Dallas’ Ritsy Fine-Dining Restaurant the Mexican is Coming to Houston’s Uptown in 2026 | Eater Houston
"This fine-dining Mexican restaurant from Dallas is opening a 10,000-square-foot freestanding outpost in the Central Plaza of the Four Oaks Place complex in Uptown Houston. Modeled on the Dallas flagship, it will blend generational Mexican recipes with Houston-inspired dishes and high-end reinterpretations of staples—expect items such as lobster and bacon enchiladas, filet and bone marrow tacos, plenty of crudo, and a variety of flame-grilled prime meats. The buildout is part of a larger plan to diversify hospitality offerings in Four Oaks Place; construction is expected to be completed in 2026, with the official opening date to be announced in 2024." - Brittany Britto Garley

If you want a quite place to work, this may not be the building for you. Often times they bring in food trucks and music during the afternoon. The music is loud enough to disturb work.
