better than most physical trainers out there today.
Since joining, I’ve learned so much about proper form, training smarter, and pushing myself in the right ways. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength and my confidence, and now I actually *like* going to the gym now, so I’m more consistent than ever... Can’t recommend this place enough.
