4 Exciting Things To Do & Eat Between January 19th-23rd - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"This Saturday, January 23rd, Cuties LA will host an inaugural Queer Family Picnic at Ladera Park from 1-4pm. This is a kid and pet-friendly event, but even if you have neither, you’re still welcome. There will not be any snacks or food vendors, but grills will be available if you want to bring your own stuff to cook there. The event is free and look for the rainbow flag near the playground when you arrive." - brant cox

Went for morning walk. The trail is mostly gravel, circles the entire park and loops through the park and around the perimeter. There is great scenery, some slight inclines and lots of people, at this time. Felt safe.

great place and hidden gem for kids! there's a HUUUUGE field, a playground for kids, tennis courts, bathrooms, free street parking.i absolutely love coming to this park when we visit friends who live near there. there's also a nice road along the perimeter for bike/scooter rides and joggers.

Ample parking around the park. Not a huge park but also not small like a block by block square /park. Multiple tennis courts. Basketball court. Picnic tables with grills. Playground. Slight hill walk to enter. Can enter for two streets entrances. Can also walk around the park. Takes me about seven minutes to do one circle at an average pace (not fast).

Great park. Nice walking trail.

I absolutely LOVED this park!!! My son is handicapped & although it was difficult to get him to the park (they have a rough path for wheelchairs) it was a fun, relaxing & clean park once we got to it. The only thing that I would have liked better is for it to be a tad bit more handicapped accessible.

SerpAPI
Great Park to play beach volleyball, basketball, tennis and more. It has an incredible playground as well.

Clean park. They had playground equipment, seemed like they were well maintained. Around the trees the roots were trip hazards. You need to make reservations if you want to reserve a table for a party. The soccer areas looked like the grass was maintained. Parking was not good and they don't allow dogs at the park. They have a staffer there patrolling for dogs and emptying trash cans.

This was a very nice park for picnics and the game of catch. we found some shade on the periphery where we set up a picnic, and we played croquet on the grass. There were quite a few people, but they stay mostly to the edges where the shade is. There is a large open grassy field in the center. There are bathrooms and even during this time of coved they were open. A staff member came around to check that everybody was wearing their masks. I saw tennis courts off in the distance but I didn't check them out

Yelp
If you don't know about the Fox Hills Park, its a good bet that your not from the neighborhood, or don't know anyone who is/was. Went for an afternoon walk here at this local classic and did almost 3 miles-then practically died. While being consistent throughout the years when it came to all things water related (swimming, aerobics), I had slacked in a major way on ground-based workouts-even walking. Well, as I write this, I am already starting to feel my legs and back starting to yell at me! Didn't stretch-so I expect to pay a price. On the other hand, the Fox Hills park, (like its true name sake neighbor down the street-the Fox Hills Mall-(not Culver City Westfield Mall as no true OG from these parts will EVER refer to the mall as such), has been a steady and most appreciated resource and place to enjoy your activities, neighbors, friends and family throughout the decades. I first started coming up here back in the early 80's, when it wasn't uncommon to see the likes of Magic Johnson, Michael Cooper, and other Hall of Fame Showtime Era Lakers coming up here even in their prime playing days-yep! Former Laker owner Jerry Buss (and father to current owner Jeanie Buss) practically owned Fox Hills back in the day. As a result, many of his players upon being drafted would start out renting or purchasing an apartment or condo here in Fox Hills-BEFORE purchasing their first big home. At one point in time this park, like the mall down the street was the absolute place to be, especially during the hot summer mts of years gone by. Still, it serves the community well and offers scenic views, perspectives, angles and cuts to explore. Easily the best neighborhood park in Culver City, and arguably a top five park throughout the greater L.A. area. But many don't know about it-and that's the way the locals prefer it to be. If they said otherwise, theyd be lying! lol

Yelp
This has to be one of my favorite parks in Culver City. I particularly enjoy the walking trail that winds through the park, offering a peaceful environment for jogging or leisurely walks.

