Google
Love this place. Food is delicious and very consistent. The R7, fried fish over rice, is some of the best fish anywhere. I also get the Bahn Mi and crispy spring rolls on the regular. The baguette they use is unbeatable, so good.

Google
Nothing to write about here. There are so many better places. I had the Pho, it was uninspiring and the broth was very watery - lacking flavor. The food was average at best. The place feels like a fast food joint.

I was craving Asian food so decided to try this place. It's located in the bustling neighborhood of Clarendon, one block from the metro station. I went for lunch on a Sunday; it wasn't busy & I received my food right away. I ordered a pork rice dish & egg rolls. The portion was sizeable, & the flavors were on point. I'd return for the same dish. Restroom was clean.

Google
CARRY-OUT/DELIVERY REVIEW. Ordered some items for lunch through Door Dash! Enjoyed the Bún Tôm Thịt Nướng (grilled shrimp and pork with vermicelli) and Cơm Gà Nướng Xả (grilled lemongrass chicken with rice)—reasonable portions with good amounts of meat! I asked for extra nước mắm (fish sauce) and they made sure to have plenty—but their nước mắm was a bit on the bland side. Also tried the Chả Giò (pork spring rolls)—they were okay, the fried wrapping was a bit thick.

This is a cozy Vietnamese restaurant in the Clarendon/Ballston area. It’s a busy part of the city so one may have to hunt around for parking, but there is ample street and paid parking around the area. The restaurant offers street side dining (when weather permits). You need to go to the counter and order. They give you a number and will also generally give you your drink. I ordered their cold Thai tea and it was excellent. They have a wide variety of choices with very reasonable prices and generous portions. Their vegetable spring roll appetizers were enough to be an entree. I ordered the tofu, veggie bowl. Very tasty and healthy. Took me a while to go thru it but enjoyed every bite. The wait staff is very courteous and even though we went at their busiest time during lunch, we were served in less than 5 minutes. I noticed there were several regulars, probably working in the neighborhood, who were simply ordering with the menu codes. There were also quite a few take out customers who were given a separate area to sit in. Based on my limited time there I did get the sense that they prioritized dine in over take outs, though it was counter intuitive. Since one paid at the counter for dine in also, there is no expectation of gratuity. Overall a very satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

Google
Great prices for portions and super delicious! Our family had the pork and chicken banh mi and the bread was so soft with a nice crust on the outside. We also had the beef pho and the lemongrass chicken.

Google
Lady at the counter is ALWAYS rude. Thry stop serving food an hour before closing and turned the lights off at 843pm and they dont close till 9. I mean, I GET IR but it was atill super rude and inconsiderate. We were having family dinner and they ruined it. Also the vibes from the Asian patrons is always off, like they don't want us there. We always get mean stares only from that culture. Everyone else minds their business. So the energy is always off, behind the counter and just overall. The gentleman who wait tables are super nice (he is Hispanic, so different culture). The price point is too high. $45 for 3 bowls of pho with no drink. Even with inflation that's too high for broth. I only went here because the other Pho spots were closed. WILL NOT BE BACK! Worst pho place I've ever been to and I've been to DOZENS! DO BETTER!

Google
Ventured here after a rep in the Apple Store nearby highly recommended it! I ordered the Bánh Mì Bò Nướng (grilled beef sandwich), the Bún Thịt Nướng (grilled pork noodles) and pork egg rolls! All absolutely delicious!!! All meats were very tender and flavorful! I can’t wait to go back!

Yelp
Our daughter was hoping for Four Sisters Grill food at her bridal shower. Ly and her staff came through with flair. The food was absolutely delicious. The packaging for transport was sturdy, secure, and well labeled. The staff helped load and ensured we had everything we needed. (Nothing was missing!) It is a delight to work with Ly and her people. Thank for being a big part of our special day.

Yelp
Without a doubt, the best Vietnamese food in Clarendon! It is fair priced and has a super convenient location. With summertime upon us, the outdoor seating vibes are unparalleled. I will definitely continue to come back!

