25 Best Sports Bras, According to Runners of All Levels

"The Sophisticated Southwest This is my favorite Scottsdale resort because it gets Southwestern style down without being kitschy or over-done. There are no cheesy dream catchers or Kokopelli statues here – just a color palette as bright and breathtaking as a desert sunset. Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is perched in the city’s northern half, and surrounded by miles of Saguaro cacti and rugged rocks. Its location adjacent to Pinnacle Peak Park is perfect for hikers and if you crave more of an adrenaline rush, check out the high-octane tours from Arizona Outback Adventures. At Proof, the resort’s American canteen, dinner is practically a cross-country road trip with home-style comfort food inspired by, and sourced from, the 50 states. Plus, there’s a hearty list of wine, microbrews, and small batch and craft distilled American spirits. The Spa at Four Seasons also celebrates the resort’s sense of place with treatments like the Sonoran Honey Body Polish and Jojoba and Prickly Pear Polish."

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North

"This "delightful desert surprise" sits 1,000 feet above downtown Scottsdale in the foothills of Pinnacle Peak. Designed to blend into the surrounding environment, rooms are arranged as one- and two-story Southwestern casitas with "huge, comfortable beds," sunset views, and a color palette mirroring the tones of the Sonoran Desert in bloom and the purples, pinks, and oranges of sunset. Suites add telescopes, private plunge pools, and outdoor garden showers to the equation. The restaurant Proof has a menu of classic American favorites like fried green tomatoes, shrimp and oyster po’boys, and chicken and waffles. The pool is "the most gorgeous I’ve ever been in, with service overall to match"; at its edge, Saguaro Blossom provides complimentary snacks and smoothies. Head to the outdoor patio for "amazing views of those incredible desert sunsets."

I stayed here with my husband last week and overall it was a wonderful 3-night stay! All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful - the concierge, the servers at the restaurants, the pool staff, the front desk, housekeepers, etc. When we arrived, staff picked us up in a golf cart and brought us/our luggage to our room, always smiling and assuring to ask them if we needed anything else. Talavera (steakhouse) was excellent: great food, clean environment and amazing staff for a date night. Onyx (outside lounge) had beautiful nighttime views and great food as well. Proof had perfect indoor and outdoor seating along with great service and food! We ordered room service a few times and both times the food was excellent and very quickly delivered to our room. The pools are clean and relaxing (we really enjoyed the adults only pool, as the other pool always had kids jumping in and playing around). The waitstaff at the pool were very friendly and extremely attentive: constantly bringing us fresh ice water, setting up towels on the chairs when we arrived, asking if we would like to order food, etc. The room was clean and inviting (only downside is the bathroom didn't have a vent/fan so it got very warm). The housekeepers were polite and welcoming, and often made small gestures that were very kind (leaving slippers out at nighttime near the bed, leaving a cloth near our sunglasses to clean them, etc.) We had a beautiful balcony with 2 chairs and a pool view. Overall - I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again soon. We were very impressed with all of the friendly staff, outstanding views of the desert and the overall relaxing vibe of the resort!

Beautiful romantic getaway! Serene desert environment! Food at the pool is outstanding! Best I’ve seen. Kaci at the pool gave great service! Views are breathtaking, sunsets are spectacular! It’s awesome being in Scottsdale but the hotel feels far enough away to feel like its own little oasis!

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Scottsdale to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They deserve a solid 5-star rating for their hospitality. We had reserved a Casita, which was clean and visually appealing. However, the comfort level of the bed left much to be desired, and the air conditioning ran loudly throughout the night with a constant buzzing sound. It was hard not to notice the room's age—while charming, it seems to be showing its 20-year-old status. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and relaxing. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when we returned from swimming and opened the door to our room, only to be hit with an overwhelming sewage-like odor. It genuinely smelled as if a sewer had backed up. We decided to leave for dinner in hopes the smell would dissipate—and thankfully, it mostly did—but not entirely. I would say this experience falls just short of what you'd expect from a true 5-star resort. While there were certainly high points, especially the exceptional staff, some of the accommodations and in-room issues didn’t quite meet luxury expectations

Definitley not up to Four Seasons normal standards. The service is less than desirable. Pool service is probably some of the worst I’ve experienced. They have like 2 servers for the entire pool. The adult pool is tiny, towels left everywhere. The first day we had random forks and dirty cups left all around us. They definitely do not take pride in cleanliness. Pool is old, chairs are old and dirty. | Our room was incredibly hot, feels like the AC cannot keep up with temps here.|| The food was good everywhere we ate though, the service in the restaurants was good. The grounds are beautiful. Besides that I would never come back or recommend this Four Seasons. You’re paying a high price for service that is very much lacking.

This is our second visit to the Four Seasons Scottsdale. We are locals who just like to get away for a bit. This is our new go-to. The food, drinks, and service are wonderful. The rooms are clean and tidy. Our daughter had a blast at the kids club with Miss Julia. She will not stop talking about her! She was so sweet. All the servers by the pool were amazing and helpful. We will be back.

