We have stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back. We’ve stayed with young kids, and now just the two of us. It is perfect for families or couples. ||The rooms are clean and seem to be well maintained. The rooms are so well designed. (This was especially nice when we brought our children several years ago!). There is a separate living space with a sofa and chair. The door between the bedroom and the living area makes this an actual suite and makes the space so much more livable if you’re there for several days. There is a refrigerator and microwave. There is even a countertop and drawers for storage around the refrigerator, great to put snacks out of the way. There are two closets, also nice for families. (This was just the basic suite, not a junior suite)||The staff is fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everyone actually seemed happy we were there.||The breakfast was very good. Wide selection of food available. Again - service was impeccable. Yolanda was delightful and is perfect for her job! She made breakfast even better. ||Location is nice. All oceanfront rooms with nice, large balconies and comfortable chairs. Walking distance to several restaurants. Quick drive to Neptune Beach where there are tons of shops and restaurants as well. Less than an hour from St Augustine.

From the moment we arrived and were checked in by Matthew on the front desk, we knew we had made a great decision to choose this hotel! Matthew greeted us warmly and answered our questions with a smile. After unpacking, we went down to the bar for happy hour and were met by Pia who is awesome. The following night Heather was in the bar and she was amazing too. The theme here is most definitely good customer service! The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. We love the living area with the fridge and couch, especially since there is a door to close off the bedroom, just in case there is any sound coming from the hallway - all hotels should do this. We were not disturbed at all by any people - it was peaceful and easy to sleep each night. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens are some of the softest we have experienced, even in much more expensive hotels. Unfortunately, there was some work being done on the roof, so we couldn't sit by the pool, but the front desk person did offer beach towels, so they made their best effort to make up for it. The balcony in the room is great for sitting out on and people-watching and the ocean view is wonderful. Breakfast offerings were good - the first morning we ate earlier and it was not busy, the second morning was a little more chaotic with a large group taking up a lot of space, but the server worked hard to ensure we still had a good experience. We can be quite picky with hotels, but what sets a good one apart is always the customer service, the welcome and that sense that you are a valued guest - we certainly felt that here. We have recently switched from another hotel chain's loyalty program since their customer service was always disappointing, but we are firmly in camp Marriott/Sheraton now and look forward to many more stays!

We booked for one night originally and love the beach front location so much that we decided to stay another night spontaneously. The front desk was super helpful and made it possible to stay another night in the same room, even though the hotel was almost fully booked. The room was spacious and had a little kitchenette. We especially loved the balcony facing the ocean.

This hotel is the absolute best for a vacation get-away. Very quiet, clean, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Crystal in breakfast is amazing and she is so full of life it was a PLEASURE getting to know her over our stay. We also got to know Maria at the desk as well, WE LOVED MARIA!! I would choose this hotel again just because of the friendly staff and amazing rooms. Hotel is located close by to shops and eateries, the rooms are nicely renovated. I didn’t have one complaint about this location. Having worked for Marriott for 11 years this place beat all expectations. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beach, Team!!!

Google
Positive: The staff was great! Hotel Employee was on his A-Game! Cleaning staff was very attentive and respective of our sleeping in. Looking forward to returning again! Keep up the excellent customer service! Negative: That we couldn't stay longer!

Google
I'm writing this because I saw some really negative reviews, but our experience was quite positive. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room (5th floor) was clean with a fabulous view. And a lot of the reviews say the rooms need to be updated, but ours seemed updated--new tile, new doors, new drapes. The only reason that I didn't give the room 5 stars is that the upholstered furniture is a bit worn. But I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

My wife and I recently made our annual trip to Jax Beaches. This year we decided to stay at, Mariott Four Points. This was our first time staying at this ocean front Mariott. Well, it didn"t disappoint. Every room in the Motel is Ocean Front!! I think we found our new ocean front motel, every room at the, Four Points is ocean front!! We didn't have to pay extra for the ocean view!! The views were beautiful, the patio areas were larger and it was much more peaceful than being closer to the pier even though it's only a five minute walk to the pier. The Four Points is within walking distance to great restaurants. The front desk staff are Amazing, the hotel restaurant had happy hour every night, which we took advantage of while we sat outside on the patio area just off of the restraunt/bar area. We travel to Jax Beaches every year because of it's short drive down to St. Augastein and a brand new shopping mall in Jacksonville that has great shopping with some pretty good resturants. I could keep on talking about the Four Points but all we can say is that we found our new go to motel in Jax Beach!!

