My wife and I booked the Winter Village Dine at the Splash Pool Bar & Grill—a heated private cabin with all the cozy touches: soft blankets, a Bluetooth speaker, and romantic ambiance. I’ll be honest: the first 30 minutes were rough. After settling into our cabin, we sat waiting with no sign of our server. Multiple attempts to flag down staff went nowhere, and we seriously considered leaving and asking for a refund (we’d prepaid!). So why five stars? When our servers finally arrived, they were genuinely apologetic and determined to make things right. Sarah and Mellie didn’t just deliver good service after that—they went above and beyond with complimentary extras that completely turned the evening around. We went from frustrated to impressed, and ultimately left thrilled with the whole experience. The food itself was excellent—hearty portions with careful attention to detail. The cocktails were expertly made and worth savoring. Yes, it’s expensive at $145 per person plus drinks, but I’d still recommend it. My wife was delighted (I’d kept it as a surprise), and despite the rocky start, the Four Seasons proved why they have their reputation by actually making things right when it mattered.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I write this review from the executive suite sofabed on the last leg of a 3 night stay. I’ve been relegated here by the local 3 year old tyrant who has to sleep next to mama. We’re not fancy la-di-da kind of people, but we decided to splurge. this trip was a backdrop to an incredibly emotionally charged reconciliation with my parent so we decided on luxury to counterbalance the anxiety. We’re so glad we did, it was worth every penny. Even from the start it felt like everyone was deeply invested in me having a positive experience. From the valets to the front desk, they made sure the move from my car to my room was effortless. And all the kid amenities felt like they were tailored to my daughter’s exact needs. Stuffies, little kid robes, a tent, and a freaking stool? Perfection for a 3 year old. Throughout my stay we stayed engaged with the front desk, even through transitioning into an upgrade which was mostly seamless. The post-meet couples massage was absolutely mind blowing. Overall we dropped a decent chunk of change, but this trip was one for the memories.

This review is for the skating cabana package offered by the four seasons hotel. The one star is because we thought it would have been a nice upscale location for an afternoon ice skating party. I had a reservation for two skating cabanas and I was extremely disappointed. When I arrived 10 minutes prior to the party, there was no one there, and nothing was being set up. Luckily, there was one person at the bar who directed me where to go. I went up a level to the skating rink and still no one was there. In looking for someone to assist me, I got locked out of the skating rink and had to catch the elevator down to get back to the rink. Things were dirty and the heaters in the cabanas were not warm and one of the heaters was not working. They did give us the cabana on the opposite side because the heater wasn’t working for the middle cabana, but it didn’t help with the temperature because our cabanas with heaters were so far apart.The rink also wasn’t a real skating rink. It was dirty and whatever solution is used to make the surface “skateable” did not work so they couldn’t really skate. The attendants were nice and tried their best but there were so many issues that needed to be addressed.

The 4 Seasons in Baltimore, is a beautiful place; the staff checking me in and out was Hasna, who is absolutely wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated with Gingerbread, that still smells wonderful, in addition to the tree and monorah. Our room, which was harbor front, was, spacious, well appointed, the 4 Seasons makes sure that you have everything at your fingertips. The room was spotless, large bed with down comforter and pillows, wonderful rain shower. The hotel maintains safety, and was very quiet. I highly recommend.

Jasmine greeted us at the lower level restaurant. She's amazing. They have their own pastry chef and her croissants are amazing. She services local restaurants nearby I was told. Great location as we were in from out of town and were invited to several events, all within proximity of the hotel. The roof top bar was amazing and stsys open very late on Fridays and Saturdays. I will say the only thing I had that was bad was their crab artichoke dip. It was way too thick, the crab meat was rightfully under the mozzarella which was cold, and I like pita versus chips ( they makes theirs homemade btw). We ate at Nick's crab house our first night and took some food to go. I called front desk about a refrigerator and they said someone would bring up a mini fridge. It's a nice size but all my food turned ice, that's only reason I ordered room service and it wasn't good. My boyfriend did enjoy his pancakes and oatmeal this morning.

