We had our wedding reception here and it was beautiful. Vinnie and the servers were wonderful, they were friendly and attentive The food was so good. We had prime rib dinner and it was beautiful. The set up was beautiful, we felt like home. It was a wonderful experience working with Vinnie. She is so sweet and loves kids. She is lovely and communicative. We stayed here as well, we rented a suite and it was very comfortable.

The rooms overlooking The Fremont Street Experience are not noise proof, but have great views. Took out my hearing aids and had no trouble sleeping. I have only eaten inside the casino at the Chicago Brewery, but go back there every time, even when I am not staying at the casino. Prices are fair and the food is delicious as promised. Great pizza, burgers, and grilled chicken salads. Room was not that expensive at $55 and that covered wifi, COVERED parking, and a coupon book that is worth it. 50% off coupons if you are alone. One block from White Castle, too.

Make sure you check your bed first room, we got had filthy sheets. I called the front and was moved to another room. Also, if you have a long stay, you will need to tell them in the front if you want the room cleaned daily as they will not go clean unless you tell them 24 hours ahead of time. Sucks because my stay was for 4 days. I went to the front and was told it was not guaranteed service would be provided since they needed a 24-hour notice. I saw the cleaning lady and she was the best she got our room done without hesitating at all. I would stay again at this hotel but definitely would make sure to let them know I want the room cleaned, especially my towels swapped out daily.

i was not expecting much from this hotel because of the reviews. i am not very picky and thought i can handle the noise from the area.||i did request to have a quiet room and was acknowledged (they did make it clear that its not guaranteed).||when i checked in, they assigned a room right above fremont street experience just right above the LEDS. there was no way anybody could sleep in that room even with earbuds. ||room is too old and fixtures like showers are broken but was functioning. i guess you get what you pay for. ||like i said, I am not picky but I has to check out immediately and stayed somewhere else.||Do spare a little more and get a more decent hotel.||If there is anyting positive, rooms are spacious and beds were ok. But they need to completely renovate the rooms.||NEVER recommended.

Google
Inexpensive hotel. No resort fees. Amazing location to Fremont!!! Service was great. Not sure about all rooms, but my basic room had a cold fridge! Be warned, with great proximity to Fremont comes noise! Bring earplugs! Fremont parties late!

Google
Location is primo. It's right on Fremont St. There is a Patio Bar which has seating and unobstructed views of one of the three (3) stages with live music nightly. Table service was awesome. There was a taco bar right there as well. Our room had a view of Fremont and all its activities. Plus, there are no resort fees. Highly recommend this place

Have gambled and rented a car here on numerous occasions. Employees are friendly, especially cocktail waitresses and slot techs, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. Slots are a lot of fun and rental cars acceptable. Would recommend.

Google
Can't rate the rooms because I didn't stay here. Awesome place to gamble. I went Thursday evening and the cheapest craps table I found was a $15 minimum. They were super quick with the drinks and the vibe at the table was fun and light. I'd definitely recommend this casino for a good time.

Yelp
Four Queens Hotel & Casino is located on Fremont Street. It's been open since 1966! You can actually enter Four Queens Hotel from Fremont Street. My husband and I ended up going to Four Queens, specifically for Hugo's Cellar. There are a variety of options at Four Queens Hotel & Casino Hotel Dining Gaming Entertainment Their dining options include the following Hugo's Cellar (We ended up going here for our anniversary dinner on a Thursday evening!) Magnolia's Veranda Chicago Brewing Co Patio Bar Food Court (Dreyers ice cream, etc..) Current Entertainment options at the Four Queens Mike Hammer: Comedy Magic Hypnosis Unleashed Paid parking is available at their parking garage. We did have our parking validated through our reservation at Hugo's Cellar, though! There are plenty of slot machines scattered throughout the casino! It was quite busy when we arrived at the Four Queens around 5:00 P.M! It was nice to visit classic Las Vegas!

Yelp
What a fun place! Also can't beat the fact that we both had dinner for $50. NY steak with mushrooms, baked potato, ans green beans. $20. I was expecting cheap flavorless steaks, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was juicy (especially for a NY) and the mushrooms were a welcomed addition. BF had the prime rib which was the star of the night. $25. I immediately had food envy. Lastly, they have some pretty fun slot machines that are interactive. The fishing one was my favorite.

