"This spacious, elegant yet intimate restaurant boasts a glass-clad wine cellar at its centre. The chef champions a cooking style with reduced amounts of seasoning so as to allow the true flavours of the first-rate ingredients to come through. Recommendations include barbecued pork, stir fried fish maw, crab meat with egg and egg white milk custard with sweetened mashed taro." - Michelin Inspector

We had an unforgettable stay at the Four Seasons Macau. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail truly made it special. A heartfelt thank you to Jovy at the front office, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She surprised us with a beautifully arranged birthday cake, prepared delicious late night snacks, and even checked on us during breakfast to make sure everything was perfect. On our last day, she gave us a lovely farewell gift that made our departure feel extra meaningful. We were also warmly welcomed by Victoria, the Assistant Director, who personally greeted us and helped with our check out, such an appreciated gesture. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and eager to help. It’s clear that the team at Four Seasons Macau takes genuine pride in creating a personalized, luxurious experience. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

My best hotel experience so far, everything about my stay showed great attention to detail and care. Christopher was extremely helpful and we appreciate his effort towards us. We liked the small touches such as dusting our laptops and the care taken by room service as well as fruits during our time at the pool and the sauna. The gym (free shoes provided!) and sauna are top notch and let you stay fit during your travel.

This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel and I was blown away by the courteous service and attention to us. From the reception desk, pools staff, the sauna staff, restaurant staff, and also Daphne, the hotel manager, everyone was so friendly and nice to us.||We took the shuttle bus from the ferry terminal to the Parisian hotel, which is located next to the Four Seasons. There is a hotel mini shuttle but not operating in the morning time, and running at limited capacity if compared to the full-size shuttle buses from the other hotels. We asked for a reservation on the hotel mini shuttle on ride back to the ferry terminal and were able to return very comfortably. Most hotels in this area are connected to each other via indoor bridge and underground space. ||APPRECIATED:|- The hotel is smaller and quieter compared to some of the neighboring hotels. Being an introvert who needs quiet space to relax, I felt calm and relaxed whenever we returned to the hotel lobby. (Some of the other hotels and attractions in Macao are very crowded and loud.)|- Clean, relaxing room - really good amenities, including nice smelling soap, lotion, and shampoo.|- Sauna is so nice. It's small and intimate, but very well maintained.|- Breakfast was amazing. I especially loved the oyster noodle soup.|- Next to Venetian and Parisian and Londoner.|- We had dropped off our luggage before checking in. The hotel staff delivered our luggage to the room when the room was ready - and before we were able to return to the hotel room.|- Very attentive and friendly staff at the restaurant who made sure we had everything we needed.||REGRET:|- I think it was not yet the season for pools. The heated pool was also not warm enough, and the one regret I have is not being able to enjoy the beautiful pools (which truly feel like tropical report pools) and delicious snacks provided by the pool team. ||Thank you especially Daphne and Eva for making our first stay at Four Seasons and Macao so special!!!! I hope more people get an opportunity to enjoy their superb hospitality.||(I booked the stay through Chase card the Edit program which made the stay even more extra special with more benefits!)

Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent food. Its TOP NOTCH customer service sets it apart from other hotels. ALL staff from doormen to front-of-house to restaurant servers and F&B managers to housekeeping are helpful and super friendly! My husband and I observed that all employees look happy and are always ready to help guests. We figured management must treat them well. Four Seasons Hotel management had it all figured out - take care pf your staff and your staff will take care of your guests! Well done Four Seasons Hotel!

