Clark Street, Open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday." - Naomi Waxman

Love their pesto pizza. When ordering food in the app please know that even tho it may say your order is ready from 5-7 mins please always add 20-30 mins on the order even if the store is not busy. The order may even show ready but it is never ready, ever! But waiting for pizza is not the worse thing especially when it’s good but this place beyond short in customer service. Eyeballs 👀 roll and lips smack when you order your food and forbid you ask for the girls to slice pizza (usually it’s large squares) staff becomes overwhelmed easily at this Wrigley location even during slow business times. Save yourself time and disappointment and go somewhere where you feel wanted and not like you’re ruining someone’s day by ordering. You can enjoy a good slice of pizza anywhere else in Wrigleyville with a smile and made with love. Sincerely, Someone who loves working at Wrigley!!!

I was hesitant to visit this location given the number of poor reviews for the service. Decided to visit anyway to grab a pizza and bottle of wine for dinner and was floored by the high quality of service! Employees went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. The store was clean and organized, and the food was great for a quick pizza takeout moment!

Edit: Appreciate the management response! I haven’t been back to try yet but maybe someday. First impressions count a lot! _____________ Sad about the experience I had here. First time visiting. The service was subpar and the staff seemed very unhappy to be here. The barista I ordered with didn’t want to answer my questions about the menu, rolled her eyes, and practically threw the drink at me when it was ready. Would not come back here again and it seems like this is a consistent theme at this spot based on other folks reviews.

I'm shocked to see such a low review average for this place. Everything is easy to find. Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and tons of great snacks. Much rather have this place then another Starbucks

I don’t understand the negative reviews, the staff here is great. I always stop in before a game. Another thing that I don’t understand is why the company doesn’t have a tip screen at any location before you pay. Why deprive the employees from making some hard earned money? I’d like to think you’re paying an above average hourly wage to make up for it but I doubt it. Eventually I will take my business elsewhere.

My experience here aligns with all the other recent bad reviews — the staff here are incredibly rude. Last week I came in to grab a sandwich on my break from work basically next door, and it was about 18 minutes before close. The guy who rang my order asked me not to eat my sandwich inside because he wanted to close early “since he was working alone” yet he was still doing his closing duties. I work in the service industry as well and felt it was unacceptable - so I said sorry but your hours are posted that you’re open until 9 so I will be sitting down to eat what I just purchased here. He rolled his eyes at me. He seemed miserable. I am embarrassed for you guys because your reputation is pretty terrible already for price gouging but now you make your guests pay a premium for bad service. Get it together.

Food and atmosphere are great but the service is terrible. Workers are rude. Waited 15 minutes for a cold brew coffee when there was no other orders or people. If you see someone waiting for something, maybe ask what they’re waiting for, or at the very least, apologize when they do decide to speak up? Seems like obvious customer service.

This is a pretty small Foxtrot compared to the others, but they do have great outdoor space. The food is a little overpriced, but they have some great options - I really enjoy their avocado toast, so tasty. If you are in the area and need a quick snack, definitely try this place out.

Yelp
Great location. I've been to their Streeterville location in downtown multiple times. But this time right after watching The Cubs game, my friends and I wanted to grab a quick coffee and found that Foxtrot has one of their cafes right beside. I tried their stroopwafel latte which is supposed to be sweet but I requested to make less sweet and that just turned out perfect. My friends tried their chai tea latte and they also liked it. The staff were very sweet, nice and got our coffees to our table (which is so rare in spite tipping). This cafe has small space with limited seating. There's lots of quick bite food options like a convenience store. I recommend!

Yelp
I just moved to Wrigleyville last month and this location has been an instant favorite!! It serves as a great resource when you need a last minute grocery item or a grab-and-go breakfast. I love to get my morning coffees here, especially since the membership has so many perks for cafe items and market deals. This location has a great patio for doing some work or reading a book, or a wine/beer before a Cubs game. The service is always great and my drinks are ready within minutes. The team is very put together and always has a smile on their faces. I normally avoid chains around Chicago but this Foxtrot is an easy local favorite for me!