Yelp
Four Queens is the third best 4 of a kind poker hand, which is fitting for this hotel as it's not the best, but it's still pretty good. There are plenty of slot machines and it feels a bit cramped, but that's Old Vegas for ya. It's always fun to walk Fremont St. and duck in and out of the various casinos. I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I will say Hugo's Cellar was one of the best meals I've had in Las Vegas. Granted, it was over 20 years ago, but I still remember the food and service. It also has the Chicago Brewing company which has the best root beer ever and a pretty good hefeweizen too. I usually stop when visiting downtown Las Vegas.

Yelp
Cannot comment on lodging but enjoyed 2 of the dining venues on 2 separate visits. Dinner at Magnolia Cafe we dined on prime rib, chicken parmigiana and 2 salads. My wife's prime rib you could cut w a fork and served medium as requested. I'm fussy about pasta quality and taste of sauce but was very satisfied w my dish, real chicken breast, perfect garlic toast, My salad was extra, both salads had great house made dressings. Total w players card was $45 before tip. Previous day visited in house Chicago Brewery for tap root-beer and their Pilsner. They feature table top poker so drinks were comped during play. Refreshing to receive cheerful and helpful staff in both locations. Would like to return and visit their upscale steak house Hugo's Cellar sometime. Great visit both times, once during the day and other early evening.

Yelp
What an awesome establishment! I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first time staying on Fremont. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helped whenever they were needed. No hidden resort fees and free valet just tip the driver! I signed up for players card and got free meal vouchers after playing a bit and an extra one for my birthday. Friday night is crazy downtown so it's nice to be able to go up to your room and have some calm for a bit. Thanks for an amazing birthday stay!

Quy M.

Yelp
We didn't stay at this hotel. We actually came here for the restaurant located inside that's known for their "world famous" prime rib. I did not have much luck on the slots here. The bathroom was quite filthy and the bar that's midway outside near the Fremont strip took FOREVER. As a matter of fact we we ended up walking down the strip to grab some drinks and then brought them back to the casino to meet back up with our group because they took so long. There was only one bartender on a Saturday evening.

Yelp
Review Man...... right on Fremont street, tons of lights and gold color, a small sports book and tons of machines! This is old school Vegas!!!! This is where I placed my first bet ever on sports on the 49ers beating the Eagles by 4 or more. I knew that they would either blow them out or the Eagles would win with a field goal or that tush push thing.... Anyway, the 49ers blew the Eagles away and I won! Getting back to the hotel, the rooms were old school dark colors. You can smoke in some rooms but I asked for non-smoking. There was some type of spilled substance when I walked barefoot in the room (maybe I shouldn't do that anymore?) The AC said warm to cool but changing didn't seem to do anything. If you want warm, turn it off. The bathroom sink was a fancy sideways sink that looked upgraded. The shower faucet was a clever design that allowed you remember the last setting you used. Just pull out the handle. Overall, this oozed old Vegas and was located at a convenient spot right on Fremont street. Unfortunately the gift shop was being renovated so I couldn't get gifts from there. Finally, for some reason, I slept well. This is the most important thing anyway.

Yelp
You can get a suite here for far less than some small room at other casinos. Best of all just savings in there no resort fee's is like a free night in costs else where. When you start adding resort fees, parking, and other hidden fees why stay there? The 4 Queens is still close to the strip, in the middle of Fremont fun. Some have shy away from Fremont Street, but the new police substation next to the zip line and added outside security over the last few months has made it fun one more time.

Victor L.

Yelp
Had a great time @ one of the bars. Drinks were solid and Dylan and Lorenzo were extremely attentive. Ambiance is fun and interactive. Will be coming back on. A less busier night

Jeremy F.

Yelp
I needed a last minute hotel late and couldn't get the Apache- this one gave me a room for under 60 bucks! Great place and friendly workers

Cindy F.

Yelp
When we checked in, we did not get all of our questions answered by the front desk staff (Chris). Fortunately, we ran into a very nice employee named EZ. He said he didn't have all the answers, but he would walk us back to the front desk and help us find out. He accompanied us and directed us to someone who answered all our questions. We were thankful for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you EZ for helping us out.

Yelp
This review is for the casino only. STAY AWAY!! 20 years ago, 4 Queens was a great place to hangout and play blackjack. What they have today is not real blackjack. It is a ripoff game which pays 6:5, instead of 3:2 for blackjack hands. Every table in the casino is like this. No real blackjack left - none. So, don't waste your time or, more importantly, your money going to this ripoff place.