Google
Personally, I’m very particular about rooms I have to feel safe, comfortable and most importantly the rooms have to be clean with a nice view. This room was everything!!! The only thing I saw was a small brownish stain on one of the towels but it wasn’t really a problem because everything else was awesome!!! My husband fell in love with it which made it even better. The guys at the front desk were nicely dressed and groomed which made it look more professional and inviting. I’m definitely coming back!

Yelp
Impessed with the hotel upon arrival. However, when it was time to go to bed, the customer service was less than acceptable. I opened the couch bed and found dried blood all over it. Additionally, the previous blanket was on it hinting at the fact that none of it had been cleaned. When I called the front desk to ask for help, the front desk staff insinuated I had left the blood there and did not so much as apologize. This is the first review I am leaving just as a warning to others who expect cleanliness in their rooms and helpfulness from staff.

Yelp
We love this place! Our second stay. The hot tubs are amazing and the balcony facing the ocean was great each morning to watch the sun rise and to have coffee too! We also left the sliding glass door open at night to hear the surf! What a blessing! We are more like Holiday Inn Express people so this level of luxury is a treat!

Rodger S.

Yelp
We stayed here 6 nights & were very happy. The location is a huge plus, as you walk out the back of the hotel right onto the beach. There also are balconies that face the beach & give you great views. Our room included a large separate area with a couch & a TV when you enter, plus a large bedroom inside, overlooking the ocean. The staff was professional & responsive whenever we asked for anything. They follow protocols such as wearing masks.

Kirit S.

Yelp
This was a fabulous find. I understand they are re-constructing some balconies on the higher floors between 9am-5pm M-F, but since I was always away on business during those hours, it never affected me. The view is spectacular, given that the hotel touches the sand dunes. You can exit the backdoor of the hotel, and cross a tiny bridge and sink your feet in the warm sands, and dip your feet in the warm waves of the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel has quite a lot of character, tastefully decorated, and plenty of TVs for us sports lovers. I really liked the room I stayed in, room 213. Not too far from the elevator, but not noisy. Well laid out interior enabled me to get a lot of work done on my computer on the hotel's free Wi-Fi. The gym downstairs was really nice as well, better than some hotel gyms I've had to suffer through at other hotels. If you leave the card hanging on your door before 3am, they bring you your room service with a smile. Really nice place to stay.

Yelp
Great location in beach . Nice rooms . Housekeeping is overwhelmed as they need more help. Food options are limited but plenty places to walk to eat. Nice pool.

Stephanie R.

Yelp
This review comes from a business traveler who is Lifetime Titanium Elite. The only reason I say that is to let you know we've stayed in a LOT of hotels! We had a FANTASTIC stay. Bartenders, Dani and Audrey were great. The breakfast was delicious and all of the servers were so kind and friendly. We especially enjoyed Lori. It feels like a family there. You can tell everyone cares about their job and the property. I complimented the manager and you could tell the attitude starts from the top. We will definitely go back.

Julie C.

Yelp
A perfectly clean hotel! No issues at all!!! Super spacious rooms. It felt more like an apartment. The most perfect view ... EVER! It's a great location. Toiletries are nice with luxurious thick SPG Towels to use. The bed was heavenly! I would stay here again and I hope to soon!!! You can't go wrong with this hotel. The front desk staff is nice. Parking is free. There's a restaurant/bar in the lobby and you can get in-room dining. They have a little pantry where you can get snacks and necessities. The elevator is quick. The decor is really nice and has to be newly updated. A pool area to the side. No stains or marks anywhere. They have everything by key entry so no riffraff can bother you. I really enjoyed it.

Michelle G.

Yelp
Hotel was lovely - multiple bars/restaurants within walking distance. Right on the beach. Will stay again.

Marie M.

