This is seriously the nicest Four Points I’ve stayed at. I normally don’t stay at Four Points properties because they are typically older and feel cheap. However, this one is newly renovated with a modern yet rustic feel and nice finishes. And it’s clean! The bed, pillows, and duvet are high quality and super comfy…I’d care to say even more so than other Bonvoy properties in this price range. (Be sure to ask for a room on the “quiet” side…which is the side facing away from the 405 freeway)

My family and I were here for 4 nights during the christmas holidays. The first night we found the highway adjacent to our windows really noisy and requested for a room change. Apparently all double queen bed rooms face the freeways. Dehey was really great and tried his best to find a solution for us. Ultimately our family opted to squeeze into one King bed room type with a rollaway bed. It was tight but at least we got some good sleep to continue our trip. Both Dehey and Manager Adey were patient and even helped adjust our room rates down for our downgrading of a smaller room. Ultimately if you can sleep easily, it should be okay. But our family home had soundproof glass so we have been used to extremely silence during sleep. The daily breakfast were okay in my opinion if it came with the room package (eg. A $30~ top off to feed a family of 4). Not worth it really if regular price at $20 pp. we liked the fresh waffles and hashbrowns though. Throughout our 4 breakfasts we had two different servers. I find it funny that we identified their serving styles a little different. The lady server puts a jar of cream next to the coffee. While the male server likes to bring coffee and cream to us directly. Both were fine to us and they were completely nice. Just thought the hotel may want to know and have some consistency. On our last morning, a housekeeper knocked on our door at 8am to ask when we will check out so she will come back to clean. I have never encountered this before. i found it very strange and we were still 3 hours from our checkout time. We couldve still been sleeping. One last thing, due to hotel being upgraded from older furnishing I assume, the hardware are a little dated still. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was little to none. So the room was super humid and steamy after every shower. Not sure what they can do about it. But aesthetic furnishing are all modern and new. Thanks again Adey and Dehey for going above and beyond. Overall i think the price matches with the quality.

Google
I give 5 stars alone for the customer service here. I can’t remember all the names but the girl at the front desk Adina maybe? Anyways but her and the assistant manager were so pleasant when I was honestly a pain in the rear. I only choose nicer hotels such as four points because I am such a sensitive sleeper and I need a nice bed. This one was not up to my standards and a bit drafty plus the weird smells and no fan in the bathroom. I couldn’t sleep and thought I was screwed for my vacation. Adey the manager let me cancel my reservation early even though I went through a third party. Such an amazing gesture and so appreciative. Other facilities are very nice such as gym and the bar/restaurant are over the top nice. I just think the rest of the rooms need to be updated and def need new beds for my over sensitive back. If you aren’t a baby with sleeping like me I think you’ll be fine here.

I've stayed a few times here and it was recently renovated, and super cute! The rooms are great sizes, and hotel is close to the freeway and only 15 minutes away from the beach. There's a mall across the street, with lots of food options walking-distance. Front Desk staff was amazing. Shout out Dhyey, Letina, and Adey!

Google
A very modern hotel close to the freeway, the reception staff were cheerful and helpful - always a good sign. They happily went off to find a large cart for our huge amount of luggage (we'd been on a driving vacation all over the state for weeks). ||The room was small but serviceable, with a very pleasant bathroom and not-too-noisy through the wall air conditioner. Our room looked out over the side of the parking lot, where from time to time some idiot would drive past with windows open and a 1000watt speaker system blaring. Not the hotel's fault; seemingly a common problem these days around hotels. Our first night was initially disturbed by a gaggle of young women - possibly on a school or college trip - yelling and laughing in the room opposite ours. Thankfully they quietened down by 10pm, and were gone the next morning. One consistent noise in the room though was the gurgling refrigerator. Eventually we turned it off at night so that we could sleep.||We tried the buffet breakfast which was somewhat sparse, but but reasonably priced. They were not very speedy at refilling trays, but the wait staff were very attentive and I never ran out of coffee or OJ.||For this type of hotel, it was also nice to see coffee included in the lobby from 6am to 10am. ||The fitness room was small, but reasonably equipped. The outdoor pool was noisy and while it was clean, that was not an area where we wanted to hang out.||Overall, for the price, this was a good choice for the area, and we would certainly stay again in the future.