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was amazing — calm, welcoming, and peaceful. The only downside is that the location is a bit remote, so you’ll need a car to get around. That said, it’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape. Bonus: there’s a small trail around the hotel that’s great for a short walk or morning stroll. Highly recommended!

Where to start…we met friends at The Four Seasons as we are both celebrating anniversaries. We arrived Thursday after a tough day of travel but were greeted by very kind people upon arrival. |The Four Seasons is nothing short of first class in every way. Doors were always opened for us, people greeted us by name, food and drinks were spectacular and pool was amazing. They just go the extra mile to offer first class accommodations and service. But there was a “standout” during our trip…Margarita at the front desk. |When we checked in, Margarita greeted us, checked us in, answered questions and did the usual things. We went to the room and were a little bit disappointed with the view. We were on the first floor and really couldn’t see much. I went back to the desk and asked Margarita if there might be another option. She immediately went to work on it but let me know it might take a while to get us another room. We went to dinner on property and as we were eating, Margarita brought us new keys to an amazing room in building 12 with beautiful views. She offered to have our things moved and made everything seamless for us. Our second day we came back to the room to find strawberries. I am guessing those were compliments of Margarita. Yesterday we came back to the room to find two hats and an anniversary card from Margarita and Breanna. First class Margarita epitomizes customer service. The Four Seasons is fortunate to have someone who goes over and above to create such great memories for their guests!

It's definitely very nice, with comfortable beds, excellent sheets/towels, a walk in closet, spacious bathroom and nice seating with a TV on the veranda. There are robes for in-room use, complimentary slippers, and an umbrella in the room (yes it actually rained while we were there). The mini bar prices were a bit outrageous--$9 for a bottle of sparkling water, and $15 for a small container of gummy bears, but they did have complimentary tea and espresso. 3 nights of self parking cost roughly $92 including tax. I HATE having to pay for parking at EXPENSIVE hotels. It should be included unless it is valet parking. If a mid range hotel can provide a decent room, free breakfast, free parking, and free internet access for less than $200 a night, then 4 Seasons should be able to provide free self parking when a room costs roughly $1,000 a night and doesn't even include breakfast. Our room was a rather long way from the resort lobby and included an uphill walk in the rain. We had multiple events to attend in the main building, so this was a bit of an issue for us. We could have called for a golf cart pick up, but that's not exactly convenient or even timely when so many people are trying to do the same thing. We found the resort staff to be attentive and friendly. So if you are looking for comfort with an element of poshness and you don't mind the hefty price tag, then 4 Seasons will meet your needs.

Yelp
Wow. Where to begin... We pull up and awwww, our favorite place to stay Four Seasons! This was our first time in Scottsdale but we were definitely NOT disappointed. Mike at the front in valet is amazing. He had great restaurant knowledge and was always on top of helping us with anything. I had the absolute BEST facial ever... the black diamond facial and we had a couples massage. My massage therapist was exceptional and has been with the company for 25 yrs. We loved every second of the time spent there. Everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. The restaurants on the property were great and we had a peaceful time. It was exactly what we needed before the end of the year.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the attention to detail for everything here. Every four seasons resort focuses on customer service and brand loyalty. I would 100% choose to go to a four seasons before anything else. The Scottsdale resort is a desert oasis and the food here at the different restaurant concepts is enjoyable. I like that they also have activities to do for the kids while they wait. And the pools here are dream. And of course you get scooted around the whole resort in golf carts very VIP.

Yelp
can't say enough wonderful things about this place! the attention to detail and hospitality is above & beyond at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. i love that there is golf shuttle service to your room and restaurants. the rooms are well thought out and stocked and the overall layout is perfect for a staycation or spa day. got a massage this visit and was thoroughly relaxed afterwards. can't wait to return!

Yelp
Stayed at Four Seasons Resort at Troon North -10600 E. Crescent Moon Drive in Scottsdale. I indulged by booking the Kiva Plunge Pool Suite. I know, I know, very pricey $$$$, but you only live once. First, they are pet-friendly at the Four Seasons - big points! On arrival, they had a bowl of dog cookies waiting for my dog - more points. For me, fruit and chocolate awaited. Nice touch. The room was approximately 1000 sq. ft., with one large bedroom, two bathrooms, and a private plunge pool in the patio area. Lovely, private, and quiet. Plenty of towels and RAIN water. I recommend it if you want to get away and are willing to pay. Suggested Improvements - clean the private patio area, remove debris around the pool and the dead bugs in the pool, and remove cobwebs on the front porch light. It is also time to change some of the chair cushions that are showing signs of usage (stains). For the price, it should be pristine. If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would; however, that is not an option on Yelp. Please keep in mind that the hotel is pet friendly, service is excellent, the exterior hotel grounds are maintained, there are incredible mountain views and nearby hiking trails, and my room was very nice. It is a Luxury Hotel.