Yelp
Thinking it was similar to Four Sisters that was at Gallows road in Mosaic, I went. I don't want to waste anymore time even typing but Pho was I think, was out of one of those packages you get from the grocery store. They also give you one time use plastic spoon that is for kids.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
While the food at Four Sisters remains good, the service has degraded to the point where I no longer think it's worth giving them another chance. They always act like serving you is a real inconvenience. You can order more than an hour before closing time and they try to rush you out the door as if you're keeping them late. If you haven't fled yet by 45 minutes before closing, they'll start obnoxiously sweeping under your table and stuff. I'm hard pressed to think of a ruder establishment. I stopped dining in months ago because they've made the vibe so uncomfortable. Tonight, I tried to stop in for takeout almost a half hour before closing and the doors were locked. I know restaurants continue to have a hard time. That's all the more reason I'd suggest taking your business to one of the countless establishments in the neighborhood that actually wants it.

Yelp
Staying at a hotel near by and craving Vietnamese food. This was a great pick for delivery. It came fast, hot, well seasoned, and with all the extras I asked for. Went with our regular order but had leftovers because portions were plentiful. The lemongrass pork and large crispy cha goi rolls were stand outs. We asked for extra lettuce to wrap them and it was heavenly!
google avatar

Yelp
An affordable place for Vietnamese staple food! Got the noodle bowl and really enjoyed them. The portion size was large and the meat was well seasoned. They close right on time so had to rush eating and quickly wrap up which was inconvenient. Very spacious indoor and outdoor seating and decent ambiance for group meals.
google avatar

Simer C.

Yelp
Generally, liked my experience here. You order and pay upfront and they bring your food to you. Ambiance: (5/5) Great indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant is very clean. Price: (4/5) Prices are average for the area. Portions are not too big. Food: (4/5) I really liked the pork. It was well seasoned and not chewy at all. There was a great mix of veggies. I do wish they had other sauce options than fish sauce and siracha since the noodles don't have any seasoning. Service: (5/5) Food comes out quick!
google avatar

Richie C.

Yelp
I only got the Banh mi but everyone in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying their meal. The steak Banh mi was very flavorful but the sandwich overall needed more moisture. I added sriracha and it helped. Definitely going back to try the pho.
google avatar

Mark R.

Yelp
We got take out a couple of times from the four sisters Grill. We are always satisfied with the food!
google avatar

Darrell L.

Yelp
With the closure of Four Sisters in Mosaic we now have to make the trip to Arlington and hit up the fast casual version of Four Sisters. Consensus is the food is just as good...pork chops over rice, lemongrass pork, Pho, and those spring rolls...wow, top notch. Granted you're not getting full serve, sit down restaurant type service but you will get a tasty, satisfying meal. If we are in Arlington we'd definitely come back again.
google avatar

Ian D.

Yelp
Great food for a decent price. Got Pho, Lemongrass Chicken, Crispy Spring Roll, and Banh Mi. People were nice too. Sat outside on a nice day, would recommend.
google avatar

Cassandra S.

Yelp
Love coming here for bahn mi and papaya salad! The location is super convenient right by the metro. Sometimes their packaging can be lacking though--the fish sauce for my papaya salad often spills a bit in the bag.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my new favorite spots in Arlington! Not sure how I went over a year without knowing this existed. I love lemongrass chicken and pork, and have had both from Four Sisters Grill and both were some of the best Vietnamese food I've had. The meat is so tender and the quantity is pretty good for the value. My only complaint is they don't have many options for combos -- i.e. "lemongrass chicken and shrimp." You can only add "extra" which costs $5-6. I added "extra shrimp" one time and the few pieces of shrimp weren't really worth the huge upcharge. Overall though easily 5 stars for the tender, flavorful meat and good/quick service. Hidden gem.
google avatar

Melissa C.

Yelp
I love four sisters grill for their beef pho. I call it in sometimes when I want warm comfort food, and the quality and efficiency are very consistent. I've also gotten a lemongrass chicken dish, and it's tasty and tender, lots of flavor. Folks are quick on the phone and friendly at checkout. Cute earrings are inside if you want to stay and eat. Right on my way home via the 38B or the metro at Clarendon. :)

Yelp
Ordered vermicelli dish with grilled shrimp and grilled pork. Delicious! Comes with noodles, a side of fish sauce, a side of cilantro and pickled julienned carrots/daikon Comes with sliced cucumber And lettuce / bean sprouts The flavor of the pork and shrimp was delicious The portion was perfect for one person, I couldn't finish it in one sitting and I kept coming back to it to eat more. We also ordered a banh mi sandwich, beef pho, and chicken pho. The pho came with more than enough soup, my family had left over soup after they ate their entire bowls. The sides come with sriracha and hoisin packets It also comes with the bean sprouts and a plastic soup spoon. Chopsticks and napkins were put in the bag as well. Everything was packed neatly and looked fresh. Would definitely order from this place again!
google avatar

Alice J.