I have stayed in Four Seasons Hotel Macau many times and this is my first time to stay in Grand Suites at Four Seasons, which is in the same location but another building. ||Room rates reached HKD23,000 per night and is 10 times more expensive than Four Seasons Macau so definitely before my stay I have higher expections on the room and the service.||The room was 2,300 feet which is very big and comfortable with two rooms, suitable for family stay or with friends. The room is clean and inside the room it has jacuzzi, massage chair which are all good for me; they also has 4 very big TV inside the living room and the bedrooms, 3 toilets which are very convenient.||Mini bar is free with many choices but most of the soft drinks are sugars. If the hotel could provide more sugar free drinks will be better.||For the facilities, they just have one swimming pool which is not as many as Four Seasons Hotel Macau but still ok for me.||Since I stayed both Four Seasons Hotel and The Suites at Four Seasons, I have a strong feelings on their service. Although they are the same hotel with just two buildings, they have different staffs serve their guests.||What I want to talk about is about the service inside Grand Suites of Four Seasons. As a ten times expensive than Four Seasons Macau, I never expect the service is far more poor then Four Seasons. ||During my stay, I could not feel the staffs were energetic and be able to take initiative to help guests to solve their problems. They never come up to me and greet me which is hardly believable in such an expensive hotel. ||Four Seasons Hotel have dedicated shuttle service from the ferry pier to the hotel which Grand Suites of Four Seasons have to share their shuttle service, I don't know why; although the staff told me that I could take the shuttle at Four Seasons but apparently their hotel does not have Grand Suites name list so I don't know actually how they operate. ||When I have query want to ask the front desk, just some simple question such as I want to take a coupon to have a free drink in the Ramen restaurant, the staff told me that they were different hotel and management and do not have the coupon. ||A ten times much expensive hotel under same group but no benefit as Four Seasons? I totally could not understand.||At night when I returned to my room from outside after dinner, I saw six tall men inside the lobby but they all stand at the other side of the front door, talking loudly and never notice any guests come in, this shows very unrespectful attitute to me especially for a ten times expensive room rate, which is not Four Seasons Macau normal practice; for Four Seasons hotel, every staff in the lobby will how up their helpful and positive attitute, greet all guests every time with smile.||Also I will never forget when we checked out next afternoon, when I exit from the door at the lobby, there are two staffs stand in front of the door, one at the left hand side and the other one at the right hand side, I have to walk between them. ||I never expect them do anything but at least say a goodbye to me or greet me also ok.||However, they keep on talking and even I walk between them, they never look at me and have any intention to greet me; at that moment I just think did I die so they could not see me.||As such an expensive price to stay in Grand Suites of Four Seasons, I never expect to have this kind of service and this is definitely not the service standard of Four Seasons. ||As a conclusion, the room is excellent and tidy but the service especially in the lobby is poor, even could not compare with those 3 stars hotel.||Definitely I don't want to come to Grand Suites at Four Seasons again with such an expensive rate but I will keep to stay in Four Seasons Macau to enjoy their great hospitality. Same group same hotel but with big difference on the service quality.

The mattress and bedding is on par with some of the finest hotels, when I mentioned it to the reception at the lobby, I was told that new mattresses was recently installed. There was ample amount of free water in the room, and the upkeep was immaculate for a 17 yr old hotel. The tiles in the bathroom had little space between them and was absolutely smooth to touch, everywhere revealed attention to detail. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well trained, both for the hotel and the Cantonese restaurant. The dim sum was one of the best I have tasted amongst Michelin restaurants. The only drawback is the location but since the room prices are friendly, I wouldn’t mind spending a minute portion of money saved on cabs. Will definitely re visit in the near future.

A quick over night stay as part of our HK trip. We got straight from an early flight from HKIA took the bus to the Macau station for the first time. I failed to plan how to go to the hotel from there so ended up taking the casino buses. Basically we got to the hotel through the bustling retail and restaurants from the Venetian side. We arrived early and Terrence welcomed us at the front desk. Our room wasn't ready but he was trying to find the next ready room, told him we we're ok to wait and wanted to have lunch so he picked up our bags for us. Fixing ourselves up, we sat down their magnificent stair case lobby and were amazed. The cushions were soft, the pillows and artwork, it was our first experience in the Four Seasons brand. Skipping details of lunch we went back to the hotel and Terrence accompanied us to our room, snacks were laid out and he selected a higher floor with views of the driveway. If you want me to describe it simply the rooms were spic and span to the best of your imagination. I didn't see dust, marks or anything that you'd normally see in other hotel chains. The hotel slippers were soft and classy, the pillows and bed was immaculate and smelled like a good night sleep. The room was spacious with lots of cabinet space and space for work if you ever need to do some. The bathroom had all the required bells and whistles and loved their selection of amenities. ||||We went out to the city for a the usual macau stroll/tour. We headed back before night time and were so pleased to see some snacks and healthy soup sent up by Terrence to the room with his personal message to enjoy and relax after our long day. I wished we ordered in but we were still full from eating out. We woke up not to early but just in time for brekky at Belcancao. This was a surprise the breakfast buffet had a hefty selection, we weren't expecting crabs and oysters this early morning but it was more than welcome. Enjoyed the various fruit juices, fruit selections, would have wanted more savory selections but its breakfast so its ok. A hotel trip comes to full circle when you swim and enjoy the spa amenities. We loved the cabanas with drinks and snacks, the heated pool and the big pool areas that you can lounge around. We got caught off guard with the spa and had a most relaxing time. The body shower blast thingy, the open snow machine and the pool like jacuzzi were all amazing (pardon the ignorance in spa culture). If we didn't need to go back to HK that day we could've spent a lot more time. || ||Tip: Stay more days and let the good people in Four Seasons take good care of you.
