I'm delighted to have chosen the Four Seasons Hotel Macau for my wife's lunar birthday celebration. The day before check-in, Ken from the front desk proactively reached out to inquire about any special requests. Learning about my wife's lunar birthday, Ken warmly arranged everything for us. Fortunately, on the day of our check-in, we coincidentally met him again as he assisted us. Here, I would like to extend my gratitude to Ken for his arrangements. During our stay, we dined at Xiao Ting restaurant, where Jerry provided us with impeccable service and warmly introduced us to the restaurant's offerings. In the evening, we enjoyed dinner at Ohte Ramen where Billy graciously attended to us. During our conversation, he learned about my wife's birthday and surprised us with a cake. Throughout our stay, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff at the Four Seasons Hotel Macau, making for an unforgettable night.

From the moment of our arrival, the Four Seasons experience was fabulous. We were able to check in early after a lengthy flight and transfer from Hong Kong. Our room was upgraded. Everything worked as it was supposed to, and was obviously in good repair. Staff were both friendly and efficient, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. A great base from which to explore the Cotai Strip properties.

This is my second time staying in Four Seasons Hotel as a family of 3. We were (again) impressed by the attention given by the staff, who are very professional. The room is big and clean, and we were greeted with very nice sweet treats as we entered. We had no issue asking for an additional bed / toiletries for the kid. Even though the extra bed was a sofa bed, it was still very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

Gucci the Concierge was so incredible. She went out of her way to help us. She made us feel like family. Ka and Elen at Breakfast were so sweet and knew our name and hugged us goodbye. Oscar at breakfast was super friendly and came and talked to us. We really appreciated the genuine kindness that we felt from them.

The entire stay was perfect; the staff fulfilled all my requests. For example, when I asked the reception for a speaker, they provided an excellent one for me, which truly made my day. Furthermore, the pool is very well-designed; it gives me a vacation feel even though I'm in the center of the city. All the staff provide great service. I would like to give special thanks and praise to Chester, who gave me a brief introduction to the hotel and also offered some recommendations. Without him, I don't think I would have had such a relaxing day.

It's so nice to see that genuine Four Seasons hospitality shining through here at Four Seasons Macau as it does at every other Four Seasons I've stayed at. The rooms are immaculate and in the room I felt so at peace. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed in Macau. So I didn't even know this but they offer complimentary private transport to/from the ferry terminal. Saw a staff member holding up a Four Seasons sign as I exited customs arriving at Macau ferry terminal and apparently she'd been there all day. But let them know ahead of time to be sure you get a seat as they only have two cars that seat 4 each!

Came here for their lunch buffet and it did not disappoint. They had dishes with influence from around the world. Their dessert selection was enormous and I wish I had a a stomach large enough to eat everything. Great experience .
