When I started, I was struggling with persistent lower back issues and just generally needed to get back into shape. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. He took the time to understand my limitations and concerns, especially regarding my back, and tailored the workouts to ensure I was building strength safely and effectively. My lower back pain has significantly improved, and my overall fitness level is better than it's been in years. I particularly love the small group workouts. The atmosphere is really supportive and motivating, and Matt does a fantastic job of providing individual attention even within the group setting. Every session is challenging yet manageable, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. For me it’s all about good Vibes and knowledge. The gym owner and head coach Matt Horsman has amazing personality and very knowledgeable in his field. If you need form correction or help getting stronger in general or because of an injury Matt is your guy and four Horsman fitness is your place to be. Even if you just want to learn to move your body correctly and work on your mobility this really is your next place to check out. He offers small group classes or private sessions. Also the location is ideal. It’s right off I-70 by ward road. I have been training with Matt for over 4 years. He build a great community of clients that have been with Matt for a long time. This gym experience has been great from the start. Fun, comfortable energy from Matt with the private sessions and an environment where it’s easy to stay committed to the long term fitness journey. Absolutely love Four Horsman Fitness! The environment is super welcoming, motivating, and never intimidating. Matt Horsman, the owner and trainer, is truly exceptional — he’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and personally invested in everyone’s progress... the small-group training sessions make for a fun, social environment, and Matt is a master at making sure each person receives personalized coaching based on their goals/needs, while always striking the perfect balance between mobility and strength training... It really feels like 1:1 personal training, without being cost-prohibitive, and I believe Matt’s training philosophy is better than most physical trainers out there today. Since joining, I’ve learned so much about proper form, training smarter, and pushing myself in the right ways. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength and my confidence, and now I actually *like* going to the gym now, so I’m more consistent than ever... Can’t recommend this place enough. Matt offers a comprehensive and challenging program that effectively combines strength training and conditioning. The workout program is structured based on individual needs. It's incredibly impressive how Matt adapts each workout routine for each individual during group workout sessions. The variety in exercises and the structured progression keeps the workouts engaging and effective. It's important to note that the program is demanding but incredibly worth it! Im going into my second week (3x/WK) and am feeling more capable with better moods and sleep. I'm excited to see how my strength and body transforms with Matt's help!