Google
We needed to be near Sony Studios and this was the perfect location. Not far from the airport as well. The staff was amazing, the room was great and spacious and it was conveniently across the street from a great mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The parking is also much less than surrounding hotels for $27/night. The gym is nice as well as the pool. The only small downside is that the queen bedded rooms face the highway and even tho it wasn't crazy loud you still might want earplugs.

Google
Shockingly superb! Writing this immediately after stay so I don’t forget anything. Really excellent LAX based hotel. 20mins to / from airport. Clean. Restaurant and bar. Meeting space; I was there solo and for a mtg. Across the street from Westfield Mall - super convenient. But they also have a small in-hotel 24/7 teeny weeny convenient store too. ||||Pluses!…filtered lemon’ed water in lobby at all times. Excellent coffee with all the fixings in lobby 6-10a. Mouthwash in room! Woohoo for mouthwash!! Adorable decor - old timey black & white entertainment industry pics that are wonderful. Clean! And a superb cleaning staff. All staff are accommodating and so friendly. ||||More pluses: Loved the 24/7 gym!!!; EXCELLENT! Beds sheets comforter and pillows SUPER comfie! Each room has great TV, frig AND microwave as well as blow dryer, iron w board, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, long mirror, heavily shaded windows (easy to open or close depending on your light in, or not, pref.) Rooms nicely decorated too. Also I love that there is BOTH a bathtub and shower! Of course stocked too w plenty of Kleenex & TP. Lots of lights and a working desk too. In room trash cans with recycling section too. ||||Easy access to stairs (if you wanna get in steps) or elevators. Room keys that actually work for your ENTIRE stay EVEN on last day! Ample paid parking if you need it and or have guests coming. Swimming (outdoor) pool!!!!!! Clean common area bathrooms. 8 floors; I stayed top floor and loved the quiet. ||||Coupla little nitpicks: I guess because of the shampoo gel lotion conditioner products they use - when you walk in - it smells a bit like a gaggle of guys in a disco (or brothel) who over-cologned. The smell is super strong. ||||My other little ehhhh is that there is no place in hotel for lunch unless you buy a microwave item from the small in-hotel convenience store. (They have egg Sammie’s, mac & cheese, ramen, jerky, candy, wine & beer + soft drinks, (also supplies you may have forgotten), ice cream, pizza, etc - items you can heat up there or in room.) I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get a real lunch at hotel. ||||Overall I loved my stay and was very surprised just how much I did! Also very close / Uber-able to downtown Culver City, where there are oodles of cute restaurants and bars - cool downtown area for sure!

Google
Best place about this hotel, THE RESTAURANT! This location is a fav for those traveling along the 405. Great breakfast and drink options. Complimentary coffee that's actually good. Credibly clean and orderly building , professional & courteous counter service, ample parking, decent computer workstation. Exceptional interior design and style. Nearby shops and restaurants. Good option for business, family or vacation.

Yelp
Decent rooms and the staff was very helpful. No complaints but I wouldn't call it a 5 star hotel either. Relaxed and felt much safer than previous hotels my family has stayed in.

Yelp
Great customer service! Clean and quiet rooms! Internet TV available! Nice location next to Westfield mall! Only downside is they charge $50 deposit at check in!

Yelp
A great experience. Some things to consider: 1) Rooms facing the freeway are noisy during commute hours, which lasts late into the evening. By nighttime, it's quieter. But, be aware of the noise during drive times. 2) Air conditioner is not centralized but particular to each room and beneath the window. It's controlled by wall thermostat and reacts quickly to warming, cooling, and off setting. So, all good. One downside is the unit is noisy. Although, it can help cancel out the traffic noise. 3) Doors are not sound-proof. Walking by other people's rooms, one can hear a little bit of their voices if they are talking loudly. 4) Uber drivers take extra time entering and existing the property because they need to lean out their vehicles' windows and extract a parking stub to raise the gate to the hotel's parking lot for entry and exit. 5) Wifi is okay but seems to weaken in its coverage the further one steps away from the hotel door and goes further into the room. Perhaps the antennas are placed near the hallways. 6) Situated directly adjacent to the Westfield Mall with its eateries. This is an excellent asset. 7) The Fox Hills Plaza has been closed and construction fence raised. This property abuts the hotel. Too bad it closed because the sign of the businesses shows many useful ones for guests staying at the hotel like a Quiznos. Again, they are all shuttered as the Plaza is slated for demolition and new construction. This raises a dilemma because the side of the hotel nearest the Plaza site is the side of the hotel that does not face the freeway. When demolition and construction commences, it may be a difficult choosing which side of the hotel is quieter.