While searching for hotels for the 12/7 Ravens vs. Pittsburgh game, I came across the Four Seasons Baltimore Hotel. It was a little pricey since the standard rooms were fully booked, but I decided to book it anyway and I’m glad I did! I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ms. Destiny in the reservations department. She truly embodied the core values of the Four Seasons, especially “The Golden Rule” and “People First.” Destiny was knowledgeable, transparent, patient, and kind the entire time. I probably asked the same question two or three times (lol), but she never once seemed irritated instead, she kindly repeated the information every time. That level of patience and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Destiny, if you ever see this thank you! You made the booking experience smooth and enjoyable. Wishing you all the best. My three night October weekend stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore was fine — but had the roughest air con start of all my stays recently.|#baltimore #fourseasons #fourseasonsbaltimore #airconfail ||The hotel really bungled the air con before arrival and then did it again after they moved my room and promised it would be fixed and cold (down to 65F as promised before booking) after my first night’s dinner. Thankfully, after that move and more air con fails, an overnight manager and engineer finally moved me to a 3rd room that had great air con.||Once they finally sorted that, things improved for me. The rooms are fine, nothing too special with hard product, but they do have nice harbor views. (I paid for a harbor view room.) They did credit me for my first night upon my request.||The room was comfortable. Bed mattress was topped as requested (even in the new room). Furnishing were non-descript, but then so is Baltimore. ||The rain shower pressure was solid, but the shower wand pressure was poor. WiFi was solid at 48 Mbps up and down, but then I expect better at a luxury hotel. ||The rooftop restaurant is a miss for service alone. It’s not part of the hotel as I only learned afterward. Service was terrible, but the food and views were nice. It’s a total scene. ||The lobby bar and restaurant were much better. Not any view, but wonderful service, food, appetizers, and great cocktails. ||Room service breakfasts were nice. The special waffle they have is delicious. ||The hotel otherwise feels like a bit more like a conference center — not as much like a luxury hotel to me. ||Next time I may try the Ivy. The Pendry wouldn’t guarantee my 65 F air con (only 69 F).

Every upscale hotel could take a master class from the Four Seasons Baltimore when it comes to customer service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.||This was our first trip to Baltimore, and we came in for an Orioles game, staying two nights at the Four Seasons. From the moment we pulled in, every single interaction with the staff exceeded our expectations. The service was prompt, friendly, and consistently above and beyond. From valet to front desk to room service, everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel special.||Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious with modern finishes and a large bathtub. We had booked two doubles for our family of four (the only option available at the time), but found them a bit small for two people. Without hesitation, the staff brought up a rollaway bed—comfortable enough that our 9-year-old happily slept on it. Our younger son shared with my husband and was perfectly fine. This quick solution is just one example of how the staff never missed a beat in keeping us comfortable.||We also enjoyed lunch at the pool one afternoon. Despite the pool being understandably crowded on a beautiful day, service was excellent—efficient, attentive, and always with a smile. The food was just as good.||I truly hope this review reaches the leadership team, because every staff member we encountered embodied the very best of what the service industry can be. Their warmth and professionalism are a huge part of why our first visit to Baltimore was so memorable.

One of a kind. It's extremely fancy. The staff is nice. Everything is perfect! Except only 1 thing. The price. While it might be expensive for a hotel stay it is one of the fanciest places ever. It has a very chill and fancy vibe. Service requested room service? no problem they get anything you ask to you without any delays. I would 100% recommend staying at the four seasons for a quick but stay of a lifetime trip.

My husband and I spent a lovely night here for the recent Stevie Nick's show this past weekend. The hotel is lovely, easy to find, and has self-parking for $25 daily which is nice bc valet is usually SO much more expensive and not worth it if you don't plan to in-and-out a few times which we did not. I booked with my travel agent's preferred partner program so was upgraded upon check-in, our room was ready around noon, and it was a gorgeous corner suite with wall-ceiling windows. We loved it. It was quiet and a warm and inviting haven with beautiful views in each room. Additionally, we had a breakfast and resort credit (with tons of restrictions which I've never seen and couldn't be used at the restaurants.... weird). We did not get to try Bygone bc we were so short on time - but the rooftop bar is certainly very popular but we did have breakfast at Maximon before departure and the avocado toast and yogurt parfait were delicious! It's in a great location right on the water - with waterfront views - a gorgeous expansive pool overlooking the water from the 4th floor, a lovely spa, and easy parking, as mentioned. Easily walkable to tons of shopping, dining, and things to do. Staff were wonderful, as always, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay on this property and I ticked another FS off my bucket list! 21 down ----

We attended a wedding here, and the event spaces and views were beautiful. The wedding was very large but the event rooms were able to accommodate everyone without feeling cramped at all and allowing multiple areas for guests to dance, eat, and talk. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at a fair share of Four Seasons, and rarely does this brand disappoint. Customer service is superior, the rooms are clean, beds are comfy. This Four Seasons boasts two trendy restaurants with great food: Maximon and the Bygone. Visit Maximon if you're looking for upscale Latin dishes with live music. The Bygone is more so a steakhouse with fresh seafood options; a lounge-y/social scene is on the other side of the restaurant with great views of the inner harbor. No complaints here.