Yelp
So many parks in LA that I never knew about. This park is very big! Came here for private pickleball lessons with a friend. :) They have a restroom, play area/jungle gym, basketball court, etc. There doesn't seem to be a parking lot despite how big it is. Found street parking, which is a bit hard to find on a Sunday afternoon.
google avatar

Yelp
Gorgeous park! Probably top So Cal park and is slightly better than Cheviot Hills. Free (no need to rent, first come first serve) * tennis courts * pickel ball courts * basketball courts * sand volleyball court * huge large green lawn with a soccer goal * on weekends, there's often training classes, young adults, older adults, not as much families, yoga on the lawn Street parking around the park. No parking 10 AM-2 PM on Tuesdays. No dogs allowed, but people bring small dogs here and there and are respectful.
google avatar

Sophia S.

Yelp
I've never been to a park that has so much. A little running/walking path, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, volleyball net with sand , basketball and a playground. Everything looked clean and maintained.
google avatar

Yelp
My previous review focused primarily on the walking trail, which I still say needs some work done. However, the overall park is great, perfect for family picnics and low key activities. I say low key because this is mostly a community park in a very quite residential neighborhood, Fox Hills. Chaos, riffraff, rowdiness, the essence of marijuana in the air, and other such nuances in any form is simply not tolerated...and perhaps the reason why somebody posted a completely wrong address roughly two miles away, lol, smh. Note - this park is on Green Valley Circle and Buckingham Parkway. This being said, the park is very safe during the day and also very clean and peaceful. The play area has always been very nice (this was my seesaw park as a child), and has been renovated in recent years. It's separated for toddlers ages 2-5 and big kids ages 6-12. There's also a basketball court and 3-4 tennis courts. Given the diversity of Fox Hills, the park has always been an inclusive, welcoming, and safe space for individuals and families in the surrounding areas. It would be nice to see some human life return to Fox Hills Park.

Cox C.

Yelp
No parking, and so many people waiting in line to play pickleball - try Venice or Santa Monica!

Yelp
Pros: - Easy parking on the street/perimeter of the park. - Playground equipment for older kids - Picnic tables around the park - Large, open grassy area - A few majestic, big trees sprinkled around the park - Saw somebody had a bounce house birthday party, so guessing you can get permits - Feels like you are not in a busy city - Restrooms on-site Cons: - No swing set, no playground equipment for toddlers - Not a park that you can "hike," just a few short paths - Gotta go up a steep hill to get to the park

Yelp
If your usual walk/run path is crowded and over run with people trying to workout during COVID. I'd suggest coming to Fox Hills. I have been going for the past three weeks and it's never crowded. The walking path usually has about 4-5 people walking or running at a time. The tennis courts have 2-3 occupied and the open field is still usually open. The dirt parts of the walking path in the back corner could use a fill in as it is a little uneven BUT it is still a great option!

Yelp
This is a beautiful park. It is one of my favorite parks in the city. It has a walking trail that anyone can do though that still provides exercise due to the hilly slopes. I have not had too much trouble finding parking if I am willing to drive through the residential streets then take a short walk to the park. The park has some of everything I really enjoy in a green space--a flat field for soccer games and races, tennis courts, picnic tables, shade, sunny spots, a walking trail and nearby parking. The lawn is very green. I really like the plants and greenery here. I have many very fond memories here and highly recommend it. It is perfect for picnics and potlucks.

Yelp
I love this park! It has a great walking and running trail that is pretty long so you don't get bored of running and seeing the same things really often. It's pretty safe here and I've never had a problem even when it's a bit dark. I've also used their grass area when you go up the stairs from the running trail if you want to do other exercises. They don't have a parking lot but there's always plenty of street parking.
google avatar

Leslie T.

Yelp
I go here and jog and or walk daily. I love this park. It's quiet, safe, and beautiful!!! They also have stairs I run up and down on to add to my work out. The parking is on the street, but its lot of it and you won't be driving around for parking at all. Unlike other parks, there aren't any homeless people using the park as their home so it remains very inviting. Also the running/walking track is awesome and every so many steps there are workouts to do on machines. If you add that in with your jog, you get a great workout. The people you see are really nice and speak politely, but don't bother you at all. The children are playing but are in one or two spots, so your workout isn't interrupted. They have tons of tennis courts if that is your style and tons of grass to have a good soccer or flag football game on. I love this park and it would be forever my spot to do my outdoor workouts.
google avatar

Pat W.

