The Best Bars in Phoenix, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"Housed in a 100-year-old Mission Revival-style warehouse in Tempe, Four Peaks is not only Arizona’s biggest brewery but one of its oldest, turning out 14 year-round beers — including its flagship Scottish Ale called Kilt Lifter — as well as popular seasonal brews like the excellent pumpkin porter. The brewery was bought by Anheuser Busch in 2015, but nothing much has changed. The brick-walled and cavernous place is still beloved by spring training fans and ASU students of drinking age who love the patio, massive bar and laidback vibe. There’s plenty of beer-friendly food too, including the requisite wings, nachos, burgers, and pizza as well as more creative offerings such as carne adovada, green chile mac and cheese, and a poke bowl. And if you need a beer before or after a flight (who doesn’t?), Four Peaks has opened an outpost in Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor Airport." - Nikki Buchanan

We visited after the RnR Half Marathon for lunch and sat outside on the patio with our dog. Had a short wait to be seated, understandable being it was prime lunch hour. They have such a wide variety of beers, the stouts are especially tasty. And the hazy IPA as well. Food portions were enormous and tasty. I had the Italian Beef Beer bread with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. The other two meals were equally delicious and everyone left full and satisfied with leftovers for tomorrow.

A fantastic spot to kick back and chill with friends, offering a lively atmosphere and lovely hospitality. The service is top-notch, making you feel right at home. Their pepperoni pizza is an absolute standout—bursting with flavor! With a solid selection of brews, there’s something for every beer lover. Plenty of street parking and indoor seating make it super convenient, and with screens everywhere, it’s a prime spot to catch the game. Highly recommend!

We waltzed into Four Peaks Brewing yesterday for late lunch - what a great experience! The food our table ordered was amazing and I know because I sampled it all. Wings with dry rub, margherita pizza, the jumbo pretzel, the OG burger with bacon, egg and advocado, the kids chicken tenders and fries and the nachos with tinga chicken.

Great place to catch a Vikings game, but be ready to wait for service on a busy day. Holy wow! Love the mimosa bucket - can't beat the deal. Food is equally yummy.

I'm so glad I came here today. I'm a huge pumpkin beer fan, and I just had the best one! I enjoyed the Double Pumpkin Barrel Aged Porter. Had a very deep porter flavor, with slight sweetness of pumpkin and whiskey. I also had the fish and sweet potato fries. They were excellent. My server Delaney was fantastic. Very good attitude and just wonderful service. I'm so glad that I stopped by here.

Absolutely love this place!!! Been coming here for years now. The drinks AND food are both tremendous (can't say the same about other breweries in the valley). Love the atmosphere and the staff is always so friendly, if you're in the area try this place! (Try a peach beer) 10/10!

We are visiting Phoenix from the UK and thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the restaurant. All the staff were so friendly, especially our waitress who was brilliant. The atmosphere is really good fun and there is a gift shop too. The food arrived really quickly and was of fantastic quality.

Girls’ night approved! Stopped by Four Peaks Brewing Company in Tempe just for drinks and dessert with the girls, and it did not disappoint. We sat at the first bar and I ordered the Pink Pony Club (vodka + peach schnapps = dreamy), and it was the perfect summer cocktail — light, fruity, and dangerously easy to drink. For dessert, we shared the summer lemon bars with coconut ice cream, and wow. The lemon bars were tart and buttery, and that coconut ice cream was next-level — creamy, refreshing, and not too sweet. Vibes were chill, service was fast, and the whole spot had a great local Tempe energy. Will definitely be back — maybe next time for the full dinner menu!