Yelp
Not an especially welcoming front desk. Very abrupt and sharp, giving directions to the room in super fast speed, go straight, go to the North Towers .. but getting there, we couldn't find Rm 118. That's because it's actually Room 811, but written sideways on a manilla envelope it could not be more confusing. Spectacularly unwelcome experience, trudging from front desk to elevator to front desk to elevator. Wow. What a view awaited us!! Seems Mary, Front Desk Supervisor, saw fit to give us the star treatment! Golly gee. A particularly expansive view of the rooftop made for a romantic Valentines Day Getaway for two! The TV freezes every few minutes, making it impossible to watch a show. No water bottles in room, so make a cup of Joe with tap water. Right. Really it must be a full house, what with this being Midweek in March. Seems a hotel with any eye for hospitality would do all it could whilst working within any guest's budget. We can't help feeling we must be being punished for something ... Next time, we'll upgrade. To the Venetian.

Yelp
Best " People Watching" spot in Vegas. It's like getting a free freak show when you sit on the Patio. Love stopping here day or night! The cocktail bar pours em "Vegas Heavy" They have even stepped up the food game here! I devoured the Bbq Nachos!-so good! The servers work their rear ends off so tip them well!

Yelp
I booked and prepaid a Nonrefundable Room by mistake in the N. Tower. It's 2:30 an and the loud music for the Fremont Experience is still going loudly. I did attempt to request a Room in the remolded So. Tower that's quieter. When I checked in, and asked again for a Room away from the music, and I was willing to pay for it, she said everything is sold out. I asked about Hotel Apache that the corp. also owns and another clerk stated they are fully booked to. So I'm stuck. She did say to check back tomorrow. I think I will be proactive and just eat the 2nd night here if they don't have available Space on Wed. Night. I'll stay after Ck out time . The bathroom sink has a faucet that needs replacing.

Yelp
December 2022 The rooms are basic, and the place is smoky, and a bit claustrophobic, but do not let that fool you. Four Queens is heaven for video poker players with the amazing Players Club and best pay tables. If you don't mind the list above then this place is for you. Four Queens is located in the heart of Fremont Street and houses many great restaurants such as Hugos Cellar and Magnolias. The number of comp rewards you get from gambling can easily offset the cost of food and room. I have done the whole Las Vegas Strip experience and can assure you that you are missing out if you skip out on Fremont Street. I got my first Royal Flush at the Four Queens and this will continue to be my home base. One tip: book the south tower if you think the fremont experience noise will bother you and if you require a little more comfort

Yelp
I've got to say this is one of my favorite hotels on Fremont street due to the no resort fees!! Its not a 5 start hotel & as long as your not a picky snob you will enjoy this hotel to if your looking for inexpensive & don't care if the rooms are a little out dated. Its a great location on Fremont street. Can't say I gamble in here much. There is a restaurant inside that has daily cheap prime rib specials & even cheaper with your player's card or if your a senior. Its not usually advertised on their menu, you have to ask for it. The bar that is closes to Fremont street pours the liquor heavy! Not always the best, fastest or friendliest bartenders who work @ the bar but if your grabbing a drink & getting out it works. I've gone to a few shows in their show room in the back that's been good. Can't say I've really won any amount of money when I've gambled here briefly. Valet is easy to get in & out of.

Yelp
Nothing like a gaslighting "business manager" Our stay wasn't only ruined by a couple of broken elevators.

QT L.

Yelp
Stay was ok, however room was out dated. Was a little disappointed. Customer service and the luggage keeper area service was great.

Yelp
Thank you Four Queens all the way from Sacramento! I have never done this before & had no idea what I was doing. But thanks to Joe & Fay I was able to easily send a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries & a love note to my awesome friends for their 10 year anniversary when they arrived to their room to celebrate. Joe & Fay in Management I believe are awesome hospitality specialists! Also was able to do so for a very reasonable cost. I'm not a 6 figure earner by any means... yet. I will most definitely be staying at Four Queens when I come back to visit my home away from home! That was truly awesome!