Yelp
The park has a minimal playground...climbing structure and teeter totter. No swings, no sandbox. Could be so much better.
google avatar

Distinguished T.

Yelp
I like this park. When I was a runner - this was my "go to" spot for a post-work run. Now that I've had a couple of back surgeries under my belt, I still enjoy this spot, but my body craves a run - so I have to force myself to speed walk instead. It's a lovely snd quiet place to walk or run. I highly recommend this park for exercise of simply meditation and enjoying the view

Yelp
No dogs allowed? Pretty park but I didn't see the signs for no dogs. The signs were on the trash can but it's confusing. I thought no dogs allowed to pee on the trash can. Otherwise $100 fine.

Yelp
Fox Hills is one of the prettiest parks I never knew existed, before last Sunday. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=e7QmnUxmhvaJ4zhZdMuXeA The 10-acre space is set up on a rise, above the streets, concealed from view by lush greenery. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=CvZPUtt04orlHr6z_mQC9Q The park has no parking lot. Assuming you don't live walking distance, you must find a place for your car on residential streets in this neighborhood of apartment buildings. You are just up the hill from Fox Hills Mall here, and this park provides outdoor space & recreational facilities for an area where it appears that most residents don't have yards of their own. And what a beautiful outdoor space this is. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=WMa3XpGqXhImjbjuMxi-dA A sandy-soft dirt walking path surrounds the park, http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=pdXY3tghguKqHpXRdibJ-w with stairways & brick-paved walkways leading up to the main grassy areas http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=a6y_HHW4aS2LD6UKecJ6Sg http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=nmS1nYlrgUW2O3UOezIcUA .......but there is no vehicle access. When I entered the park on foot off of Green Valley Circle (after parking in the lot of a nearby business because all street spaces were taken), I first saw the picnic areas with barbecues, nestled under big shade trees. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=3AVgf_8LJ2SdmCy-CKJEXQ A woman was relaxing on the grass, in the shadow of a blooming purple jacaranda, under a clear blue sky. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=dWjvx-Klus8MnNP6fp6gfA Paradise. I next passed tennis courts, http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=xs9rdE3eCYLyRYOSoKGE0w including (I think) 4 for paddle tennis. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=nXdZ9qCbZUQJHSSSzkULTA Beyond that was the basketball court, http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=-4azjhNgEeDpvZZR-b7Ojg and next to that... the sand volleyball area. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=f3q4PKf1fmSxuFLAPkfMUA There's a kiddie playground, of course, http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=nfy9a0zWIRdyn4t55Tmj6Q and a huge ball field. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=gqiubPFFs7zrqiVybUYFlQ The walking/jogging path that circles the park does include stations with fitness equipment that is in good shape compared to some other places I've reviewed. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/TCodl-oohhgqnMMSJxMV6g?select=dMyvWQdhjavusi5I2oNcBg Fox Hills Park is part of the Culver City park system, and is very well maintained. Some of the posted rules include: No smoking, dogs, alcohol, or skateboards....and....no adult soccer. I wonder what the deal is with banning adult soccer in Culver City parks...? Maybe those high-speed airborne soccer balls are dangerous to onlookers, is what I'm thinking..... Anyway, Fox Hills Park is a lovely neighborhood oasis that was being enjoyed by many last Sunday afternoon. Thank goodness for parks; they enhance a neighborhood like nothing else can......

Yelp
I absolutely love running here! The track is about half a mile with a bit of an incline which gets tough after the 3rd or 4th mile. The reason I love this park is because I work right around the corner and it is extremely easy for me to fit in a 3 mile run at lunch. I also trained here for my first half marathon which is amazing because I usually get really bored of running the same track over and over again. The park is great for picnics as well as busting out a yoga mat to take a nap when I'm tired on my lunch breaks. There is also different work out equipment on the track. The park includes multiple tennis courts, a jungle gym, and basketball courts. I love coming here

