Fox & Seeker Brings a New Distillery and Cocktail Bar to the First Ward - Eater Houston

"Fox & Seeker, a new “grain-to-glass” distillery crafting vodka, gin, and bourbon, will soon open its doors in Houston. The new distillery is set to debut later this year, bringing a new batch of locally distilled spirits to Space City. The brainchild of Andrew Thompson and Sean Anger, Fox & Seeker will also be home to a cocktail bar and tasting room that will allow drinkers to consume its wares on site. In the meantime, Fox & Seeker is set to begin bottling its London dry gin, vodka, and a flower-infused “spring gin” in the coming months." - Amy McCarthy

Highly recommend a tour and tasting at Fox & Seeker. We made a reservation and the owner, Sean, was there to greet us. Sean was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really made the tour interesting. We were able to sample a good variety of their products and Sean even recommended the types of cocktails to use them with. Some of the products are available at Spec’s and Total Wine but I definitely recommend going to their location, which has a larger variety of products. Two of my favorites that our group sampled are the coffee liqueur and Meridian gin. Love that this is a family owned business with high standards for quality.

Fox & Seeker is spirits done right! When you go in for a tour and tasting, you leave way smarter than you arrived. Sean explains the entire process in detail and you can taste that detail in every variety of vodka, gin and bourbon they have to offer. I cannot recommend F&S strongly enough.

Fox & Seeker makes the best vodka and gins available! Whether making a Negroni, espresso martini, or a gin and tonic you will not go wrong with the Texas Vodko and the Meridian Gin!! Also the coffee liqueur is hands down one of the best! Love that is 100% Texas and Grain to Glass! Cheers!

This is a great urban distillery and worth stopping in so you can see for yourself. The master distiller is passionate about his craft, and puts on a great tour and tasting. Their vodka products are absolutely outstanding. They are beginning to explore the fine are of whiskey distillation, and as they gain experience their products will definitely warrant some additional tasting.

The owner is very nice and gives a good tour. They have vodka, gin, and bourbon whiskey. Delicious. Their meridan gin is delicious, and I normally do not like gins. Stop by and enjoy!
