For me it’s all about good Vibes and knowledge. The gym owner and head coach Matt Horsman has amazing personality and very knowledgeable in his field. If you need form correction or help getting stronger in general or because of an injury Matt is your guy and four Horsman fitness is your place to be. Even if you just want to learn to move your body correctly and work on your mobility this really is your next place to check out. He offers small group classes or private sessions. Also the location is ideal. It’s right off I-70 by ward road. I have been training with Matt for over 4 years. He build a great community of clients that have been with Matt for a long time. Matt Horsman, the owner and trainer, is truly exceptional — he’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and personally invested in everyone’s progress... the small-group training sessions make for a fun, social environment, and Matt is a master at making sure each person receives personalized coaching based on their goals/needs, while always striking the perfect balance between mobility and strength training... It really feels like 1:1 personal training, without being cost-prohibitive, and I believe Matt’s training philosophy is better than most physical trainers out there today.