Yelp
Love, love, love this place went to the location down by Wrigley field visiting for Father's Day to see the cubs play at Wrigley and their nitro cold brew is to die for! Their service is great using the app is so easy to order and then pick up, they have the cutest little trinkets inside wonderful Snacks, and the best coffee nearby! Absolutely stop there every time you are in this area

Yelp
Very cute convenience store outside of Wrigley Park. Lots of options for craft beer and cocktails and fresh coffee available. The cold brew was average but the ambience of the place made up for it.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of Foxtrot but sadly this location continues to miss the mark for me. Today I went to pick up a coffee order and the employees informed me the app was down. The attitude was very "sorry not sorry" and "you're going to have to get in line and wait." Tons of people standing around and a lot of confusion. The barista wrote down my order and still got it wrong. The breakfast tacos I've ordered here have also been underwhelming - usually they stick to the tinfoil so you lose part of the taco, and one time I even got a Migas taco with no peppers inside it. The food pickup situation is also confusing here. My advice to Foxtrot is to streamline the process between all the stores. Because at some, you're supposed to go up to the cash register and say you're picking up an order, but at other places your food is waiting over by the coffee pickup area. My first time I picked up food here, I told the person working the register I was picking up an order and they very rudely directed me to the coffee pick up area, where my tacos were sitting....not in a bag, no salsa like I requested, just randomly sitting there with no name on them. I want to keep giving this place a chance because I love the brand but after 4-5 experiences that weren't very seamless, I'm losing hope.

Yelp
Ahh! This used to be Starbucks, remember that? This is the fourteenth location and this is average size including outdoor seating. Staff and service is superb.

Yelp
Had an issue with a cashier regarding IDs. My friend and I both had a valid ID showing that we were 23, but the cashier wouldn't even look at it because they were vertical. He said it was store policy, but we've gone to many locations, including that one, that have accepted our IDs with no problem. All good though, ordered through the app and got our wine, along with a discount. Little disappointing that Foxtrot is hiring cashiers with little class and a knack to make up store policies.

Yelp
Usually the service there is really wonderful. Everyone is super nice for the most part... There is always one employee with the green hair who leaves me a bit confused. Every time without fail is unkind, short with you, and rude. No matter if it's just me or with a group. I'm always very polite as I work in customer service and know that just being polite and saying thank you is all we really ask for. At least my order was good and on the other hand they are always nicely stocked, have great options(variety), and very clean as well! I'm not one to leave a negative review but this makes me not want to come in if I see they're there!

Yelp
The staff at this location is SO kind. Even when I went during a wrigleyville bar crawl where tons of probably annoying patrons were coming in, the staff was kind, helpful, and professional!

Yelp
Store manager Taylor is amazing -- highly recommend if you are in the area and looking to explore new wines. She was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Also has very cute market with large variety of snacks. 10/10

Yelp
This store needs a training on ADA service animals. The store manager just made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I walked in with my service animal. She goes "dogs are not allowed" as my dog is wearing a service animal vest. I go "she is a service animal" then in the most condescending tone she goes "are you sure your dog is a service animal?" I refused to spend my money there. This place is not only ADA Friendly but they will shame and discriminate against you and your service animal.

Yelp
staff at this location is really exceptionally great - I was appalled though that foxtrot would not make the option to tip on credit card sales - only cash tips are accepted at this location (probably for tax reasons) which is pathetic and obviously not in the best interest of the employees who are working their tails off working directly outside one of the biggest tourist attractions in the city. there's no excuse. there is a small cash tip jar in the corner, I didn't even see it the first time - I know from ten years of barista-ing that having a card tipping option makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE in terms of how much money you may or may not make that day. I've worked shifts where the tipping was turned off on the POS system and it was a TRAGIC difference in how much I took home that day versus when the machine was working properly. I know the public outside of those in the service industry are probably not super aware of this but company's business will only listen to customers :') so be loud! this is not cool! i've heard through the grapevine that foxtrot corporate doesn't have a great rep with their on the ground employees (big massive huge red flag) so while this didn't surprise me, it wasn't any less unsettling. please be a little more empathetic and either google "how to set up cash tips clover pos system" and have ur managers implement, get a bigger, more noticeable tip jar - OR, novel idea, pay your employees well enough that they don't depend on tips for a livable wage. breakfast sandwich was ok
