Four Seasons Hotel Macao

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the entire experience was truly exceptional. This property sets a new standard for luxury, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. Check-In: The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The staff greeted us warmly, handled everything efficiently, and made sure we felt immediately at home. They took the time to explain the hotel facilities, breakfast options, and ensured our preferences were fully noted. Room & Amenities: Our room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed with elegant details throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lighting thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere calming. Everything felt fresh and perfectly maintained — a testament to the hotel’s outstanding housekeeping team. Welcome Amenities (Muslim-Friendly Adjustments): One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the hotel’s cultural awareness and thoughtful hospitality. After learning that we are Muslim, the hotel proactively replaced the standard welcome local desserts with Muslim-friendly options. They also arranged a prayer mat, provided a Holy Quran, and ensured the bathroom had a bidet, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and respectful of our needs. This genuine consideration is rare and truly appreciated. Breakfast: Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients. From international favorites to local specialties, everything was beautifully presented. The service team was attentive and gracious, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect start to the day. Cleanliness: The property is maintained to the highest standards. Every space — from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms — is spotless, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Shuttle Service: The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the ferry terminal, which made our departure incredibly easy and stress-free. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds even more comfort and convenience to the stay. Check-Out: Check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff handled everything with professionalism and warmth, ending our stay on the same positive note as it began. ⸻ Overall, the Four Seasons Hotel Macao exceeded all expectations. The personalized service, luxurious comfort, and respectful accommodations for Muslim guests made our stay truly unforgettable. It was a most delightful experience.||We booked a room at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao via a travel agency in Hong Kong. In the remarks column of our booking application, we casually wrote down a few words after all our personal details were reported through online, very routine. We wrote 'we are here for our 27th wedding anniversary' and the room was booked like normal.||We were thinking that the most we could get would be a small cake with a baby champagne and only perhaps. However, what came through totally took us by surprise, a pleasant one.||Upon our arrivals at 3pm, we were nicely greeted by the hotel staff like we are their VIPs. A young man and lady personally led us all the way up to our room which was slightly upgraded. They gave us a room tour and provided useful information after knowing that we are not frequent visitors to Macau. They were generous, warm and highly professional. A little surprise already that they had prepared some nice decorations like towel swans, lovely balloons, rose pedals at the bath tub and a small window decoration.||Then we went out and when we came back at around 10pm, our room was tidied up again and the nice decorations were still there. What really impressed us was a couple of refreshed and handwritten greeting cards prepared by the hotel. There was a table full of good food. The anniversary cake is scrumptious and beautiful. The fruit, night snacks and sweet soups were just made and delicious. Who would know a husband has cakes in their names too! And we were presented with a nice photo Ken took on us earlier that day... ...||The Four Seasons Hotels are already one of world's top class and I skip the details. We came around this idea of writing an excellent review to express our gratitude and delight.

Had a great time here. The staffs are the true gems of the hotel. Appreciate their service, especially hard in a massive resort setting. The facilities, sauna, gym and pools are all well maintained. I booked through Amex FHR program, normally from other hotels I would receive rather generous room upgrade offer, however not the case here. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

Escaped Hong Kong for a couple of nights and stayed at the gorgeous Four Seasons.  I have stayed a few times here and it's one of my favourite hotels in Macau.||The service is impeccable and everyone remembers your name and go out of their way to assist with anything you need.  A big shout out to Sutarni, our lovely poolside attendant who went above and beyond to make our two days by the pool as amazing as possible. Her service was outstanding and she is an incredible addition to your team.  Please pass on our gratitude, especially during our last day with the thunderstorms and rain and still making our day in the cabana a relaxing and pampered experience.  I cannot believe that some hotel guests were complaining about the staff by the pool - they were all fantastic and I have no idea what they would have to complain about.||The rooms, as always, were stunning and one of the best beds I've slept on.  The standard of room service was extraordinary and a big thank you to the housekeeping staff.||We didn't eat the buffet but have done so in the past and loved it.  We did however venture up to the 21st floor to the Study Library bar - wow, what a view from the outside balcony.  We enjoyed a couple of drinks while waiting for our ferry back to Hong Kong and wished we had come across this on our previous stays.  The staff at the bar were equally attentive and professional. ||Can't wait to return again soon! ||

Had a wonderful breakfast buffet experience at Belcanção. The variety of food is impressive for non-vegetarians, having lobster and seafood in the morning was an amazing surprise! There are also plenty of great options for vegetarians, including fresh salads and smoothies.Try out the banana smoothie!! ​The service really stood out, specifically Iyka. She catered to us like a personal butler and brought a lovely personal touch of Bali to our experience. It was a pleasure connecting with her. Matur suksma, Iyka! 4.5/5 experience

This was our 2nd visit to Four Seasons Macao & they are consistently amazing! The entire team strives to make your stay both welcoming and comforting. A home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Macao. Pro tips: shuttle service from ferry. In room foot massager by request. Have non-smoking rooms. International Buffett with variety of choices.

I have stayed at Four Seasons Macau multiple times during my visits to Macau, but this recent stay truly stood out thanks to the exceptional service provided by Fred who was by the desk. From the moment of my departure, Fred went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He helped me retrieve my luggage from my room. He also informed me that he noticed my phone charger was left on the bed and placed it inside one of my shopping bags. His attention to detail and integrity is well appreciated. During the rush hour, when the taxi queue was incredibly long and no taxis seemed available, Fred helped to call a taxi for me. This thoughtful effort relieved me of the stress and helped me avoid missing my flight back to Taipei.|What impressed me even more was how Fred addressed my anxiety about potentially missing my flight and the long queue at the airport because of the holiday. He took the time to look up my flight details and reassured me by confirming that my flight had not yet landed in Macau, which gave me significant peace of mind.|Fred’s caring and proactive approach truly shows the high standard of hospitality Four Seasons is known for. I will keep coming back to Four Seasons Macau!