Im starting to feel like im getting nothing for something here. I've been coming to this spa for about eight years or so, because of the luxury experience. The hotel is beauty and the actual spa staff are attentive. However, ever since around Covid the indoor amenities have been closed or down for "enhancements" every time I've gone. The requirements for spa guests to use the pool have drastically changed also. Recently, I've had a customer service experience with the spa that left me questioning whether I wanted to come back. I purchased tickets to the Summer Glow Facial session hosted by The Four Seasons Spa. The tickets were on sale through event brite. Initially I was unable to attend and requested a refund. I received an email from a spa representative stating my request was received and an email confirmation was being sent. After a week without a confirmation I reached follow up, and the representative states they will forward me to the accounting team. The accounting rep then states they cannot process a refund and to contact event brite. I would think this would've been communicated in the initial email and without the customer having to follow up a week later. I reach out to event brite and was told the organizer is to settle the refund. This seems to be more of an issue than desired at this point, and I certainly don't want my tickets to go to waste. So I make arrangements to go to the event, on July 18. I called the day of to confirm that we are to come up to the spa. The receptionist had no clue what I was talking about. Once she spoke with someone she confirmed that I was good to come up to the spa. Then at 4pm the same receptionist calls and states that the event was canceled. The event was supposed to be from 6-8pm, why was I just being notified at 4pm? If I hadn't called initially would I have been notified? The receptionist also states that since there was no reservation that there is no refund to be honored. I called back and was forwarded to the same person from the email, that stated even brite would refund me. This time they stated that they were working with event brite to relinquish funds to refund customers and would follow up. That was on July 18, and I haven't had a follow up from any of the spa team members regarding the issue. This is not good hospitality from this hotel spa. I expected better communication as a returning customer. The issue isn't the refund, it's how the issue is being handled... or lack there of. I guess I should follow up with this too!?

A bit pricey but nothing comes close to the quality service and views for a hotel in the Baltimore area. If you're going to make the visit - do it right and stay here. We even would stay here as residents when we lived here for a weekend getaway. The meeting and banquet facilities are top notch as well.

Chances are very low that I'll actually ever stay at the Four Seasons, and it's unlikely I'll pursue any spa care there. I'm usually passing through this hotel omw to other events or restaurants in Harbor East. But I do give this hotel their flowers for having a really nice (and spacious) ladies bathroom just off the lobby. This bathroom is fairly clean and has excellent lighting. Nice spot to hang out a while if you need to. Kudos for that.

Always great experience with Four Seasons, no complain at all. Great location with many restaurants nearby. We brought our little Yorkie with us and had a really nice & relaxing 4 days getaway. Lounging by the pool with awesome harbor view during last week's heat wave!

2 night weekend stay. Hotel staff consistently delivered excellent customer service. Management went out of their way to recognize special occasion. Room was clean and spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Spa and pool facilities were also well kept and tranquil. Looking forward to returning to this location.

The Four Seasons brand has stood the test of time for good reason: superb customer service. The first time I came to the spa within the Four Seasons Baltimore was about three or four years ago and I've made a point to return almost every year since. Why do I keep coming back? The staff here is incredible. From the valet, to the doorman, to the receptionist, to the pool staff. Everyone is kind and accommodating. No ask is too big for them. During my last visit to the spa, I was given a complimentary 3 hour pool pass (something they were doing for select spa treatments since their indoor jacuzzi is being renovated). The pool was a great temperature, the view was gorgeous despite it being a cloudy day, and the food was great too! The staff will walk you to your pool chair of choice and set it up for you with a few towels and enough side tables so your purse isn't sitting on the ground - nice touch :) I got a turkey wrap that was surprisingly good. It had some kind of sundried tomato jam spread on it that was delicious. It was just what I needed before I headed into my treatment. The prices are steep but it's the Four Seasons, what do you expect? I could've laid there all day just taking it all in. I think I might always be a fan of the Four Seasons!

Wish I had taken photos. I was invited to a wedding there this past weekend, and I was very impressed by all the staff so much that I wanted to write a review regardless. The parking was crazy expensive though. $25 for a couple of hours. The lobby was beautiful and pristine, the counter staff was pleasant and courteous. The wedding hall overlooked the Harbor with the iconic Domino's sign to the left. But they serving staff!! Wow. They had the best serving staff I've ever experienced all these years of going to weddings and events. Attentive. Courteous. Friendly (not one sour faced staff member). Very professionally. The last time at the For Seasons in Vancouver, I was impressed by the beautiful interior, but great staff trumps everything else in my opinion. Great job, Four Seasons Baltimore!

We spent the night here after a company holiday party. Writhing from valet to the room was excellent. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was very friendly and super helpful. We had a bags brought up to the room where we were shown all the features such as light switches and mini bar etc. the room was clean and spacious. We didn't have a balcony but we did have a nice view of the harbor. The bathroom was spacious and a nice size tub, though I didn't take advantage. I definitely want to stay again and explore the spa. The holiday party was nicely done by Four Seasons. The food was excellent and the staff was fantastic. It was truly an amazing experience.

My stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore was amazing. Everything from the service, to the room to the amenities was great! I didn't know the harbor was so nice. My waitress Sedga said it's a hidden gem, and it really is! I plan to go back next summer for sure! I absolutely enjoyed the pool, the food, the tub, their gym and the bed!

The Baltimore Four Seasons is a pretty old four seasons that haven't been renovated much but again the view and location is unbeatable. And most importantly the service is exceptional at the four seasons... better than anywhere I have ever experienced so the money is well spent. The features are all pretty old... for example the TV in the bathroom doesn't really work... but the tub was still big and roomy and nice got a nice bath after a tiring day. Best part is the balcony :) as shown in photos I shared. Yes would definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful - 100% worth the price tag. The pool bar is the move when you are staying here. We had a blast getting drinks and laying out on the chairs while the sun was out. Anthony, our cocktail waiter, was such an awesome guy. Very kind and attentive. The view in my room of the water was spectacular.