Yelp
Good packaging, reasonable time to prepare food for in person order, and tasty (grilled shrimps are nice, see my photos). This place can be good if you come in here and order in person. Don't trust the apps (UberEat or DoorDash, both bad for this place because the restaurant could not be bothered to monitor the apps or get people to actually pick up the food to deliver).
google avatar

C K.

Yelp
If you have food allergies, FYI. Four Sisters has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. We order here often, but today I landed in the ER shortly after eating their food. I was in anaphylaxis after eating a peanut in food from an order that clearly said "Without Peanuts" (their selection option) and "Peanut Allergy." The thing is, this wasn't a rogue peanut or cross contamination issue. A bunch of them were there hidden under some meat. The restaurant never reached out to see if I was ok.
google avatar

Wilton P.

Yelp
The food here is fantastic! I ordered takeout in person and my food was prepared quickly and packaged nicely so that everything was still warm by the time I arrived home. No complaints from me. The service was great and the place looked nice inside, with plenary of seating. I look toward to dining in-person here s

Tom D.

Yelp
The food was great!! I walked in and there were plenty of seats. I had a chicken banh mi with no jalapeños that was flavorful and filling! Service was quick and friendly. Nice relaxed atmosphere, I would definitely come back!

Jeremy V.

Yelp
Ordered takeout from a hotel and was not disappointed. The crispy spring rolls were delicious! Definitely recommend adding them to your order. We had chicken, pork, and shrimp. With rice and with noodles. All was quite good for takeout. Very good flavor on the chicken and pork. All in all, would order again if I'm in Arlington.
google avatar

Yelp
Okay I absolutely adore this Vietnamese eatery. Not only are there a ton of options, but it's kind of cafe style where you order and then seat yourself. I like it for a casual place to eat with friends. The bahn mi is to die for. It's my absolute favorite place to get bahn mi with tofu! I didn't manage to take a picture because I couldn't wait to eat them, but I also love their rice paper spring rolls. They are so delicious and you can get them with tofu or meat! It also comes with a tasty peanut and carrot sauce to dip them in. This spot definitely has a lot of vegetarian options which is such a plus for a neighborhood eatery. It isn't too pricy either, which definitely makes it a good place for a quick, cheap bite to eat.
google avatar

Anh N.

Yelp
Good option in Clarendon when you're craving Vietnamese food and wanting it to be delivered within 30 min. I enjoyed the shredded tofu vermicelli dish and the spring roll was pretty good. I prefer fish sauce but the soy sauce was ok. They have a good number of vegetarian options but I could use more spice and Vietnamese flavors.
google avatar

Karl W.

Yelp
Horrible Clarendon joint. Not clean. Small. Take out prevalent. In a busy location. Parking a challenge
google avatar

Rick Z.

Yelp
Great pork fried noodles. Pho has gotten better over the years, and their crispy/spring rolls are very delicious. I would definitely recommend.
google avatar

Mia L.

Yelp
The pho is incredibly yummy. It is such a good meal that is priced affordably. I highly recommend.
google avatar

Jack H.

Yelp
HUGE Bahn mi! Love to stop by here and eat whenever it comes to mind. Would recommend getting spring rolls on the side too, they're lovely
google avatar

Kim T.

Yelp
Consistently delicious for fast casual Vietnamese food. Love that it's easier for Arlingtonians to get to than the Merrifield location Four Sisters (Huong Que) relocated to years ago (but that's not really for takeout/fast casual anyway, so this is more like a reincarnation of Song Que -- Huong Que's old "sister" deli). That said, I truly wish it were easier to pick up food here. Parking in this area is always a mess, even if it's only for a minute to grab and go. The bún is very good in particular. Their pho is just decent, but nice to have the option when ordering for a large group. Banh mi is pretty good too, but can't really compare to places that make their own fresh rolls and serve only banh mi.
google avatar

Chelsea A.

