My wife and daughter recently booked a tower room at the Four Points in London. In the past we have always had a great stay at this location in the tower rooms. When they arrived at the room they discovered that the fridge did not work. A call to the front desk resulted in a working full size fridge being delivered to the room. The girls then did some shopping and swimming. At around bed time they noticed that the room was cold and my wife turned up the heat. During the night both girls noticed how cold the room continued to be. My wife turned up the heat to 80 with no effect. My wife did not want to call the front desk on this at this time as it was late and she did not want to have to move to another room. She had also been advised by hotel staff that the hotel was full so moving was likely not even an option. The girls survived the cold room despite having now turned the heat up to 85. When my wife checked out she advised the staff of this issue and was brushed off with a quick apology and the standard have a nice day. No effort was made by staff to compensate for the lack of heat in a room during January. As I stated we have stayed at this hotel many times but we are very disappointed at having paid a premium price for a tower rooms that had no heat and did not seem to be a concern for staff.

Great hotel with an excellent location and amenities! I stay here several times a year and have never had any issues. There’s a great little bar where you can grab a quick drink or a bite to eat. The breakfast options are amazing, and the amenities are top-notch. You definitely get great value for your money!

Good afternoon, I recently stayed at the Four point for 2 nights (August 30 - September 1) my experience was amazing. I had a suite. The room so clean very comfortable. The front desk agent Leslie was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff were so nice. One lady was vacuuming noticed I was on my phone and turned off her vacuum to let me finish my conversation. I can’t say enough great things. I look forward to my next visit to London so I have the honour of staying at you hotel.

Obi Jani was extremely professional and friendly, what made him stand out with respects to his fellow colleagues was his detail to attention, he made sure I was happy with the food I received. Went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations I had and more! If you want great service from a well rounded gentleman, I would ask for Obi at the restaurant lounge at the hotel! I can't describe how good and polite and professional this gentleman was, very enthusiastic!

Do not stay here if you have a scent sensitivity!! I was here for a conference last month and had a brutal headache the whole time. Every single bathroom has overwhelming perfumes and they seem to use very strongly scented cleaning products because even walking through the hallways the perfume smells were unbearable. I get that this is not an issue for everyone, but really surprising to see a space that serves the public in 2025 not be conscious of this… Still giving two stars because the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But there’s no way I would stay here again.

There for an event. Pre-ordered from specific menu and asked for well done. Everyone at my table was 3/4 finished with their prime rib or chicken dinners and mine was yet to come. Apologies but no food. When it did arrive, not only was it not the prime rib we all paid for, it was a steak, but there were items missing from my plate that others had on theirs. Seriously how hard is it to give me an end cut when you had weeks to plan?

Google
Brutal experience. I was with one other person and we stopped by the buffet before we left. The food looked awful, so we grabbed a couple pieces of fruit. Coffee was not drinkable. They still came over and charged us $44. There was absolutely no notice that this wasn’t included, and based on how bad the food looked, it was assumed they wouldn’t be charging for it. If we had known, we would have gone literally anywhere else. I put in a complaint at the front desk, and if this isn’t fixed I won’t be coming back for any personal business trips because of this experience.

Google
The pros: Convenient location, helpful and welcoming staff, great service and food/drink in the restaurant, and nicely renovated rooms. The cons: One major flaw -- They did not upgrade the heating / AC units in the newly renovated rooms. The unit in my room looked like it was 30 years old and was full of rust. It made a loud whirring noise and was spewing out musty air. I had to turn it off for the length of my stay. Even then, the room still smelled musty for quite a while. Why spend all that money on a beautiful lobby and new rooms but not upgrade the HVAC system? Puzzling. I was prepared to make this my regular hotel when I'm in London on business but won't be back due to this issue, unfortunately.

Yelp
Clean and nice greeting staff. Relatively newly renovated with lots of parking on site.

Yelp
In town for two days. Selected this location due to its proximity to the highway, shopping mall and stores and many restaurants close by. The check in was smooth. The booking was done under a package and came with a visa gift card through London Tourism (more later). The room was good and still does not come with daily turn up or new towels. Although available by request it is a hassle to do as as we have to commit to a call and perhaps time bound. The room had a king bed that needs a new mattress. The pillows were not comfortable and made the two nights longer than they should. The card given by the hotel, London tourism and the card issuer is useless and it got rejected right away at the mall and now when I see online it says the balance is zero. Trying to connect with the card issuer since the weekend (5 days ago) and still no luck. Not exactly the hotel's fault but to select such a issuer is the hotel's and London Tourism fault. Wonder if they test the card before selecting them.

Yelp
My home away from home the last two nights was the Four Points by Sheraton. My king bed was comfy. Alas, no bath tub ... just a big walk-in shower It's within walking distance to restaurants (there are two in the lobby) and is across the street from the White Oaks Mall. Parking, bottled water and WIFI (it was speedy) are free. The room had a mini fridge, microwave oven, iron, coffee maker, safe, etc. My room was on the ground floor.. There were a couple sports teams staying in the hotel and they parked outside my window. I could hear when they were coming and going ... yelling and loud music. I know I sound old ... I'm not complaining ... I'm just sayin'.