Yelp
This hotel has exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by the cleanliness of the property. I want to specifically give a shout out to Sawyer at the front desk. Perfect example of a 5 star customer service professional. You rock, Sawyer!

Tjanhud1 H.

Yelp
Web site is misleading small bar and resturant in same area, checked in and sauna tub did not work, when we tried to use it. I would mot recommend this hotel. The manager has no clue about what is happening at his hotel. If you are looking for a run of the mill hotel this is it. If you want a nice vacation spot go somewhere else.

Yelp
Pet Friendly with a Smile ! your pooch Is welcomed here in the hotel, boardwalk and even on the Beach !!! Every morning and late afternoon our pooch enjoyed walking on the beach. This hotel has great ocean views. Room 203 Has a direct view to the ocean and boardwalk From its private balcony. The Hotel offers free coffee & Tea every morning till early afternoon, then free lemon infused water in the lobby. Free use of beach towels at front desk Well appointed fitness room on first floor. There is a terrace which offers outdoor seating to eat and converse or to just watch the action.. they also offer a cozy area with a fire pit to relax at night Breakfast is not included, it cost $9.95 per person But is well worth its offerings of cold & hot options Many items to choose from and the service and staff are Very friendly and helpful The rooms are well appointed and very clean , as well is the entire hotel . We were very comfortable The parking lot is ample but spaces go quick The pool is small and not so private as it faces the parking lot and boardwalk, but again very clean There are 2 restaurants next to hotel. The one across the street Sneakers and one next door Crab house , we recommend sneakers and if you wanna drive or walk 2.1 miles we recommend the Outback Steakhouse where the staff is very welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel . Everyone was extremely professional and Friendly, we were 150% satisfied with everything, that we extended our stay Funny enough our dog didn't want to leave! Also If you are into Organic foods and holistic shopping Approximately 3 miles away is Lucky's Market sort of like a small Whole Foods market, coupon available below - see pictures. Enjoy !

Yelp
The staff is amazing! They are very accommodating and it felt like home. We had a few appointments at the Mayo Clinic and it made it easier to be so comfortable here. On another note the television set up was also a big plus.

Kevin C.

Yelp
Locations is perfect especially if you come here in the summer time. Hotel shows typical ware and tear of a beach hotel but is extremely clean and has had some renovations taken care. On-site restaurant has great breakfast, when it came to dinner the first night was great the second night my wife ordered a steak which was extremely undercooked and over seasoned perhaps the chef though that amount of salt he put on the steak would help cook it. I had a burger that was literally raw in the middle. Someone might want to go over the temperature definitions with the chef. Other than that small issue the dessert which was amazing apple turnover was amazing. Overall great experience friendly staff and amazing views.

Yelp
I'm not big on writing reviews but I love Jacksonville so much I want other people to love it as much as I do. I can't recommend this hotel enough! As a Jacksonville native, I always knew this hotel existed but never stayed of course...until I moved to Texas 5 years ago and brought my boyfriend for vacation 3/14 - 3/19. I chose this hotel for multiple reasons: The location is perfect to walk to anything and everything, restaurants, bars, a bike rental shop, & of course it's beach front! I read some reviews prior to staying and shockingly a few weren't good which I think is crazy! Everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful, our rooms were cleaned beyond my expectation every day and restocked, and the balcony view can't be beat. We've stayed at a different hotel on the beach in Atlantic Beach and this one I would choose over that one any day! We didn't use room service or drink at the bar in the hotel only because I knew all the good places to go from growing up there but the prices were great I looked at them to compare to the previous hotel. Parking was never an issue, I seriously had no problems! I can't recommend this place enough!

Alli M.

Yelp
You get what you pay for with this hotel. I did think it was on the pricier side but when I got here I saw that it was totally worth it. Super easy self parking, very clean, modern temperature control with ceiling fans in both rooms of suite, great location where you can walk to lots of restaurants, the beach is right outside your door, and it doesn't matter what room you have it's going to be quiet. We had a room directly in front of the elevator but heard nothing while sleeping because all the rooms was a suite. The bedroom is all the way in the back and you can shut the door between the living room and the bedroom.

Alex G.