Yelp
While in Clarendon, I was craving Vietnamese food, specifically summer rolls. We found four sisters grill and decided to give it a chance. We walked in and the price for two summer rolls stunned me: $6.50... We thought to get something more filling and decided to sit in rather than do take out. We ordered a grilled pork noodle bowl for $13 and tipped to bring it up to $15. It was a nice day and we decided to sit outside. WHY I LIKED IT: - food tasted pretty fresh, definitely tasted the nuances of Vietnamese food- fresh off the grill, lemongrass, veggies had a nice crunch WHY I DIDN'T LIKE IT: -CLEANLINESS The tables outside were not wiped down, and after we wiped down the table (on our own...), we noticed trash on the ground as we were sitting at our spot, one being a spring roll that was attracting ants -SINGLE USE PLASTIC There is absolutely no need to use single use plastic when customers dine in -SIZE Because they used single use plastic it was a small serving for what we paid for -STOMACH Not sure what went wrong here, but right after I ate here, the food did not sit well in my stomach that I had to take a sick day the next day. I'll spare you the details. I wanted to like this place, but from this experience, I most likely will not be coming back.
google avatar

Ania W.

Yelp
Great local spot for a quick Vietnamese fare if you're just not in the mood to go to Eden center. I love the grilled banh mi.
google avatar

Lucy S.

Yelp
Came by for a quick bite to eat since I've never tried a Banh Mi sandwich before. Opted for the grilled beef sandwich and it is SO GOOD. The flavorful grilled beef is balanced well with the pickled carrots/radish and fresh cucumber and cilantro. Service was also very fast and they were so nice to offer a water cup without me even asking!Definitely will be coming again!
google avatar

Jet Set G.

Yelp
This place used to be good, they have the worst customer service here now, don't call if you want to be hung up on. After repeating the order 4x and they still get it wrong no peanuts (allergic) calling back they just hang up on you and tell you they can't do anything about when you called and told them NO PEANUTS -- smh terrible
google avatar

Kelly D.

Yelp
Four Sisters has been a long time favorite of our family. The Pho is good but the Bun and Pork spring rolls are fantastic. During COVID, we ordered Four Sisters at least once a week and it was consistently great. Unfortunately we've been dining in the restaurant more recently and have been super disappointed that they continue to use so much plastic for dine-in customers. Not only is this unnecessary and terrible for the environment but the plastic spoons in particular are so small it makes eating Pho awkward and miserable. Do better Four Sisters!!

Mark P.

Yelp
Service for call in is horrid. You call they pick up and hang up on you. Hours state 10am and you call in and they tell you 11 -- why don't you change your hours first instead of being rude and hanging up on customers. Whoever is working the phone needs some manners and customer service training
google avatar

Sonia K.

Yelp
This place is definitely an unsuspecting dime. It's right in the heart of Clarendon across from Trader Joe's and rarely ever is packed with people. We decided to give it a try after craving banh mi. The food came out in massive portions and was all fresh and authentic. Banh Mi: I got the chicken banh mi and it came out just how I was hoping. The chicken had a ton of flavor. There was ample topping and all of the veggies were fresh and high quality. The bun was also fresh, came with some light mayo, and was very airy which complemented the filling. Also, get the brown sauce they keep by the register - it will completely elevate the roll! Shrimp Spring Roll: These were easily the largest spring rolls I have ever seen. They were packed with rice, carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and shrimp. All the ingredients were fresh and the ratio of them was perfect. They also came with a yummy sauce.

Clayton M.

Yelp
Four Sisters Grill is a mainstay on my dining rotation (at least once a week). Service is outstanding, food is fresh and tasty, and it's just a great stop for lunch or dinner.
google avatar

Jamie S.

Yelp
I used to come here all the time but it seems that quality is no longer a priority. There was a dead fly in my sons Pho, "stuff" in my water, tables were sticky and food was not what I remembered. They never check on our table either. No longer a "go-to" when in town.
google avatar

Doug B.

Yelp
More of a quick, lunch place. Counter service but they delivered to the table. Looks like 25% seats open due to covid. Lots of pickup business. I could see it being a neighborhood favorite but not something I'd drive across town for. They are using to go service items even for dining in. The beef and shrimp noodle entrée was very tasty. Good flavor. Fresh veggies. Lots of choices I'd want to check out next time. Give it a try.
google avatar

Christina T.

