I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village with my wife and our two-year-old son, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations, especially as a family traveling with a young child. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Martine at valet was exceptionally kind and welcoming right off the bat. He greeted us with a warm smile, immediately helped unload our car, and took great care in getting our bags to our room quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to help us get settled, even taking a moment to share some helpful insights about the hotel and the surrounding Westlake Village area, which made us feel much more familiar and at ease in this beautiful spot. Throughout our entire stay, Martine remained friendly and attentive—not just to us, but especially to our little boy, always saying hello with genuine warmth whenever we passed by. Our check-in experience was equally impressive thanks to JD, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very first interaction. He truly lit up our son’s face by bringing out a treasure chest filled with toys for him to choose from—what a thoughtful touch! JD personally walked us to our room and helped us get situated comfortably. The next day, when I happened to run into him again, he kindly offered to put together a customized list of local walks and hikes we might enjoy with our toddler in mind. True to his word, the list was delivered to our room shortly after. Our son kept mentioning JD’s name throughout the trip because of how friendly and engaging he was with him—it meant the world to see our little one so happy and comfortable. At the front desk, Lincoln was wonderfully helpful during check-in. He patiently went over our room options and helped us upgrade to one that was the perfect size for our family, giving us that extra space we needed with a young child. The room featured a comfortable couch and table, plus a separate table with two chairs—ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals together without feeling cramped. The staff in general was outstanding: consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating in every way. Whether it was quick smiles in the hallways, attentive service, or small gestures that showed they truly cared about making our stay special, everyone we encountered contributed to an atmosphere of genuine warmth and professionalism. The property itself is stunning and impeccably maintained. We loved stepping out back to the beautiful waterfall and pond area—our son was absolutely mesmerized watching the ducks swimming and splashing around. There’s also a lovely walking path on the property around a garden area, which we enjoyed strolling around multiple times—it was peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxed family outing. The pool area was also incredible. It was a huge area that also had cornhole, a ping pong table and a large connect 4. It is the perfect area to relax or let your kids play. This stay at the Four Seasons Westlake Village was truly memorable, and we can’t wait to return. The combination of luxurious surroundings and heartfelt, personalized service made it one of our best family trips yet. Highly recommended!

Four Seasons knows how to do it right- consistent, terrific staff, gorgeous rooms with lush amenities. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.||The only thing of note is that it is located in what feels like a corporate park so you are looking at office buildings and parking lots. Quiet area with plenty of dining options nearby but I was a little out off by $30 parking fee for self-park given there is nothing around.

My most recent experience at Coin & Candor was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The service stood out as professional, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the experience, making everything feel smooth and well-paced. It was clear that care and attention to detail are a priority here. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I look forward to returning.

Exceptional Service from Natalia | Four Seasons Westlake Village I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit to the Four Seasons in Westlake Village, and it was entirely due to Natalia’s exceptional customer service. I originally stopped by to meet with one of our vendors, but the interaction took on a whole new level of significance because of her. Natalia was extremely engaging, highly intelligent, and remarkably professional. She anticipated needs I didn’t even know I had, answered every question clearly, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her warmth and insight led me to inquire about corporate event pricing for future business gatherings, a direction I had not planned on exploring prior to meeting her. It is rare to encounter someone whose presence so clearly elevates the guest experience. Natalia is a true asset to the Four Seasons brand, and her level of care reflects the type of hospitality that keeps people coming back. Thank you, Natalia, for transforming a simple meeting into a relationship-building opportunity. I look forward to returning, both personally and professionally.