Yelp
Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The king suite is almost as big as my apartment in Vancouver. The bathroom was spacious, and had a Jacuzzi bathtub. The room was very clean. TV in the living room and TV in the bedroom. Having said all that, the best part of the stay was the warm staff. Every single interaction was friendly and sincere.

Yelp
I had a very comfortable stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The bed, jacuzzi, and location were the best parts of my stay. We wanted to eat at the restaurant for dinner/drinks but it was closed. With a couple hiccups here and there, this hotel is definitely one I would return to! Pros - The bed is extremely comfortable! It was very difficult to get up from it - The hot tub is spacious and relaxing - The price of the room was very good: $150/night for the King Bed Jacuzzi Room - Location is great. The hotel is beside a Sushi Buffet (168 Sushi) and across the street is a mall Cons - The room's USB port, bedside lamp, and coffe machine did not work - The shower was somewhat complicated to use - The lobby did not have coffee or cups

Yelp
The stay was good enough, though the price was a bit high for not including breakfast. However we were charged an additional $339 and when we called the hotel to inquire we were told that it was because we had a dog with us (we do not have a dog) and that we had ruined a duvet with red wine (this did not happen). We were sent photos of a duvet in the hotel laundry room with staining. After disputing the charges with the "manager" we were told the pet fee would be reversed but that we would pay the duvet fee. We were away for our sons hockey tournament and spent next to no time in the room between trips to the arena, meals & the hotel pool. Absolutely disgusted with the way we were spoken to on the phone and were hung up on twice. Have begun a visa dispute but at this point would just like to warn people. Would never stay here again, the customer service and absolute shadiness of these charges is enough to make me write my first yelp review.

Yelp
I love staying here! The rooms are modern and very clean. I always stay in a king suite, which has a seperate living room, bathroom and dining area. It comes equipped with a fridge and microwave. This hotel always try's to accommodate you as well. I have gotten early check in & late check out when it's been available. They always try to make your experience the best it can be. Also the hotel has many amenities. I used the pool and fitness room which were kept very clean. They have room service, a bar, and Starbucks coffee! There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel which is super convenient as well!

Yelp
Comfort and seamless service here at the Four Points. Room and decor were modern and the bed was top notch. We actually just wanted to stay in bed to read and watch tv. This never happens for us, we generally park at a hotel not stay in and enjoy. Will return and will highly recommend this location.

Yelp
Close to the highway. Good for presentations and events, although the screen was to small for the room size. Suite sized rooms are nice, although I found it very odd all the drawers were left open when I checked in.

Yelp
This hotel is all about location. It is close enough to downtown, but you can still get good rates. It is close to the interstate, so you can get to your meetings and the airport as well. And it has plenty of great places to walk to from the hotel - best buy, subway, boston, etc. The hotel was under construction while I stayed there, which made it a little messy, but you could tell they went out of the way to make up for it. The room was great, nice and quiet. Very spacious and clean. All new flat panel tvs, etc. It has a great hotel bar with plenty of local beers. While I was staying there was a large wedding party as well so I didn't get to check out the italian restaurant on-site, but it appeared to be quite popular.

Yelp
Went to this venue for a dog show. The venue is nice, restaurant staff excellent. The food, especially the breakfast buffet was phenomenal as was the food offered at the banquet. Housekeeping needs improvement. They turned down my bed when they "cleaned" but did not replace towels or give toilet paper even when there actually wasn't any left in the bathroom. Paper coffee cups also not replaced for the following day and no real tidying completed in the room.

Yelp
Nice, clean and quiet. Bright outside light shining into room and not able to block with curtain. Tv stations limited. You cant get Fox News.

Yelp
Amazing staff and good food. We were treated with genuine kindness. Enjoyed every minute.

Yelp
This hotel is okay. Everything has been recently renovated which is great but they didn't think things through when they did it. The suites are designed and furnished assuming there is one guest in the room. The toilets are in a really weird spot beside a sliding door that gives next to no sound privacy. There was enough bottled water and towels for one person. Little things like that. The lounge is nice and the people are really friendly (drinks are cheap too!). It's lacking music or something though. Room was nice but you are overlooking a very well lit mall across the street - even with the curtains closed the room was quite lit up at night. There is also a fair bit of traffic you can hear. Would I stay here again? Probably. But I'd rate them higher if they were a little more proactive with the small details.

Yelp
Went for buffet at Vic's on Wellington (restaurant inside Four Points Sheraton). The buffet was very average in selection, taste and presentation. The roast beef was very tender and the best part of the buffet. Hot food was warm at best and cold food was cool at best. A very unremarkable dining experience. All that and they overcharge you. That buffet, in my opinion is worth $9.99. Add approx $12 and that's what we paid each! Definitely overpriced too. We will not be returning.

Yelp
Lovely, bright and clean hotel room. I really appreciate how the deluxe king tower rooms are configured. The pullout sofa is easily seen from the bed, a perfect option with children. Lots of seating which is great if you are here with a group.