Yelp
Four Seasons in Scottsdale is an oasis in the city. While Scottsdale is a built-up city, Four Seasons is situated in a way that there is more of a remote feel. The mountains that the property backs up to assists with the secluded feel. Staff at the hotel were fantastic. We were greeted by each staff member we passed. People near the entrance were quick with directions for the areas we were planning on visiting. Some Four Seasons amenities include pools, pickleball, tennis, fitness classes, kid's programs, restaurants, room service, and hiking. There is a full service spa. The spa includes a salon. Views from the back of the hotel and the outdoor/courtyard area are spectacular at sunset. The sky was a blaze of purple, orange and pink. There were a number of people there specifically to watch the sunset. It was the quintessential desert sunset. The Four Seasons has a distinctly southwest aesthetic. That feel extends into the accommodations. Rooms are suites or casitas. The rooms have an upscale yet natural southwestern feel.

Yelp
It's your standard Four Seasons property, which is easily 5 stars. We had a deluxe casita. Plush room, huge bathroom. Well appointed. Loved the patio. It's basically in the middle of nowhere, you come here to relax & never have to leave the property. The pools are awesome (recommend the deluxe cabana if you visit when it's really hot). On-site restaurants are all great. Spa is wonderful (albeit expensive). Well equipped gym. Take advantage of all this resort has to offer. Property is lovely. Lots of bunnies! The usual gracious & helpful staff.

Abir T.

Yelp
I only got to stay here for one night but everything was incredible - from the room, the amazing service staff and stunning view from my Vista Casita. I didn't even want to sleep so I could enjoy all the amenities. I highly recommend waking up for the sunrise and enjoying the pink skies and beautiful mountain views.

Yelp
Life is good at The Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale. This place is beyond amazing. An incredibly beautiful property with flawless service. It's tough to single out the best part of the resort. The dining options were extremely memorable and the pool areas were such a treat. The surrounding hiking trails, plants and wildlife were all very special. Grateful to have experienced this place.

Yelp
Beautiful property in the sun drenched desert. Entry to the resort includes driving down long winding road. Residence homes located right next door. Exceptional service from checkin until departure with staff remembering your name the entire time. 2 pools onsite including kid pool and hot hub. Also can smoke cigars after 9:30pm outside by fire pit area. 2 restaurants onsite. Tennis courts and spa. Loved our room which was on 3rd floor and had balcony looking at mountain landscape.

Yelp
I came here for the Christmas buffet and was blown away. The views from the property are amazing. You haven't seen Phoenix until you visit the Four Seasons. The resort is about a 30-minute drive from downtown Scottsdale, and roughly 40 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).The Four Seasons Scottsdale has a great sense of place, with a contemporary southwestern design. As we pulled up to the hotel we were immediately welcomed by one of the bellmen, and escorted to the lobby. There was a nice sitting area outside the lobby, plus fruit-infused water and sunscreen. The lobby has a large sitting area with cozy couches and chairs, as well as a fireplace. I love the floor-to-ceiling windows, as there are some great views from here. The lobby also has plenty of outdoor seating, including fire pits. The lawns outside the lobby are beautifully manicured, and there are lots of nice paths you can walk around. Talavera is the Four Seasons Scottsdale's signature restaurant and is described as a modern Spanish steakhouse. It's located just off the lobby, and has a charming indoor dining room, plus a terrace. For the buffet, there were plenty of seafood options. Each was perfectly prepared. The prime rib and lamb were equally delicious. The team really outdid themselves with the desserts. They even had a s'mores station and charred the marshmallows with a blowtorch. We also ordered some espresso martinis that were excellent. Since this was a special buffet, I can't speak to how Talavera would usually be, but I strongly suspect that all of the resort's F&B options are extraordinary. Service at the Four Seasons Scottsdale was excellent across the board. Even though everyone was working on a holiday, they were professional and pleasant.

Yelp
The Four Seasons was my wedding venue for our March 2021 wedding. If I could give them 100 stars I would. All the steps from early planning to execution on the actual wedding day was done flawlessly. We worked with Jamie who helped us every step of the way with large details, small ones, and everything in between. She was always available on the days leading up to the wedding to ease our nerves and answer questions. She has such a calm demeanor, it really gave me no reason to worry! The event space is so BEAUTIFUL. Twinkling lights and the gorgeous Arizona sunset just make it extra magical. The restaurants, bars and lobby are also stunning. The entire resort is a desert oasis, and it was so much fun watching all our friends and family from the Midwest experience Arizona for the first time. On the actual wedding day, everything was executed perfectly. I had absolutely zero worries because the staff was SO professional and well trained, there was really nothing for me to stress about! I can't tell you how many people raved about the employees and the venue. We of course stayed there that evening and the room was absolutely incredible! I could not recommend the Four Seasons more. It was a night we will never forget and we feel so special we were able to celebrate it there!