I started trying out the Four Seasons brand recently on business trips and have really enjoyed my trips to Austin this past Summer. This time my partner took clients to the Westlake Four Seasons for some meetings and a round of golf. The establishment is beautiful and the service was mostly good but there were some details that just didn’t sit right with us. For starters, the staff didn’t explain how to navigate the property so locating the pool was a little difficult the first time because the only routes were outside or through the spa. This was minor—we could figure it out. The pool staff was good and I had a really nice latte out there so that was all grand. Maybe I’ll write another specific note for coin and candor but our speakeasy and dinner experience was where things started to feel less than 5 star. I really enjoyed my cocktail from the speakeasy and asked to order this at coin and candor to which the waitress said great no problem but after some back and forth (including bringing me the menu from the speakeasy) they said I couldn’t have that cocktail at dinner. They did tell me I could bring it over though so twice during dinner I got up and walked myself to the speakeasy to manually order the same cocktail two more times and dash myself back to our dinner table 😆. Like what?! I understand that they couldn’t make certain components of the drink or have all the ingredients, but if I could walk the drink over…why couldn’t the restaurant do that? I wasn’t sure if I should write this review initially but I do think the establishment should consider this small detail as part of the experience. Our waitress was super sweet but she did have to come back a second time bc she forgot what beer we ordered. Lastly I wish I took a picture but our medium rare steak came out overcooked. The food was fine, but when we return later this month I plan on making reservations at a neighboring restaurant. Bread and pate at dinner were good. Beds were comfy and ember cups in room were a cool touch.

I recommend this hotel if it’s in your price range. The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are fantastic. Everything works very well as you would probably expect. There is a speakeasy. I included that as the first photo so that you can find it as it is not labeled of course. It’s a really fun bar. We paid I think $45 per person to do a Mixology class at 5 PM, the hour before it opens. The bartender did a really good job showing us how to mix up a couple drinks. It was a really good value as we had two deluxe cocktails, and some really customized snacks from the kitchen. The gym is perhaps that nicest hotel gym I’ve seen. There’s a full gambit of every aerobic machine as well as an arsenal of weightlifting equipment. We really enjoyed working out. There’s an indoor pool at an outdoor pool. The backyard has a gigantic waterfall that creates a wonderful ambience. The spa is quite pleasant. I included a couple photos for you. There’s an on-site restaurant with a very strong menu. I think that this is also the restaurant that powers the room service On site baking team does a really good job with their croissants. I can really recommend those! Everything is on the expensive end of the range, but you get what you pay for and it’s all just a delightful experience

We are local and frequent The Four Seasons, which was beautifully adorned for Christmas. We loved it! This evening we went to the concert by Candlelight that was held at the studio on the property. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host such an amazing event. More please!

I've been here twice. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. Five stars for the rooms. Beds are cozy, it's spacious and adequately air conditioned. Also the front desk staff and valet are friendly and helpful.||||The spa is only OK. The steam and sauna facilities are nice, and it's a huge area, although it can be crowded and that's not very relaxing. Plenty of lockers and change rooms. The pools are too warm, although the family pool is very pretty. There is no cold plunge, and the skill among the spa staff is mixed. I hated my facial, it was one of the worst I've ever had, and my face was dry and scaly for days afterwards (I was talked into paying more for a service that was not right for my skin). But my friend loved hers. The food is mediocre, but most hotel food is.

We got married here 14 years ago and had an incredible experience with planning our wedding. We took our daughter here for the first time to visit all the sites. This hotel still remains stunning. Some elements have been modernized but the homage to Chinese art that we fell in love with from the hotel 14 years ago remains. The peacock mural over the spiral staircase still will always hold a special memory in our hearts. The coffee bar Stir has free 20 minute parking if you want to stop in for a bite or a quick coffee. The art gallery by the spa is fun and the property is still has beautiful as we remembered. Looking forward to a future stay in the summer to use the pools!

We LOVE this hotel! This is the second time we have stayed there and we will definitely be back very soon. The guest bathrooms on the main floor were immaculate! Love the coffee shop. Our room was so clean - and I mean clean by my standards! Usually I have to wash the tub myself and I never use the coffee maker in any hotels. The tub was spotless and the coffee maker is one that cannot be tampered with and the water carafe was so clean it looked brand new! We ordered room service and the woman who brought it was SO nice and professional. It arrived quickly and hot! She also brought us more coffee supplies, towels etc. We also needed help with our TV and the in house tech guy (Oscar) was so educated and sweet. It's so refreshing to engage with employees who take pride in their jobs and are genuinely kind. We strolled the grounds which were lovely! The indoor pool/hot tub, arcade & art gallery were so much fun and the fitness center is AMAZING! It's the nicest, most comprehensive gym we've ever seen in a hotel! We didn't get a chance to visit the new pool and Cove since it was cold out. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the hotel and grounds. CONS: only 2 - it would be great if you offered robes for larger people. Also, the lotion in our bathroom was old and it gets this horrible smell (I had to wash it off). Might want to check these since lotion CAN go bad. The other products smelled great! **It would be fantastic if you offered a discount on your basic rooms to frequent guests or local guests! We want to come back asap, but it's really expensive. PLEASE!