Absolutely the worst. Do not hold your events here, and if you do hold an event in Baltimore, be sure to inform your guests not to choose this hotel. It will be a very, very expensive mistake.

Sleek, sophisticated, contemporary, elegant property. This place is beautiful!! Amazing outdoor pool area, great spa, very friendly and attentive team of professionals going above and beyond to give you a great stay. This is a family friendly property with spacious rooms and suites that have amazing views of the water and city scape. I do have a few complaints , the restaurant on the property in the lobby is always so crowded and difficult to get in, most of the patrons are not staying at the hotel though, it would be nice if hotel guests were given priority for reservations. Also would be nice to see more options on the room service menu. Still giving it 5 stars as it is a star hotel even with those few "suggestions" I'm still coming back for life .. way to go Baltimore Four Seasons you guys are my favorite!'

You know, I don't mind splurging and spending money on myself now and then. You need a little luxury sometime. So, I did not think much of paying a lot to stay at the 4 Seasons in Baltimore while we were attending a dear friends' son's wedding. It was worth it, I thought. It is also the Christmas season, so - what the heck - give myself a little present too. We have stayed here before during another of our "splurges." We know that the building is impressive. The decoration is all 1st class, fancy even. Beautiful high gloss woods, supple rich leathers, granite tiles - and on and on. Yes, there is no denying that the decoration and atmosphere of this place is fine. However, there is something about the service at the 4 Seasons Baltimore. It is spotty at best. A few people, most of the people at the reception desk, are very good. Polished, articulate and friendly. But everyone else is really not. I guess life in 2022 has taught me to accept less than I think I deserve. I normally do not complain too much about poor service. I always say that I will "vote" with my pocketbook and simply NOT patronize a shoddy business a second time. But, when I pay as much as I paid here, I deserve more. The 4 Seasons should be above reproach. Truth is, it is NOT. I will no longer stay at the 4 Seasons. I will find other nice places next time I want to splurge on myself. And, believe me, there plenty of those other places around!

Fantastic stay during covid-19. We wanted to squeeze in a safe staycation and brought our daughter along. From check in, our temps were taken and we were provided little covid packs with a face mask and sanitizer wipe. Also, we booked a package for kids and the room had a cute tent with pretend fireplace set up, along with other child amenities like a bath mat, spout whale, stool, etc. all of those items were squeaky clean. Also had bubble bath and children's soap. Finally, our package included unlimited movie rentals. We experienced technical issues at one point during the afternoon/night for our movies, but was eventually resolved. It took them quite some time to fix it, and while they first said resolved, it wasn't. Later on it fixed itself. Bathroom remote also was broken and didn't let me change channels. The pool was very clean, however felt crowded. Even though you had to reserve a time, I was still surprised by how crowded it was. Beware of any windy forecasts; umbrellas can't be opened then which makes the sun very harsh. Finally, room service breakfast was very speedy and tasty.

We had always wanted to stay at this hotel, so my friends and I used the incentive of our 50th birthdays to finally book there and mark this off our bucket lists. It's a beautiful hotel in an A+ location, and the pool and the fabulous pool staff are a huge draw. Pooshan, Eray, and Buffie made me and my friends feel like the best guests who ever stayed there. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM -- and all their colleagues, too. The pool is gorgeous, the food is great, service by Pooshan is top shelf, and the drinks by Eray are fabulous. Prices are like Vegas prices. Just pay them and enjoy the time there. Carpe diem. (We visited in May, and we understand that later in the pool season seats require some kind of time slot booking. There isn't a whole lot of seating so I could see the seats filling up fast.) The hotel location is great, walkable to lots of fun places to shop, drink, and eat. Usually we try to go to the Four Seasons spa when in Baltimore, but this time we took a pass because all the "heat experience" stuff (sauna, whirlpool, steam room) were closed due to Covid. It's hard to justify a few hundred dollars for a spa visit when you don't get the full experience. I know it may seem petty, but we were disappointed that the hotel never did anything special in our room to acknowledge our celebration, like send champagne or a special dessert to the room. Every time I celebrate something really special at other top-tier hotels like the Ritz, they do a lot to make to me feel like a rock star when I'm there for the big celebrations. So no rock star treatment in your room at the Four Seasons. Boo. But you might feel pretty VIP at the pool if you get the pleasure of having Pooshan, Eray, and Buffie working with you.

