I have very short hair and Frances took an hour to cut my hair I have a great hairstylist now and he cuts my hair quick and beautifully I was refused appointments But there’s always better places to go I have a great hairstylist now So Remember people There’s plenty of beauty places to go And I thank Frances’s beauty parlor because I find a great hairstylist Thank you

I can not speak enough about Frances. Today I was a 1st time customer going on a recommendation from complete strangers on nextdoor.com. Flor did a double process taking my brunette over grown roots to a gorgeous butter blonde. No brassiness at all in the color. Flor was very gentle with my baby fine hair and she took her time to assure the perfect blonde. I felt very safe being there in the middle of a pandemic. Everybody was masked up and continual touch up cleaning was going on to assure the clients safety. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I travel 40 minutes to get my hair done because Frances cuts my hair better than anyone ever has. And her colorist, Flor, is really brilliant. Oh, and it is ridiculously inexpensive.

Been a minute since i got a haircut. Randomly found this hair salon while looking online and decided to give it a try and wow! Frances knew so well which haircut/hairstyle would suit my face and she did a wonderful job. The salon is very clean. Will definitely be back soon for another haircut. Worth the drive going to union city!

I have been going here for about 10 years. I have fine hair, and not everyone can cut it well, but Frances does -- I get compliments all the time. And Flor does my color, and she's a genius. More than that, this place becomes like family -- not just the staff, but even other customers become friends. And it's so reasonably priced!!! To explain how much I love this place -- I moved away from Union City to Bedminster, and I still drive back every 6 weeks. And I am not the only one. Oh -- and during the height of COVID they took all precautions.

TERRIBLE! They are completely rude and extremely condescending when I came back just 5 mins after realizing my hair was cut all uneven. I mean, hair longer in the front then it was in the back. I asked for a refund and the owner was completely out of line. She laughed in my face and said no. I paid $56 for my hair to be uneven and extremely dry. This could of all been handled better but the customer service and unethical behavior from them was what made it worst. Please do not go here unless you want your hair ruined and robbed of money.

The service and talent in this salon cannot be matched elsewhere. I came for a cut on my very long hair and as much as Frances chopped my hair it felt even longer than before because of how healthy and full my ends look. I got a hair color by Flor and she did an incredible job as well. They truly spent so much time on me and left me with a massive boost of confidence :-) the lady who washed my hair was amazing as well, I need that head massage in my life on the daily. She styled my hair afterwards and it stayed put for days!! This salon is worth all my salary but they're soooo reasonably priced. I've never found someone who can beat this pricing let alone service. Very happy to have found Frances and Flor!

I've walked by this place a couple of times on my way home from the light rail and finally went in, glad I did. This place is reasonably priced and did an amazing job! Flor took her time and I left happy overall with the service. The ambiance isn't anything special but if your looking for a great haircut and price this is the place. Definitely coming here again!

I agree with Jessica, Frances is the best. started going to her hair salon 1979. Loved the atmosphere the love that Frances pours into her customers. it is very hard to find someone that loves what she does and for so many years. i truly recommend her to all of my friends, i was just there last night and going back on Friday and will be taking my mother with me. I love Frances. I have been going to her for 20 years. I have never left her salon upset. She cuts and styles my hair with precision and I have no complaints at all! As long as Frances is open, I'll be her customer. I've recently moved 4 hours away but I still come back every 3 months to get my hair cut with Frances. Yeah, she's that good! Plus, the ambiance is so fun! People chatting in Spanish or English, drinking cafe, reading People mags, gossip, what an awesome respite from the real world of work, cooking, and cleaning. I have recommended Frances to all of my friends and they'll tell you the same, she is the best!