I stayed at the Four Seasons the day after Christmas for two nights. My daughter was sick so we wanted to get a hotel that we could watch movies and watch TV and just relax. The TVs went out the first night and did not come back until we left the trip. They still were not working at that point. I was offered absolutely nothing not even a refund from the hotel or Comped a night for my miserable trip. I am shocked that the Four Seasons would not compensate when there was no TV to watch. We were absolutely bored stiff and paid a hefty price to stay. Will not be returning to this Four Seasons ever again and this was one of our favorite spots.

This is my escape to 'me time' whenever I have the chance. I love the property, it's so so beautiful. My favorite thing to do is go to their spa for the day and unwind. I love exploring the grounds and nature when it's nice out. There's also an indoor pool but the spa is all I need. One bummer about the spa which I hope they bring back are those delicious smoothies!! It was so perfect when taking a break from your massage and unwinding. Unfortunately the prices of menu items have gone up since the last time I was there and they changed some items from their menu that wasn't the same as it used to be, but it is what it is. I will still come back here as it's my peace and my getaway. Can't wait to be back!

I became a member a couple of months back and I am not happy with the service and communication. The grounds are lovely, the cleaning staff is very nice, the folks that serve food/coffee go above and beyond but that cannot be said about the Wellness/Membership Team. I have never experienced such mediocrity. The Wellness Team does the bare minimum and are complacent at best. It really is unfortunate because I like going to the gym here but they do not listen or tend to their customers so I will be going somewhere else.

Beautiful building, attentive staff, depreciations restaurants. Perfect for a conference or romantic weekend.

Do you love cheesecake and other sweet things? This is the place to spoil yourself with room service. I thought the food is so good here! This place is very relaxing stuff is tentative and overall 10/10 ambiance. I wish I could stay here for a night to just eat this cheesecake. They also have other desserts like the berry cobbler bomb bomb! I espresso martini, margaritas are alll good too! Enjoy yourself here. I want to shoutout the valet staff for always saying hello to me and remembering me even though I'm a common folk hahaha you guys are always so nice to me thank you!

I wanted to love this hotel and it was my first experience at this level of a hotel that I wasn't working at. I have worked in service at a 5 star hotel in Miami, FL but this hotel disappointed me a bit. Upon check-in for a birthday I was able to get an early check-in but was really sad that there was no bubbly offered which I heard usually happens but maybe since I was early?! The front desk lady was courteous enough and I did get a top floor room which I was happy about but didn't get an upgrade which I've heard can happen. Anyway, my bday wine and dessert wasn't there initially since I changed rooms so ok I was pleasantly surprised when I did get a little bday welcome although it wasn't very personalized and there was a printed bday message but no card with my name, etc. Other Four Seasons I believe give you a more personal service from what I've read. Anyway I did check out the pool and the hot tubs but again was surprised that it all closed up at 5pm!! Adult pool at 7pm. Kind of weird since that's not even sunset time. I don't know if they have different hours other times of the year but seemed like a weird pool schedule especially if they want the cocktail drink biz at the pool (it's 5 o'clock somewhere but not at the four seasons)!! I grabbed a quick drink and enjoyed the hot tubs before I headed back to my room. I just wanted a rest away from a friend's rental room since my entire house flooded before last Christmas and I was waiting for floors to be done. The beddings and pillows/mattress I would give a hefty 5 star!! That was the best part of the visit. I did love the bathroom tub as well and took advantage of that. It was also nice to have a TV in the bathroom since I'm a TV producer I'm addicted to watching content. I did order dinner room service - it was "ok". I had meatballs which I feel I make much better homemade and the taste wasn't that great. The mashed potatoes were better and so I did like that. Since I requested an extra refrigerator than the mini-bar (really every room should have an extra mini-fridge) I did have cheese/meat and some other options. I slept well and then got up the next day and decided to try Stir (takeout) for breakfast and it as good but I didn't get having a side salad w/my breakfast sandwich and didn't use it. The worst part was heading back to the parking to drop stuff off before I would check out and this valet guy in a large SUV did not bother to wait for me to cross and roared by to the side for valet. I told him it was rude and he just smirked so I did complain to the front desk and then management flagged me down for practically an interview about it. I do appreciate that they take service and the customers seriously so I got that but it was awkward and I just wanted to get back to relax before leaving with my food. It would have been nice to have been comped the $29 parking or given some champagne or something but oh well. Overall I am giving this Four Seasons 3 stars. It just fell short in a few key areas and I didn't feel was worth the $911.00 ultimate price tag for a one night stay. I might try another Four Seasons or another 5 star hotel but this one just unfortunately did not wow me.