Hi there I had Brunch at the Bygone at the Four seasons hotel and I love the options. There was honestly something for everyone. Seafood and meat choices and a wonder omelette bar and waffle bar. The desert table was very well put together. I wish they offered bottomless mimosas, but buying a bottle of champagne will accomplish the same goal. They were very accommodating for large parties you just have to call and have a card for the hold, keep in mind they will charge for no shows so I suggest if you aren't paying to collect in advance. I will definitely be back! They also have a great balcony with views of the city

Be warned if you would like your car crashed and not how you dropped it off than this is the perfect place to come. I drop my car off at valet and this is how they returned it to me. I haven't even had the car for two months

Had a conference here so i can only review the conference rooms and breakfast, lunch and dinner that was served. Food was just okay in general. Not too delicious but filled the hunger void ;) We did have an open bar for dinner and that was all amazing! The conference room view were good. There were times in the morning part of the conference where music was playing during our session (which wasn't supposed to) and construction noise was going on.

This review is for the spa. I went on Monday to take advantage of the pool time and to celebrate my engagement. Even though they were very busy the front desk was very attentive and helpful. My therapist India was great and ensured I left relax. After my 80 minute signature massage and steam room visit, we enjoyed a nice lunch poolside. The rooftop pool was immaculate and the Frose' was perfect for a nice summWe spent the entire day at the four seasons. It was a much needed escape even though it's close to home.

Five star hotel, with five star service and food. My husband and I love to sneak away when we can and this place feels like a home away from home. We look forward to the next time.

From my experience I must report that after numerous attempts to get this public accommodation to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act the hotel refused to enact changes and denied that they discriminate against disabled people. If you have any compassion for people who are handicapped, stay at another hotel. This is my personal opinion and I have not Been coerced or influenced by any outside parties.

I had a quick stay here last week and enjoyed the experience. Great staff, modern and clean accommodations, a high responsive tv that allows for streaming of Netflix, rapid room service (30 min or less) and comfortable furnishings. What more can you ask for? Oh and the room was super quiet which was a major plus.

I stayed at this property 3/6-3/8 for a wedding, and was intrigued to see if this would live up to everything a Four Seasons was supposed to, and I am happy to say it ABSOLUTELY did! The aesthetics of this hotel are gorgeous. The lobby is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. That follows you everywhere throughout the property. Even the hallways in the guest towers are beautiful! The size of the room really surprised me! There was a ton of seating, a full soaking tub, rain head shower, full ironing board, mini bar. This is all before you get to the amazing view we had of the harbor. The fitness center is great. Everything you will need during your stay. the green tea available there with the cooled towels are also a must try! The staff instantly makes you feel like a VIP from the moment you arrive. From the doormen, the bellmen to the front desk. (Eric and Skylar were my favorite bellmen and doormen!) I have never encountered such courteous, professional and genuine staff anywhere I have ever stayed. The front desk and guest services were amazing with every room service order and question called down, even when I needed Advil! The cleaning staff was very thorough during turn down services and we never even needed to ask for fresh towels and toiletries. Kudos to every staff member of this hotel for being an absolute rockstar! The wedding in the grand ballroom was stunning! This space will make any ceremony and reception look even more luxurious and stylish. This is outside my normal price range for hotels, but it is DEFINITELY worth treating yourself on occasion! Even if you live in Baltimore and are looking for a staycation, this would be great.

What's not to love at this hotel? When u expect and desire the best of the best this property delivers. Outdoor areas are gorgeous, and nestled next to a waterline view that's breathtaking. People stroll by with pets and joggers run past as u sip or eat in the shaded patio. Heaven! The location is in a hot spot of course- with ample shopping and boutiques. Stroll-worthy and upscale, everything was quaint and pricey. Quality abounds. The hotel staff was stellar. Contemporary and earthy decor with wood accents and lots of blown glass give a vibe of opulence without being too fancy. There are residences in the hotel and I would love to live here! Amazing.

This is a beautiful hotel that sits on the waterfront along Inner Harbor. Within, sits a spa and an upscale lounge. For an inside look into those places, check out my other reviews. The ambient here is amazing. The staff here is super nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The experience matches the price, and so do the people here. Most folks here were dressed to the nines, which reminded me of Encore in Vegas. Most definitely my type of place. I came here a few times while staying in Baltimore. This is a highlight of the city, and I recommend staying here if you travel to this part of the US.

Hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. 5 star service, beautiful rooms with a view, and so accommodating. They were even family friendly, which I don't always expect at nicer hotels who typically cater to adults. They couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive to my children. We will be back. Pro tip: 4th of July here was awesome! Amazing views for fireworks!

I attend a three day conference here. Unfortunately I did not stay here because they ran out of rooms. So, this review is of their conference venue, services and food during the three day conference. Breakout Rooms were nice but in some, one wall opposite doors is all windows. Nice and bright but hard to see screen. Layout was good. Ballroom acoustics perfect. Lighting also flattering. Food: lunch day 1 was chicken (v good), polenta (didn't have), 2 kinds of pasta (didn't have), grilled vegetables (flavorful), and salad (fresh and delicious with various kinds of lettuce, carrots, etc.) Breakfast was good everyday and different- bagels and lox, Mexican breakfast burritos, Greek yogurt with sweet shredded coconut topping, mini donuts, etc. (Don't even get me started on the mini donuts! OMG I could have opened my purse and dumped the tray in there!) The lunch of rockfish, mac & cheese and quinoa salad awesome. That was the best meal. The awards dinner was chicken which was good but the salad before of tomatoes and burrata stole the show. Desserts were always good. Service was exceptional as expected. A few times I took the courtesy car from the Four Seasons to my hotel a block away (I was on crutches). Highly recommend. Just wish I had been able to stay there, especially since I was in crutches for this event.

