We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton London from August 14–18, and while the first night was fine, everything went downhill after that.
Night 2: AC wasn’t as cold as the first night but still manageable.
Night 3: We woke up drenched in sweat.
Nights 4 & 5: Absolutely unbearable. The room was registering 22°C, and it felt like someone had come in and changed the settings while we were out in the morning. We left the room and had it at 16C initially.
Every time we returned late at night after a full day at our event, we walked into a hot, uncomfortable room. I reported it to staff, but all I got was “we’ll let management know.” No solution. Nothing.
We paid $1,300 for five nights, for what turned out to be a miserable, sleepless experience.
Sadly, we will not be returning, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