Yelp
Decent experience overall. Super close to LAX, which was very convenient. Great location in Culver City. Right next to a big mall, so convenient to pop across the street in case you need to buy any essentials. Easy enough to Uber over to Westchester neighborhood, where there are some great restaurants and cafes. (Highly recommend stopping at The Ramen Joint, or ordering in from them!) Had a couple of first day hiccups. I was staying through my company, but added an extra night on. They made two separate reservations, and made me physically come down at noon the next day to check out. ?????? I've traveled for business a couple of times before and never had to do this when I added an extra night, so that was a head scratcher. Room was alright. Comfy sheets. Spotted a couple of tiny hairs in the shower and the hallway carpet was messy, but nothing obscenely dirty. There were fire alarm drills my first day which was annoying, and the pool was closed for repairs, not that I would have been taking advantage of it anyway. Nice little fitness room, lots of space between machines which was super nice. Conference rooms were standard hotel conference rooms, lol. Fluorescent lighting. Breakfast wasn't included and was $18.95 for the buffet. My coworkers said it was good but I couldn't justify paying so much for a hotel breakfast when there were so many great restaurants available on delivery apps for much cheaper and much better quality - between that and a box of granola bars, I managed in the mornings. Great location, good price, and overall a solid mid range hotel. Started off a little prickly but was overall pretty good.

Yelp
I often stay at Marriott hotels in several places. They all tend to be the same quality. Reliable. This specific one is close to LAX 9 minutes no traffic, 29 minutes with traffic.. so I'd say, think about 15+ normal. It's right across the mall, so a few good places to eat and shops to browse if you are bored. I definitely recommend the bbq place nearby. Has all the amenities you need, and a fridge and safe in the room. However the safe in my room did not work as half the buttons couldn't be pressed, but fortunately I didn't need it. If you do, check it first thing and notify the front desk of any issues right away. I forgot to mention it to them. The lighting in the room isn't the best as you have to have all lights on so you don't feel sleepy in the room and there is no table (other than the desk), so a friend and I couldn't setup a card game we wanted. Fortunately there is plenty of open seating in the lobby with big enough tables and we went there. I would recommend this place and stay again if I am visiting my friend nearby.

Yelp
The hotel is off the freeway and gas station. It was clean and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Westfield mall for good restaurants and shopping. It had ample parking. Service here was good and friendly. It's got a nice lobby. But overall average small hotel.

Yelp
I dont think this hotel gets enough credit. The staff here have been nothing but helpful since the day I arrived. Very welcoming and kind. It is located next to the Westfield mall which is convenient if you need to get anything to eat and dont have a car. They do lock the sliding entrance doors once it gets dark so please make sure you have your key to enter. The room is smaller but still nice!

Yelp
Nice staff, didn't have any issues! Room was kinda small (had a single king bed room) but otherwise it was very nice!

Yelp
This is a great hotel. It has clean and comfortable rooms with excellent amenities like a refrigerator and coffee maker with coffee and tea in the room. The front desk staff (Dhyey) and breakfast buffet waiting staff (Meaza & Juan) are kind, attentive, and provide excellent customer service. I look forward to their welcoming & consistently excellent customer service each month I stay here at the Four Points by Sheraton in Culver City. The hotel lobby, cafeteria, bar, and rooms are nicely appointed. The stays are pleasant.

Hong H.

Yelp
This is an excellent hotel. It has clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, and great amenities including a refrigerator in the room. The front desk and breakfast buffet waiting staff are kind, attentive, and provide excellent customer service. My work location moved two months ago, but after staying at another hotel last month that did not meet my expectations, I am looking forward to continuing my stay here at the Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside in Culver City, even-though it is 3 miles further away.

Aimee L.

Yelp
I give this hotel a 4.8. The rooms were clean and so was the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great. I think for the price, this is a good little hotel. However I'd recommend eating breakfast elsewhere, as the price was about 20$ per person. I do believe it is a buffet though, but personally I did not think it was worth it. The hotel was relatively quiet besides the sound of the traffic but personally I did not mind this as I am used to living in the city. Overall, however, my family and I enjoyed our stay!