Yelp
The oceanfront location is hard to beat! All suites with large balcony, rooms are good sized, so perfect for families. Service is mostly good. The property is clean, although definitely not modern or newish. Few negatives: slow elevators, dated old decor in the rooms, and, most importantly, it is hard to justify quite high prices. It is Four Points in April, not necessarily highest season, and it is not Westin or W. Still, very pleasant weekend with the family, and I recommend this property, especially if the price is right. There are definitely perks for SPG Gold and Platinum Members that make the stay more pleasurable too.

Jason C.

Yelp
This is the 3rd time our family has been here. Twice in the last week. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are great, the food and happy hour are excellent and the staff is fantastic. The manager was amazing and he checked us in early the last two times. Wonderful experiences every trip! Thanks!

Allison T.

Yelp
The price and location of this place was excellent. There is a nice smell to the lobby and the staff was always friendly. The price for our room was spectacular which is the only reason I give it a 4 Star. Had it been a little more expensive, I would have given it a three. We got a room that slept six which did but we weren't comfortable. The beds were nice but we were inside the room so right it made sleeping difficult. Rooms need a little work but overall nice. The beach was perfect. Good sand, great waves, and very short walk from hotel. We did see numerous large sharks which isn't the hotels fault but we did leave early to head south.

Ev L.

Yelp
There are no restaurants in walking distance. A couple walks over. We had to order pizza and DoorDash to help feed ourselves. There's no free breakfast included and there is no restaurant open until 5 pm.

Hiroshi A.

Yelp
Decent hotel and good customer service. I am going to give this place a rating based on its food. Overall, very decent. I ordered the Mahi Mahi for dinner and I very much enjoyed it. The restaurant/bar is open during limited hours, but it is a good fall back option that does not let you down. The salsa on the fish was very good and I encourage trying their food on a tired day where you don't feel like going out. Would like to eat in the area more, but it is definitely a satisfactory option. Price is fair for the area and for the comfort of dining at your hotel.

Ma E.

Yelp
This hotel is usually our stop in and out of Florida. Every single time without fail we have ALWAYS been greeted happily at the front desk. Clean fresh smelling when you enter the lobby. Lobby is warm & comfortable and can usually watch a sporting event. Rooms are always clean and spacious, balcony & fresh air is a must. And easy beach access. A+ Sheraton

Linda J.

Yelp
This place does it right. The duvet cover and the mattress cover are both zippered (therefore removable/washable/clean). This place was renovated in 2014 (another reason to stay here). Other than the slow draining sink and loud neighbors that kept slamming the door (you can't control that in any hotel, so no biggie), my stay here was very pleasant and enjoyable. This place ACTUALLY has oceanfront/ocean view rooms. Unlike some hotels that claim that is what you're paying for (ahem, One Ocean Resort). They even have dehumidifiers in the rooms (very smart) that are running full blast upon arrival. That makes me feel a LOT better because I'm very sensitive to dust mites, allergens, and mold. There's a safe in your room, as well as a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The tv is nice and the cable is crisp. This is the only hotel that I've stayed in so far that has a cordless phone. You have no idea how excited I was about this. My room definitely felt like home (even better). Although I didn't sit in or use the living room, I love that it has one. Oh, and your bedroom has a lock on the door, which I thought was nice. There are two closets and the bathroom is a nice size. The toiletries were just okay. I was expecting a little more in that area but it was still good. They products smell nice and they are in dispensers. Yay for being environmentally conscious! The trash cans did not have liners, which made me a little uncomfortable (I felt rude throwing stuff straight into the trash can), but again -- environmentally conscious! The A/C also turns off if you have the sliding glass door open, which I think is an awesome idea. There's a convenience area downstairs with drinks and snacks but just beware of how much you're paying for that convenience. I wasn't thinking about the fact that they may have vending machines on premises and ended up paying a premium for a bottle of Sprite. If you sign up for their club you can drink one complimentary water. Apparently it's only one bottle per night though. Any more and you will be charged for the water and a delivery fee (I had no idea). When I mentioned this to the front desk when I was checking out, she apologized and offered me a bottle of water on the house. I was definitely not expecting that at all and it really impressed me. It wasn't this grand gesture but she didn't have to do what she did and if I'm ever in the area again, I won't stay anywhere else. I don't suggest you do, either. Another thing is that the cleaning lady was super nice to me when I told her my key was deactivated and I couldn't get into the vending room (to get ice). She was in the middle of cleaning a room and didn't skip a beat to let me in with her card. I later had to bother her again for a bag because I couldn't line up my cooler with the ice dispenser. She was all smiles and I love that. Also, I heard two different employees singing while working. They were good too. That tells me that Sheraton probably treats their employees well and that they are happy. I love to see happy people and it's tough to come by in the hospitality industry. I feel better that I spent my hard-earned money here.