Yelp
How does the Four Seasons Scottsdale have the Best Staff in the Luxury Hotel Space... from the GM Kelly Moreton who is so Perfect that I sent an email to the CEO OF FOUR SEASONS, her staff is beyond Phenomenal too. From Kofi at the front door and the concierges/front desk to the Superstar team in the Restaurant Proof, led by Michael and his Dynamic Kind Caring Friendly Professional Staff like Manny, Amy and Alyssa, there's 5 more STARS THAT I ADORE TOO, I'll get their names.. A Fantastic Fun and uplifting Experience every time. I travel the World and stay in the finest hotels and no one can compete with this property... the views are Priceless and the staff are rare GEMS

Yelp
The Four Seasons in Scotsdale North hardly resembles any of the Four Seasons I've frequented from Hawaii to Canada to Mexico to California and elsewhere. The service is at best adequate, the food subpar, the friendliness factor so prevalent at other Four Seasons entirely missing. You know it's a problem when your eleven year old with no capacity for snark or snobbishness comments on how bad the food is and that he couldn't reach the front desk numerous times as they don't answer the phone. The remote setting and landscaping and rooms are lovely. It's the people and food that are lacking in what is clearly the highest priced resort anywhere nearby. I cannot recommend staying here, not at these prices. I'd rather pay more and stay elsewhere where I'm guaranteed the kind of service and amenities this hotel chain is known for.

Yelp
The resort portion (pool, restaurants, scenery) was great. The location of the pool and the service at the pool and restaurant I visited were excellent. However, this review will not concentrate on that as the hotel completely wipes away any good rating the pool and restaurant would have received. The hotel itself and the evening/night manager at the front reception desk were both terrible. The rooms are advertised as being "Casita guest rooms", but are located in three story buildings with elevators. Casita in Spanish means "small house" or "cottage", and there is nothing casita like about them. Additionally, the air conditioning in the hotel room was awful and did nothing to cool the room. The mini-fridge kept making a constant loud noise throughout the night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with it being lumpy in some areas and flat in others. The sheets felt low quality and I have been more comfortable in cheaper chain hotels. I put in my initial booking to be in a room close to the pool. Instead, I was put in the furthest possible location. Either my request was not reviewed, reviewed and ignored, or I was intentionally placed further away. If it was not possible to be placed close to the pool, I should have received a call with an explanation. The night receptionist/manager, who lacked any sort of customer service skills (unlike other staff) did nothing to accommodate me and I ended up booking another room at a different resort on the spot. I could not believe they would want a customer to leave without attempting to make any accommodation or arraignment. Upon checking out earlier than I was supposed to, the day receptionist was much better and attempted to convince me to stay and offered to move my room. However, I had already booked at the other resort. I would come back to spend a day at the resort, but would never stay another night at the Four Seasons ever again. The experience was so terrible I don't think I'd every stay overnight at any Four Seasons property ever again.

Yelp
The rooms , amenities and the staff are top notch. Highly recommend. This was a company President Club event. The brunch, lunch and dinner was excellent.

Yelp
I have stayed at this resort multiple times. It is very beautiful with true Arizona style. Everything is kept extremely clean and did not seem over crowded. One hiccup occurred on my trip was the smoke detector waking me up at 1 am in the morning due to the need for batteries to be changed. I attempted to remove the batteries but it continued to beep. I notified the front desk, and someone was sent up to fix the problem. This incident was a bit scary due to it being so early in the morning and having to choose between sleep and allowing a stranger into your room at a crazy time. The kids club was awesome. My girls loved the staff. Pool and restaurant staff were attentive and took great care of us. Again great place to stay although smoke detectors should be serviced regularly to prevent crazy incidents like mine.

Yelp
Had such a lovely stay here! Highly recommend a room with a firepit on the patio. It was great having meals out there. This property has attentive staff. Really enjoyed the food at the restaurants and from in room dining. Loved sitting out by the pool and relaxing. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The only reason for four stars is that there were a couple of little hiccups. Our fireplace didn't work the first night and we had to ask someone to come look at it. We had to dig out the plugs for the coffee and tea bar because they became disconnected and we couldn't move the furniture to get them out. There was also dried shampoo on the wall near the bath tube, which always makes me feel a little weird. But outside of those few little things, wonderful. The Spa was also fantastic. Had a really great massage and enjoyed the steam room. Definitely would come back.

Yelp
Another spectacular massage by Veronique. Please , if you can book her! Will join you again for the Easter holiday! Cheers darling!

Yelp
Overall a wonderful experience. The service is stellar. All staff we encountered were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. They anticipated our needs and asked if they could help at every turn. The views are spectacular. Our room was extremely clean (and quiet). Our patio was so adorable, with a pretty rug, two fun chairs, a table and TV, as well as a comfortable couch swing on one end. The grounds are filled with cacti, succulents and magnificent trees. Lots of wildlife around as well; we saw rabbits, squirrels, and quail by day and a large toad one night. The outdoor foot paths around the property inspire daily walks. Proof restaurant is open on the property from 7-11 am for breakfast and lunch and 11am to 10 pm for lunch and dinner. There are several misting stations within the main outdoor area which provide cool circulation while eating. There are also many tables along the balcony which have nice views of the property. The pool is open 24 hours, which seems amazing. Servers are available at the pool from 8 am to 4 pm and in casita dining is available from 7 am to 10 pm. Cabanas are also available to rent by the day. The deluxe cabana comes with two shaded lounge chairs for $175. The luxury (tent-like) has loveseats, a TV, chips and salsa served throughout the day and a mini fridge with water and sodas for $375. This location is really beautiful and I would recommend to anyone who appreciates excellent service and spotless rooms.