I'm torn. They tried to make this a five-star experience, but it could have been better. I was in the hotel room in nothing more than a toothbrush and a smile when housekeeping barged into my room without knocking or announcing their intended presence. If you haven't see the expression of an older Hispanic woman see a random, entirely naked man, you're lucky! I was embarrassed for her, but also very put off. I'd expect something like this at your local motel, but not at Four Seasons. I wasn't mad, per se, and brought it to the attention of one of the front desk staff. Accommodations were nice, clean, and fresh. I really enjoyed their cafe and Prosperous Penny. I have mixed reviews of their sushi restaurant (perhaps an off night). Valet service was out of this world fantastic! Tip them generously and give them raises! If you haven't been to the spa, drop what you're doing and go there right now! It's fantastic and a great way to spend the day removing you from the outside world.

We came here for lunch with my bestie, and the food was absolutely amazing! I especially loved the scallops--so delicious! The drive was a bit far, but it was totally worth it.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. My baby and I were tagalongs for my husband's work conference so we got to enjoy the grounds and amenities. The room was spacious and so elegant - I did a baby photo shoot! We loved the small art museum and all the antique furniture around the hotel. It was nice to walk around outside and see the waterfall out on the lawn. We also got a peek at the garden and the baby liked chasing a rabbit. We had such a pleasant stay! Even though we didn't venture out of the resort, I felt like we had everything we needed and more. I hope we can return someday!

Great pool and bar area for a stay vacation in LA area. Not like a Maui Four Seasons but still not a bad local option.

Lovely hotel! Everything was perfect, the front desk, in-room dining, housekeeping, the restaurant, everything! This is our second time staying here as a staycation and we just love it! Highly recommend!

The new "resort pool". What a joke ! First off, they are "pretending " to be something they have not earned . I have been there several times and never busy at all. Almost feel sorry for the DJ. Slow service . Security staff unfriendly and hassle patrons poorly for no reason . I was showing some friends the area and thinking about having a huge corporate event . It was getting close to their closing time (11pm)and literally, we were the only ones in that bar other than the staff . One of the waitresses said they were closing soon and they stopped serving ( very rude)! Very lazy! Security staff came around and said we needed to leave as they were closing in 15 minutes. We explained we had left our drinks in their coin and canter bar and was giving a quick tour. Was handled poorly. Reported this incident to their night GM ( Renee) who gave me his card . He communicated he was going to go address and would communicate. Never heard again. What happened to the great "quality management " training program the 4 Seasons once provided? It appears this is a thing of the past . Nevertheless, disappointed as I am a long time resident of the area and frequently have gone to this establishment since its inception. The parking valet staff is wonderful ! A shout out to Daniel & Jose who always make us feel like a VIP.

This review is about the new Cove area at the Four Seasons. The pool is spectacular, the bar is stunning, everything is made to make you feel like you're on some magical vacation in a tropical country! The staff is very friendly, too! 5 stars all the way!

Yes the hotel needs a little bot of an update but I feel like the overall aesthetic in most of Four Seasons Hotels are old-money-waldorf-upper-manhattan money. But I digress, went here for the spa Service was immaculate, from offering bubbles at arrival to having a little mini fridge of champs while getting your hair done. Staff was great, nice enough but not overwhelminnngly nice. My little got her hair done and they use Olaplex and Oribe, while I was slaving along for work lol. They also have cute butterfly throne like chairs for naills for the mini. Love that spa guests are still able to use amenities (the indoor pool during California winter) or the spa pool. Parking is validated. Not as nice as Ojai Valley Inn but also not as expensive (and far) they have local specials here and there on Wednesdays so definitely ask. Will always be a fan and can't really complain it's what I would expect of the 4S =D

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Westlake Village in Thousand Oaks is a high-end hotel 38 miles away from downtown Los Angeles. We visited here for its ambience and had a simple lunch. All staffers we met are very friendly, especially two concierge staff who looked very professionally at the hotel's front desk. As a result, we bought a gift card to spend at its restaurant for fun.