Marlin J.

Yelp
This place was very nice! We got here in the evening and were able to get a beautiful oceanfront room for a very reasonable price! The hotel itself was modest and clean, and the room was rather impressive. It had 2 separate rooms for the living room and bedroom, and the balcony was right by the beds. The room was very clean and the view was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that there were 2 elevators on opposite ends of the building and they were incredibly slow! I stood by the elevator for about 5 minutes waiting for it to come to the 6th floor. But overall that is just a mild inconvenience. Another nice thing about this place was there were many restaurants and stores close by. There is a Waffle House and a Publix grocery store within walking distance, so if you don't want to overpay for the hotels food, you can go there! Very impressed with the location of this hotel, and the hotel itself!

Chris G.

Yelp
Very clean, very friendly staff! Bartender is incredible and beautiful views from your room. Love this place! Only flaw and it's a big one is good. Not the service, the food. I had dinner and breakfast here and both were disappointing. Let me start the the breakfast. I had the buffet on the recommendation of my server. She said it was very good. Sadly, she couldn't have been more wrong. EVERYTHING was over cooked. The eggs were brown from scorching, the bacon crumbled apart when you tried to pick it up and the sausage was like leather and cold. I did not try anything else, but that is just laziness. Those are not difficult items to cook For dinner, i asked for a burger and onion rings. I got a burger and fries. Not a big deal and the server noticed and got me onion rings and apologized. Said it was laziness and i agree. The burger was not cooked medium rare that i wanted and was just ok. Again, not a difficult item to cook. So sadly, i will drink and stay...but will skip eating. I will be back

Tai G.

Yelp
If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. They lack integrity, very unethical, and their employee's are liars. How can you remove someone belongings from a room and when the customer confronts you about their belonging being loss you completely dismiss the concern and are unapologetic. How can someone arrive with sets of clothes and leave with half. Then you sit and lie to their face and tell them there was no bag, obviously you have a thief in your midst and you need to look into the matter. Please do better. They never even followed up to call the individual that checked in, but called someone else completely different- no respect for privacy. Horrible customer service and disregard for personal property.

Mark Z.

Yelp
Overall, we will say this stay was satisfactory. I rarely give a 5 star, so most great hotels get 4. This was not great, so it gets 3 stars. PROS: clean & updated rooms (July in Florida, we saw ZERO BUGS in the entire hotel!), great cleaning crew, friendly staff, right on the ocean, towel service, restaurant/bar on site, close to restaurants/shopping, nice lobby, next to lifeguard headquarters. CONS: small pool, pool area under construction-inconvenient for many reasons, outside facade of hotel was peeling off on our balcony, hardscape throughout back of property was displaced (safety issue), elevators are really hot inside, no free breakfast (food to buy was expensive on top of room fee). Two things. You want an updated hotel, just not updating while you stay there. I realize the irony here. And secondly, fee for room was a bit high for what you get. Thanks for a serviceable stay.

Andi C.

Yelp
We took a chance on this newly converted hotel. Overall great stay up to SPG standards. Comfy beds very clean. Cute, small balconies. Every room has a fantastic ocean view. They seem to care to resolve guests' concerns. We were on the 6th floor and had a persistent buzzing sound. We called the front desk they sent an engineer who found it was the refrigerator and he immediately swapped it out. Bottled water in the rooms was free (lots of places charge). Wi fi was also free. Coffee maker and room with real half and half not the powdered junk. 2 great large screen tvs. I had a surgery at the Mayo Clinic and visited this hotel with my husband. It was the perfect place to recover for a few days. Pros: nice new rooms and great shower Cons: elevators a bit slow. I am SPG Gold and they were unable to offer me a room upgrade (whirlpool bath) but did get us a higher floor and I received my SPG gift. Great to stay if you have loved ones at the Mayo Clinic.