Yelp
Of course, the Four Seasons always does it right. This location is removed from Scottsdale and the fine dining and shopping of the Fashion square - by about 35 minutes or so, if you plan to do a ton of that while in town, probably this is a bit far bc you're going to have to drive it over and over again. We had a busy day our first night and had to rush from the Scottsdale spa to the hotel, check-in, then drive right back for dinner at Nobu. If you stay here - you will be close to the McDowell Preserve and all the hikes. You can access the Pinnacle Peak hike from the resort without even driving so take advantage! We did Tom's thumb at sunset and it was a 12 minute drive with tons of parking and an absolutely stunning hike and final payoff at the end. There are several pools and an adult only, the grounds are beautiful, there is a nice gift shop, service is top-notch and they strive to spoil you (as always) and make you feel like you are their top priority even if they are at max capacity. We stayed in a two queen bed casita right near the lobby with a mountain and cactus view - lovely and quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our three-night, four day stay here and would absolutely come back again!

Yelp
What an outstanding week! Service was always spot on. Amenities abound. The spa was ideal. A shout out to Adam at Proof, everything was above and beyond expectations. Lenny and Ashley at the pool treated us like royalty. The flower arrangement my kids had secretly pre-ordered were in my room upon arrival. Loved our in-room fireplace.

Mitchell H.

Yelp
May have been the least secure valet I've ever seen. Had multiple problems getting our car and they gave away our keys to another guests which is stone cold unacceptable. Also was extremely poor value for money. Beyond the rooms being average at best for the money, 18 dollars for a shot of Jack Daniels at the bar is highway robbery and shows a fundamental disrespect for you as a guest.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing holiday "staycation" stayed at the residences, staff was fantastic! Love the kitchen and living/dining room, equipped with everything you could want. Fireplaces in every room, well stocked bathroom and plenty of closet space. I also like the three balconies one in each bedroom and living room. A+ for the powder room for when we had people over. Decor is a bit dated and the tub faucet was temperamental other than that a week of bliss!!!!!!

Laura G.

Yelp
I stayed in the Four Seasons Residences on the property of the resort. During my stay I had access to all of the resorts amenities. There were two beautiful pools with pool side cabanas, 24 hour fitness center with yoga and other fitness classes, spa and spa services, several restaurants and more. Complementary services included morning coffee at the front desk, magazine & sunscreen by the pool, WiFi , free parking, guided nature tour and more. Every time I visited the front desk or Proof restaurant I was handed a water bottle. I love that they actively help keep their guests hydrated. The service at the Four Seasons is next level wonderful. I highly recommend this resort.

Yelp
Been wanting to try their restaurant so we opt fir Onyx Bar. Very pleasant outside with misters. Beautiful views!!! Mussels were fair for me (very picky) but husband really liked. Chips, salsa n guacamole generous portions and delicious Drinks were on point Highly recommend!

Yelp
No doubt lives up to the hype of a four seasons fine dinning experience. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was majestic with an incredible view. Menu was a bit small but drink menu was sufficient. Had the bronzino fish with asparagus and carrots. The presentation was spot on. Had simple desert menu like churros but the presentation was on steroids.

Yelp
This was my first visit back at Four Seasons since COVID-19 and we were so happy to be back! The service at every Four Seasons is unparalleled. Even Boulders (another 5 star in North Scottsdale) service doesn't compare. The rooms/restroom were fine - pretty standard. Loved how they had a TV in the patio area and a fireplace in the room. The property was beautiful! Lovely views and feels like you're in the wild. Saw endless stars. Beautiful sunset behind the rocks. Mainly came here for the pool which was lovely. Again, the pool staff was great! They had 3 pools so it was spread out. I felt safe and that everyone was respectful of social distancing. COVID wise, all staff wore masks which I appreciated and it felt clean. They also had hand sanitizer stations in hot spots. They're also dog friendly! (No additional cost) It was a lovey stay and a great getaway from all this madness.

Veronica M.

Yelp
Beautiful resort in North Scottsdale. Highly recommend you stay on property for meals and activities. Yoga class was awesome.

Yelp
It's amazing how a 5 star experience can quickly slide to two stars when the employees at Talavera treat hotel guests so poorly. It was the first time I didn't feel welcome. Keep note of the date, whoever was working the hostess stand (two women) made me question why I come to stay here. I'm blown away and appalled at the rudeness.