Spent a mother's day weekend at the Four Season Hotel,Westlake Village. It was a five star experience. From Jose who is the valet who welcome us. To the David helping with the our bags and showing us to the room. The cove was delicious at lunch and also served pool side. Another 5 star experience. The team at the cove was so helpful there from Jenny GP George manager Joe our server day 1 Anthony our server day 2 Anthony who help us get settle at the pool. The hotel is beautiful and the front desk service checking in and out was seamless. I highly recommend the Four Seasons for a special occasion.

We had a beautiful stay at the Four Seasons for a quick personal/business trip and it was delightful! The room service concierge Trevor is a doll and was always a pleasure to speak with. The entire spa is peaceful and serene and my massage was amazing too! We were lucky enough to have a visit from the pastry chef and he was also a gem. We will be back!

Holy Moly this is one of the best hotels I have been to in California and I have been to a bunch! The grounds are spectacular, very well maintained. The pools are huge, the food at the pools are awesome, the restaurant had amazing food for dinner and the rooms are just perfect! Pricey but worth it to use all the facilities.

Another great stay here at Four Seasons Westlake. We visit yearly for a charity/ golf tournament for an organization we both work with and truly enjoy it here. Three nights and everyone here is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. One thing that really needs attention is the service at the restaurant. Last visit and this visit, service is almost non existent. It's a bit surprising for a hotel to have exceptional service everywhere except their restaurants. Otherwise, the food is great, bar service is what we would expect and the hotel is very clean. Our room was the king suite and it was very comfortable, bathroom was large and water pressure was perfect. The hotel has an adult only outdoor pool located at the spa and it's beautiful. We did see the family pool and it was located indoors and looked bright and spacious. The gym is fantastic, it has newer equipment, it was clean and has plenty of machines to get a full body workout. There is a fun game room and two pool tables that made for some fun competition. We were welcomed with a few snacks and it was a nice gesture upon entering our room. Room service is very quick and the menu has a great variety of items from which to choose from. Overall, if you're in the area and need a hotel, we do recommend the Four Seasons, just don't be in a hurry if you're at the restaurant. Enjoy!

Fascinating property! Just what you would expect from a four seasons property and so much more! They have a full art gallery, a teen hangout room, a kids playroom, excellent conference facilities and two pools - indoor and outdoor. Indoor pool has a free sauna. Very good gym. Excellent service!

Hi Jenny, My concern was not taken seriously and my time was further wasted. What was the point in investigating and asking for my medical notes and bills when you refer to your liability release anyway? The whole point of a massage is to reduce muscle tension and provide relaxation. Instead, Kritika's massage caused my tightness to become pain. I suffered and feared for the worst when my head started to feel like a bowling ball post massage. I understand that it was not Kritika's intention to hurt me, but she did. How is Four Seasons Westlake ensuring it is "committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our guests"? This experience has caused me more pain and stress contrary to relaxation. I am absolutely disappointed at the resolution as my claim got dismissed. This has not been a positive experience for me at all when I got seriously hurt as a result of Kritika's massage.

This was not our first stay at the property (which is beautiful with a new pool area). The check-in really soured things for us. Not entirely their fault, but here goes. We arrived a little early at 1:30 pm. We planned to freshen up before heading to our family in Ventura. We were told the room was being cleaned and they'd text when ready. We had a snack at the bar. At 3 pm I went back and asked what was going on. It's still occupied due to a late check-out. Huh? You told us it was being readied?!!? They offered a suite upgrade. I insisted on the room I booked 2 months earlier. We left to go to our family who had been waiting as well. Why the miscommunication? They comp'd our bar tab. We got a text at 7 pm that the room was ready. NOT Four Seasons quality. Next morning, we order scrambled eggs as part of breakfast. Long wait. Everything came out cold. Sent them back and we were told they're being redone. Out they came. Same eggs, just reheated. Why the fib? NOT Four Seasons quality. The new pool area (The Cove) is great! So is the Onyx Restaurant. I did their survey last week - haven't heard a peep back so now I'm squawking it here.

