Seattle May Be on the Verge of Backsliding to Phase 2 Soon, Says Mayor | Eater Seattle

"Once a beloved fixture of the International District, the site that housed Four Seas Restaurant and its Dynasty Room was recently razed and its iconic sign taken down; half of the sign will be preserved at the forthcoming Uncle Bob’s Place and the other half will move to Chinese restaurant Tai Tung." - Gabe Guarente

I called in a pick up order The person on the phone was polite and took my order and they told me it would be ready in 10-15 min I went to the place and my food was ready as I entered. The food is really good I got sesame chicken, dumplings, fried rice, chicken and broccoli Singaporean chicken, hot and sour soup. All of the food had great flavor, fresh, piping hot, and great portions, and most importantly really good value as well. I am coming back here again in the future. Food is great!

Google
please disregard the old reviews. This restaurant has new chefs snd management. Very nice order clerk. Ordered Shrimp Pad thai. Did not disappoint.

Google
Delicious food and portions! Also had pan-fried dumplings and they were also amazing with the included dipping sauce. The Salt & Pepper wings are so delicious! Juicy and flavorful and not the tiny wings you see lately at restaurants.

Google
I recently ordered and it was fantastic - I think this is new management and new chef? FAR better than when I ordered last year. I'm planning to order again tonight. They even called me to ask about an addition I asked for - top notch.

Google
Hot and sour soup was good, house special lo mein was excellent even tho they use thinner noodles than normally what is used for lo mein. The beef chow fun was too soft and greasy. The bean sprouts was way overcooked as well.

Google
First time ordering from Four Seasons. Ordered the chicken red curry! Did not disappoint! The food was SO good and great lunch portion. Excellent customer service. Will definitely return to try some of your other dishes! Thank you!

Google
Excellent food and cooked fresh to order rice and veggies were moist and hot not hard and cold or old like most places. I wish they had a location in the city also since I’m back and forth. 5 stars for me I got chicken veggies and fried rice. Absolutely delicious I’ll be back soon ✅😊

Google
Best beef Ho Fun for $11.99. True, full of flavor. I've never tasted anything so true since moving to the US where most dishes are lacking or not having enough authentic flavors.

Yelp
I first ordered this on Uber Eats and couldn't stop ordering it. I finally went today. This is a basic dine-in or takeout Chinese restaurant. Just think 90's decor. The staff was friendly enough. I got the Salt and Pepper shrimp which is a 9/10! Shrimp Egg rolls 8/10 Salt and Pepper Chicken wings need a little more on it, so tell them extra. 8/10 Definitely worth ordering from.

Yelp
The food here is wonderful. This is now the only Chinese restaurant we order delivery and take out from. We get a variety things but some include the sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, lo mein, egg rolls - they are all phenomenal. Every once in a while the food seems to "go bad" quickly and it doesn't taste as fresh the next 2 days for leftovers, but when we get it it's always fresh.

Chris G.

Yelp
Had Mongolian Beef and hot and sour soup. Soup had really nice flavor. Food was ready super fast. Service was friendly. Will eat here again.

Ann B.

Yelp
Placed order for pickup for two combo dinners that were supposed to come with fried rice and egg rolls. When we got home and unpacked our order, we didn't have any egg rolls. Also, we realized we'd been unexpectedly charged an extra 3% because we used a debit card. So...$35 for two entrees and rice. That's it! And, I have to say the food was only so-so. Won't be going back due to costly expenses and incorrect order.

Laurenthia M.

Yelp
The owner cooks the sweet and sour pork perfectly, having trained in London! I was invited to another place and couldn't est it so covered my plate partially with my napkin, and complimented the decor over and over, that being the only nice thing I could say. Four Seasons is the best in the city as anyone will tell you who has eaten there, except the competition!

Yelp
This place is such a gem and the people there are so friendly and respectful. The food is soo good I really recommend their salt & pepper shrimp and their salt & pepper wings is out of this world. I can't wait to go back and get some more. Please check them out you won't regret it

Yelp
Do not! I repeat Do not order the sesame shrimp! The sauce tastes like a too sweet tangy sweet and sour sauce and it's red with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top. The little broccoli that was mixed in with the shrimp tasted like mold. It was terrible! Never in my 47 years of living, until today, have I thrown shrimp away. Today was that day. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere

Yelp
Wow! I recently moved to PTC & this is my first time trying Four Seasons. Holy Smokes- I don't think I have ever had Chinese food that tasted this good! We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, kung pao chicken, and egg drop soup. The egg drop soup was the best I have ever had in my life. My daughter got the sweet & sour chicken- it was perfectly cooked, not dry, and had the most delictable coating. The Kung pao chicken and vegetables were larger than I was use to (similar to hunan chicken) but still very good & fresh! The pricing might be a little high in comparison to other Chinese restaurants but the quality and portions are unmatched !!! So much bang for your buck! The gentlemen that worked there were very kind as well. We will be back- can't wait to try more. 10/10

Yelp
Local family owned business with some delicious Mei Fun! I recently moved to the area and decided to try them out from an Uber eats recommendation and boy am I happy I did. It seem like the reviews raved about the Mei fun so I went with that and a order of crab Rangoon. My boyfriend order the chicken Rangoon also. I truly enjoyed my order. The Mei fun was super tasty, a balance amount of veggies, noodles and shrimp. The Rangoon definitely hit the spot! I loved it so much, I went back for seconds the following day, this time I went in person and was pleasantly surprised at how close they were. The staff was friendly and family owned. I will definitely be back! Next time I'll remember to snap a pic of my meal before I wolf it down.

Yelp
I ordered a Pad Thai for take out and whatever it is I received does not taste like Pad Thai. I should have not ordered a Pad Thai from a Chinese take out place, they can't cook Pad Thai

Maryonna M.

Yelp
One of my favorite Asian food takeout restaurants!! The food is fresh, prepped well and the service is always great! I appreciate the consistency here and you can tell they serve quality food with good ingredients!!!
google avatar

Melissa B.

Yelp
We went here on a whim when we tried to eat Thai food around the corner and it was closed. Four Seasons is very unassuming and is a basic location with simple tables. It seems most people do take out, which we have also done. The food is delicious, specifically the Beef with Broccoli and Mongolian Beef. We have also tried the Crab Rangoon and Thai Yellow Curry. It has become a 'go to' place for takeout.
google avatar

Rob P.

Yelp
Solid to-go Chinese food in the area. We have picked up from here at least 5 times and have had good meals every time.
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
1/15/20 This is about the fourth or fifth time that I have ordered from here, but the first time I've left a review. Ever since they changed the name and the ownership about three months ago, the quality seems much better and the price is very reasonable. I usually have them deliver. You need to check check out the "Mein Fun"because the noodles are really, really small in diameter. It is available with many types of protein (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, vegetables, Singapore-whatever that is). The only downside is I need to add my own hot sauce because it is pretty bland otherwise. The deliveries come with many sauces to choose from, and of course a fortune cookie.
google avatar

Yelp
Great Chinese take-out.Great lunch deal. Try the Amazing Chicken and Beef with Broccoli.
google avatar

Marvy M.

Yelp
My nephew (who is a foodie) recommended this restaurant so my friend and I tried it out. I wasn't expecting much because most restaurants serving Chinese dishes are very similar. This one was so incredibly awesome! The food was seasoned and cooked well and fresh! Everything was delicious including the lemon pepper wings. The owner was super nice and gracious. We will certainly make this a regular stop on our rotation of eating out! We even dined in and it was a very pleasant experience overall.

Yelp
Like many reviews say on almost all Chinese places around the Atlanta area, "it's so hard to find that great goto Chinese place" Wellllll........ this one is in my top 3 now! Rickshaw and Sushi Sumo are my top 2 places for Chinese for home, Four Seasons is now my #1 for when I'm at work and the boss wants Chinese. First time ordering from here. Got a large order delivered for a lunch meeting at work. Everything was still piping hot and everyone loved what they got. Here are some of the items ordered: General Tso Chicken Beef & Broccoli Orange Chicken Black Pepper Chicken Shrimp Fried Rice Veggie Fried Rice Sweet N Sour Chicken Egg Rolls Wonton Soup Edamame I will definitely order from here again!

Yelp
I don't have pictures which is very odd for me. I guess I wasn't expecting much from Chinese Delivery. Boy was I surprised. Since I live in Florida there are not many decent Chinese restaurants so this was refreshing. The food was delivered and it was piping hot. We ordered wonton soup which looked like it would be bland but was so flavorful. My friend enjoyed his Thom kha soup with just the right amount of spice. The spring rolls and egg rolls were very crispy with yummy filings. Two of us had chicken curry, one green and one yellow. Both were enjoyed. My only complaint was the spare ribs which I thought were too saucy but the meat was super tender and fell off the bone so I didn't mind scraping a little sauce off. I wish we had good Chinese food like this in South Florida. My friends who live here now have a new go to Chinese restaurant.

Yelp
I had a discrepancy with something in my food from the beanspouts delivered by Postmates and I called Four Seasons. They immediately made it right and I appreciate that in a business. Thanks.
google avatar

Kelly D.