Yelp
Hotel Loss My Belonglings and Gave My Room Away. Racist, Rude. For anyone who want to stay in LA safely, you must know what this hotel did to their customer: My company booked a month-long stay for me at this hotel as part of my relocation, and I paid the full amount in advance before checking in. During the third week of my stay, I fell ill and decided to stay with a friend for a few days to recover. Before leaving, I specifically informed the front desk to not check me out early and to not touch my belongings. The front desk assured me that there was no problem and even noted it in their system. However, when I returned in the fourth week, I discovered that all of my personal belongings had been lost and that my room had been sold to someone else. During the days I sicked, neither I nor the person who made the reservation received any confirmation or notice of a check-out, even though we had already paid for the entire month! I have clear booking information and proof of full payment for the month's stay. Despite this, the hotel lost my personal belongings and sold my room without confirming with me or the reservation holder, and of course, there was no refund. As a girl who had just relocated to Los Angeles alone, I felt terrified and violated. To make matters worse, when the hotel manager, Kristen Allen, and another male manager came to speak with me, I expected an apology and assistance. Instead, when they saw me crying from fear and distress, they actually LAUGHED. I was absolutely stunned and confused as to why they would treat an Asian woman this way. I reported the incident to the police and obtained a report ID. My company's relevant department also attempted to contact the hotel, but during this process, the hotel resorted to delaying tactics and evasion, severely hindering communication between the company and the hotel. What is even more shocking is that on the very day I reported the incident, the hotel secretly charged my credit card over $1,300! Not only did they fail to compensate me for my losses, but they also attempted to charge me additional fees without my knowledge. I cannot understand how Marriott's higher management can tolerate such criminal behavior. To this day, I am still suffering from severe emotional trauma and worsening physical illness. I am now pursuing legal action. To anyone reading this before booking a hotel here, please take this incident seriously. For the sake of your personal safety, property, and mental health, do everything you can to avoid this hotel. To this day, the hotel is still evading responsibility. I have not received any apology or compensation.

Yelp
Hotel is nice downstairs. But the room gave an old dorm feel. Seemed unfinished. Bathroom was tiny. Happy to have a fridge and microwave. Lots of parking. Ideal location off the freeway across the street from Westfield Mall.

Yelp
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel before but I'm writing this as a fire evacuee. Although we fled the Eaton fire in neighboring Altadena, our daughter lives about 10 minutes from here so we booked a room the morning we needed it. I am writing this on night three of our stay. The staff here could not have been nicer or more professional. I met Da first, who helped get us settled and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. His Asst Manager Kristen was a wonderful manager who was clearly working hard with her staff during this difficult period. Our housekeeper Bernice brought me something I needed and was lovely to us. Not only was the staff wonderful, the hotel was located across from the Westfield mall (formerly Fox Hills?) and I was able to purchase "necessities" and snacks at Target and pick up meals at its food court. Thank you to the staff of Four Points Culver City, for being so nice to my husband and me during a very difficult time.

Yelp
My room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the temperature controls worked perfectly. Strong shower. Mini fridge, but no microwave. The outdoor pool looked lovely, but alas it was a chilly week in LA so I didn't swim as I'd planned to do. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. There is no laundry room here, which I need for work, so I washed my clothes in the bathroom and hung up dry. I'd stay here again if there was a laundry room. The lady at the front desk said that some guests use a service to pick up their laundry, but I can't risk not having my scrubs for the next day and I'm sure it's more than $3.00 which is what I typically pay for one load wash and dry at a Marriott. I appreciate that there is dinner onsite, 5-10pm.Food was good, service was excellent! The bartender was very friendly and welcoming!

Yelp
The hotel deposit was supposed to be $50 and I was charged $190 and not able to get that money back. I don't recommend.

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel for four nights in May. It was good that I got a group rate for the room that included parking and breakfast because they charge about $27 a day for parking! I never had a problem finding a spot - not sure if the hotel was less full than usual. Also glad breakfast was included because it's about $18 a day and really not worth it. It looked like the same food everyday, perhaps literally. I was speculating that the cantaloupe in the water dispenser in the lobby was leftover from the breakfast. The king bed room was nice though pretty small - glad it was just me traveling solo. Everything inside does seem pretty up to date and thankfully a lot of electrical outlets. I liked that there was a fridge in the room as well. It did look like the rooms with two beds were pretty large. The location is really good - walking distance from the Westfield Fox Hills mall and not far from major freeways and LAX. Twice I had to go down to the front desk because my room keycard stopped working. They were nice about it - but I haven't really had that kind of problem before in modern hotels.
google avatar

Elisa G.