Yelp
Casino dealer for mini crap table- Salvador- he was terrible and started to yell at me. I'm an avid craps player knowing how to bet, and a friend told me about the small sitting crap tables- so I gave it a try! I was talking story w this newly 21 year old teaching him the bets etc, while still betting small place bets. A few times I asked him to press my number and I said it a few times because it still wasn't pressed- and then he snapped at me- stopping the rolling and asking me if I would like to do his job for him. I was caught off guard and was really uncomfortable. Then he started going off about how it's abc 123, etc etc and just not understanding why he was so upset- and I kindly said I am just asking you to press my 9 because it didn't get pressed. The atmosphere on the table was tense and uncomfortable. It was the most wretched time I've ever felt at a table or in a casino! I didn't even want to roll as I was waiting for my turn. The table emptied quickly. As I colored out I simply said he could learn some kindness. Coming from Hawaii we have aloha spirit and I was really taken back by his attitude and rudeness. When I asked his name he cockily showed me his tag. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't ever want to come back to this hotel. It's like he just rushed to through the process- he don't give anyone time to bet anything. It's like he's just on a loop- like he couldn't handle the bets me and my friend came in w, and he took it out on me. I was really bothered by what happened and I couldn't even speak because I was emotional about what just happened. It was really uncalled for and unprofessional.

Yelp
I stayed here Memorial Day weekend. The first room had something crusty in the shower and the window to the outside was literally held in place with a dirty paper towel. I called the concierge and they gave me a new room after I told them I didn't want to wait for a maintenance person to look at it. This room had a functioning window but the bathroom had bugs living in it. I killed them and flushed them down the toilet as I was too tired to deal with the front desk again. I was awoken late at night by a disturbance outside my door. I looked out the peephole to see 3 armed guards or police dealing with some sort of event taking place in the room across from mine. The room was also just dirty and you can tell only the bare minimum was done by housekeeping. I had to move the nightstand to plug in my phone only to be greeted by piles of dust and debris, pieces of paper and receipts that did not belong to me. The emergency sprinkler was covered in mold and cobwebs. The tv stuttered and just plain didn't work half the time. I also asked for non smoking but my room reeked of cigarettes and contained an ashtray, even after signing a waiver that said I would not smoke in the room. I wasn't expecting a five star hotel by any means but this hotel is a borderline slum. Absolutely unsanitary and unkempt. I will never stay here again.

B M.

Yelp
DO NOT accept a room here that faces Fremont St, you won't get any sleep. NO hot water. You had to run both the hot water in the sink and shower for at least 5 minutes. Then the water would come out lukewarm. Complaining to the front desk got a maintenance guy up to the room. No offer to change rooms. Dust covering the popcorn ceiling from a dirty AC filter that probably hasn't been changed in months. No room service unless you request it 24 hours in advance. This casino is making money hand over fist. They can afford to pay a decent wage to get room service in there and the hot water fixed. They just choose not to. It's a Vegas hotel. Suck it up. They don't care.

Magda G.

Yelp
The hotel is connected to Fremont Street downtown which is fantastic location. No service fees and free parking. Gina checked us in and she was wonderful, I didn't realize that I booked a room on smoking floor and she moved rooms around and was able to get us a room on non smoking floor. She was friendly, chatty & super efficient. Rooms are older but clean and not too small, no fridge and cleaning service must be requested. The windows being old carry the noise from the downtown strip but I put my noise cancelling headphones & I was good.

Colleen P.

Yelp
Sadly we didn't have a very good experience and won't be staying there again. We arrived and were told we'd been 'upgraded' to a room with a fridge. Ok, that is nice, however the room smelled absolutely HORRIBLE of ammonia and another, unknown smell. I talked to the front desk and they insisted they didn't have another room available. We went back to the room, opened the window and hoped for the best. It did not get better! The ammonia smell dissipated some but the other smell did not. I finally located it and it was the bathroom sink, full of sludge. AWFUL! At that point I was pretty upset and went to the front desk again. Amazingly they then found us another room, once I showed them the picture of our bathroom sink. Still not great and smelled like ammonia but a little better. The casino is really nice so we will visit there next time but definitely won't stay there. The no resort fee promotion is NOT worth the offset. We will pay a little more next time. The location is great though. Fremont is super fun! I hate to complain but had no choice this time.

