Four Seasons Hotel

Wow this hotel is extra ordinary. We loved it so much! Hugs rooms, crazy view over the city. Amazing team that helped us with everything! We were staying with a 2 years old baby and the room was huge, when he was sleeping we did baths with the view and the room was so big that it was ok. Big baby bed, and amazing options for food in breakfast and dinner. Room service was also good and complete blackout windows so we could sleep well. Special thank you to April from the reception, who helped us with all we needed all the time. Special thanks to Helson from the breakfast that helped us to try all the local dishes. And thank you Esther from the Japanese restaurant. We loved the food so much that we went there twice. We will 100% be back to the hotel we really enjoyed it.

Love this hotel. From the minute I arrived the hotel via taxi from airport, I was scammed by the taxi driver who demanded 890 rmb for the ride. I knew the ride wouldn’t be so expensive as I checked the didi app was around 80 rmb n out of convenience decided to take the taxi just in front of the arrival hall. I asked for help at the hotel concierge, young staff (don’t know his name) and Alex came forward to assist and negotiated with the driver. Long story short, they handled the situation well, we settled the amt at 270 rmb. Hotel location is good. Room was nice and view was amazing. We enjoyed so much in our 3 nights stay. Butler service was great too, assisted with all our enquiries and requests. We will definitely be back when we visit GZ again. The earlier story didn’t end there, a few days after I left GZ, I received a text from butler that Alex managed to seek refund from the taxi company for the difference! The extra mile that he went.. a BIG thank you to Alex and the amazing team at Four Seasons for making my overall stay and experience memorable!

Love the beautiful view from the room at 80 floor. The room was great and clean and a large bath tub with a direct view of canton tower and pearl river. The staff were very friendly and helpful which always let us felt welcoming at all times. Helson the cafe manager service was excellent. One of the best hotel and with great staff.

It’s a very fancy hotel with amazing views both inside and outside. I went there with my girlfriend, and we really enjoyed the place. It’s located in the IFC building, but we had a hard time finding it because the hotel is on the 70th floor.

Came to the hotel lounge for drinks and views of the city in November recently so this review is about those and not the hotel per se. Lounge has nice ambience and there was live band and singing. The view from up here at the lounge was great. However the drinks were quite pricey.

It is rare to meet someone who serves from the heart, and he truly does. This stay wasn’t just a luxury experience — it was an emotional one. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Guangzhou team for giving me memories I will carry with me for a long time. Highly recommended to anyone who wants more than just a hotel — a place that truly touches your heart.

This trip to Guangzhou with my friend was our first time staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, and we truly fell in love with it from the moment we arrived! The environment is elegant and grand, with a light and pleasant fragrance in the air that immediately puts you at ease.A special thank you and heartfelt appreciation to Jane Kong from Housekeeping and Tommy at the Front Desk.Jane Kong is incredibly meticulous and thoughtful under her care, our room was spotless every day, and even the smallest details were handled perfectly. Tommy was patient, friendly, and professional during check-in and whenever we had questions. His warm and attentive service made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. Their professionalism and dedication truly enhanced our trip.The room was exceptionally clean, well-designed, and had a strong sense of quality. The city view from the window was stunning whether during the day or at night, the view was wide and impressive, and we couldn’t help taking lots of photos.The hotel’s service maintains the consistently high standard of the Four Seasons. No matter what we asked information, room requests, or assistance we always received prompt and friendly responses, making us feel genuinely “at home.”The breakfast also deserves special mention. It was incredibly diverse, offering everything from traditional Chinese breakfast items to Western pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order options, fresh fruits, salads, and much more all of excellent quality. My friend and I enjoyed every meal and felt that waking up early just for breakfast was completely worth it!Overall, this stay was absolutely perfect. We experienced not only the high quality that the Four Seasons is known for but also the professionalism, warmth, and care of every staff member.The next time we come to Guangzhou, the Four Seasons will definitely remain our first choice. Truly one of the best hotels in Guangzhou—highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The service here is top-notch—every single staff member we encountered was helpful and professional. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly attentive and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. On top of the great service, the food was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept perfectly every night. Highly recommended!
