Same quality as before. Clean atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. So excited to have them back

Amazing place. Really good food and coffee. Great vibe. Big fan. Also the people at the register were super nice and accommodating and made a return situation work, when i think most places would've just said, "we can't."

Love the Gold Coast location until an interacation I had this morning with an associate (Connor). So I walked into the the store this morning and wasnt greeted or attended to by the only person (Connor) that was on the floor stocking after I waited at the counter to grab a donut. I then I grab an apple juice that was labled as $5.99 and it rung up as $6.99 and I informed the nice lady that came back from the back of the store to assist that the label in the store says $5.99. Connor comes over and says its $6.99 online and doesn't go to investigate the price label that says in the store. When I asked if he would go see the price listed and to honor that price, his response was "I dont need to go and investigate, the price say $6.99 online and thats the price youre going to pay very rudely, so i walked out. Usually good service here but clearly Connor wasn't very attentive or helpful this morning. I undertand its 6am but service like that isnt the Foxtrot norm and had to write this review.

Super cool vibe. Close to a lot of prime locations. Their caramel latte is good. The worker who took our order is so helpful with choosing items on the menu. Wish they did a better job of keeping the restrooms clean.

Coffee here sucks. Skip this overpriced 7/11 and just go to a real local coffee or wine shop that hasn’t already screwed over all of its employees by being shady and closing down every single store in the middle of a business day….. Chicago deserves and already has better folks!

Understaffed. I don't blame the workers for the service but more the people who schedule or lack of schedule workers. Can't shop here because there's like one worker for the whole store. The employees are as nice as they can be but I feel so bad because they look stressed. Long lines and old overpriced food. Not really worth it.

Come here often to study, many other people also use it for the same. It's a great place but the music is played a little too loud. The coffee is good, there's a small grocery selection of quality food. You can also get alcohol here.

The absolute audacity to try and re-open this over priced garbage after firing all your workers without warning and pay while leaving millions of dollars worth of food to rot rather than donate it. Corporate greed at its worst, stay out of Chicago.