J L.

Yelp
Nice hotel right on the beach that consists of all suites with balconies overlooking the ocean. For the price, you can't really beat this place. Many of the rooms have been recently renovated and this is my go-to in the area for affordable beachfront hotels. The downstairs bar is small and doesn't stay open too late - closes at 10pm WHETHER OR NOT there are 20+ people at the bar. All in all, the bar is really the only downside to this beachfront hotel.

Shann C.

Yelp
I wish I could give this rating a NO STAR. Let me start by saying I've always been a fan of Four points at Sheraton , Never would I have imagined the , unprofessionalism, rudeness & lack of communication I received from the Director of event and sales coordinator Ofelia. I am getting married Mar 28, 2018 on the beach and chose Four points at Sheraton to stay at for myself & bridal party. I booked 2 rooms ocean view., I recently visited the establishment, I was in love instantly with what I saw. Alexis at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful she answered a lot of questions that I had and she even made mention that they had a banquet room that they host parties and wedding receptions. She suggested , i speak with the coordinator to possibly see if there was an availability for my reception. It seem very ideal being that I am staying in the hotel and my wedding is going to be right behind the hotel. This was awesome idea, she gave me a card and told me to ask for Ofelia, and she'll be able to help me. The next day I called Ofelia, several times no answer. I left Vmail w/ a follow up email. By eod she called, I explain what I was wanted, to rent a banquet room along w/ catering for a party of 30. She looked in her system & said the day was avail. For all of 30 secs I was excited. Then she had the nerve to say, even though the space is available we usually have meetings here and hosting a reception may not be possible, well probably have to move your event to another day.. But I'll need to talk to my food and beverage manager Steve, to see what he say.. I said ma'am we are talking about my wedding reception, there will be NO rescheduling it for another day. ( plus she said there was nothing booked for the day period anyways) She proceeds to say, I'll still talk to him and get back to you tomorrow... We'll tmrw is today , Dec 8,. Guess what No call back received. I even sent and email to follow up, no response. I've called and my MOH called and left messages NO response. I plan to cancel my rooms that are on reserve. Someone at the four points of Sheraton needs to give her ass a crash course on manners. B/c she lacks it and her demeanor is rude, This type of behavior is bad for business. I am a firm believer, I'll never beg any business to take the $ I spend. Not only that my company have conferences at the hotel. So I'll be speak w/ our HR event scheduler and suggest we no longer reserve anything w/ this property again as well. UPDATE 12/13/17. I Decided to pay Four points a visit on Saturday 12/9. To speak w/ Ofelia since she still hadnt reached back out to me ask she stated she would. Upon arrival I was greeted my Steve ( the FOOD & BEVERAGE GUY) what a coincidence. He was in the process of setting up a reception in the same room, I was wanting to rent. I explained the situation, he agreed , I'm a paying Patriot just like the next person or company, these spaces are first come first serve. He pulled out his phone checked his email and said , I dont have any emails from Ofelia about a quote for your day of request, then he looked at the schedule and confirm the same thing she had already told me that there was no one book for that entire day. All could do is SMH. So not only did Ofelia not reach out to him as she said she was ,but still today as of December 13th 2017 she still hasn't contacted me. Steve was nice he gave me his card and told me to send him an email and that he would then forward it to her. As I'm talking to my husband-to-be he made a valid point. We're not asking for anything for free we're both gainfully employed, but it's clear that Ofelia who is the director of events whom represents four points at Sheraton at the Jacksonville oceanfront , does not only want to do business with us but does not know how to keep her word, and is rude to by telling me ,we can move my reception to a different date and for those reason. We've chosen a different venue to host our reception. Our $$ was good enough to spend elsewhere.

