"Since opening in 2017, Frame has become known for its chef-residency format and has grown popular enough to lure former Detroit Free Press critic Mark Kurlyandchik to join the team. Beautiful location. Needed to facilitate a very simple exchange returning a gift - denim that is current and full price on website - looking for a different cut in same size. The woman working there was not very helpful and wanted me to contact the person who gifted them to get purchase information. The denim had original tags and style/cut detail on back left pocket. I was completely shocked I was unable to complete my exchange and leave with a pair of denim I can love and wear. Super disappointed as I think the brand is awesome - just really disappointed with boutique policy and the employee’s inability help.
