Four Seasons Hotel Macao

Escaped Hong Kong for a couple of nights and stayed at the gorgeous Four Seasons.  I have stayed a few times here and it's one of my favourite hotels in Macau.||The service is impeccable and everyone remembers your name and go out of their way to assist with anything you need.  A big shout out to Sutarni, our lovely poolside attendant who went above and beyond to make our two days by the pool as amazing as possible. Her service was outstanding and she is an incredible addition to your team.  Please pass on our gratitude, especially during our last day with the thunderstorms and rain and still making our day in the cabana a relaxing and pampered experience.  I cannot believe that some hotel guests were complaining about the staff by the pool - they were all fantastic and I have no idea what they would have to complain about.||The rooms, as always, were stunning and one of the best beds I've slept on.  The standard of room service was extraordinary and a big thank you to the housekeeping staff.||We didn't eat the buffet but have done so in the past and loved it.  We did however venture up to the 21st floor to the Study Library bar - wow, what a view from the outside balcony.  We enjoyed a couple of drinks while waiting for our ferry back to Hong Kong and wished we had come across this on our previous stays.  The staff at the bar were equally attentive and professional. ||Can't wait to return again soon! ||

As usual, I requested a room near the elevator and on a high floor due to my increasing mobility difficulties. Among all the hotels I have visited, Mr. Ken Chao, Guest Relations Assistant Manager, truly stands out and deserves the highest recognition. He impressed me not only with his warmth and sincerity, but also with the way he regarded me as a very important VIP, though in reality I am simply an elderly guest holding a complimentary pass from Sands. I had submitted my request hours before check-in, and Ken responded swiftly with thoughtfulness far beyond my expectations. In addition to the shower chair and anti-slip mat I asked for, he even suggested a handicap stand stool. He also arranged a room with a spectacular view, creating a sense of harmony and synergy before me. Out of misfortune, I missed another of his kind emails explaining where to board the hotel’s free shuttle. Yet to ensure that we could board smoothly after check-out, he personally offered to make the booking for us. Such heartfelt consideration and genuine care felt far more than service—it was as if everything was personally and tailor-made just for me.|Apart from Ken, I must also mention Mr. Adam Lam, Front Office Manager, who kindly led us to the restaurant when he learned that we were hungry, and only left after settling us comfortably. Jessie was wonderfully efficient, making the check-in process smooth and quick while also securing a table for us. Cathy from the Spa was equally remarkable—so helpful and attentive that I could not miss the chance to mention her. Indeed, from the management team to the most frontline staff—from the concierge to housekeeping—everyone responded swiftly and with care. When I requested a teapot, they surprised me by also providing a tea bag for us to enjoy. The room was spacious and delightful, especially the bed, which was neither too hard nor too soft, but perfectly supportive so I did not wake up with backaches. Another highlight of this hotel is its outstanding swimming pool. I used to favor the pool at the Parisian, but after this visit, I believe this is the very best in Macau. With attentive service offering cold drinks, fresh fruits, and even ice cream, the experience was unforgettable. After such a stay, I feel there is no other hotel in Macau I would consider.

Excellent stay at Four Seasons Macao! The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The service was absolutely fantastic—staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and truly enjoying every moment. The location is prime, right next to the shopping and casino areas. Plus, the restaurants stay open until 2am, which was so convenient. Highly recommend for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Macao!

The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable included with a private mini bar full of food, a staff member brought some fruits for us which was delicious. There were casinos and a swimming pool to wind down. This is the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in and I look forward to come back someday.. My room: 2774

We had an unforgettable stay at the Four Seasons Macau. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail truly made it special. A heartfelt thank you to Jovy at the front office, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She surprised us with a beautifully arranged birthday cake, prepared delicious late night snacks, and even checked on us during breakfast to make sure everything was perfect. On our last day, she gave us a lovely farewell gift that made our departure feel extra meaningful. We were also warmly welcomed by Victoria, the Assistant Director, who personally greeted us and helped with our check out, such an appreciated gesture. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and eager to help. It’s clear that the team at Four Seasons Macau takes genuine pride in creating a personalized, luxurious experience. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

My recent stay at the Four Seasons Macau was made truly memorable thanks to the exceptional service from Ivan. My departure could have been stressful, but Ivan’s knowledge and hospitality saved the day.||I was planning to take a taxi to the ferry pier, but the taxi queue was long and the weather was hot. Ivan wisely suggested the hotel shuttle instead, which I had completely forgotten about. His foresight was perfect. Not only did it save me from a long, uncomfortable wait, but the shuttle got me to the pier right on time, ensuring I didn't miss my ferry.||Ivan's thoughtfulness extended beyond just the advice. While we waited for the shuttle, he invited me to stay in the cool lobby rather than stand outside and also provided a refreshing bottle of water. He also demonstrated excellent local knowledge and communication skills by speaking the local language to the chauffeur, clearly explaining my destination and ensuring a smooth journey.||Ivan's service was a perfect example of genuine care and proactive hospitality. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

My best hotel experience so far, everything about my stay showed great attention to detail and care. Christopher was extremely helpful and we appreciate his effort towards us. We liked the small touches such as dusting our laptops and the care taken by room service as well as fruits during our time at the pool and the sauna. The gym (free shoes provided!) and sauna are top notch and let you stay fit during your travel.

The mattress and bedding is on par with some of the finest hotels, when I mentioned it to the reception at the lobby, I was told that new mattresses was recently installed. There was ample amount of free water in the room, and the upkeep was immaculate for a 17 yr old hotel. The tiles in the bathroom had little space between them and was absolutely smooth to touch, everywhere revealed attention to detail. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well trained, both for the hotel and the Cantonese restaurant. The dim sum was one of the best I have tasted amongst Michelin restaurants. The only drawback is the location but since the room prices are friendly, I wouldn’t mind spending a minute portion of money saved on cabs. Will definitely re visit in the near future.
