"This Old City restaurant has an impressive brunch menu that serve up notable sweet and savory dishes (such as their cajun style grits and fried French toast). Pro-tip: Try their lamb & eggs (sizzling lamb chops. fluffy eggs and seasoned breakfast potatoes that’s served with chimichurri sauce). ." - Ernest Owens

The Ultimate French Toast of Philly | Eater Philly

"Frame’s French toast is simplicity done stellar: Two large buttery slices that’s topped with berries, creme fraiche, and a generous drizzle of cinnamon syrup. But for those who want to be extra — they have a fried French toast (topped with vanilla ice cream, fruit compote, cinnamon, and powered sugar)." - George Banks-Weston

This was a cute brunch spot. The DJ was fun and the atmosphere was lit! The food was tasty and fresh! Our server was very polite and attentive. It was my first time at this location celebrating my friends birthday, they gifted her a dessert and brought out a happy birthday banner with sparkles! They have two floors and an outside patio where you can smoke at. Hookah is also sold for $50 dollars. And bottomless mimosas were $45pp Overall It was really fun and I’d definitely visit again.

Had a good time. Me and wifey went for dinner on a Friday night. Food was really good especially the steak and crab fried rice. Good drinks and drink menu. Relaxed lounge type atmosphere. Didn’t make it upstairs to party but we’ll come back.

I went here for the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity brunch. 1/5/26. I forgot to take a picture of my food and drink. But I had the steak and eggs and an espresso martini. Both were jam packed with flavor and that steak was cooked to perfection. I like it tender with no pink which normally comes out burnt. This was a juicy tender steak. Seasoned to perfection. The only complaint/not really is the upholstery it was dirty in appearance and when creating ambiance the furniture is important. Its quaint and small upstairs. All in all I gave 4 stars. Price is okay for the area. The waitress was nice and provided good service. Next time they need more than one person serviving all those ppl.

I really wanted to enjoy this brunch spot, especially after traveling from NJ, but the experience didn’t match the online presentation. It looks upscale in photos, but in person the tablecloths, cups, and cutlery felt cheap. Service was slow, though the food was excellent and the music was great. The biggest issue was the constant interruptions from the photographer, who even dropped a pile of photos on our table while we were eating very unprofessional. Overall, this is more of a casual, party-style brunch. If you want a fun, turn-up vibe, it works. If you’re looking for something ideal for couples, this isn’t the place.

We had the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and it was delicious. The martini drink was perfection. This place has a chill, relaxed lounge vibe. Nice spots for parties, girls night out or a date. Don't be surprised by cost, you pay for quality and this is it 💯.

My friends and I came here on a Sunday to get drinks at the bar. We were seated in between brunch and dinner hours. So because of that, no food was available for an hour. We weren't there to eat so it wasn't really an issue. The bartenders though, they just kept zipping past making zero eye contact with us for at least 20 to 25 minutes. None of them and there was about three asked if we wanted anything to drink. I had to flag one of them down to ask. At basically $20 per drink, you would think that you'd be able to taste the presence of alcohol. I paid $20 for a cup of juice. My friends that I were with said the same about the drinks that they ordered. We all only ordered one drink, and then left. I would return to try the food, I'm good on the drinks though.
