I recently discovered the hidden gem that is our local bougie grocery store, and it's truly a haven for those seeking a blend of health-conscious choices and a laid-back, work-friendly atmosphere. The staff's warmth and knowledge elevate the experience, making every visit a pleasure. From classic essentials to unique, not-so-everyday finds, this store strikes the perfect balance for a diverse range of preferences. It's more than a grocery run; it's a welcoming space where you can chill, work, and indulge in the vibrant tapestry of wholesome offerings.

Great location. I had a pastry and a caramel latte, and the cashier/barista was very kind, and prompt about making my order. A good amount of curated groceries to choose from here, but it’s above average in terms of pricing. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area!

Rude employees. No hello, thank you, anything - did not answer questions properly. Decent coffee, but will not be back. I saw many other reviews for rude employees as well - hopefully these issues will be discussed with them. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

If you go into the store itself everyone is wonderful. Do not use their delivery service tho. My items have always been missing or wrong. The delivery drivers do not check to make sure all items are there. Then it takes a week to credit your account back. Do yourself a favor and walk in to get items.

Saw another customer had the same problem as me so obviously this is a common issue that they can't seem to fix. Went to pick up a too good to go and got a "sorry we don't have any" ? If I've already paid AND gone to the location I should not be leaving empty handed, that's just good customer service. It's one thing to happen once but if this is a consistent issue I would say just.. don't be on the app?

Was excited to grab a coffee and pastry here after having a great experience at the Foxtrot in Dallas. Cashier acted like it was the last place he wanted to be and made ordering a super stressful and lengthy process (2 cold brews, 2 bagels). Bagels ended up coming out burnt, but at least cold brews were good. We definitely won't be back.

Google
They allow reservations for food through too good to go but don't actually limit it to the number of available meals. So after driving 30 minutes to get food in traffic I was turned away and they wouldn't allow me to have anything even though there were meals available not designated for the program. they're "sorry" but don't actually try anything at all to make the situation right.

Breakfast tacos and bagels are not good. Literally haven't had worse tacos in Austin. The coffee is also hit or miss. I would stick to packaged items only here like a grocery store. They do sell flowers, which is convenient on birthdays.

Yelp
This is just one of those places that gets worse every time I go in. Apparently even the cold food on the menu behind the counter is prepackaged the same as the stuff on shelves because I asked to leave an ingredient off and they said it was premade and couldn't. Why have a separate menu behind the counter? The worst experience though was trying to buy a bottle of NA wine. The tag said 23.99. It rang up as 28.99. That's 20% higher! I mentioned the tag said 23.99. The cashier just shrugged and said "we will get it changed". I asked if I could get the advertised price. She flat out said no. Because it rang up that way there was nothing they could do. I said the price was advertised one way it's fair of me to expect that price. What about a one time discount to the advertised price? They again flat out said no. They would let the manager know the tag needs changed and then it won't be a problem anymore. Well, it's a problem now. You are alienating customers by not being accommodating over your mistake. On top of that the cashier was just completely disinterested the whole time. No apology, no admittance that they made a mistake and seemingly not a care in the world that they lost a customer.

Yelp
Located on the first floor of City Hall right on 2nd street right where Austin Java used to be. This is their 3rd location to open up in Austin. This market is more grab-and-go with a large cafe to the left. There's plenty of seating out front facing 2nd Street and a few tables by the windows inside. The cafe area is more open. You'll find a nice selection of curated products on the shelves and if you are a member you can save on wine and certian items.

Yelp
Almost $6 for an iced coffee with vanilla shot, almost tasteless. Guy at register was bored and ready to leave, kinda rude but then was flirty with my friend. Ugh. won't be back! On positive side it's pretty and modern, centrally located.

Yelp
I'm very much interested in the urban market with homegrown grab & go lunches, pastries, and coffee that's slowly been popping up in various forms over Austin. Foxtrot is a nice iteration, if not a bit austere in ambiance, service is very friendly. I recently fell in love with their iced Tiramisu Latte, although upon return found it watery and underfilled. Wondering if consistency would improve if their electronic tipping system were up and running? Always nice to have pastries, although not the freshest selection in Austin. Amazed by their range of kombucha and exciting new fizzy lifting drinks without alcohol and low sugar content, great for pairing with a falafel bowl or snappy salad when on the run.

Yelp
The cold brew is great, and such a convenient grab and go location. For that I still frequent this foxtrot. But Jesus, the breakfast tacos are atrocious. Grainy eggs, rubbery bacon. I mean this is Texas, you'd think they'd put more effort into the breakfast tacos. Go to Jo's for a breakfast taco, I beg of you.

Yelp
Two small 12 ounce lattes. One Chai. One espresso. $12.67. One pop tart. Stale. $6+. This store is a joke. While I pay for quality, Foxtrot isn't that.

Yelp
Chocolate croissant was decent. A bit overpriced for what it was, but at least it didn't taste bad.

Yelp
Loved the food and coffee was great, I ordered a sausage breakfast and a tiramisu latte. Both were really hot and delicious. I'll be going back

Yelp
I walked here to get food/water and not only does Apple Maps say they close at 9:30 PM, which is not correct, but I got there at 8:50 PM and they were already closed (their door says 9 PM Wednesday-Sunday

Yelp
I frequented Foxtrot a few times before writing this review, food is good- coffee is subpar, service is extremely subpar. My biggest disappointment with this shop is the staff, if I was greeted happily every time I visited- this shop would be one of my favorites! Unfortunately there is a very apathetic and borderline unfriendly service atmosphere.

Yelp
All my remote workers beware, there were 0 outlets. For the tall folks, the cashier said there was one on the ceiling... Ambiance was modern and the coffee was solid - very similar to their other locations.

Yelp
Where do I begin? For starters, this is a terrible company to work for, so if you thought you should, don't . They do not take care of their employees. From personal experience I was given the exact opposite schedule I said I could work and they refused to change it so I could be in school. They have refused to pay me my EARNED sick time hours. They expected things of me that were above my pay but couldn't "afford" to give a raise. They do not keep their employees safe and comfortable when reckless people come in and start acting aggressive. But that's enough about working for them. I couldn't trust employees to date food properly, and had to constantly throw out no dated food items that were being served. I hope other foxtrot locations are better than this.

Yelp
What? No WiFi!!! Staff advised that I try to use a neighboring WiFi which didnt work. First time to visit this foxtrot. But love them in Chicago. Able to have coffee or a glass of wine and get some work done. NOT HERE!! NO WiFI!!