Yelp
It was lovely but I only gave it 4 stars due to the construction and the men hanging and working in front off my balcony making uncomfortable to leave the curtain open to see the ocean, ruined my beach front view relaxation

The room was clean and had a great view. That's where it ends. They were an hour late having the room ready, ice maker on our floor was out of service, the door to the patio didn't lock. The shower was ice cold and they use DirecTv but are to cheap to pay for music channels.

Yelp
My husband and I arrived at the Four Points Sheraton in Jax Beach after a long and stressful road trip. We were greeted by Ash at the Front Desk, who went the extra mile to make us feel at home, he was extremely kind and professional and upgraded our room as a courtesy! And Liz at the restaurant went above and beyond when we ordered food, she even delivered the food to our room because we were taking care of our special needs doggie. People like Ash and Liz at the Four Points Sheraton in Jax Beach is what make us stick to Marriott always when we travel. They deserve 5 stars!! This is a great hotel with an amazing location and a superb customer service!! Can't wait to be back!!

Yelp
I can not say enough great things about this hotel! First stay on a Wednesday they do a free BBQ buffet which includes two free beers!! The access to the ocean is so quick and easy... you can even rent chairs and umbrellas! The rooms are large and all ocean front. They don't miss a beat... there's even a mirror in the shower. If you forget toothpaste... no worry they give you crest 3D white, not some bootleg toothpaste. This is a short review, I could literally go on and on. The staff has been wonderful and this property is awesome!

Yelp
We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were nice and clean. All the rooms face the water! Hotel staff and those working in the bar were great, friendly and helpful. They're are a few good places to eat in walking distance. The beach had a few good shops and the walking path was nice.

Yelp
Pleasantly accommodated room. Great looking bathroom with separate standup shower and whirlpool jet tub. Decor is very modern, staff is friendly. Balcony view of the beach is pretty awesome. I would recommend this location.

Yelp
Location is the best. Service was poor. Front desk was snarky and unhelpful (one person in particular). The pool area was not kept up, broken tables, broken fence and the gate broke so people (not guests of the hotel) were coming into pool area to rinse off in pool, use hot tub and hang out. For the $ (almost $1k for 2 nights), it was not worth it.

Yelp
Relaxing! I have stayed here a few times as a Jacksonville resident and now passing through. The rooms are always clean and fresh. The hotel offers rooms that over look the ocean. It is a great getaway even if you live in jacksonville. Whenever I need a bit of ocean air this is where I choose. The staff is friendly. Overall it is a great beach spot.

Yelp
The view from the rooms are priceless! Right on the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. The room was completely updated, I was pleasantly surprised. No complaints about it at all. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. They should consider having an additional bartender though she was bar tending and running food to rooms. I will stay here again with out a doubt.

Yelp
Four Points Sheraton 11 1st Street North Jax Beach, FL 32250 Great mini vacation! The Four Points by Sheraton is a great little hotel tucked in right next to the Jacksonville Beach Life Guard station and the newly built pier. We stayed here on the second of August just for one night. My wife and my two children (5 & 7). We hung at the beach and the pool for two whole days eating at Joe's Crab Shack, Sneakers Grill (both across the street). We had a awesome dinner at Nippers bar & grill on Saturday night with the kids. Italian ice at Ritas on 3rd street was great too. The rooms are super clean with great A/C and of coarse the most comfortable beds in the industry (an SPG norm). I have to mention the pull out couch had probably the best mattresses for a pull out bed I have ever seen. Our favorite feature of this hotel is the beach rentals of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and paddle boards. They can charge it to the room and the kid that runs it is super accommodating! All staff, especially the front desk, were great and as friendly and professional as you could ask for. If I was forced to pick a con, I guess it would be that the in room meal menu is a little small, no in room movies, and there is limited Wifi in the rooms. No big deal, we had a blast anyways! We will definitely be back.   P.S. The SPG member late Sunday check out is one of biggest reasons we love SPG hotels!!

Yelp
I'm currently at this hotel. I am impressed. It's not perfect but it's very nice. It's pretty clean and it's very modern. The room is like an apartment or condo almost. My boyfriend is extremely picky, especially about cleanliness and he hasn't complained once. There is a mini fridge, a microwave and a small coffee maker. The living area is completely separate from the sleeping area. I would def recommend this place if you have children, there is plenty of room and two TVs. Also, there is a balcony, which is nice. I've stayed at places for $100 a night that were crap, would much rather spend an extra $40 and stay here!