We had a perfect stay at the Four Seasons Westlake village. We felt welcomed the moment we entered the hotel. As our room was not ready, we took our time to walk around the hotel. The hotel has a lot to offer: a gallery upstairs, an indoor pool (near the gym) and an outdoor pool in the spa area (free to use for guests), kids activities room, ping pong table, and arcade machines (the NBA jam and TMNT). Room spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The only thing we found lacking was the noise. We could hear people in the room next door talking or people in the hallway. Thanks to the staff, we were able to get our shoes shined the last minute before the big wedding we were attending. And luckily, the hotel also had mini lint roller. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Beautiful hotel and they have the largest spa of all the four seasons nationwide. You are greeted warmly from the valet, to the front desk staff, to the room attendants. Provided excellent recommendations for dining and assisted with reservations without a problem. There is a new poolside restaurant, the Cove and newly remodeled resort style pool. Also a private pool and jacuzzi for hotel guests only. There is an arcade and art gallery inside of the hotel-so really something for the whole family. Infused water, tea and coffee are complimentary in the lobby. Their restaurant coin and candor is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great service. We will be back!

In this hotel it took 1 month to find out how much is it to valet park the car The whole staff is confused Please do not use this hotel for any of your needs

They forgot to turn on the music for the first half of our massages, they charged $38 for the worst salad I have ever had and they messed up the parking validation and over charged us. Not worth $700+

I have been staying at the four seasons in Westlake a few times a year for about seven years now and it keeps getting better and better. The staff are so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The rooms are so luxurious, comfortable, and big. I really like how the room is already set up with food and drinks for purchase. I love the coffee bar in the room, the complementary wine glasses, mini bar, super comfy bed, and the bath tub in the bathroom is fabulous and luxurious. I also really like how the Four Seasons provides the old school room service and by that I mean your food gets rolled in on a table and setup by the staff in your room. It's absolutely awesome. I could live at this Four Seasons. Of course I have to mention the amazinggg spa facility. I'm not even joking around when I say it's the best spa I've ever been to. The spa has a sprawling locker room with a steam room, personal lockers, a shaving station, luxury shampoo and conditioner, plush towels, private showers, ice towels to cool off from the heat, the amenities are endless. Too many to mention. Plus the staff from stem to stern at the Four Seasons in Westlake are 5 stars. You can tell they enjoy working there and have smiles on there faces. I pick the Four Seasons in Westlake over the Rosewood Miramar in Santa Barbara/Montecito any day, ANY DAY. Thank you so much to everybody at the Four Seasons who makes my experience carefree and effortless. As usual I cannot wait to go back.

the cove food was really good! the labneh was amazing and the fish in their fish tacos were sooo good! really good room service food. liked almost everything we've ordered here in all times we've stayed. they have the best fries ever. seriously.

My wife and I have stayed here 9 days. The staff is amazing. The pool and spa are to die for. There isn't anything negative I can say.

This is my home away from home and my favorite resort in WLV!! The staff is well trained OF COURSE and the fitness center is GREAT!!

We went here to meet our friends for a drink and I must say it is a beautiful place. I was happy to be able to sit and to people watch and to look outside. I will have to come back so I can really see everything up close! I know they are building a pool closer to the front which I'm sure will be great. If you park in the garage, make sure to get it validated by the hostess (Obviously you can do this easily because if you are eating or staying there, it gets done). The outside of the building is a bit like a dorm so that was not appealing to me. Hence the 4 stars.

Wow! Speaking about personability! This place is so incredible! I had no idea there was even an art gallery over there too! I'm telling you - the staff was friendly, helpful and extremely personable and professional! The hotel experience itself was absolutely magnificent! Stir is an incredible coffeeshop and the vibe is beyond on-par! Keep up the great work you guys! Truly! You are amazing!