Yelp
I like this hotel because you don't need a key for the elevator during the day, but they lock the front door after 8 PM, which is kind of annoying especially if you have guests coming to visit you. They have a nice bar and parking is super easy across the street at the mall. The staff is very nice and it is here to check in upon arrival.
google avatar

Amanda F.

Yelp
Staff is very friendly. Nice area, situated directly across from Enterprise at the LAX area. The ONLY cons i have about this hotel is - - no microwave in the rooms (one only located inside of the laundry room) - restaurant has very limited selections of foods - no surrounding restaurants - grab and go store is outrageously overpriced ($4.50 for a bottled soda) - self park is $50 / day *DO BETTER SHERATON* Otherwise it was a nice stay. Area is definitely safe. I would stay here again but be more prepared this time around.

Yelp
I had high expectations for this hotel when I booked it. When I pulled up, my expectations were even more lifted, as the building & decor were beautiful. Even once I got inside and in the room, I was blown away at how lovely the entire place looked. My room was so nice! I loved everything about it. The morning staff I interacted with at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Even though I missed the breakfast by a few minutes, they were very apologetic and understanding and even offered to go grab something for me. I declined, but I was very delighted at even the offer. Now, some opportunities stood out: -the afternoon staff is not nearly as friendly. I interacted with a very dry, robotic lady that felt like she was just reading everything she said off of a script, with zero emotion or hospitality. -one of the beds in my room had a stain on the sheets. -they charge guests $27/day for parking. Wow! I'd only go again to this hotel if I were traveling without a vehicle, and I'd certainly check my sheets before getting in them next time. But it's still a wonderful hotel overall so they can still get my business.

Yelp
Mistake 1: I booked the hotel through Booking.com and NO WHERE says there's a NO refundable fee of $125 for pets! They just simply say "fee might apply" which I completely understand in case your dog damage anything, so I agree a deposit would be more than fair! But if they need to clean the room in between guests anyway, why does it matter if it's dog hair or human hair?! I left the room clean and tide like I always do when we travel and I bet you my 10 pound dog sheds less than any regular human. I checked in 9pm just to find out the dog fee so I had no other option than stay, it was already late. Four Points were NOT clear and honest during booking process, just go ahead and state "NON REFUNDABLE FEE OF $125 FOR PETS" instead of "fee might apply" (They ended up charging me half fee, but I do not agree and wish they would reimburse me since I feel it was shady). Mistake 2: I pre paid my stay through Booking but when I checked in I got 3 extra charges: 1. Deposit fee of $50, 2. Another deposit fee of $50, and 3. ANOTHER charge of $332! Why on earth did I get charged again if I already paid my stay?! They promised me it will return to my account, but no explanation why did I have to pay again since I already paid for it when I booked the room. Very disappointing cause I did enjoy the hotel and the room and was already planning on coming back and leaving a good review.

Yelp
If you value your sanity, do not stay here and do not call them. A couple of weeks ago, I was in the area and walked in to reserve a room. I planned to attend an upcoming event at this hotel and thought I and a family member would just stay here the night before the event. well, silly me. The ladies at the front desk told me that they are unable to book a room for me & I need to book through Expedia (what?!). I leave & decide that I wouldn't stay here. Unfortunately, one of my family members wanted to stay here for the event, despite my advice to the contrary. I booked the room online, but subsequently needed to modify the name on the reservation. We called the hotel and encountered the most useless person and horrific customer service ever. She kept claiming her system was updating and to call back in 5 minutes. We asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor and she kept stating that she would transfer the call, but her system is updating and to call back. She refused to transfer the call to a supervisor. Then had the nerve to say that I should call the front desk, but they eon't be able to help. I cancelled the reservation. These employees don't want to work. Looking at past reviews, this place has a history of this type of crazyness and clearly does not want customers. run. run far away

Yelp
One word: OVERBOOKED. Here's a few more: Overbooked as a common practice and, apparently, part of their business model to maximize profits. Google "Sheraton Four Points overbooked" for some f'd up experiences. Drove in from Las Vegas w/ a room reservation from earlier in the week. We must have rolled in during shift change b/c 2-of-3 desk workers disappeared as approached the front desk. After giving the Lone Ranger our reservation information, he tippy-typed some sh*t into his computer for a couple of minutes before informing us of their inability to give us our room, b/c the hotel was "sold out". He assured us that they'd find a comparable (OR BETTER!) room for us... somewhere nearby. After 10-15 awkward minutes, Lone Survivor told us he'd found a room at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn. We mentioned that it didn't sound comparable at all, but he assured us they'd never do that to their valued guests & it totally was comparable. Narrator: it totally wasn't. While, the other hotel staff was friendly and apologetic for the way we were treated by another hotel chain, our room was big, clean & quiet, it was also straight out of the early 90s. Plus: microwave! Mini fridge! Minus: phone & Wi-Fi didn't work. We were so tired at this point, we just gave up and went to sleep.