Yelp
Four Seasons in Scottsdale is perfect if you want to stay close to home and not go anywhere else, which isn't difficult here in Troon North. There is absolutely nothing to do in this part of Scottsdale, except drink and eat and stroll through a dry desert. We did a few hikes in the area and you'll be hard pressed to find some real incline. Regardless, Four Seasons has always had impeccable landscaping and creating an idyll atmosphere in this shit world. Somehow, they were able to make Arizona slightly bearable for me. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff was the epitome of great hospitality, and I wish I could receive that same level of service everywhere I go. When we came here, there was only 1 restaurant open along with the spa with limited services/hours. Although I'm saddened I couldn't experience Four Seasons to its fullest extent, I still had a great time getting drunk and full off their hummus platter by the pool. That was my full weekend agenda here.

Yelp
Recently joined friends at the Four Seasons for early appetizers at Proof Canteen (one of many restaurants on the property). We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, the food, the great Four Seasons White Wine, the Cheese & Charcuterie Board and the patio with drool worthy views of Pinnacle Peak and the surrounding desertscapes. Afterwards we hit Onyx Bar (just off the lobby) for more libations and merriment. Early December is a great time to experience it before the holiday rush. Great experience the grounds are just spectacular.

Yelp
We often come here for staycations because you really feel as if you are in another world. Yes, there are still cactus, desert plants and animals but the peaceful atmosphere of the resort and the exceptional service really are second to none. The best times to come are between November and March because you just want to be outside enjoying everything the resort has to offer. ( not the least expensive time) regardless, a wonderful vacation each and every time.

Yelp
What on earth is anyone going to say negative about a four seasons hotel? Impeccable service beginning to end. The ground s are kept up perfectly, the doorman is on point and the room service is second to none. I guess if I were to add something they need to work on it would be free nights for people who leave great Yelp reviews.

Yelp
The Four Seasons at Troon North is the epitome of a luxury resort. The exceptional, personalized service and willingness to attend to almost any request was so appreciated. They equally appreciated the gratuity. The chef-prepared food is phenomenal and the presentation gorgeous. For dessert, we had moist chocolate torte adorned with gold leaves and delicious macaroons. They hand churn the ice cream here too. Brought our service dog, Gucci with us and he loved the biscuits made in house by the pastry chef! There are trails nearby and wildlife is all around. We saw a roadrunner and sweetly singing birds atop trees. My husband and stayed here for a Christian conference-Global Media Outreach. Our emcee and comedian, Adam Christing was going over the logistics of hotel check out and said, "Check out is at noon, but of course you can request a late check-out. I requested March 11th". So funny.

Yelp
This review is for the spa. The spa amenities include a steam room, sauna, locker room with showers, and a relaxation room. The resort pool (I'm told) can be used by spa guests during the summer off season. The steam room and sauna were closed due to covid. The locker room was small and dated, but it included all the products you would normally find in a four seasons spa locker room. The relaxation room off the men's locker room had four swivel chairs and a tea station setup. The chairs weren't all the comfortable and in my opinion the room wasn't really conducive to relaxation. The pool area was nice, the attendants did a nice job of getting you set up and delivering poolside service. I love that sunscreen was provided at the pool, sun bum too! There were lots of children in the main pool but for the most part they were well behaved/supervised and not a bother. The spa treatment was good. 90 minutes passed in the blink of an eye. It began with an attempt to upswell some add ons. My massage therapist frequently checked in to see how things were going. If I return, I will request that they do not check in and I will let them know if I have any feedback. I left feeling good, but the experience fell short of four seasons spa experiences I've had at various other four seasons locations.

Yelp
Our daughter was married at this location on October 3rd, 2021. We had approximately 130 guests. The service was impeccable, the food was just as perfect as it was at the tasting ...Delicious!! Cheers to the Four Seasons team, thanks for the most incredible day for our daughter and new son-in-law. What a PERFECT weekend! The Ernst

Yelp
I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I made a reservation for Mother's Day Brunch at the Four Seasons because we have had other great experiences at Four Season all over the world in the past. Unfortunately, not this time at this location. We arrived a little bit before our reservation time to be told that they were waiting on tables to leave. We were eventually seated 40 minutes after our reservation time stuck in a corner table by the service station. We were quoted a set price per person for the Bruch made through the hotel concierge on Open Table. The food was very generic, and nothing really stood out. We had a few mimosas that were not included in the price and when I received the bill the price per person was $20 higher than I was quoted per person. I also overheard another table talk to the manager about the same issue. I brought this to the server's attention and he had a manager stop by and he asked us who quoted us that. I also showed him the conformation with the price quote. It was like he did not believe me. No where was it mentioned that an auto gratuity was also being added on for a party of 3. Our bill ended up coming to $625 for a very nonmemorable dining occasion. I would never go back to this resort for any special occasion dining.

Yelp
I came here for a friend's wedding (didn't stay the night, was just here for the event). The venue was beautiful! I really liked the view of the mountains and Phoenix skyline. They had a super cute gift shop but it was really expensive (like $300 for a beautiful dress!). It was fun to look around it, though. I am vegetarian and also have Celiac's disease, so naturally I was really worried about getting sick. My friend had alerted them to this. They made sure to make contact with me and prepared my meal separately, including a slice of cake! It was all so delicious. The best part is I didn't get sick, meaning they took proper precautions to ensure everything was GF (since I'm pretty sensitive). The woman assisting our table, Suzanna, was amazing. She had everything under control and put me at ease. I can't speak to the rooms because I didn't stay, but overall my experience here was great. Thank you!