Yelp
Fox Hills Park is one of those "better than you think" surprises that you find in the LA area. We bought a condo around the corner from FHP and feel really lucky to have such a clean, well-maintained, and versatile park so close by. With decent basketball courts, a half mile running loop, those outdoor exercise machines you never know if people use, and grass for football and those who play volleyball in the grass (never made sense to me), it's a pretty cool place to be. When the sun is up, it feels really safe and people are nice along the walking loop. I wish that the park would be lit after dark around the perimeter. On the walking/running loop, it gets DARK to the point that you feel much safer risking it on the street. If you're looking for a place to shoot some hoops or throw the ole' football around with friends that is dog poop free (no dogs allowed in FHP), you'll be pleasantly surprised by FHP!
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
This is a nice park! I came here with a friend to play tennis- unfortunately, all of the courts were taken, but we still had some fun hitting the ball around on the paddleball court. I'd recommend getting here pretty early to reserve a court. Make sure to bring your own balls, racket, hat, sunscreen, and water bottle. I enjoyed how pretty and green it was here, I did not enjoy the street parking so much. Also, this is a very random location. I have an affinity for climbing things, so I had to go over to the kids' area to go to the top of the jungle gym ropes thing. It was a good one! Glad I came, but not sure if I'll be back.

Toby Y.

Yelp
Great park but the address in this listing is wrong. The park is not on Overland but Buckingham. Green Valley Cir &, Buckingham Pkwy, Culver City, CA 90230
google avatar

Chanel B.

Yelp
Nice park! Calm and quiet. Lots of picnic tables and grass area. They have a seesaw and I've never been on one before. I would love to try! New and fun equipment you would find at an indoor kid park. Fun for kids!!

A R.

Yelp
My toddler loves this park. There's a huge grass area to run around on in addition to a nice play structure with a shade canopy over it so we don't have to worry too much about sunburns. Additionally they have this rope climbing area that's nice. The walking trail is often used by throughout many times of the day but it's not overly crowded. There are tennis courts (3), basketball courts and a volleyball court as well. This park feels safe in terms of covid for the most part those who are at the park have their kids over 2 masked and parents as well. However those who are throwing parties on the side I have noticed don't really mask up. This park feels really safe and a great place to take your kid or get a workout in.
google avatar

Heather D.

Yelp
I really love this park. It has everything you need for a great day: a walking / running track, tennis & basketball courts, full field for soccer / baseball, playgrounds, exercise stations & more. Final Verdict: Beautiful and safe area. Highly, highly reccomended!
google avatar

Kristy F.

Yelp
This is a modest and quiet park with fairly easy street parking and a few recreational options. There are some basketball courts with faded lines and a couple of intimate tennis courts that currently have nobody playing (on a wednesday afternoon). A public restroom is available as well as several nicely shaded picnic benches. The grass area is mostly green and spacious enough to enjoy tossing a football. There's a single sandy volleyball court and a playground area for kids who enjoy climbing nets or sea sawing. My favorite I suppose is the dirt path for running which distances about a half mile (according to map my run) around the park. There are many circumstances for shade as well as sun during this jog and only one slight curvy hill which makes this an easy stroll or run if you want something casual.
google avatar

Nancy B.

Yelp
I love this park since it's just a couple of blocks away from home and the perfect place to take a walk. There are several trails which have beautiful trees and flora all around. Right now there are butterflies all over the honeysuckle which is blooming everywhere. It's a peaceful environment most times and you'll see people sitting under trees at the picnic tables enjoying lunch. There's also a children's play area which strangely doesn't have any swings, go figure? All in all there's lots of room and beautiful open grassy area to play and enjoy the beautiful trees and sunny days.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
Love this park because it has everything; it has tennis courts, walking/running path, paddle tennis, baseball field, workout areas, basketball court, and much more! Sometimes parking can be tricky!!
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
The park itself is clean and the small incline will challenge you the first few times. Most of the runners, walkers, and/or people pushing strollers are nice and friendly. Great place to work out without having to worry about others trying to distract you. Tip: try changing your running direction from clock wise to counter clock wise to give your legs a nice extra burn. Parking is descent, and after a few days you will know who the regulars are lol
google avatar

Carl L.

