Beyond Brewdog: The Best Craft Beer in London at Pubs and Taprooms - Eater London

"Fourpure’s location at the back of a fairly unlovely trading estate would be — otherwise — the last place you’d choose to spend a Saturday afternoon. However, read the tap list on the monitor behind the bar, and you’ll know you’re in the right place. The bar carries 16 lines, dispensing the brewery’s core range, many more of their somewhat leftfield beers, and the odd guest draught." - Hugh Thomas

Quite a big tap room on the side of the brewery. Around 20 beers including guest stablemates. Fat Crust pizza place on site too. Good music, some heating and so on the mild Feb day we visited it was coats off even though sitting at the open end. Really good vibe and decent beer. Good place to start the Bermondsey Beer Mile if you want to do south to north.

I wasn't just the fantastic beer on offer, it was the team who were serving. We chose Four Pure as our starting point for the Bermondsey Mile. Sadly it looked like we chose the night they had a large private booking. However as they had a good hour and a half to set everything up, we were still welcomed in to a couple of booths on our promise we would be gone before their corporate event started. Three beers in, it was difficult to choose which one was best - they were all great. Thanks to everyone at Four Pure for making us feel so welcome... We will be back

Little bit disappointed. 18 beers on tap, but only two dark. However, good place to meet up to start the Bermondsey Beer Mile.

Brilliant beers and ales on offer here. We came here a couple of weeks ago for the start of our bermondsey beer mile and it was amazing. Also a pizza kitchen on site too which serves great pizza at reasonable price. My only gripe, I fell in love with the lager when I was there and have been trying to find it in my local shops since. They all sell the IPA and the flavoured beer, but the lager i Cannot find it anywhere apart from there website. Its quite expensive for 24 cans though at 41.80 ish for 24 cans not including delivery which is a shame.

Good selection of beers. Very helpful and friendly staff. You can so buy merchandise and there are plenty of beers to take home. My only criticism is that food was a bit pricey compared to other breweries/pubs. The hot dog was around £8-10, which is a bit more than the price you find in other breweries. Plenty of space and seats available when we went (Sunday evening).

Having come up with the idea to look for a brewery tour in London for a friend's stag do this past weekend, I couldn't be happier that we went for Fourpure. I've always loved their beers, so thought that the tour might be on a par with the quality of their delicious brews. Fortunately, this logic was not wrong!! Graham took our tour, and was absolutely top notch. His knowledge and ability to explain were first rate. He was also engaging, funny and entertaining, even with a sore throat! The beers we tasted were all fantastic; and at £20 for the tour, four good measures of beer and a token to get a full measure of our favourite at the end, the value represented would be very hard to find elsewhere, let alone in London. Cannot recommend highly enough - thank you guys for the brilliant beers and fantastic tour. Cheers!

Great beer, allowed to try out a bunch of beers, the garlic bread (not pictured, because it went too fast) was possibly the best I've had - pizza was also rated a 5/5