Yelp
Excellent value, especially for Las Vegas. Hotel opens directly to Fremont Street Experience. + D Casino next door has the 1986 vintage Sigma Derby Horse race game, last one in the world.- it is very addicting and fun, have a go at it! + No Resort Fees. + Free parking if staying at the Hotel and you register for their rewards program ( takes about 20 minutes). Ample parking structure has 6 floors. + Magnolia's Restaurant open until 2AM. Great Food, discount with 4 Queens rewards card. + Clean Rooftop Pool across street at top of Binion's Hotel. + Vintage casino interior and lighting, and has 2 old Kenny Rogers (RIP) slot machines, Kenny talks to you from the beyond! + Also has Chicago Brewhouse-Pizza and Hugo's Steakhouse. + Has Smoking Allowed Rooms. Negatives: - Noble Roman's " Pizza" fast food joint- maybe the worst Pizza in the City and employees aggressively haggle for a Tip. - If you stay in the North Tower, you will need ear plugs/noise reduction headphones if you want to sleep. The music is loud, and goes to 4 AM-6 AM every night. The South Tower is quieter. - No mini-Fridge. - Not all floors have an Ice Machine. Some of the best old school Las Vegas outdoor lighting and signage, Unique exterior wall tiles, It is Vintage: not outdated, old, tired or in need of a remake or remodel. (I love Vintage). Rooms are Clean, utilitarian, no problems at all, stayed here 12 nights in 2023 and will be back.

Yelp
We stayed here because we had a convention of veterans I worked with. It's an smaller older hotel on Fremont street that needs better maintenance. Here's the down low: The Plus: It's right on Fremont, a great experience - probably the most user friendly area in all of LV. It's clean and safe. The staff goes out of their way to help. Very friendly. The Minus: Very dated room, reminds me of the old Curtis Hotel in Minneapolis. Example: no outlets at the bedside. So your phone is across the room when charging and not by the bed. Wallpaper was torn in several spots. Fremont noise comes through even though I'm in the N tower backside. It needs better/more maintenance: Carpet in my room has three 2 foot tears in it, the sheets are worn out with holes in them Shower head is plugged with carbonate, needs cleaning Plus no extra blanket was supplied and the temp controls were at 65 degrees when I got to my room at 1:30 am. One of the N elevators are under repair and not working, so guests are suppose to use the freight elevator but it is small for the number of guests and so very slow! So I climbed the 15 stories to my room - wear your Fitbit! I doubt I'll stay here again when there are so many other choices.

Yelp
Four Queens has been my go-to hotel for many years . I have always looked forward to recieving the fun books, but to my surprise when I came for New Years we were told they didn't have the new books yet and when I checked in today again I didn't receive a fun book even though I did as required and booked directly through four Queens. I am now being told because I used an offer that was given to me. And even though it was never disclosed to me when I booked or on the website, they are refusing to at least honor it this last time.....buyer beware as they don't always tell everything and their response is simply nope we changed it in 2024.

Charles M.

Yelp
Stayed here because most of the other hotels had the prices jacked up for the F1 race. No resort fees also. Pretty darn good place to stay. Lots of action within short walking distance. Good rooms, good parking, and restaurants are good. All in all pretty fun place.

Richard C.

Yelp
It's old school Vegas. Cigarettes, cheap shitty foods, pimps, hoes, hustlers, degenerates, desperate gamblers, junkies; it's all part of the experience. There's lots of armed security and cops on Fremont now. Check In: Front Desk supervisor checked us in. Quick and painless. Service: The young kids working in the Subway/Pizza Shop were so nice and sweet to us. A little more sauce on my pizza would be great, but honestly it's just to soak up my booze at that point. Room: Nice junior suite with a large shower, king size bed, pull out couch, 55" TV and it was clean. Slots are fun. I didn't win anything but had a blast cruising around with my drinks and soaking in the atmosphere. If you're the type to complain about an old hotel being old, or cigarettes, then go stay at the Strip and pay $40 for a Gordon Ramsay cheeseburger. The people watching here is far more fun than some bullshit fountains on the strip. $8.99 prime rib at Tony Roma's across the street. Get a pint of booze and a cup of soda at ABC Store down the street. Or you can go to the lame M&M Store in the strip. FOUR QUEENS FO LYFE!!

Tom E.

Yelp
ALOHA!!! Was at the Fremont Experience when I stumbled upon this killah grindz spot! Because of the late night long lines to eat at the California, I decided to give this place a shot! I ordered the Gumbo and the Prime Rib Dip sandwich and let me tell you, this combo was Winnah's The Gumbo was made just right and the warmth it brought with each spoonful was Meeeean! To go along with the Prime Rib Dip sandwich was like Ashford & Simpson, a perfect pair! Let me tell you, I couldn't remember the ending due to a bout of Kanak Attack! The people who worked there during the late night shift were very nice and hospitable....lots of Aloha! Well they let me sleep for about 45 minutes in my booth, before I returned to my hotel room! So beware...this combo is very lethal, BUT DA BUGGAH IS WINNAH'S! Aloha

Anastasiia P.