Yelp
If you go in the middle of the day, watch out for the old lady walking crews, they'll run you off the track haha. That was my original tip above, but this place is pretty nice. Clearly here to service the many apartment and condo dwellers in the area, it is clean every time I go, and as with most parks, empty on the weekdays. I haven't seen a homeless person posted up here, which is always encouraging, and I like the equipment they have for workouts. As an extremely white person, I wish there was more shade towards the middle of the park, but otherwise I like it.

D H.

Yelp
My wife and I exercise here all the time. The jogging trail is perfect and we especially love the workout stations that are spaced out over the half- mile track. We have had pleasant picnics in the park and all of the grounds are peaceful and relaxing. The parking can be difficult on Saturday through Tuesday due to busy weekends and street cleaning restrictions, so keep that in mind. All told though it's a very nice park.
google avatar

Jay T.

Yelp
Decent place for a run if you live nearby. The track around the park is 0.48 miles. There's a bit of a climb, and corresponding drop a little less than halfway apart that adds some challenge. Most groups of two-plus people are decent and will move aside when they see/hear you coming, but there are a significant number who don't. There are several workout stations spaced around the park. They won't get you ripped, but they're better than nothing. There's also a small basketball court with three hoops (two across from each other and one perpendicular), a few tennis courts, an open field where there are often youth soccer leagues happening, and a few picnic tables with some charcoal grills.
google avatar

C S.

Yelp
A nice neighborhood park with large fields for ball games, trail for walking and running. Tennis courts, basketball courts, and a play area. A nice hidden gem. Didn't receive five full stars because of the limited apparatuses in the children's playground area.
google avatar

T. W.

Yelp
Great local park. I usually jog the trail (which is 1/2 mile). There are workout machines along the trail which is super helpful...an abs machine, pullup and a few more. There's always a sport being played at the soccer field but it's never too crowded. The parking can sometimes be a hassle.
google avatar

Chris D.

Yelp
This is really a lovely park, and one of my go-to places to get writing done on my laptop. It's consistently clean, with kind and considerate people, and big enough to be away from most of the traffic noise when at the plentiful tables around the walking trail.
google avatar

Kikster X.

Yelp
Give this park high marks for it being on a hill above so much urban vibe. Nice views, expansive skies. A little unexpected oasis with plenty of varied play opportunities (for adults) from basketball to tennis (even paddle tennis courts!) as well as some trails, basketball, even a sand volleyball court. No baseball field though. That being said, the kids playground leaves a bit to be desired. I love newer equipment which is kind of cool in being avant-garde, spider type webs to climb on, but it lacks a lot in practical application. A few bigger more traditional pieces would be welcomed. No decent slides, and not a single swing?! Your two options are bigger kid rope climbing OR baby area low to the ground a couple of steps best suited to the 12-36 month old crowd. THEY JUST COVERED the kid area with sun canopies which is a BIG PLUS. And because the play area is tennis court adjacent you could actually take a kiddo pretty late in the evening and still not be in the dark. Attention CC though, PUT IN SWINGS!
google avatar

Ian L.

Yelp
**8-hr workday --- COMPLETE** **Engage stress release protocol --- ENGAGED** **Destination Recieved: Fox Hills Park** This park is within 5 minutes driving distance from my workplace so it's a terrific place for post-workday soccer pickup games. I'll just drive over, get changed in my car and head up to the park. There are large fields that can easily accommodate different groups. We'll usually play till the sun goes down as there are no lights for the grass field. I get there around 6 and I'm always able to find parking along residential streets! I'm intrigued by the fitness course around the edge of the park too .. that will be the next thing I try here ..
google avatar

Bethany K.

Yelp
REALLY liked this park! Lots of residential parking. Lots of grassy areas to stake out with a blanket or chairs and enjoy the view and people watching. Some soccer matches on weekends so be prepared for it to be more crowded.
google avatar

Jimmy C.