Yelp
We have 3 other Chinese restaurants that are closer to us but always prefer Four Seasons. The crab rangoons and the hot and sour soup are unique and amazing! Everything we have tried is wonderful

Desirre C.

Yelp
The food was seriously AMAZING. Great portions for an even better price. We had the egg drop soup (best I've had), chicken pad thai, and chicken fried rice. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Oh and we also had the steamed dumplings, those were good, but I think next time we'll get them fried. We dined in and the food came out super fast and everyone we encountered was super friendly! Great service.

Yelp
I'm come to eat here all the time...I love this place but I'm currently vegetarian so I've been craving Chinese food and OMG the Tofu is delicious .. I got amazing sauce on my tofu and it was great ...
google avatar

Kayla M.

Yelp
Very food. Quick delivery. Fresh food. The honey wings was amazing. The crab raccoon not the best fried shell. The shrimp friend rice was delicious. Loved the pepper shrimp. Seasoned really well. Fast service. Loved
google avatar

Joonas K.

Yelp
If you're looking for great American Chinese food this is it! Big portions, delicious food, and great prices!
google avatar

Deanna M.

Yelp
Very good basic Chinese take out food. Exactly what we were looking for. We've had hot and sour soup, hunan chicken and fried rice. Generous portions and very good!

Kyle L.

Yelp
Really friendly staff. Lunch specials have great prices. Their Singapore chicken is an awesome hidden gem if you want to try a sweet, fried chicken dish that has a little more complexity of flavor than sesame/tsos/etc. I come here often and enjoy it!

Nomad C.

Yelp
Very nice restaurant. I ordered take out and usually the problem I have with Asian restaurants is the pricing for the portions. Here I was impressed. Not only reasonable pricing but the portion was more than fair. Now I'm not sure if they use small packaging and just fill it to the brim to make it seem like your getting a great deal, however it did take me a while to finish the shrimp fried rice. The chicken lo mein however was a bit more oily than I'd like but I mean it's an Asian restaurant that uses oil in almost every dish. I do not recommend eating this food the day after for it does tend to have a smell and stale taste to it. For it to be bought and ate right away though! Perfect! It seems to be family owned by two brother or cousins and they're very respectful and do care about your order and your business.
google avatar

Paige A.

Yelp
Very frustrating. This place was listed as open and accepted an online order. When we arrived it was closed. Thankfully, the online order did not require payment but a restaurant should shut down online services when they are not open for business.

Ms. H.

Yelp
I think the 4.5 star rating is fake. The food is mot good. Rice mushy, beef dish super salty with barely any meat just sauce and onions. Chicken dish was bland. Ordered egg rolls and got spring rolls as if we wouldnt know the difference. Egg drop soup was ok. Also, the dishes consisted of 3/4 nasty fried rice and 1/4 actual meat portions. We are so disappointed at this food. It's horrible so Im not sure how people are rating this place so high. Maybe the good cook left. Who knows but we will NEVER go back. God awful. Waste of money and time. We trashed most of it.

Yelp
I travel a lot and love to have Chinese food in new places, I have a real sweet and sour addiction, I take it very seriously, and have tried places from New York to LA and everywhere in between. The Hong Kong style sweet and sour Pork Belly is now my #2 all time best. Only a joint in Pocatello Idaho of all places was better. It was super crispy, even though it was delivered, pork was excellent (worth noting it's pork belly fatty crunchy delicious, maybe not for everyone) , sauce was great, fried rice was excellent, Pot stickers where good nothing bad nothing special, and mini egg rolls different than most places seemed scratch made. But the pork oh the pork was excellent

Margenta F.

Yelp
I ordered two shrimp fried rices and the shrimp was extremely soft and the rice was mushy. I have been looking all over for a place that has good shrimp fried rice and sadly, still have yet to find one. The sesame shrimp was okay along with the sweet and sour chicken. A positive note, the amount of food you get was decent. Overall, I was disappointed and it was on my birthday too :/
google avatar

Shelley L.

Yelp
The egg drop soup was exactly as it should be. The hot & sour soup was way too sweet. Mei fun had little flavor. Twice cooked pork was mediocre. Very disappointed.
google avatar

Sunira M.

Yelp
Four Seasons chinese food was a refreshing change during this lockdown. We had been ordering from local Chinese food places and by and large the quality of the food was terrible. We decided to take one more chance and try Four Seasons and we are so happy we did! The portions are excellent, the taste is wonderful, and it arrived nice and hot! I will definitely order from them again - they have their delivery process down!

Elliott B.