The four seasons Baltimore is the highest end hotel in Fells Point. Thus you are surrounded by a certain level of clientele, resulting in decent but somewhat pretentious service. The grounds and rooms are stunning. This location is new and the design is flawless. The spa is gorgeous and my favorite in Baltimore with experience showers, lounging jacuzzis, and heated seats. My actual service (massage) was not too impressive. The restaurants here are hit or miss. Wit and wisdom is overpriced with mediocre food and mediocre service despite having a great chef. Azumi was delicious with several fish overnight shipped from Japan and great service.

The "Charm'tastic Mile" presented for Valentine's Day Weekend the Brut, Choc & Tote campaign/slogan in the lobby of the Four Seasons-Baltimore. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel is a first class operation and worthy of it's 5-star rating. It's located in the chic section of Harbor East just steps from The Mile.

Perfect Sunday with Family at the Winter Village!! The Four Season's never disappoints when it come to accommodations, decor and customer service. With the pandemic, I am constantly looking for outdoor activities for me and my family. When I saw the Four Seasons had Baltimore opened their Winter Village, I ran to book a reservation. I was disappointed to find that I was too late to book the private cabana, but I was able to snag four general admission tickets. Upon arrival, we were all in awe of the beautiful holiday decorations. The hotel had mandatory (contactless) temperature checks. The hosts and hostesses at the winter village were super friendly and accommodating. The kids got their ice skates and hit the rink immediately. The rink is synthetic (not real ice), but I felt it was a safer option for my kids. The hotel ensured that only a limited number of people were on the deck at a time, so you could spread out comfortably and practice social distancing. At times, my kids had the rink to themselves. While the kids sipped complementary hot cocoa, I sipped on a apple cider mule. We definitely need enjoyed our drinks and the s'mores cookies. We were able snag seats by a fire pit and then moved to the hot tub area which had its own private fire pit. The view itself was worth the visit. Overall a great time with the family. We will definitely be back next year for the holiday festivities. Disclaimer: the rink is synthetic so if you are looking for ice skating, this is not it!

Stayed here for one night for a wedding and I was very unimpressed. The experience did not match the price we paid for one night. The room was so basic. The bathroom was weird?? Two frosted glass doors inside a room with a tub and sink and one is the toilet and one is the shower. Felt unnecessary. The shower knob came off in my hand when I first tried to turn on the shower. The robes were rough and the one I picked up had a big spot of mold on it and I left it on the floor to go to the wedding and housekeeping came in and folded the same moldy robe and put it back on the hook. There was no actual fridge in the room just a fridge with sensored drinks which I got charged for just bc I guess two moved when I opened the door thinking it was a regular fridge. The bed was fine nothing special. We did have a nice view! But standing outside and looking at the water is free ‍ I also used their restroom in the lobby and it was unnecessarily big I had to cross a hallway to get to the sinks. I think they priced this hotel just bc it's "spacious." The lobby did look very fancy I'll give them that! The front desk refused to give welcome bags (that we made) to the wedding guests staying at the hotel saying they couldn't but they handed us cards lol they could've easily done a bag but whatever! Won't be visiting again. Did it because I had never stayed at a four seasons before and now I never will again. A waste of money

Everything service wise (room service, valet, staff etc. ) was excellent and what you would expect for a five star hotel. Although it's a huge hotel, the hallways are broken up in a way that keeps everything contained and quiet. We got in at like 1 AM the first night and were super hungry. The late night room service menu was limited but tasty. I got a chicken quesadilla which was very yummy and made with fresh lime. The morning room service says they will come within a 5 min window but they always came right on time. The harbor outside the hotel is beautiful with nice views during the sunset. We found it to be a little to chilly for a walk so we enjoyed the view from the hotel restaurant bar during happy hour. The suite it self was spacious and the bathroom had a full bath and shower. The bed was cozy and luxurious. We were able to upgrade to a suite with a beautiful view of the harbor. The windows also looked right into the business school across the street so you had to be careful to make sure the shades are drawn for privacy. I would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Wow, such a let down from Four Seasons. We have stayed at Four Seasons around the world (Bora Bora, DC, and others) and the four Seasons in Baltimore is by far the worst and not typical of the experience we had come to expect from the Four Seasons Brand. We booked a room for the weekend to get away from DC. We tried over 4 days to contact the folks at the SPA to book different treatments only to reach a person who took our phone number and stated, "I'll get the spa to call you back shortly". Well that "shortly" never occurred and after 4 days, all the SPA appointments became booked. The whole point of us going to Baltimore was to visit the Harbor and relax at the SPA. Due to the lack of customer service, by the time a Manager (Matt) finally checked with the Spa, they had nothing available. We ended up booking the weekend at the Salamander Resort & Spa. If anyone in the DC area is looking for a getaway, look no further as this place easily surpassed the Four Seasons when it comes to the total Experience and Great customer service. We will now be staying there each time we need a get-a-way from DC and a few days of spa treatments.

