Ordered the Porketta roast and had it mailed to me. It arrived quickly and still frozen. (Excellent shipping skills) This was definitely one of the best roasts I've ever had! You could tell it was a really pretty roast before it was seasoned and rolled. The flavor was magnificent! I've eaten many Porkettas, but this one was really good. I believe it was about 4.5 lbs. Good job Fraboni's, I will definitely be ordering again soon.