Yelp
The food here is good, consistent. The portion sizes can vary. So, if you're HANGRY, you won't get FULL...LOL
google avatar

Rah T.

Yelp
Finding good Chinese food in this area is like pulling teeth, like many others have stated. However, this place surprisingly passes the test. Ive actually seen it many times but never thought to stop by thinking it's just another local disappointment. I got the triple delight with extra brown sauce and my ONLY complaints were i could've had more shrimp and my rice box was a tad a bit short but other than that. It's a 4 out the door! Will definitely be back!

John B.

Yelp
They have an extensive menu and do a pretty good job on everything. Love the fried dumplings! Great for a lazy Friday night when we are not in the mood to cook.
google avatar

Melanie H.

Yelp
Tucked away by the Publix on Spalding, nothing fancy but the food was top notch! We had the Amazing Chicken, pan fried dumplings (best I've had) and Lo Mein. 3 of us ate and we still had enough for a complete meal at home. Definitely will be back!

Markael M.

Yelp
The food is absolutely amazing, their customer service is just is superb. I highly recommend the salt & pepper shrimp btw I inhaled the food so fast! lol
google avatar

Victor O.

Yelp
I've ordered this on Uber Eats multiple times during the week the food has been excellent every time. The salt and pepper wings are excellent. And the amazing chicken combo is delicious
google avatar

Pam P.

Yelp
Ww!!! How lucky to find this culinary delight tucked next to the Publix by my new apartments. It was a move-in night meal and we were famished. We tried the Beef Mai Fun, Chicken Singapore and Chicken Fried Rice along with Crab Rangoon and Steamed Dumplings. (Hungry yet?) I'm 50 and have had lots of Americanized as well as authentic Asian food. This was some of the best I've had! Nothing is cooked until it's ordered so everything was SUPER fresh. Rangoons were perfect balance of crunch, gooey, sweet yumminess. Dumplings are among the top three I've ever had, maybe even #1! Chicken dish was crunchy but sweet with onions and mushrooms...a tinge of spicy hot that was irresistible. Rice and noodle dishes cooked to perfection and freshly flavorful. Will definitely be back! (Look out waistline, danger ahead.)

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Excellent delicious Chinese food. The best I have had ever!! Delivered quick and hot and everything is so fresh! Outstanding!!!! Best Chinese in ATLANTA HANDS DOWN!
google avatar

Paul J.

Yelp
OrdReed takeout. The food was plentiful and very good. Had the Hot and Sour Soup, Salt and Pepper wings and Mingiluan Beef. All exactly. The mini rools were awesome as well. Will definitely return

Jake C.

Yelp
Wast of money Order from here never again worst Chinese I have ever had you can get better Chinese food at gas station house special lo main had no flavor at all it was bland as could get general so chicken had barely any flavor and tast like it had been sitting for 5 hours or more orange chicken same shrimp fried rice was nasty waste of money couldn't even eat it tossed it in trash that bad if your hungry go gas station better and cheaper wish I could give 0 star but wouldn't let me

Piper-lee S.

Yelp
Just ordered and loved it!!! Got pick up and the crab Rangoons were still crispy. The orange chicken was authentic orange flavors and the sauce was amazing! Broccoli cooked perfectly fresh and GREEN :) Everything was excellent! Seriously above average. Best Asian food in Peachtree Corners area!!

Alexis S.

Yelp
In my opinion this place has one of the best pork fried rice in the area .Truly an amazing comfort food for this cold weather
google avatar

Alan B.

Yelp
Great food. Reasonable price. Fast service. Fried rice is very good. Also the crab rangoons are delicious. Sometimes I'm my takeout order they throw in a free egg roll. Nice touch!
google avatar

LoLo R.

Yelp
Great food & great prices. I have just recently found out about this gem. The general tso's and the orange chicken entrees are really good. The gentlemen that rings me up the times i come in here is so nice & very polite and friendly. The food is really good. You will have to wait around 7 minutes or so. But it is well worth it. The make their food fresh per order. Next time you want some Asian, definitely give this place a go. You won't be disappointed. Restaurant is in the plaza with Publix, Spalding Corners, next to CVS.
google avatar

Alaina V.

Yelp
Great, local cuisine! We typically get the crab ragoons, General Tsos chicken, mixed veggies with chicken and hot/sour soup. Very good!! We usually get food delivered but we do pick up sometimes and either way...they are fast!! Very polite and great customer service. This place is definitely our go to Asian food spot!
google avatar

Todd W.

Yelp
Great cook to order fresh oriental cuisine. Awesome egg drop soup. Not but a few tables (5) so if you have a party of 6 or more it might be tough to accommodate. Consider this as a great to go or take out.