Yelp
Good, quality food. I usually get pho and my husband gets a rice noodle bowl (I think?). I think there are better places for pho but the other items are top notch!
google avatar

Yelp
Updated review, October 2021 We loved this place pre-pandemic and was worried that it may be effected badly by the lockdown of 2020. It is our first visit back since pre-pandemic. The menu got drastically reduced, they no longer serve our favorite small soups or baby clams salad. The menu is basically either pho or grilled meats over vermicelli. The portions are generous, food is tasty but no longer their special dishes for which we kept driving from DC. I can have same pho and grilled pork at my neighborhood joint. Also, the atmosphere of a restaurant and their beautiful flower arrangements are gone ( quite understandably). There is no ordering at the table , you order at the counter and pay, then a server brings you food to the table. The ambiance is of a canteen, not a Restraunt. Yet, I sm glad it has survived the worst times and wish they full recovery. It is still a good option to order a take out or have a quick meal outside on a warm day. There are plenty of residents in Mosaic district to patronize this place.
google avatar

Raymond K.

Yelp
Solid, tailored to a fast casual takeaway setting. Good lunch option in Clarendon if you are on the go and want something different
google avatar

Laura K.

Yelp
Take my review with a grain of salt because I tried this place via Grubhub takeout. The food came pretty quickly and they were taking orders on the Monday of a holiday weekend which was nice. I wasn't impressed by the food. I tried the chicken pho and the pork spring rolls. The pho was fine flavor wise, but the chicken was pretty dry. The size of the pork spring rolls was great (they were huge) but they visually didn't look appetizing - the outsides were burnt and the insides were a gray/brown. Probably would have tasted okay but the burnt taste on the outside ruined it.

Tom P.

Yelp
Tasty! Quick service. Reasonable prices. Good value. Good size portions with generous amounts of proteins. We usually have enough leftover to make our lunch the next day. Seating is not very comfortable so we mostly do take out several times a month. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Shivani G.

Yelp
Came here the other day to grab some quick takeout and the food was great! The prices are around $10-15 which is pretty typical for fast casual in the area. I got the lemongrass chicken with rice and it was really flavorful and filling. It took about 20 minutes after I called for the order to be completed. While I took my order to go, there seemed to be lots of seating inside if you'd prefer to eat there. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
Keeping my review at 4 stars - but updating some info. Covid 19 updates: They do delivery through Door Dash currently. I believe they still have their full menu from what I remember it being. It was never an extensive menu, but it was full of staples. Pho selection is limited. But the banh mi are long, filled, and in charge. Bread is a little more... crumbly & hard than I would like, but the filling in the coldcut is very traditional which I like. Pickled veg, vietnamese meats, jalapenos, pate, etc. The lemongrass chicken was delicious. Super tender, well cooked, and VERY flavorful. The fried spring rolls were good, but were very greasy. So greasy that I took a paper towel to dab off some oil. Prices are right, portions are nice size, and I would certainly not mind ordering from there again.

Avery C.

Yelp
Amazing pho and the pork is wonderfully seasoned. The staff are all super nice. I have been eating here for years and it keeps getting better!!
google avatar

Danny N.

Yelp
The inside is nice and clean, also the food is good but not great but convenient. The people are nice and friendly.

Anne L.

Yelp
The quality of the grilled meat, especially the grilled chicken is really terrible lately. I had a few pieces of chicken meat with cartridge bones in them. No star sorry.
google avatar

Nicola M.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch yesterday and everything was amazing. We started with the pork spring rolls and shrimp and pork garden rolls. They were both delicious, but the pork spring rolls were amazing! I had the lemon grass beef on vermicelli - also excellent and full of flavor. Staff was very pleasant and very aware of allergies. FYI this is more like an eatery, you order at the front and they bring the food to the table, but that does not detract from the experience.
google avatar

Tim K.

Yelp
Everything on the menu is amazing! I especially love the black pepper, steak and spring rolls. Definitely a go to spot in Arlington. I highly recommend everyone!
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
I found the fresh salad rolls to be disgusting. The dipping sauce was just gloopy bottled hoisin sauce too. Yuck- and the lemongrass chicken was some weird industrial process stuff. Do not order.