Yelp
This review is of the Tennis courts only at Fox Hills Park. I used to meet here for quick matches on weeknights. There is no parking so you have to park on the street, hike up the hill and across the basketball court to the tennis courts. There are 3 courts next to each other with a short 2ft fence between courts... this prevents balls from rolling onto the adjacent court but doesn't help even low bouncing balls from interrupting your points. The courts are slick, be careful! Nets are in good shape, as is the paint and wind protection. The MAJOR issue with playing these courts is the clientele. Never have I seen players enforce the 30 mins of rallying or 1 set rule so aggressively. I've had people walk into the middle of our court and refuse to leave, I've had a couple set their bags down on our bench inside the fencing where they proceeded to talk about our points the whole time, and I've also had people who wait you out on the benches inside the fencing who just talk loudly on their phone the whole time! Tennis is a game of ettiquette where you call your opponents shots and call yourself if you double hit, scoop the ball or touch the net but that ettiquette is completely missing at these courts! The last and final time I visited this court the group of 5 next to us was playing music from their phone via portable speakers. What is this a dance club? Again, I won't be back so there will be one less person visiting these courts so maybe you will get your full 30 mins or 1 set afterall! Good luck...

Yelp
Beautiful park that has everything you could want. Lovely walking trail, seven tennis courts, a volleyball field, basketball court, playground, picnic tables, field house and spectacular grassy green field. I brought my son here to play as a child and I now use it for walking. It's a gem.
google avatar

Nicole J.

Yelp
I really liked this park! I decided to go visit it since I was around the area and it had a lot of space to play soccer and football. There's not a lot of playground equipment but they do have this huge climbing net structure. Definitely will go again if I'm around.
google avatar

Matthew H.

Yelp
I've been playing flag football at this park through Urbansportsla since February. It's a pretty nice park, tucked away in Culver City. The big problem is finding street parking. It can be difficult, especially on the weekends. Fox Hills Park has basketball courts, a running loop, exercise machines, and grassy areas for sports. I recommend coming here to relax and find serenity.
google avatar

Ted M.

Yelp
Very pleasant nice sized park. I always see ppl exercising and hanging out with friends and family. A big grass field where people play soccer and other stuff, and there is tennis courts and basketball courts. Not crowded at all even in the weekends. I go there for free bootcamp style exercise. The trainer utilizes the exercise machines slopes, stairs, and grass field. I go to the one on Sunday morning, but it's happening on Tues and Friday as well. Great place to get sweat and interact with other people.
google avatar

Mandi C.

Yelp
Well kept family park with nice tennis courts and area to jog. Safe and has bathroom facilities. Nice little gem to the neighborhood
google avatar

Belinda W.

Yelp
I go to walk this park 2-3 times/week. I prefer this park because the walking/jogging path is both scenic and measured (1 time around is 1/2 mile). It is clean, serene--just perfect for walkers.

Valerie T.

Yelp
I was stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott on Bristol Parkway so this little park was perfect for my morning run. It's .4 of a mile to the park then there is a 1/2-mile dirt track around the park. No matter which way you run the path you'll have an incline which is nice. I also stopped and ran the stairs for an extra work out. I was there early in the morning so I only encountered other runners, but it looked like a well-equipped park with a nice grass area, tennis and basketball courts.

Yelp
This is a very nice park. Walking trails with exercise equipment along the way. Plenty of space & tables, great for a party. Very well maintained grass! Several tennis courts. Some mornings boot camps workout here. And there's always someplace to park!

Yelp
Fox Hills Park is a nice local neighborhood place. There are basketball courts, tennis courts, paddleball courts, barbecues, picnic benches, a running course around the park, exercise equipment along the running course and a nice sized grassy area in the middle. And of course there is the requisite playground equipment too. It is well used by local residents and I know of no safety issues. A Highway Patrol sub station and a Culver City Fire Department station are located just down on Bristol. Of course use good personal safety practices just like you would anywhere these days. I use the running course (for walking) and it's a good distance so it doesn't get too monotonous. I should use it more (maybe I'll feel like I have to now that I've written this review). The landscaping is well maintained which makes it a pleasant place to just sit somewhere and enjoy being outdoors. There is only street parking but there is quite a lot of it along the east side on Buckingham as well as on the south side along Green Valley Circle.

Yelp
I love this park. The put in new apparatuses and the kids love them. This park has a large field with a baseball diamond and enough grassy area to have a soccer game going at the same time. There is also a jogging trail, sand volleyball court, basketball court and tennis courts. It's a very nice place to relax.