Yelp
Horrible. The rooms are outdated. The bathroom had a broken shower. Very loud music plays all night. It will not stop at 1 am, as people at check-in say, not at 3 am, not at all. Impossible to have a rest. We asked for another room, but there were no working lights. The bathtub had mold all over it. I ended up packing my stuff and booking another hotel at 3 am. No refund was issued. I would reccomend spending $ on better hotels.

Jeanine L.

Yelp
This is for the management at 4 Queens. My email is jeanine.orcutt@gmail.com Yes this experience was horrific and I have started there previously and not had a problem. Please feel free to contact me. Thank you.

Ava G.

Yelp
DECENT BUDGET HOTEL! My biggest gripe is the TOILET in the room! I have to flush 3-5 times to get everything down... and I have to space out the flushes, so I'm standing in the bathroom for 5 minutes to do that!! Mini fridge is very large though, and fit all of our drinks. TV is outdated. Bed is fairly comfortable but could have thicker pillows. BUT, right next door is The D and Golden Nugget, so it's a good location to just sleep! Come here if you're staying on Fremont during the winter to avoid all the resort fees other hotels charge!

Eugene Y.

Yelp
This is a review of the Steak house at the Four Queens Steak house (downstairs). The steak was delicious, the service was prompt and friendly, and the ambiance was perfect for a celebration of my brother's birthday!

Frances M.

Yelp
Coupon booklet when you check in for bogo meals etc. Clean but older rooms. The check in process was difficult as our bus tour company had only half the rooms ready. We waited well past check in time to get a room paid fir already but not clean yet. It advertised check in at 4 but the clerk told us 4 to 6 when we fidnt get our room ontime. This needs to be resolved

Denise O.

Yelp
Ja'Niyq waited on me and was so pleasant. She knows how to put someone at ease and make them feel safe. She has excellent customer service skills. I would have given the Hotel a 5 star rating except Justin how was several computers away was talking so loud that I had to keep asking Ja'Niya what she was saying.

K T.

Yelp
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This would be equivalent to Motel 6 but WORSE on Fremont street. I booked a room a month in advance and the day in asked for early check in. (I specifically ordered a king non smoking room, due to me being pregnant atm, and in a certain tower since I had family also staying) when we got there for early check in, they tried to put us in a smoking room, with 2 queen beds, in the opposite tower I asked for. When I went down to speak to the manager Justin, he changed our rooms after I told him what I originally requested. Arriving to our new room...... we got now placed on level 9, right next to the speakers on Fremont street, there was strands of black hair found on the bed, shower, and floor. Oh and a giant stain on the wall next to the window. (This is room NT910) And to top all of that off our tv didn't even go past channel 25 without getting super grey and blurry. I'm not one to complain usually especially because I only stayed 1 night and honestly worst night of my life also I didn't bring the last part up to Justin because I really wasn't trying to strain myself from moving myself and my luggage's all over again for the third time. (We also told him I was pregnant) I am so glad I only had to suffer for 1 day and will definitely never stay here again.

Yelp
Love love love this hotel, all the staff was great and they accommodated so much with us and our changes of plans the whole weekend. I will definitely be staying here again even more because their in-house restaurant Magnolia's was delicious. Get players card to get 2 for 1 offers. Love everyone here and can't wait to come next year again

Yelp
We paid to see a show at 4 Queens. The lady Iris who works at will call also seats people during the show. She brought 3 strange women to our table and asked us to scoot over so the random ladies could sit in a BOOTH with our party of six. I refused. It was the strangest thing I have encountered. There was never going to be enough room for more people to sit in this booth with us. She then started being rude to us because we did not want to sit with random strangers. She should not be allowed to work in customer service.

