I am at a loss for words. I cannot explain how good this chicken sandwich was without using descriptors such as "amazing", "the best" or "wonderful." I can't avoid them because they are all true.
The chicken itself was perfectly cooked: the breading was crispy and well seasoned, the chicken was juicy and tender and the SAUCE. Oh, that sauce. I got the "KFC" which I'm pretty sure stands for "Korean Fried Chicken". The Korean BBQ sauce was tangy, had a slight heat and was sweet all at the same time.
Each condiment on the sandwich had a purpose. The cucumbers were marinated in a way the reminds you of kimchi, but only just. It gave the perfect amount of acid. The mayo wasn't too much.
Even the bun was perfect.
If you ever see this food truck around, run to it.