Yelp
This hotel shouldn't be your first choice if you need to stay in the area for any reason. I've stayed here twice in the recent past, our to pure necessity, but if I'd have had more time, I'd have found another place to stay. Hilton, around the corner, isn't much better (they also charge for parking, but it's valet). The fact that this hotel charges for parking... but you have to park your own car is RIDICULOUS. At least include it in the price of the room, so that it isn't as noticeable that you're essentially ripping people off. The front desk experience is a total toss-up, adding to the inconsistency of the experience at this hotel. You may interact with someone who is very kind, personable, and professional OR you may interact with someone who is cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. It's really a roll of the dice. The room experience is ALSO a toss-up. There are some rooms that reek of mildew (what IS that?!) while other rooms are fine. Skip the food here and either go out to eat or Doordash a meal in. For the price point, the experience at this hotel should be much, MUCH better than it is. There are other options, and I'd suggest you seek them out if you can.

Yelp
There's a decent spot very close to the mall. Parking for the hotel is pretty big, a lot of spot parking spots in the back. Came in to enjoy your wedding and we had a great time I will say their food is not the best, like dinner. Their appetizers were decent and the bar has a good pour.

Yelp
This is the biggest dump I've ever stayed at. Dirty, and trashy, from top to bottom. The staff (don't think they're trained in hospitality even for a day) are the rudest most unprofessional group of people I've ever encountered. If you like to be treated aggressively like they're doing you the biggest favor, then by all means stay, if not go pretty much anywhere but here. This is not what hotel stays have EVER looked like in the US, we are world famous for service. Send all the staff back to training.

Yelp
I've been a guest here for almost 2 weeks now and it's been a wonderful stay. As I've been displaced due to the fires, it was a breath of fresh air to recieve the care and attention this staff provided. From the minute I checked in, Regina provided all the information I needed with a smile. Then I soon after interacted with Gerardo, who gave me a SWIFT room change once I realized the refrigerator didn't work, and with a smile might I add. Followed by pleasant interactions with both Tim & manager, Ben. The house keeping was prompt and were to my room within seconds of being called. I don't have enough words to describe my satisfaction with my stay. Top tier service, top tier people. Continued success to you all.

Yelp
Busy Hotel! Customer Service took quite a long time to check-in. But in a great location centered in the middle of Los Angeles, close to conjoining freeways, and conveniently located next to the Westfield mall. The Interior Decor was Hollywood themed! The room itself and the amenities were above standard. I enjoyed my short visit.

Yelp
I am shocked that this place rates so low. I had a great experience. Aside from the people at the front desk (they were not super friendly but not rude) everything was great. My room was really clean and spacious. Sergio at the bar was attentive and amazing. He really made me feel welcomed. Check out is at noon, which is a great plus. I definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
So, people have said this, but I'll chime in. I do have a microwave (yay.) but I was not aware that parking was not included. I chose this place because it was a good deal. I could have added the $55 to my nightly budget and gotten a far better hotel that ACTUALLY PROVIDES PARKING. ..and yes, if you go out and come back later you might not have your $55 parking space. I feel super ripped off, but there was nothing I could do. They had me over a barrel. This kind of passive-aggressive fleecing is plain old bad-business. I'll not return.

Yelp
We were only here for one night, as we were up north for a work event. My room was paid for by my company, but I would stay here in the future. Check-in was quick and easy, even though they didn't have a room available for us when we arrived. Well - to clarify, they did have a room, just not an upgraded room (which they offered due to my status). We opted to wait for the room they'd allocated for us to come up, and worked in the lobby until the rest of my team trickled in. The room was large and comfortable. We were able to spread out to work for several hours (me on the lounging chair, my husband at the desk), which was nice. The chair was comfortable without being too soft, and had a small table next to it, where I piled up all my other gear. The bed was comfortable - like lying on a cloud - but the pillows were too soft for my liking. Still, the room was remarkably quiet, given our window looked out to the freeway. The shower had good pressure, and it was nice to have space to spread out to get ready for an evening event. I'm sure we would've been quite comfortable in that room had we needed to spend an extra night or two there.