Yelp
The Good: The hotel was fine and the room(s) were clean and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed it. The gambling was good and the restaurants were good too. The Bad: Our first room was # 1945. This had us on the 19th floor and at the very end of the building. That was all fine. The problem was that this room faces Fremont St and is just above one of the stages. I told my wife not to expect much sleep. Well, the music went until 3am when they finally shut down. I get up at 3am so needless to say I never slept Friday night at all. We changed rooms Saturday morning and the staff were friendly and nice about it. Our next room was on the backside and looked toward the strip. It was again fine with no noise from Fremont St. to be heard. The problem started about 1am. The "D" casino's parking garage is next to the Queens hotel. You know, some valets like to race the cars. In the middle of the night the valets were racing the cars up and down the parking garage with one valet feeling the need to honk the horn at every turn he made. That would go on for a few minutes and then it would go quiet again. For about 15 minutes. Then he had to get another car and it would all start again. This went on until 5am when he obviously went on break because after about 40 minutes it started again. Out of 4 valets we observed, only one was making all the noise. I know he thought he was being safe but that's no excuse. If he was driving safely he wouldn't need to use the horn. I'm also sure he's not a thinker and it never crossed his mind he might be waking people up. We didn't have a problem with the hotel. Our issues were with outside sources. Still, we had a great time...

Yelp
Went to out side bar and ENTERED on the correct side and bar tender help customer who entered exit side before me, saying they were here first? Not true! I'm waiting for Tony Marquez band at 1:25 PM people are reserving seats with no one here? Why does Four Queens allow this, now almost 2PM and seats reserved STILL no security and homeless guy just bugged me for a beer? Do not go here!! Been here over an hour the band has started and seat is STILL reserved????? Been where is security walked by, how safe is Four Queens!

Yelp
I wouldn't stay here again. Dated casino and rooms. I booked a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking one...it smelled terribly and the walls were dirty. Even the bed sheets smelled like cigarettes. I left with a cough from this place (probably have lung cancer now too). Due to the events in town everything was already sold out I tried my best to not be in the room. Only positive is the room had a fridge

Yelp
The casino has cheap gaming tables, the drink girls come around frequently for the most part. The rooms are average but they are cheap and there's no resort fee.

Yelp
got a room for new years weekend 22-23 and there was feces stain one of the beds. We had been up for 20 hours when we checked in and I didn't notice till after a nap. I literally slept in shit people! it had soaked through to the next sheet so it wasn't just a stain they hadn't even changed the crappy sheets! WTF!? $50 food credit does not make up for this when I spent $1000 for the overpriced NYE weekend. Do not stay here!

Yelp
Came to this casino and won a jackpot only to have "Cree" tap me in the shoulder and demand signatures for my jackpot on the machine next to me. I was in free games next to the my jackpot machine and Cree insisted on my signature in the middle of my free games. I had to stop my free games to sign the jackpot tax information then proceeded to asssums she was she was paying me out. I asked her "if she was she was gonna pay me out". She said "someone else will" and I asked her to not interrupt me again. She said "no, this is our policy" this lady never apologized and in fact had no regard for my more than average bets and spending at this casino. I can't go here anymore! I suggest the same for anyone who spends money like I do. Not respectful nor apologetic in the least. Spend your money anywhere but this casino! Cree stands for the opposite of "creedence".

Yelp
Arrived @3pm did not get a room until 4pm.Room service is not provided ,you have to give them 24 hour notice . Even with 24 hour room service ,rooms were not cleaned .Atmosphere is good ,right by strip ,you can enjoy night as well as day

Yelp
Our room was fairly clean but very outdated in ways that made it uncomfortable. Bed was not comfortable. Bathtub was rusted. Toilet seat/lid didn't match so the lid couldn't stay up on it's own. Blackout curtains didn't actually blackout light. It was loud on Fremont until 2 and then both staff and guests were loins in the hallways all morning. The tv also made a miserable humming noise that made it uncomfortable to watch. The blanket was very thin and we ended up needing to get an extra from the front desk. The worst was the morning the hot water just didn't work at 4 am and we had to take cold showers: They don't do maid service unless requested and for our four night stay they said we had to come to the desk to request towels or cleaning. They gave us two towels in the room and at check in when I asked for more to save the trip told me no and to come back later. Every time we went to get towels for the next four days it was an issue, with most of the staff acting like it was a massive inconvenience for them and even telling us they didn't have any multiple more times. It's such a basic thing to have towels in a hotel and yet it was treated like we were this issue. The casino itself was fine but we noticed a really bad odor a couple of the days that made us want to leave quickly. Magnolias (the diner) was a good deal though and we appreciated the coupons we received at check in, however it's marketed as 24/7 and is definitely not open 24/7. Overall it wouldn't be the worst for one cheap night without resort fees, but we won't stay there again and I would never suggest anyone stay multiple nights.