Yelp
Seems like a really nice hotel, but they were in the middle of construction so I didn't get to really experience it all too much. Stayed here 3 nights over a weekend. The room had 2 TV's and 2 sinks. The living area was larger than I would have expected, which is a plus. The bar near the check-in desk was rather nice too. They had a nice selection of local beers and other Canadian beers. I love it when you go to an unfamiliar place and get to experience the local craft brews.! Overall OK experience and I would stay there again, just hope the construction will be done by that time.

Yelp
My fiancé and I had a weekend getaway to here. We got to the hotel and upon check-in the Front Desk Manager was laughing and making jokes with us. We mentioned the Sunday Brunch and he gave it rave reviews, telling us how amazing it was. Upon entering the room it was spotless. No smells, no stains, just a beautifully cleaned room. The bottle of water was a pleasant touch as well. At the front desk we asked for more towels and were handed plenty. Then, on Saturday night, we were offered late check out so that we could enjoy the brunch and not lug all of our stuff with us. Simply amazing! And their Sunday Brunch is worth every single penny! Delicious, warm, plentiful, and the staff were so friendly! I will stay here again AND I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Yelp
Incredible customer service, nice hotel, comfortable rooms, convenient location. The highlight of my trip was definitely the great customer service during my 3 days there. The hotel's food was amazing. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a hotel's restaurant (I think it's called Kris) as much. I cannot recommend it enough. Also on Wednesdays, new guests get a voucher for a free beer (tap or house wine) at the bar.

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Stayed 4 nights and 3 of those the fire alarms went off very late at night. No direction given to where to go or when it was okay to go back in. Poor service in the Bentley lounge. Will not be staying here again and won't recommend it.
google avatar

Sandra M.

Yelp
Boo hoo. My room was motel-ish like, air-conditioning kept cutting out, every second light bulb was burnt out and the coffee maker didn't even have a stir-stick or pack of sugar. Usually I stay in the suite or tower portion of the hotel which seems like a world away from this regular room. Surroundings were quiet though and I had a good sleep in the magnificent Sheraton Sleeper Bed. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to include a social hub and business centre. Upgrade to a suite if you can.

Yelp
My friend and I love having a tea or going for a soup or salad at Bentley's/Vic's on Wellington. Mainly because of the amazing service Nicole gives us every time we come. She's an asset to Bentley's we believe and exemplifies amazing service through her warm smile, friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable service. A must visit!

Yelp
Attended a Convention this past week at the Four Points. The hotel staff are very helpful and willing to assist. At all times I saw a hotel staff person on duty at the front desk, at the pool and in housekeeping. This is the most presence of staff I have ever seen at a hotel. The rooms are quite large as are the bathrooms within the rooms. Everything was clean and in order where I stayed. The hotel staff managed very well at the conference with staying on top of the meal servings and clearings. I did go to the pool one night and saw that some guests had brought wine in glass goblets to the poolside. The pool staff person there needed to do a better job of telling the ladies to get out of this area with the glass dishes because he left and came back to tell them three different times they weren't allowed to be there with the glass. Should not have continued past the first conversation but he didn't seem to "have a pair". Finally, after his THIRD conversation with these ladies did he kick off them out of the pool area. Poor! The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and great service. I like this hotel for most of its amenities including the free parking but will note it's hard to find a spot! Will return.

Yelp
Wow! I'm impressed. I had sworn off 4 Points Sheratons after a poor stay in Calgary a few years ago but after this past stay in London, I'm a fan. My room was nice, clean and updated. Bathroom was bright and well designed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay and exceeded my expectations. Well done!!

Yelp
Last year around this time I stayed in this hotel 1 week. Everything was good I love it.

Yelp
Went for Mother's Day brunch with my mother and grandmother who is 90. Ahmed the manager treated us like family. The brunch was the best I have had in London . Real food from real chefs, not all frozen deep fried fillers. Chef Mike Petrie is the best in the city. Can not say enough about the food and service .

Yelp
Came to London to visit a sick relative. The hotel is nice looking from the outside and beautiful from the inside. Smells coming from Vic's made my stomach growl but I had to get to the hospital. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and efficient and so was the lady who checked me out the next day. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful. Very clean. Loved everything about it. It was even super quiet. Ordered room service on the card you hang on the door and it arrived when I wanted it to be delivered and it was very good. I'd love to come and stay again but under happier circumstances.

Meaghan M.

Yelp
My family member is an employee of Starwood Resorts and decided to help my mother and myself out with an employee discount as we were in London last minute to visit my grandmother in hospital. After an extremely long and stressful day we were greeted by a very friendly employee who checked us in and we were very excited to go to bed for the night. Unfortunately, this was short lived. I was followed to my vehicle in the parking lot by another employee named Doug. He demanded we present him with a letter to prove our relation as it was an employee discounted room. I understand that this is in fact his job and I would not typically be upset by this. However, instead of politely explaining what was needed, Doug chose to be very abrasive and rude and hovered over my mother and myself until I told him we didn't need a babysitter. After showing him the letter from the company, Doug then decided that blaming my aunt for his behaviour was the correct choice. Terrible customer service on the part of the employee Doug. Will not be returning to this hotel.