I was here on September 18th 2015 for the Flip Flop Festivus in Baltimore. I won tickets and the event was very good! This event is held yearly.. l must say this is a very good event. They had a parking garage right next door and the parking was under $10.00 for four hours or less and we all know that is good for Baltimore. .. We parked in the garage that took you straight into the Hotel. The event was held on the upper level and they had two rooms. One was VIP and the other was where the event was held. They had all types of delightful appetizers and drinks. Two bar areas set up in the VIP area and another set up st the main event room. They had tables available and areas where you could stand and eat as well. I must say l was definitely impressed. Now it's time to unwind. You can bet that's what we did! The reception started at 6:30pm and the main event started a little after 7pm. The music was on point with the Group named Soul Expressions of Richmond VA. They took it back with some oldies and then played a variety of music that everyone enjoyed. I also enjoyed every bite of all the appetizers. Omg definitely no complaints at all.. they also had an auction of numerous goodies such as games and events to attend. Everyone there was so nice and was definitely enjoying the event. We also got a chance to meet others that are diagnosed with the condition of sarcoidosis. We had a chance to meet the Dr. At John Hopkins who is working to help with the treatment of this condition. I Got a chance to meet some really cool people. Including the main man responsible for making this happen every year. Between the overall event and the dancing and just everything else in general. It was a very enjoyable four hours. This definitely was a Success! I would love to attend this next year and give my support. So Thank you Yelp for making this happen. l truly do appreciate it!

Yesterday a few friends and I had brunch at Ouzo Bay then Frozè's at Loch Bar. I parked in the four seasons garage. While heading back to the garage a four seasons employee happily directed us to the elevators in the four seasons for the easiest route to the garage. When walking in the lobby was totally clear no people except a lady at a podium to the right and a tall man who looked like security or a manager or something. Due to the beautiful lobby and empty halls we decided to take pictures in front of the chandeliers and center table. I saw the staircase by the elevators and decided we should take a few there too. As we were still at the center table taking pics I see the man (manager or security) putting a velvet rope up in front of the stair case. Mind you the staircase was directly in front of the elevators that lead to the garage. He overheard us say we were going to take pics in front of the staircase and decided to block that from happening. My friends and I are 35 years old. We were celebrating a birthday, we were not loud, we were not in the way... as no one was in the lobby but us. We asked him why he did that and he said "policy says pictures on or by the staircase are for hotel guests only". I feel like he could've just told us no pictures there. It was unnecessary to put up the rope. We weren't going to do anything except leave as we did anyway. We are a group of black women who were having a wonderful time and his disposition was disheartening as it wasn't that serious. We were going to get a few pics of the birthday girl and be on our way. I mention the fact that we were black because the top flight security or manager was also black and I feel that he decided that we were not guests unknowing if we were or not. I was going to have a solo staycation here next month for my birthday but now I won't be because I would not feel comfortable by myself or with my friends if I decided to take a picture or two. He ruined our experience after a really beautiful day.

We had a disappointing experience at the four seasons Baltimore property. The property itself was good but the most important thing they are known for is their service and that was seriously lacking. We had requested a crib which was set up in the room but there was no blanket and when I called for one, a person came by after 40 minutes with a crib cover. At that point in the night kids had already slept and I didn't bother to get that corrected. Next I noticed the room had no lotion... very strange. Last was the valet parking fiasco. I had ordered for the car and wondering where it was after 40 minutes I checked on it and then got it 10 minutes later. I am not sure why their service was so bad but really disappointing for a four seasons and what we paid for!

Simply perfection. From check in to check out. Excellent room service and a wonderful gym. Location cannot be beat for a nice jog around the Harbour.

As I sit in the "Quiet Room" (Relaxation room) and write this review in my notes, I'm interrupted about every 30 seconds by three consecutive beeps on a tea machine. Not like it would be relaxing anyway, with the two girls that have been chatting like it's happy hour for half an hour and still going strong. The spa should keep an employee in this room to make sure the "Quiet Room" rules are maintained. My husband and I live close by and came here for a couples massage for our anniversary. Let's sum this up in a few bullet points, because I could go on for awhile: Pros: -The welcome staff that provides the spa tour is very friendly. -My husband said the men's side has great views. -Getting a Sunday appointment within a few days notice was relatively easy. Cons: -As a few people previously reported, the 50 minute massage is not 50 minutes. It is more like 40-45 minutes. At the Four Seasons, I expect to receive every minute. -The vitality pool is nice, in theory, however it is SO loud. When the jets aren't blaring gurgle sounds at you, the drain sounds like it is close to malfunctioning. It is also missing some tiles. -None of the amenities are co-gender/co-ed. My husband and I came for our anniversary and got a couples massage, so the only time you can spend together is in the massage room. -In the "shower experience," the misters were out of order and only 2 out of 6 body jets were in working order. -No views from most of the amenities on the ladies side. The windows are frosted so it feels very small and closed in. You get a partial view from only the quiet room/relaxation room. Overall, for a "luxury brand" like Four Seasons, this really is missing the mark. I didn't have the heart to tell my husband, since he booked this special occasion for our anniversary. At minimum, I'd expect all the amenities to be properly functioning.