Yelp
My wife, my grandson went the four season called Proof. The greeter tried to turn us away because they "don't serve locals on holidays. Since when is local money less desirable then visitors money. The restaurant was no where near sold out

Yelp
I cannot give this place anything but 5 stars! From the service, to the property, to the food and drinks. Everything was just exceptional in my eyes. This was the first kid free vacation my husband and I have had in about a year. We were so very excited to go to AZ and explore what the state has to offer. I read reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor for about 12 different hotels in the Scottsdale and Sedona area. From that list I narrowed it down to 3, and then had my husband pick 2. From those 2 I made the final decision to come to the Four Seasons. Not only because I looked at picture after picture to make sure that this hotel is exactly what we love (views, quietness, great pool, and a spa) but also because the week we were coming they were running a special. Upon on arrival the front desk had notified us that our room was not ready. We could leave our car in valet without being charged, they would also keep our luggage and deliver it when the room was ready. We were more than welcome to walk around the property and also use the pool until we received a text message that the room was ready for us. So we did just that. Grabbed our bathing suits, walked around a little, then headed to the pool. Now let me tell you about the pool - it's fantastic. Much better service than we received at our All Inclusive choice for our honeymoon. Joel & Andrew are the best! Between them refilling our water, making sure we were set on food and drinks, or even bringing us new towels and an umbrella. Every day we spent at the pool was perfect! Our room had the best view of the mountains. Always stocked with towels and water on our nightstand. Even though we were close to the pool it was the perfect amount of peacefulness. The patio was great! I loved sitting outside in the morning and evenings. My husband and I also received a couples massage during our stay. The spa is so relaxing. Everything is so clean, and the products in the shower...well I wanted to steal them! I wanted to go back to the steam room one night to really get nice and relaxed before bed, but we never had time. I'd love to come back to this property! We never did explore everything. Like the golf course and driving range. There is just so much to see and do in AZ!

Yelp
This was our first time at the Four Seasons - and it will be our last. We normally stick to Ritz Carlton resorts, but we needed a place in Scottsdale. This by far was one of the worst hotels we have ever visited, worse than hotels at half the price. It was extremely chaotic when we arrived, no one even knew what was going on in valet or where to park. We get to the check desk and they couldn't give us keys to the room right away; therefore, someone would have to take us there. So we then take our car & park outside our room to meet the person. We all have to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs outdoors to our room. There was only one guy and he was trying to carry our two bags, but struggling. So we had to help him out. It would've been beneficial if the resort had an elevator. When we walked inside, the room was extremely small and outdated. It looked like the 90s to me. The bathroom was dirty and the bedding was dirty. We promptly started searching online as to where we could drive to in order to get to a familiar hotel brand that wasn't booked. Meanwhile, they brought us a welcome snack. It consisted of one glass of warm ice tea - yuck! I guess we were supposed to share? Also, there was some dried out corn bread.I honestly have never experienced anything like it in this price range. There were no bottled waters or anything you would expect in a resort of this caliber. The grounds were a mess, there were all kinds of things sitting in the pool, we don't know what they were. Not sure if they were cleaning it? We tried to have a cocktail at one of the outdoor restaurants. The gas lights on the side of the building kept leaking gas. We said something to the waitress and she said it does it all the time. We both started getting lightheaded. The way it was explained is that they cannot keep the flames lit - so it just let gas escape. Again, worse than any experience I've had even outside of the country. Another annoyance of this property is that you would have to get a ride in a golf cart to the pool. If you wanted to go back-and-forth from the pool to your room, it is a very long walk. But honestly, this would be the least of your problems. We decided to leave yet that night, after traveling all day. We canceled the rest of our vacation. We were on the property for only two hours, we never even unpacked. However, they would not let us out of that night's room charge. Very disappointing customer service to top everything off.

Yelp
Lots of Positives but Negatives really disappointed us - Our expectations might have been set too high because we rarely pay these prices for a room ($625/night Deluxe King Casita 11/2017). Very lovely room - large with many luxurious touches - large balcony looking to the hills, large bathroom with soaking tub, fireplace with sitting area. Hotel service staff were uniformly awesome - friendly, polite, competent. The negatives - room overdue for renovation: mattress was lumpy, carpet was traffic-stained, desk chair bottom cushion sunken, my night stand drawer would not stay closed, shower temperature was 'wonky' / tempermental. By far the worst issue for me was the uncomfortable bed. Quality of Restaurant service staff varied by restaurant and time of day. While we agree with other reviewers that you're limited to expensive meals if you chose to eat onsite, one of the last nights after exploring the area, we ended up sharing a plate. The waiter didn't bat an eyelash & we happily enjoyed our dinner, drinks & desserts with a tally closer to our norm. Special note - early morning enjoying coffee on our balcony we saw a family of Javelina trot across the base of the mountain right out back of our room! Adult & 2 young. Why didn't we complain to management? Mr wanted to & was aggravated I wasn't willing. But we checked in really late after a busy day, the issues gradually revealed themselves & I hate to repack or trust others to pack for me.