Yelp
Checkin was seamless. Front desk agent Melody was amazing and gave great service! Lobby area modern and updated. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Melody for all your help.

Yelp
The place seem nice when we first arrived the staff greeted with a smile and the location is by a lot of stores which is good but the service is not so good we never got our room service cleaned and we requested some towels which we also didn't receive and lastly was told breakfast was included but when you finish eating they bring out a check ‍

Yelp
Not impress with the service, I was booked in a room with window with the security light going through my blinds. The coffee station is not available all day only at 630am to 1030am , I leave at 6am. They charged me 25 a day for parking ang $18 for breakfast separate from the hotel room charge. Staff were just fine , room does not even provide toothpaste . Although the nearby mall is a pluss .

Yelp
I guess I should be grateful that this hotel is even open, since I needed a place to stay. A $300+ room deluxe king. The room is a nice size though noisy with the freeway right outside. The bed is good, the bathroom is TINY ITTY BITTY, and there's barely enough counter space to put my cosmetic bag. - NO FOOD SERVICE. No restaurant, no bar, no room service. All they have are a few packaged sandwiches and Coke in the lobby. - Housekeeping on Fridays only. - No one to bring anything to your room. I guess I should be grateful there was someone to help with the luggage when I first checked in. - $125 charge per stay for my 14 lb dog. - $27/day for parking and no valet, you park your own car. Sigh. Life sure isn't what it used to be.

Yelp
If I could leave less of a star I would. I am appalled that on the day before my grandfather's funeral , when we show up EARLY to check in for the reservation, the management could be so horrible. We arrived at 2pm from San Diego right before Fourth of July, had everything with us and paid for, and the front desk said our suite was not ready, fair. I asked them to call me when it was ready, they did at 3 pm when I was already in the Valley. We come back from the funeral planning at 9pm. The front desk manager, Alex I believe is his name, told us our room was ready, the sofa bed for the suite was laid out and prepared with sheets, and we went upstairs. You can look at the picture and description to see what we found. Now I don't even know if any part of the beds have been cleaned nonetheless if it is COVID safe! I call to the front desk, and was told that someone would come up to fix it immediately. 30 minutes go by, and no one comes, no one calls. I go downstairs instead of my grieving father. Apparently the cleaning staff have already gone home, not that I would know since no one called me. I am told that not only can we not be compensated for our money EVEN WHEN we offer to make our own bed, they will have to move us to rooms not next to each other only due to a 3rd party reservation. We were offered breakfast vouchers (oh yea, no free breakfast either for a $350+ room, real classy). Now my father and mother have to come down, exhausted and already unpacked. The front desk manager said he can check with the third party, no promises the same offer. Says he did not know about the room not being ready (switching shifts), and can only offer what he did before. I hope that by the time I wake up and am ready for my grandfather's funeral and memorial reception (WHICH WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE AT THIS SAME HOTEL TOMORROW) this has been fixed. I am lucky enough to be vaccinated to feel safe in this room, but I am furious that at 9pm my grieving father and I have to deal with such insulting unprofessionalism that comes not just from the front desk this evening, but earlier today. And to be expected to pay for an expensive room, with no view, no comped parking, no comped breakfast UNTIL issues arise. I would not suggest staying at this hotel under current standards.

Yelp
The rooms are nice and the staff is always very friendly. They also have a nice gym which I enjoyed. I've never used the pool but it seems nice. My biggest complaint is the quality of the food. The breakfast is very mediocre... it's a decent spread of stuff but the quality is not good. I've also ordered dinner here twice and neither was good, especially for the kinda high price point . Both time I got salad and it was dripping In dressing and the pita bread was stale. One of the time I got the entirely wrong meal but I had brought it it up to my room so I didn't realize until I got there. I also tried to two different wines and they were pretty bad. I'd stay here again but definitely not eat here.

Yelp
There is nothing special about this hotel but it is in a great location. The hallway to the room was so short that I could touch the ceiling, and I am 5'6". The weird thing is that the ceiling in the room was taller. I did like that they have bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner in standard bottles in the shower. Also, the little bag with cotton swabs and cotton balls was a nice touch since I forgot my own. Cleaning could be improved. The bar area is nice and was busy on Saturday night. The bartender was great.