I booked a room for my daughters who were attending an event Saturday night. When I booked it I received confirmation from the Hotel stating if there was anything needed to contact this person representing the Hotel (Jawaun Singletary- clarified and made awaremy daughters were checking in on my reservation. ) who by the way this complaint is not about him. My daughters (25,21 and 16 yrs of age) Arrived as planned and were not able to check in, instead were instructed to have me call the hotel for no apparent reason. When I telephoned the hotel I stated my daughters are at the front desk and not being allowed to check in. This woman (Mallory) told me she needed the names and ages of my daughters I questioned her why? Is there a security concern? I have never been asked additional questions in this way. Then I started getting frustrated and angry on the phone with this person who then replied "Oh no worries Mr. Parker I will take care of it." I called my eldest daughter back to find out if the issue (Which was never clarified) Was anything resolved? My daughter replied No! She turned over the phone to someone at the front desk and before this person could say anything.. I kindly directed this person to put a manager or someone in charge on the phone. The individual who got on the phone in response to my directive was (Mallory) wtf? During our first conversation she never identified herself as in charge or responsible for this issue we were suffering. I asked Mallory is this protocol you use for all American Express Platinum Card holders? Do you do this with all your customers who book in advance and were in communication several days prior to check in and reporting to you that my daughters are checking in my reservation? I think this incident has a racial undertone and this is not the case for all who stay at this UNPROFESSIONALLY Manage hotel. In my lifetime has anything like ever happened as far as me having to call a hotel and answer questions in that nature. This staff needs to consider additional training. This was embarrassing and caused public humiliation. I will never in my life, consider this place, nor will I ever recommend this office to anyone! This is what their About Us page says....I'm closing with this!!! This is supposed to be a five star hotel.... I shouldn't have to ask for basic things like... liners for the trash cans, more than 2 wash cloths ( I don't use the same wash cloth on my face as I use for my ass) and I wasn't the only person staying in the room. The bathrobes were hard. The slippers only came in one size( not my size I feel it was over priced for what I had. It's a nice hotel but not worth it

Hi management, Monday, April 22nd 2018 9pm Just wanted to make you aware that your staff at Bygone discriminated against our group of 12 and didn't want to serve us at the bar. We were in casual street clothes and was told we were not dressed well enough to even be served. We are a group of working professionals that wanted an after dinner drink to close out the night. Let me emphasize that we didn't make a scene but what made me want to write this review was the two hostess at Bygone front desk during this time. They were giving us the side eye and whispering as we were all taking the elevator back down to the first floor because they refused to serve us. If we were rowdy, you guys would've have every right, but the fact that we were simply denied service...that's unacceptable. I will say that we will not recommend our company of 6000+ to do any business with your chain for meeting and events because of this. I'd be happy to speak more in detail if you guys would like to reach out.

Impeccable. The pool is a bit small, but the best view in town, infinity edged, a few stories up over the harbor. Great weekend get away.

BEST hotel in Baltimore! From the moment you park your car you will feel every bit of luxury! Terissa the front desk manager is PHENOMENAL! She will do everything in her power to ensure you feel at home & upholds the Four Seasons standard. The hotel is definitely luxurious! The pool is STATE of the Art & luxurious. The pool staff is friendly, welcoming and attentive. The rooms are up to date & beautiful. I highly recommend if you are visiting Baltimore or if you need a staycation!

Visited the spa for a special birthday treat and got the Lavender Dream Experience done by Derrick who was kind, soothing... damn it he was magical. I felt very comfortable with him (that's for those uncomfortable getting body treatments by men). He had me lay on the table where beneath my neck/upper back was a warm water pillow that relaxed my muscles. For the exfoliation, I never had to get up from the table. I was afraid my hair would get wet while he "rinsed" me off, but he just used warm towels to remove the salt from my body... never coming in contact with my head. The massage was amazing and so relaxing. He applied the right amount of pressure, focused on areas that really needed it, and gently repositioned me (like when putting the warm stones in my hands) as I zoned out. Last was the scalp massage. I opted out of the oil, so it was a dry excellent massage. See Derrick!!!With the spa being beautiful I stuck around another 1.5hrs to enjoy it. The relaxation room was nice, a few mags, water, tea and fruit. Hung out (literally) in the steam room and enjoyed a nice shower. The spa experience was great. The associates at check out...okay. I think it's rude to have conversations amongst yourselves as a customer is waiting to pay/leave, so that put me off. Especially with this being a high end establishment. Anyway, I'm looking at other reviews (now) and notice those celebrating birthdays are treated to cake and champagne... too bad I didn't know beforehand (I love cake and don't care if you call me greedy).