Yelp
Came to enjoy a beautiful vacation and left with resentment. Not only was my apple MacBook Pro stolen from my room during our stay, I also slept with bugs. Night staff sleep on the job so do not expect anyone to assist you with valet or bags during the night shift as I had to hunt staff down every night I stayed. Major changes must be made. I will not be back.

Yelp
Worst service ever in the hotel bar. 30 mins. To get a glass of wine. I was disappointed, especially for four seasons.

Yelp
We recently did a little stay cation here at the Four Seasons. I was so surprised at how nice it was and of course during the summertime there's so few people here but I have to say most of all the service was so so nice and they took great care of us. The Room service was amazing and the restaurants were all 5 star. I would have loved to stay longer but of course we had to get back to reality. Will definitely recommending this wonderful hotel to all of my friends.

Yelp
I recently stayed here for 4 nights. The scenery is dramatic and beautiful, but depending on which Casita you're stationed at, the view can be drastically different. If you're lucky you'll end up in a Casita within the 1xx or 3xx range. These are nicely situated close to the lobby, Proof restaurant, and the pool. Also, the rear-facing view from these units is unobstructed and they face Cresent Butte. The accommodations are adequate, however, I found some things lacking. The only fridge is a mini-bar, which is already stuffed to the brim with their goods. You can ask for a fridge to be brought up to you, but because the Casitas are scattered across a large property, it would make sense to equip all rooms with an empty fridge of their own. This could also be problematic if you have mobility problems, as some units could be very far away from amenities. The pool looks very nice, complete with very private cabanas, but they are not very deep. Drinks at the Saugaruo Blossom bar are all $15+, but I did not find that the drinks lived up to their price tags. We had numerous breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets provided for by the Resort. The food would have to be my biggest complaint. The buffet food was underseasoned, dry, and rather lackluster. Even the beef filet and lobster tail were a letdown, I believe they cook these items in a large industrial convection oven instead of broiling them or searing them quickly. The service, on the other hand, was very efficient, friendly, and would pretty much satisfy any desire if asked. While the Resort itself is tucked away in an alluring part of Scottsdale, it's also far from anything relevant. The nearest Target is about 16 miles away. Almost no alternate dining destinations are available. There is a Walgreens and Circle K about 1.25 miles down Alma School Rd. I would highly recommend renting a car if you're going to be staying here, of course, parking is $10 a night for the non-valet variety. Scottsdale proper has many restaurants, shopping venues, and things to explore. Getting there, however, is not an easy task, and even an Uber/Lyft won't be cheap. Talavera and Proof are both rather unimaginative and overpriced. A half chicken meal at Proof is almost $40, and I do not believe the chicken itself had any special origins to justify the hefty cost. The tennis courts are well kept and clean, and they also provide racquets, elementary equipment of course, but it's convenient to not have to pack them. The Spa/Gym are passable, but nothing special. Ironically one of the best things I had here was a gratis strawberry limeade. If you see that near the front desk make sure to fill up. The mini-bar is outrageously expensive, with a 375ml bottle of Tito's priced at $42. Gummy bears (non Haribo variety) were $10 if memory serves me correctly. Given the ambiance, I expected to pay a premium, but I did not anticipate doltish price gouging. I woefully have to recommend the Fairmont Princess Scottsdale over this particular Four Seasons.

Yelp
I attended a wedding at the four seasons yesterday and just need to say I was so impressed. Not only is it a completely swoon-worthy wedding venue.... but the service was wonderful. And I was most impressed by how they have handled COVID. I felt perfectly safe the entire time & was able to relax and have an amazing time. Upon arrival they give every guest a piece of paper with their protocols and politely enforce them. All guests mask the entire time, even outside. Everything was well spaced. Thank you Four Seasons for rising to the occasion with the challenge of providing a safe and beautiful space for a wedding. Well done for creating one of the best covid experiences I've had.

Yelp
Could I say enough good things about this place?! Wedding Venue: First of all, Ryan and I got married here after falling in love with the grounds and the staff. There is truly nothing like the staff here. They are genuinely friendly, enthusiastic, have great attention to detail, and have superb follow up (which is so fantastic when you're planning a wedding and there are a zillion' things to do!). Resort: If you're looking for a serene peaceful place in the Sonoran desert, this is your spot. The rooms have a certain character about them. They are high class desert-scape at its finest. Our favorite room has a private hot tub in the back and backs up to the mountains. Food: MmmmMmMm! So good. Our wedding guests still comment on the food at our wedding. And by the way, a year after getting married we moved from SF back to Scottsdale...and ended up buying a house....across the street! So great news for us - we still eat at Proof and Talavera if we're feelin' fancy or have something to celebrate. Thanks for everything! Love this place.

Yelp
Outstanding/ Amazing Place. The Service and the staff was awesome. Great big rooms. Very good restaurants. One of the best places I have ever been.
