I have been trying to cancel my subscription for one of their mushroom blend products for at least the last 6 months. Customer service never answers the phone. I have emailed them several times instructing them to cancel my subscription. Finally, I called my credit card provider and had them block this company so they could no longer post charges to my credit card and steal money from me. I should have done this a long time ago, but I always just get busy and forget to follow through and make sure my credit card is no longer being billed. I am convinced that they do not answer the phone, reply to voice messages or emails, and refuse to follow instructions to cancel subscriptions intentionally. Their scam is to just ignore customer outreach and make it impossible to to cancel a subscription. These people are crooks. If this is happening to you, contact your credit card provider and block them. I am going to try to get my credit card company to reimburse me for all of the charges of have been charged since I demanded subscription cancelation via voice messages and email.