Yelp
They said they were pet friendly but they kicked us out early in the morning. We asked several times if they have any breed restrictions and the answer was always no. My husband and I showed up late at night on the Christmas weekend and we were asked to leave after our breakfast. The reason:" Some guest is scared of my dog who looks like pit bull and she said that Florida has laws against pit bulls". There was no such a low in Jacksonville. My husband and I were on the street with two dogs far away from our home.

Yelp
I'm a fan. The beach, pools and accommodations were all top notch. An added amenity was the staff. They made us feel like family. This Sheraton serves a nice buffet breakfast for $9.99 and the happy hour is terrific. Heavenly!

Yelp
Right on the beach with great view from room. The location at night however felt slightly unsafe. The room decor was dated. Average cleanliness level. Noisy rooms with poor sound insulation. Could hear guests above screaming and moving furniture frequently. Parking availability was limited at night.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and roomy. We loved the view. We arrived at the hotel and parked the car. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and stores as well along the beach. It is a nice place for r&r. My only complaint is the beach chairs were not available. It was cool outside but the beach was full. We had to buy chairs at wal greens. I really wanted to chill on the beach. Great place to chill.

Yelp
I booked the room a week in advance and when we got there they had over booked our room type requested. We got a room with two double beds instead of a king. We were offered to get us to sleep in a king bed for that night (it was 11:45 pm. We requested a late check in), but we would have to move to a two double bed the next night as "they were sold out"... our reservation meant nothing. The customer service was not great. The room did not look like the pictures online. We waited for someone to come up to the room with the new keys waiting to get moved to the room with the king bed for that night... 20-30 minutes waiting and no one came up. We ended up going down without our suitcases and leaving this hotel... we had to find a different hotel at 1:30 am. No one seemed to care. The GM of the hotel was supposed to call us today to discuss and nothing yet. It is 4:45 pm. I finally called to make sure that all was canceled at no charge as promised when we left last night. The person that answered stated that that should be correct. However, the manager was not there at the moment and that I should call tomorrow morning to check on it. I had to spend more money than expected moving to another hotel as everything was booked this weekend and I had the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. Nothing about this hotel was OK. Waste of time. Why should I have to call again???? Terrifying experience.

Yelp
Beautiful view and close to a number of restaurants. You couldn't be closer to the beach! However, we were kept awake for hours by what sounded like people moving furniture and dropping heavy items above us. (I have no idea what they were actually doing. I think the rooms just offer little in the way of sound proofing; we could also hear the neighbor's TV perfectly in the bedroom.) Two calls to the front desk were met with a very dismissive attitude. The noise started up again first thing in the morning and we left tired and disappointed. We will not be back. No view is worth no sleep. Note: There are also strong fragrances used throughout the hotel, rooms included, which could be uncomfortable for some.

Yelp
By far the only hotel I'll ever stay at! Great rooms. Great view. Easy access. Parking lot could be larger but whatever. It's a little pricey but well worth it. I have a great stay at every Sheraton hotel, especially this hotel on Jacksonville beach blvd. Do not book any other hotel if visiting! Book this hotel. You will not be disappointed. I don't book anywhere else. Good job to the hotel management and staff for upkeep, amenities, comfort, and curb appeal!

Yelp
I'm giving this 4 stars for two reasons - the view and the pull out couch. Yes - the couch. I was staying with my sister and brother-in-law and they got the bed and I got the couch. It was really incredibly comfortable for a pull out. No complaints at all. The view was fantastic. I love that all the rooms are ocean front. Balcony was a decent size. My only complaint is the breakfast for $9.95 - don't bother. It's the same breakfast you get for free at other places like Hampton Inn. So not worth $10.

Yelp
Very thin walls. We were awoken several times each night due to several loud noises. There was a function downstairs on the main floor, we were on the fifth floor. We could hear the band as of they were in the next room! Other than that the accommodations were wonderful and the room was very clean.
