Brought my 14 inch porcelain plate in for framing. Turned out absolutely beautiful. Museum quality. Staff was friendly and patient while I decided on frame. Would recommend if you want it done professionally. Thanks again.

We love what they did with our painting! The service was excellent. I've never framed a painting before and they were very patient walking me through the process and showing me all the options. They have a million frame options and help you figure out which one works best with the artwork. We will definitely use them again!

I had a very special framing job I entrusted to Dannette based on her stellar reputation. It was of one of my son’s major accomplishments – something that I told her I wanted his grandchildren to have and cherish 50 years from now. She did a fabulous job of design, and the end quality was terrific. I wholeheartedly recommend her for that special keepsake – that one memory that will last for generations to come.

I just literally got off the phone with Dannette and she is absolutely amazing! She took almost 40 minutes out of her day on the phone to help me and see if a print could be restored or fixed and tried as best as she could to help me figure out the best way for the print to be shipped and all the options I have. Customer service like this doesn't happen often and they gained a customer for life. The two prints I have coming in will definitely be taken to them to be framed and everything else in the future as well... Thank you so much again for everything today!!!

Danette at Frameworks is amazing! She helped me frame an autographed 8x10 photo, and it was beautiful. I was in a hurry to place and fill the order and in under a half hour she helped me pick an awesome frame and matting combination. I was so impressed and it looked awesome and I will never go anywhere else for framing in the Cleveland area. I should also mention that she was able to get it done in a day and a half. I live in DC, but was born and raised in Bedford, Ohio. So I like to "go home" when I get my framing done. Frameworks has done over half-a-dozen stunning pieces of artwork and photographs for my home. As trite as it might sound to say that the framing is artwork in itself, it's 100% true. Their work is beautiful, their prices are competitive and every time I've asked them to "be creative and do the picture justice" they literally wow me. I've been a customer for a few years now and I don't plan on ever changing framers. Love these guys, you will too.