Yelp
I've been staying here since 2010: - before the remodel - during the remodel (ugh) - after the remodel; many, many times... The remodel did freshen things up but it was done cheap and things are already old again. In the end I stopped staying here because: - the excellent breakfast omelet station went away - they prioritized flight crew over guests with a paid reservation - they added parking to my bill on several occasions (I use Uber) and it was an issue getting that removed - the front desk experience is shabby compared to other Marriott properties The last straw was not letting me check in 1 hour early - not because they didn't have rooms (I asked housekeeping) but because of pure arrogance and I wasn't flight crew. I still have regular business on Center Drive (walking distance). Here's what I have found: - the Courtyard Westside around the corner is slightly better - the hotels around LAX are MUCH better and usually cheaper; 3 miles up the road - Sepulveda to West Century Blvd and you have a *much* better range of hotels at better prices. Basically a 10 minute Uber ride and save $20 to $50+ and those hotels have free airport shuttles. Bottom line: If you don't need to walk to the Westfield, you have better options elsewhere.

Yelp
I would give 0 stars if I could. Long story short, I was charged a pet fee for bringing my service animal and it was not stated that I would be charged until after I check out. Although I was willing to provide documentation, management rudely declined and said it was not possible to reverse the charges. With these illegal acts of discrimination being confirmed by multiple sources at the property, I am in the process of suing.

Yelp
It is nice and clean and well done rooms. We stayed one night, two rooms, before going to airport. We booked this hotel specifically as they advertised shuttle to airport and breakfast was included. We contracted two rooms through hotels.com and our invoice clearly said breakfast included. They said they did not have it on their computer and no breakfast ticket was provided for next day. But clerk said we would have to take it up with hotels.com. Next morning paid about 90 dollars cash for three breakfasts. I contacted hotels.com and they tried for over a week to get satisfaction and emails indicated they were unable to get anyone in management at the hotel and finally our claim was denied. Further, they did not have a concierge in morning or anyone to help getting shuttle to airport. The desk did not know when last shuttle left at 8AM nor when next shuttle would come. Waited over 30 mins and finally a shuttle arrived that was almost full, only could take two people, so we were stuck and never could get help from front desk and finally took a cab to airport. I called hotel about this and a manager said they serious staffing problems with desk and concierge. Their sign indicates concierge is on duty in morning when were departing, but nobody was there. A hotel room is not just a nice clean room. It is also the features they advertise and promise to deliver. I am a Marriott member and this is not the usual Marriott standard. But, I would not recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I do not recommend this hotel the service is very bad today in the morning I asked him for two keys to enter the room and I told him if he would give me an extra one and a rude aggressive and respectful person and customers are not treated like that I hope they correct that kind of employees or that they deliver them before giving them employment to treat customers

Yelp
Do not stay here. Mold, mildew is rampant. The elevator gets stuck. Marriot customer service was of zero help.

Yelp
We are staying at the Sheraton and have to say that Sergio makes one of the most phenomenal Lemon Drop Martinis from coast to coast. It was lemon perfection in a glass with class and sugar on the rim. The food was excellent and that is two nights in a row. Sergio's attention to our table was appreciated and hope that management realizes his dedication to his career. Thank you once again Sergio for a PERFECT LEMON DROP MARTINI!

Yelp
I was very pleased with the service I received at the hotel. From arrival at the hotel, the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service staff were very accommodating. Due to a medical challenge, I was always asked if I needed additional assistance. I will refer family and friends to this hotel when they are visiting Los Angeles.

Yelp
The hotel is run down, old, and dirty. The tv barely works, the rooms are dimly lit, and the hallways are difficult to navigate.

Yelp
I usual don't write reviews but staying here was the worst experience. Check in was fast but as soon as we got to the room we tried to use the phone to get some extra blankets and the phone in the room didn't work at all We paid 38 dollars for parking to find that when we came back from the event at night there was absolutely no parking and we tried to ask the night security if there was any other parking and he ignored and shushed us away which was very rude someone like that should not be working there especially when we're paying to stay in a place like that you would think he would of been nice enough to help us. There is absolutely no parking for guest I could of slept in my car all night for that matter I couldn't even get to my hotel till someone left to get a parking spot. It was just the worst experience I will not be returning here

Yelp
Worst service EVER!!! First the 4 points shuttle dropped us off at the wrong Sheraton, so we had to walk with all our luggage a few blocks to the correct hotel !!!! Then after prepaying and reserving a king size bed room they said they have no more king size beds??? What's the point of reservation? This was just another scam and false advertising!!!!
