Four Sigmatic Shroom Room

Although I enjoy the coffee , their customer service is horrible. How can a company this size have “4 dedicated people” in customer service. I canceled my subscription last month yet they billed and shipped again this month without warning. ( shipping info does not come from four sigmatic but from a different vendor) I have been calling, texting and emailing them for four days and have not heard back from anyone. Needless to say I will not be buying products from them anymore.

Love mushrooms and the variety of products they have. Mario was super helpful and knowledgeable, graciaas! I got some freebies and samples, can't wait to go back and get more stuff like the coffee and the cacao reishi. Currently trying the creamer.

A highlight of my new York trip for sure! Awesome to discover the four sigmatic products here and it got me hooked on them for sure 👍
