Four Points by Sheraton Seoul, Gangnam

Truly grateful for the thoughtful service and genuine kindness throughout my stay. They allowed me an early check-in on a difficult day, and when my camera accidentally fell, Ms. Cathy Kim personally retrieved it and kept it safe for me I deeply appreciate her warmth and help. The location in Gangnam is excellent, especially being so close to the airport limousine bus, which made traveling very convenient. The gym was clean and just enough to refresh the day. The room was comfortable and decent in size, perfect for me as a solo traveler. The bed was plush and felt new, the pillows were soft, the bidet was a nice touch, and the fridge was very handy. The concierge team was also helpful and attentive. Having stayed at Marriott properties in Singapore, Seoul, and Tokyo, I truly appreciate the way the water purification system is provided here, such a thoughtful and practical detail. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant stay

This hotel has some positives and negatives. For a short stay, it's fine. We stayed 5 nights and I'm not sure I would repeat for that length of time also taking into account the price. Negatives: The overall hotel communal space is small, smaller than the photos make it appear. That means no good spaces to lounge or relax at which is important when the rooms are small and there is nowhere but the bed to relax. Overall the rooms need some general maintenance (caulking, drain cleaning, clean shower heads, outlets are so loose plugs fall out of them etc). The lay out is a bit odd with very little space to stow away a suitcase or 2 (even smaller carry on sizes). On the corner of 2 busy roads so it's not super quiet. We were on the 18th floor which definitely helped with noise. No coffee machine in room, just instant packages. Positives: The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows, bidet was nice. Fridge was handy.

Set in Gangnam, the Four Points by Sheraton Seoul is a business-savvy hotel with sleek vibes that I really enjoy. The hotel is in a great part of Seoul with lots of restaurants and easy access to public transportation. There are even a couple of convenience stores within a block. I also loved how the area feels lively without being overwhelming, which made it easy to settle in quickly. The hotel itself is tall with rooms that feel surprisingly luxurious. I requested a room with a bathtub and was able to unwind every evening after work with a long soak. The TVs and wireless internet are fantastic, especially since I needed fast Wifi for Zoom meetings. All of the amenities inside the room were excellent. The gym had everything I needed to stay fit and is open 24 hours. There is even a fantastic guest laundry room that allowed me to wash and dry my clothes after traveling for a week. The thoughtful little touches at this hotel made my stay much smoother than expected. Overall, this hotel is great for business travelers, families, or tourists. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Firstly, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the high ceilings made it feel open rather than cramped. The view from the window was fantastic, and sipping a cup of tea while looking out at the city after a long day of exploring was such a relaxing treat.|The hotel offers a free luggage storage service, which was really convenient since I arrived before check-in time. All the reception staff were very helpful and kind. |I especially want to thank one staff member, Leanna (I hope I remembered the name correctly), for kindly taking a picture with my possum—her thoughtfulness really made my stay special, and she truly deserves recognition for her kindness to guests.||The location was excellent, right in the city centre, and two nights just weren’t enough to see everything nearby.|One small thing: the hotel buffet at night felt a bit pricey for a solo traveller, and the staff at the buffet wasn’t very friendly when I asked about the price for one person. As a result, I ended up walking out at night to find somewhere else to eat, which wasn’t the best experience in - 12°C weather in Seoul.|If I could suggest an improvement for future visitors, it would be great if the reception provided more information about nearby places to grab a simple meal or experience traditional Korean dining.

Manage to check in early (12pm+ if I remember correctly) without issue. However the email contact to hotel did not take action or reply me fast enough, so my Marriott membership was not attached to my stay during check in and I did not get any benefits like upgrade at all.Rooms are quite small. Usable but no shaving kit etc. I believe you have to pay 1000krw from front desk for each item. One very good benefit of this hotel is that the airport limousine bus stop is almost just right outside the hotel and it is the last stop (you can pay with tmoney or cash or credit card), and it’s straight to the airport.

Stayed there during recent business trip to Seoul. Hotel is modern and service was great. Rooms were decent and they have made use of the limited space. Concierge was helpful and could converse in English. It is on the quite edge of Gangnam area (and the nearest metro stn is about 10 mins walk). Airport bus runs on loop and stops next to the hotel, which was convenient, although takes about 90 minutes.

Stayed recently for one night on a business trip. The hotel didn't have any regular king rooms available and despite being Ambassador elite, they weren't able to upgrade me to a suite. The staff were friendly and I'd consider going back and tryin g a king room on a future stay. Breakfast was very good.
