"It's Fraiche to the rescue when all you can stomach is a little fro-yo. Get the natural yogurt, made in-house, with homemade strawberry-rhubarb puree that plays sweet and tart, and top it in toasted crunchy granola. After you've had a bite, your morning just might start to turn around." - Eva Frye, Janelle Bitker

I've been here a few times for juices and frozen yogurt. It's a cute little shop on Fillmore, perfect for stopping by for a refreshing snack. I liked the frozen yogurt, and I got a beet juice that was pretty good. The only thing is it can get packed and there's not much seating.

This is my favorite Fro Yo place. The ingredients in the fro you (organic) just taste better, fresher to me. The toppings are also unique and interesting - the hand-shaved chocolate, the housemade fruit compote and strawberry-rhubarb topping (seasonal) are all quality ingredients. Its a bit pricey for fro yo, but to me totally worth it

I am pretty sure I could eat here every day if my wallet allowed it. Few yogurts have the quality tastes that compare to Fraiche. Their selection is limited when you look at other big name yogurt stores, but it's probably because of the quality of their product. Also, the selection and richness of their yogurt accessories are wonderful. I would recommend Fraiche to anyone while exploring downtown Palo Alto.

The best yogurt I have ever had, ever. It's fresh, creamy, and flavorful. Better yet, you can opt for whole, low fat, or fat-free Greek yogurt options. Lots of topping options, ranging from fresh fruit and berries, to home made granola, to sweets like chocolate and mochi. Add to this that they serve blue bottle and you have an awesome breakfast joint. I hear they have good froyo too, but I've never tried it.

My fav frozen yogurt shop - tastes so fresh and of quality ingredients. Choose from frozen or fresh yogurt, toppings with a healthier/real foods spin, drinks, and more. A little pricey but a nice treat. The shop itself is small but I can always find a seat. Decor is crisp and clean like the yogurt.

Popular little frozen yogurt cafe with limited seating and limited but well-curated flavors. There can be a line, but the line moves fast. Combine your own flavors or order from the pre-designed concoctions on the menu. Just about everything tastes great here, the portions are generous and it's all organic and relatively healthy for you. Child and group friendly.

Super delicious oatmeal combos and homemade frozen yogurt. (Try the Meyers Lemon with ginger snaps! It's crazy good.) The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but it's worth it.

I went here to get a quick bite to eat before heading off to work. I looked at the specials and saw that had an avocado tartine. I told the cashier that's what I wanted, but then she told me they only have avocado toast.... So I ordered that and it came with a side salad. The avocado toast was pretty good! The bread wasn't thick, but the amount of avocado made the toast pretty tall. So I feel like I got my money's worth for $8. The salad was good, but it started getting bitter near the end so I didn't finish it. I should state I'm not a fan of bitter veggies because the taste is intense for me. But it was a nice contrast to the way the avocado was dressed. After eating the salad, I really wanted something sweet. So I ordered one of their pre-assembled yogurt with the homemade mochi. That was a mistake because they use one of their larger cups. I really should've gotten a child size and added mochi. The yogurt was decent. It had a nice tart flavor that went well with the strawberry-rhubarb jam. The mochi is really good. Not only is it large compared to what's available at other fro-yo places, but there was a lot in my yogurt. There's a decent amount of seating inside. I can't say much about the turn-around service since it was so early in the morning. I'd like to go back and get their mochi again.