Everything went phenomenally. Jo from the cove has earned our business forevermore. Service was prompt, staff was entirely inviting... chefs kiss if you will. And I will. I will be back. Every Tuesday from here on out. Every season, all 4 of them. Roses are red, the the 4 seasons is slay, we will never leave... is that okay???

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay. After I checked into my room, I looked in the refrigerator and there were too old packages of french fries. I notified front desk and they said they would remove. It immediately . I left for work and to my surprise when I came back to my room the french fries were still there . I called front desk once again, but they were very dismissive..

Amazing Amazing experience. I stayed here for a week and every day felt as amazing as the first. From the second you are greeted by valet to the front desk until you get to your room!! I usually stay at The Ritz Carlton this was my first time at a Four Seasons and I loved it!!! The bed was soooo comfy and the rooms are beautiful I even upgraded for a better view and high floor. I would definitely record this hotel if you're looking for amazing customer service and an amazing low key get away.

I stayed here for a month while my home was under construction. I definitely learned some of the ins and outs of the hotel. To start, the rooms are beautiful, modern and elegant. You feel the luxury in the comforter, the pillows and details. The hotel amenities are unparalleled. There is an indoor lap pool and jacuzzi and an outdoor pool. The indoor pool allows children, while the outdoor pool is for adults only. To access the indoor pool, you walk through the gym are. The gym has some great equipment and is perfect for the patron looking to get a good workout in. The spa at the four seasons is also luxurious and a top notch facility. There are great kids rooms. There's one for smaller children, with an arcade for older kids. This is so nice for families because it provides something to do for everyone in the family. Outside of the arcade room, there's also a pool table, which is a fun activity. The grounds are beautiful. When sitting outside at coin and candor, you have breathtaking views of a waterfall and spacious lawn area. The best restaurant on the premises is coin and candor. You don't have to stay at the hotel in order to come enjoy this place. A review for coin and candor separately is in order. But to put it briefly, this restaurant is well staffed, and the food is fresh and unique.

I've stayed at several Four Seasons and this is one of my all-time favorites. The rooms are great, the food is fantastic, and the spa is AMAZING. Best of all, though, is the service. The folks at this hotel are the absolute best...from the doormen to the front desk and throughout the hotel. They maintained their high standards throughout the pandemic and beyond, which is a sign of a great service culture.

After my complaint I never received any calls or communications from hotel. This is not a 5 star four seasons

This Four Seasons is clean and I feel that the hotel staff is friendly. I did feel a bit upset when I forgot my room key when exiting self parking. I pressed the button for assistance and I tried explaining, it seemed like they didn't understand and answered with "what?" I understand there could have been miscommunication through the radio but even fast food restaurants don't answer the drive thru with "what?" I expected an "excuse me" or "sorry but I couldn't understand, would you please repeat?" After they realized what I was trying to accomplish, they didn't say anything and just opened the gate. I said "thank you" and still no response. I expected much more from a Four Seasons.

For three thousand dollars a night I expected a suite with a much nicer view. Here's the view out our bedroom window. I know the Four Seasons is all about service, and the service was pretty good, but I'm not sure it's worth six times the going rate. The lawn around the waterfall was in bad shape. It's just not what the photos and the hype make it out to be. The shower heads even have the same flow restrictors as cheaper hotels. The good news? One of the few hotels I've stayed in where I slept all night without earplugs.

My wife and I had a great stay here. We stayed 3 nights for a long wedding weekend in the area. Room was clean, service was very good. We enjoyed the adult pool/spa, and the service out there was nice. There was a bit of construction as they are renovating the new outdoor pool that was happening, but for such a major project it was only a minor disruption...overall, a nice stay with clean, quiet rooms.

Just recently had a massage. I waited 40 Minutes by the pool to try to order anything. Their jacuzzi wasn't working. Staff was too busy on their phones. For a luxury day spa it's far from it. A complete waste of a day. The massage therpaist was very sweet but you can tell they book them so tightly there exhausted.

Westlake Four Seasons spa never fails! I enjoyed a cozy, relaxing a spa day today while it was cold and rainy outside! The facilities are always clean and the staff is courteous and professional! I probably had the best massage of my life today by Ashley! Her hands are truly magical and I felt amazing after my deep tissue treatment! Coming here is such a treat and I can't wait for my next visit!
